sorry
Now here’s a tale that will warm the cockles of your heart. A married couple in China had their faith in humankind restored earlier this month when a woman who intentionally used a counterfeit 100 Yuan note in their shop seven years ago returned to apologise and make amends.
Despite having long since forgotten the incident, the couple were overjoyed to receive a sudden visit from the woman, who had bourne feelings of guilt ever since the day she tricked the pair into accepting the fake cash.

Mr. and Mrs. Lee opened their small clothes shop in the city of Baoji, Shaanxi, in 2006. One day not long after having first opened their family run business, a young woman entered their shop, purchased a single blouse and immediately left. It was only after closer inspection, however, that shop owner Mr. Lee realised that the 100 Yuan (US$16) bill the young woman had paid with was, in fact, a counterfeit.
The new business owners were, understandably, incredibly shocked that someone would come to their small store and pass off fraudulent bills, and immediately headed out to buy an expensive counterfeit money detector for their store. Pinning the suspect 100 Yuan note up on their wall in plain view, the couple vowed to be more vigilant in the future and to never be fooled in the same way again. They worked hard and continue to run their little shop to this day.

On 5 January this year, however, Mr. and Mrs. Lee received a visit from a rather unusual customer.
A woman dressed in red and looking decidedly uncomfortable entered the shop and looked around. Approaching the counter, she addressed Mr. Lee.
“This store has been here for a long time, hasn’t it?” she confirmed.
“That’s right,” Mr. Lee responded.
Upon hearing Mr. Lee’s reply, the woman’s face tightened. She immediately began her long overdue apology:
Seven years earlier while working at her mother-in-law’s shop, the young woman had unwittingly accepted a fake 100 Yuan note from a customer. Realising that the shop would suffer a loss and hoping to avoid any trouble with her mother-in-law, she resolved to pass the counterfeit note off at another business. The shop she chose turned out to be Mr. and Mrs. Lee’s clothing store.
The woman said that ever since using the note at their shop, she continually felt the need to apologise to the couple, but, fearing the repercussions, she put off doing so until, before she realised it, seven whole years had passed.
After conveying her tale of guilt to the shop owners, the woman handed over the money that she had tricked them out of seven years earlier and left the shop without looking back. Why she chose that day to confess her crime and make amends, no one knows, but the elated Mr. and Mrs. Lee went straight to their local newspaper to share their happy story.
Whoever that mysterious woman is, we sincerely hope that she can enjoy the rest of her days guilt-free and that she knows that her small act of goodness has made an old couple incredibly happy.      http://en.rocketnews24.com/2013/01/18/good-people-still-exist-woman-offers-apology-to-shop-owners-seven-years-after-deceiving-them/
