California: A Geoengineered Dust Bowl

Since November of 2013, the beginning of the rainfall season, California residents have experienced heavy geoengineering and chemtrail activity almost every day, which has transformed the Golden State, normally an agricultural miracle, into an arid dust bowl.

The sun is out daily, temperatures are well above normal, yet the sky is grey, the horizon is silver, and you often cannot see mountains that are only a few miles away (grey-out). The local weather forecasters say that the forecast is sunny “hazy” or with “high clouds”, which is their (NASA/NOAA)
way of saying chemtrails.

Our occult rulers are now openly demonstrating their god-like power over nature. If history is any guide, this manufactured drought will likely be used to create artificial scarcity of water and food. Like oil, diamonds, and utilities, this artificial scarcity will result in increased profits for select corporations and increased government/corporate control over the populace. As Joseph Stalin, Adolf Hitler, and Henry Kissinger knew, populations desperate for food do not often oppose the crimes of their government or hidden power structure behind it.

Humanity and the natural world are under geoengineering attack and our very survival may be at stake.

Geoengineering and Chemtrails Manufacture Drought

Climatologists report that the 2013-2014 rainfall season is well on its way to becoming California’s driest period in more than 400 years. In 2013, California received an average of just over 4 inches of rain. Downtown Los Angeles, which receives nearly 15 inches of rain during a normal year, only got 3.6 inches in 2013. It's currently California's driest period since it was granted statehood in 1850.

It is no coincidence that the extreme drought coincides with unprecedented geoengineering and chemtrail activity. In Engineered Drought Catastrophe, Target California, Dane Wigington of Geoengineering Watch says, “intentionally caused drought is weather warfare.” California’ drought works like this:

With the combination of constant aerosol spraying and ionosphere heater utilization (HAARP) the climate engineers have effectively cut off the flow of moisture to the state of California. Why? First, California is possibly a climate “sacrifice zone”. This means that California is collateral damage for the constant parade of engineered snow storms being whipped up further east in the US. The rain blocking high pressure ridge that the climate engineers have locked in place over the western US and the eastern Pacific pushes the jet stream straight north, carrying the moisture with it before rain can come anywhere near California. This moisture then travels as far as Alaska and the Arctic. The jet is then turned back south as it wraps clockwise around the HAARP/ionosphere heater created dome of high pressure. Then, it is pumped all the way down to the southern US carrying heavily sprayed and chemically ice nucleated moisture with it which enhances the artificial cool down of the eastern US. 

Dane also notes that during a drought, a population that has no water and cannot grow food does not tend to be in a position to effectively protest the crimes of its government. California has historically contributed to much of the nation’s food supply so that this catastrophic drought has very far reaching ramifications. Control the food supply and you control the population. There is also the growing effort by the government to take control of water rights in California and other regions in the west.

Importantly, In 2011, Rothschild LLC, a private investment company led by Chairman Sir Evelyn de Rothschild and CEO Lynn Forester de Rothschild (the infamous Rothschilds – puppet masters), acquired a 70% interest in Weather Central, LP, the world’s leading provider of interactive weather graphics and data services for television, web, and mobile.

Why would the Rothschilds be interested in owning the largest and most recognized weather modeling organization? Because when you are involved in climate decimating geoengineering programs, you must also control the “forecast” models to cover your tracks.

Defense contractor “Raytheon” does all the “forecast” modeling for the National Weather Service and NOAA. Lockheed Martin does the modeling for the FAA. Since both of these private defense contractors are up to their necks in weather modification patents and programs, the “forecasts” are more or less the “scheduled” weather. Now, with the Rothschild’s acquisition of the dominant private modeling organization, the control of weather “modeling” seems complete. This control of “forecasts” and “graphics” provides for the constant visual conditioning that makes the population more likely to accept the constant spraying and manipulation of our weather as “normal”. When the nightly weather “forecast animation” matches what the public sees in the sky, right down to the upper level “haze” or “overcast” from the constant spraying, all seems to correlate, so nothing more is questioned.

Food as a Weapon 

History clearly demonstrates that the occult power structure uses food as a weapon against target populations to solidify power and impose absolute tyrannical control. Food can be withheld from the masses by preventing it from being grown and harvested, which includes manufactured droughts, by contaminating it and rendering it unfit for human consumption or by simply preventing food from being distributed to a targeted population.

Josef Stalin engaged in his own Soviet-style Holocaust when, in 1932 and 1933, and estimated six to 20 million people in the Ukraine died from starvation in order to eliminate the Ukrainians' desire for becoming their own nation-state.

Upon assuming power, the Stalinist Communist regime rapidly nationalized the food industry and forced all of the region’s farms into collectives. Thus, Stalin’s version of the Holocaust came to fruition in what history has dubbed, the “Holodomor,” in which millions perished in only a two-year period when the Soviet government began to exterminate the Ukrainian population by taking control of food and food production.

Likewise, Hitler used food to discipline the masses by issuing food rationing cards to reward accomplishment and punish failure as well as to forment preferential class distinctions. Hitler’s armed forces received the largest food ration cards. Skilled workers who were engaged in industries critical to the building of the German war machine, received food ration cards which were slightly less in value. Finally, the prisoners received the lowest valued Nazi food ration cards.

Food ration cards were also utilized as incentives to increase industrial production and were increased in value when productive Nazi workers would be promoted. Food ration cards were diminished in value for the failure to meet Nazi production goals. Hitler’s use of what psychologists refer to as classical conditioning techniques reduced the will of the German population to a pack of Pavlovian dogs who were conditioned to be totally dependent upon the government for their survival.

It is important to realize that Hitler and the rise of communism were totally dependent on U.S. bankers, politicians, and industry. Those with a true knowledge of history easily dismiss U.S. exceptionalism.

The use of food as a weapon by the U.S. government has been a matter of official U.S. governmental covert policy since 1974.

In December, 1974, National Security Council directed by Henry Kissinger completed a classified study entitled, National Security Study Memorandum 200: Implications of Worldwide Population Growth for U.S. Security and Overseas Interests. The study was based upon the false claims that population growth in Lesser Developed Countries (LDC) constituted a serious risk to America’s national security.

In November 1975 President Ford, based upon the tenets of NSSM 200, outlined a classified plan to forcibly reduce population growth in LDC countries through birth control, war and famine. Ford’s new national security adviser, Brent Scowcroft, in conjunction with CIA Director, George H. W. Bush, were tasked with implementing the plan and the secretaries of state, treasury, defense, and agriculture assisted in the implementation of these insane genocidal plans.

NSSM 200 formally raised the question, “Would food be considered an instrument of national power? … Is the U.S. prepared to accept food rationing to help people who can’t/won’t control their population growth?” Kissinger has answered these questions when he stated that he was predicting a series of contrived famines, created by mandatory programs and this would make exclusive reliance on birth control programs unnecessary.

With Kissinger and his disciples at the Council on Foreign Relations still having a great influence on U.S. policy, rising food prices due the manufactured drought may only be the beginning of woes.

Water Privatization Schemes

While the occult rulers have been known to use food as a weapon, they are also prepared to use the manufactured drought as a water privatization scheme, that is, making billions in profits by charging exorbitant prices for water that would be falling naturally for free absent geoengineering. The World Bank and powerful corporations like Veolia want in on the action.

In the important Great Lakes episode of Jesse Ventura’s investigative television show, billionaire corporate raider/wall street asset stripper T. Boone Pickens brags that he has purchased most of the reservoir land surrounding major cities in Texas and that if the plebeians don’t pay him for water, “you won’t have any water” (at 13:15). Pickens will also work with crony politicians to utilize eminent domain to obtain any land that is necessary to deliver “his” water to cities in Texas.



The Bush family, well known for financing Hitler, the 9/11 false flag, and Highway of Death, bought 300,000 acres on South America’s and World’s Largest Aquifer, Acuifero Guaraní, which runs beneath Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay, and Uruguay. If not monopolizing the water supply, what business do the Bush’s have in Paraguay?

If manufacturing a drought for the purposes of gaining profits and control out over a population sounds like something out of a James Bond movie, it is. In Quantum of Solace, the antagonist corners Bolivia’s fresh water source. This allows him to gain tremendous control over the government and citizens. Perhaps this move was predictive programing for the public/culture creation for the water wars to come thanks to geoengineering.

The globalists consider fresh water blue gold, and geoengineering with chemtrails is being used to make this Malthusian nightmare of artificial scarcity a reality.

GMO Drought Resistant Seeds for Big Profits

In December of 2011, the USDA approved Monsanto’s 87460 genetically modified, drought resistant corn. Perhaps the geoengineered drought is being used to create a market for Monsanto’s genetically modified products, the dangers of which are well documented.

Interestingly, Google co-founder Sergey Brin bankrolled the production of the world's first lab-grown hamburger. The Internet entrepreneur has backed the project to the tune of €250,000 (£215,000), allowing scientists to grow enough meat in the lab to create a burger – as a proof of concept – that was be cooked and eaten in London last year.

Though calculations of the environmental impact of the lab-grown meat have yet to be published, early indications suggest that cultured meat could reduce the need for land and water by as much as 90% and overall energy use by up to 70%.

Is Sergey aware that the California drought is being geoengineered?

Taking Geoengineering/Chemtrails Mainstream

Because so much geoengineering and chemtrail information is available on the Internet, the globalists are now moving from covert to overt operations. The plan is to continue geoengineering extreme weather and then use “climate change” as a justification to pass tyrannical legislation like carbon taxes. Create the problem, get the desired public reaction, then impose the solution prepared by the globalists from the beginning.

Carbon tax huckster Al Gore and mad scientist David Keith have recently appeared on television shows to advocate geoengineering to combat “climate change” and “global warming”. During the interviews, they have no problem lying through their teeth by implying that massive geoengineering operations are not yet operational when in fact they have been going on since at least the 1990s. David Keith does admit that spraying particulate matter into the atmosphere could kill people but ambiguously claims that it could also prevent climate change deaths.

Al Gore continues to give talks on the danger of climate change without discussing the dangers of geoengineering climate change. Recently he warned that “the Dust Bowl is coming back, quickly, unless we act.” In fact, the dust bowl has returned because “they” acted by geongineering the drought.

David Keith has also been given a platform in the CIA-friendly Washington Post. One of his articles is entitled, "One problem with geoengineering: Once you start, you can’t really stop."  Therefore, the globalists are suffering from delusions of grandeur and plan to play god indefinitely.

Conclusion

It is imperative that we inform others that California’s drought has been geoengineered to create artificial scarcity of food and water, the essentials of life. This will result in greater corporate/government control over the population and increased profits for certain select corporations. It could even result in massive democide.

There is NO NATURAL WEATHER at this point. We are all the victims of “weather warfare” and are being poisoned by the toxic metal fallout.

The Corporate PR Industry's Sneaky War on Internet Activism

The internet may be great for you, what with its Movshare links and fascinating "Which Game of Thrones character are you?" quizzes, but please spare a moment to think about those poor souls in the corporate PR and lobbying game, the flacks who get paid fat wads of cash by some of the worst people in the world to make sure that governments see things their way. In the old days, these champions of murderous dictators and big polluters were able to talk politicians round to their way of thinking over boozy lunches in opulent private members' clubs. Nowadays, they're forced to do the devil's work in the harsh glow of a laptop screen rather than the more persuasive atmospheres created by soothing candlelight and expensive whiskey.
In recent years, the lobbying game has changed thanks to social media websites, citizen journalism (described by one lobbyist as “a major irritant”), and online petitions capable of getting millions of signatures in a matter of hours. Among the lobbyists affected by this shift is James Bethell, whose firm, Westbourne Communications, is in the business of fighting back against what it calls the “insurgency tactics” of online campaigners ("insurgency" here meaning "having a negative opinion and a blog/Twitter account" rather than actual guerrilla warfare). Their current clients include the oil and gas company Cuadrilla, the frackers who have been trying to convince people in Lancashire and Sussex to get behind the idea of pumping a load of poisonous water under their houses. Westbourne also led the campaign to defend HS2, a propsed high-speed rail line, from English communities who'd rather there weren't trains roaring past their homes at 125 MPH. When you're trying to get a $60 billion railway expansion, you need approval from the UK government—which means hiring a firm like Westbourne to keep a lid on protests.
Unfortunately for lobbyists, “Now almost everyone in the country has become a self-appointed campaigner,” as Bethell said in a 2011 interview. “Everybody's seen The West Wing and has a Google account, and therefore has both the intelligence and the strategy, plus the technology, to put together a kitchen-table campaign."
So how do you go about fighting this scourge of democratic, grassroots activism?
“You’ve got to fight them on every street corner,” advised Bethell. “You can’t just sit and watch your opponents run around doing what they like. You’ve got to get out into the bush, using their tactics and being in their face.”
If we’re sticking with the over-the-top military analogies, it's obvious that the internet is a crucial battleground. It's also a useful tool for lobbyists when it comes to them finding out who they're up against. While their surveillance techniques might not be in the league of the NSA, corporate monitoring of citizen-activists has become a common tactic, and there's been a significant amount of investment in this area. Today, commercial lobbyists operate sophisticated monitoring systems designed to spot online threats. It you bad-mouth a large corporation in 140 characters, chances are the corporation's social media people will find it. Their job, then, is to sift through the sea of online malcontents and find the "influencers."
“The person making a lot of noise is probably not the influential one,” Mike Seymour, the former head of crisis management at PR and lobbying giant Edelman, told fellow flacks attending a conference across the road from UK Parliament in November 2011. “You’ve got to find the influential one, especially if they are gatherers of people against us.” His point was eloquently made by events happening across town—as he spoke, Occupy protests were creating headlines around the world. Seymour explained that once these influencers are identified, "listening posts" should be put out there, to “pick up the first warning signals” of activist operations.
Once they have this intelligence, lobbyists can get to work. Part of Westbourne’s response to its HS2 critics was to “zero in” and counter “inconsistent” press reports, as Bethell explained to high-speed rail advocates in the US. More broadly, Westbourne advised US lobbyists of the need to “pick off” their critics with “sniper-scope accuracy”—to “shut them up,” as he explained to an audience of distinguished guests at a conference in 2012. Westbourne engages in aggressive rebuttal campaigns, which involves creating a feeling among opponents that everything they say will be picked apart. This is an “exhausting but crucial” part of successful lobbying, says Bethell.
That kind of nastiness is necessary, but it is also generally accepted in lobbyist circles that the only way to combat activists’ “negative information” online is with positive information. This is not as nice as it sounds.

There are now hundreds of companies offering to manipulate Google search results to make finding negative information about them all but impossible. A promotional video for one such company, Reputation Changer, promises to make criticism “disappear.” This is done by creating new, positive content that fools search engines into pushing the “dummy” content above the negative, driving the output of critics down the Google rankings (relying on the fact that few of us click beyond the first page of results).
BP, for example, was found to have been manipulating Google in the wake of the disastrous oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico—the company appears to have been attempting to get its message (“Learn more about how BP is helping”) at the top of Google searches relating to the spill. NGOs and affected communities without the resources of the oil giant were therefore blocked from getting their message (“Look how badly BP has fucked us”) across.
Lobbying firms are in the search engine optimization business too. They will create phony blogs for clients that are made to appear as if they've been created by outsiders. Press releases that no journalist will ever see are pumped out just so there’s something else to read on Google when a client faces hostility. “Online, you should constantly be coming up with new content that can help push negative information down,” a lobbyist from global agency Burson-Marsteller advised colleagues in 2013, during a debate on winning the “kitchen-table conversation.”
“Of course we do it as well,” said Tim Bell, the head of PR firm Bell Pottinger and a master at killing stories, in interview. “Everybody wants the best information to appear at the top of the page.”
Another favored technique of lobbyists is the doctoring of Wikipedia, a site that is widely loathed in the industry for its phenomenal reach and for the fact that a tiny community of editors is able to decide whether a corporation has a "controversies" section on their wiki or not. “A ridiculous organization... created by a bunch of nerds,” is Tim Bell’s take on the site. Accounts associated with Bell Pottinger were caught scrubbing the profiles of, among many others, the arms manufacturer and client the Paramount Group, at least two large financial firms, and the founder of libel specialists Carter-Ruck.
“It's important for Wikipedia to recognize we are a valuable source for accurate information,” Bell told PR Week. This someone whose company has famously spun the reputations of dictators, repressive governments, polluting oil firms, and arms companies facing bribery charges—it even won a contract from the US-supported government in Iraq to promote the concept of democracy.
Attempts by lobbyists to manage information like this are nothing new. What has changed is the sophistication of the technology, which has given PR firms and others a host of new tactics, like fake blogs and online "front" groups. The reach of so-called "astroturf" campaigns—where lobbyists manufacture fake grassroots support—is also magnified thanks to the web.
According to another of Britain’s leading lobbyists, Peter Gummer, lobbyists are on a quest to make the digital space their own. He assured delegates of the 20th Public Relations World Congress in Dubai in 2012: “There’s no reason why we shouldn’t. This is our moment.”

Another Sandy Hook Anomaly: Why are there no Sandy Hook Victim’s Lawsuits?

What are the odds, in today’s world, of 26 victimized families at Sandy Hook ^[2], ALL deciding not to sue a multimillionaire, who is seemingly an easy target?
Peter Lanza has a lot of money. Whether you believe he is responsible for the actions of his son, or not, you cannot deny that the man is loaded by most people’s standards. Are you aware that he was paying Nancy Lanza over $250,000 a year ^[3] to take care of Adam?
Our best clue of his actual salary comes from Yahoo ^[4]:

But where is the father’s culpability in all of this? The General Electric financial executive, who makes over a million dollars a year helping his company evade taxes, has so far gotten a pass from the media and the public.

Before I go on, I want to note that I do not believe that Peter Lanza should be sued and many of our readers will not either. But in today’s world when people see dollar signs and opportunity they jump. I just find it very odd that none of those 26 families is suing.
I should also note that one lawsuit did surface after the shooting. It was subsequently dropped and was not from a family of one of the deceased. On January 2, 2013 (less than a month after the incident) CNN reported ^[5]:

Outcry over a request for permission to sue the state of Connecticut for millions of dollars in the aftermath of the Newtown shooting prompted a New Haven attorney to at least temporarily withdraw his client’s petition, the attorney said Tuesday.
“I was getting hundreds of (Facebook) comments” about the potential lawsuit. “So I figured I’d take (the request) off the table for now,” said Irving Pinsky, who represents the parents of a 6-year-old survivor of the mass shooting at Sandy Hook elementary school.
Last week, Pinsky said in his filing that the state had failed to protect his client from what he described as “foreseeable harm.”

That is the only evidence I can find of any associated lawsuits, and I know of none by the families of the deceased. How odd is this? Very odd if you compare it to…
Columbine
It would seem that there is some precedent for suing the parents of shooters. That is why I mentioned that Peter Lanza seemed to be an “easy target.” After the dust began to clear on the Columbine lawsuits, ABC reported ^[6]:

Most of the families of the victims in the Columbine massacre two years ago today settled their lawsuits against the parents of the gunmen.
Thirty of the 36 families whose relatives were either killed or injured by Dylan Klebold and Eric Harris in the April 20, 1999, school shooting agreed to participate in a settlement for a total of $1.56 million, according to Stephen Wahlberg, who led the families’ attorneys in the case. A judge will determine how the money is distributed.
Six of the families whose children were killed in the shootings opted not to settle. They are still pursuing suits against the Klebolds and Harrises, lawyers said.

Do you think that an attorney might advise a family to sue based on the results of Columbine litigation? To be fair, not all of these mass shootings have gained the same results as the Columbine suits, but ALL of them featured multiple lawsuits from families of the deceased. Let me share the info I have for the Virginia Tech shooting and the Aurora theater shooting as well.
Virginia Tech
Two of the victim’s families sued the school. Originally they received a positive ruling but lost later on appeal. The Courant ^[7] notes:

The Virginia Tech lawsuit exemplifies a case that provided some closure and redress for two grieving families — the parents of deceased students Erin Peterson and Julia Pryde. In the Virginia Tech tragedy, a student, Seung-Hui Cho, murdered two of his classmates in one of the Virginia Tech dormitories. Roughly 21/2 hours later, Cho broke into one of the university’s classroom buildings and gunned down an additional 30 students and professors before killing himself. Families of the deceased students brought suit, alleging that school officials knew many facts about the first killing and there was sufficient time before the mass killing for the officials to warn the university community of the danger.
The court agreed with the plaintiffs, finding school officials responsible. Although this finding was overturned on appeal, the Virginia Tech lawsuit exemplifies a school shooting case that delved into the facts of a tragedy, answered some important questions for the grieving families and provided some closure.

Aurora Theater Shooting
Ten families of the deceased victims of alleged shooter James Holmes are still in the process of suing the theater, and received a ruling to move forward from a judge in April of 2013. Hollywood Reporter ^[8] revealed:

After the shooting tragedy last July 20 in Aurora, Colorado, during a midnight showing of The Dark Knight Rises, families of those hurt or killed looked for someone to blame ^[9]. James Holmes is being charged with the criminal act of murders and attempted murder, but that wasn’t enough for several victims. Ten separate lawsuits were filed against Cinemark, the owner of the theater where the shooting took place, which responded ^[10] by saying that it couldn’t have foreseen a shocking criminal act.
On Wednesday, U.S. District Court judge Richard Brooke Jackson considered whether the lawsuits should proceed.
In a personal note within his opinion, Jackson writes, “I suspect that many people, despite overwhelming sympathy and grief for the victims of the Aurora theater shootings, might upon hearing about these lawsuits have had reactions like, ‘how could a theater be expected to prevent something like this?’ I confess that I am one of those people.”
But the judge quickly adds that the lawsuits “present difficult questions of interpretation and application of law,” and calling it a “close call,” he has decided that Cinemark should continue to face questions about its responsibility for the mass shooting last year.

Looking at three similar tragedies, it would seem that the lack of legal actions, in the wake of Sandy Hook, are certainly an anomaly. It proves nothing in and of itself. It is, however, just another in a long line of Sandy Hook anomalies. The arguments against the conspiracy and/or cover up have become weaker with time. No longer can many people deny the oddities ^[11]. You cannot explain things like The Associated Press using predated photos that were taken days, weeks, months and even years before the tragedy took place ^[12].
More often than not, I hear a single recurring argument now… Do you know how many people would have to be complicit for them to pull something like this off?
Indeed.

Sandy Hook Charity Industry: Follow the Money

Tragic publicized events provide the basis for major fundraising efforts with the purported rationale of assisting those immediately impacted. In the case of the Sandy Hook School massacre charities have sprung up to take in tens of millions for wide array of “healing” and preventative initiatives.

This is the fourth installment in a series examining the reported donations and government revenue taken in by Newtown/Sandy Hook charities and related entities in the wake of the December 14, 2012 event.-JFT
Now that the dust has settled a bit,  it’s time to take another look at the donation totals for Sandy Hook.  There are several articles that have been published over the past 15 months with varying degrees of relevance.  Some of them gleaned information from CT Attorney General George Jepson’s survey,  but at the time of publication,  not all respondents had filed their reports.  This includes my previous article, Follow the Money Part 3.  At the time of that writing,  it was impossible to arrive at an accurate total of the charities’ collections.
Since that time, there have been Federal grants made to Newtown, and one very large grant from the state of Connecticut, but we’ll get to that shortly.  I would first like to cover the CT Attorney General survey,  although out of date at this point,  it seems a good place to begin.
By clicking through each report,  the totals of money raised by spring of last year can be found.  Of the 62 unique charities reporting, the whole dollar sum of all donations amounts to
$22, 277, 070.00
Twenty-two million, two-hundred seventy-seven thousand, seventy dollars.
As I mentioned, this total is inaccurate.  It is less than what has actually  been raised.  How much less we can estimate based on later reporting.
In an article dated 12/14/13, NBC news stated that Sandy Hook Promise had raised 2.3 million dollars.  That is $2,262,000.00 more that the $1,238,000.00 they reported in June of 2013 to the CT Attorney General.  Let’s add that to our total:  $22,277,070 + 2,262,000 =
$24,539, 070.00
Also mentioned in the NBC article was the Sandy Hook-Newtown Community Foundation as having raised “over 12 million”.  That is one million+  more than reported originally.  Let’s add again:
$25,539,070.00
Newtown Youth and Family Services originally reported 1 million raised, but by the end of the year they claimed 1.2 million.

The NBC reporter included a few smaller charities that I did not find listed on the Jepson and Friends survey.  I am attempting to get at the most accurate, conservative total.  The 27 million claimed by NBC may well be close to the truth.
What the article in question did not cover were the Federal and State grants awarded to Newtown in the interim.  Let’s take a look at those, shall we?
From the Department of Justice, Newtown received 2.5 million dollars, for officer overtime and what-not.
“Grants will be awarded to the Connecticut State Police ($663,444), Town of Newtown ($602,293), Town of Monroe ($882,812), and other partner agencies ($296,836), which include 34 surrounding Connecticut jurisdictions.”

28,239,070.00

The Department of Education provided two School Emergency Response to Violence, or SERV grants of 1.3 million in May of 2013,  and 1.9 million in January of this year.
“We will do whatever we can to continue assisting and supporting the healing and recovery of Newtown,” U.S. Secretary of Education Arne Duncan said. “This additional grant will help students, teachers, families, school district and community move forward after such an unimaginable tragedy.”
$31,439,070.00
The State of Connecticut pledged to award Newtown  an additional 50 million dollars to demolish Sandy Hook School, and build a new and improved one on the very same site.
Newtown will not have to pay a penny for a new Sandy Hook Elementary School — state officials are making sure of that.
In the waning hours of the General Assembly session this week, legislators voted to approve as much as $50 million for a new school in Newtown.
Gov. Dannel P. Malloy, at a Capitol news conference Thursday afternoon, said he had made it clear to Newtown First Selectman Pat Llodra within days after the Dec. 14 shootings at the school that it would be up to the town to decide the future of the building.  (CTpost.com June 6, 2013)

Let’s add again:
$81,439,070.00
That about does it for Government funding.
Let’s now add in the very generous donation made by General Electric of 15 million dollars.

“More than 150 employees of Fairfield-based GE live in Newtown. GE CEO Jeff Immelt said that over the last year, GE employees who live in Newtown also identified a community center as among the town’s greatest needs.
The town said it will use $10 million to build the center and $5 million for operating costs, including hiring staff, over five years. The center will be owned and operated by the town.”
$96, 439, 070.00
That’s Ninety-six million, four-hundred thirty-nine thousand, seventy dollars.
No conflict of interest there.  I report, you draw outrageous conclusions.

There are dozens more charities to look into.  The smaller, child/victim associated funds that serve as scholarships in the child’s name for example.  The Catherine Hubbard fund raised 250k for an animal sanctuary.  This was included in the Attorney General report.  The Fairfield County Community Foundation collects for Mary Sherlach and Grace McDonnell.  The 62,000 raised by the Ct Yankee council Boy Scout Pack 170 was divvied up between the Hockley, Hubbard, Kowalski, Previdi and Wheeler families, all of which have their own fund raising vehicles.  You may recognize the difficulty in figuring out what went where and when.
Since all 501(c)3 organizations must file a 990 or 990EZ with the IRS, we might reasonably expect to have access to these filings when they are available.
I was able to locate a few funds that openly displayed the total raised on the donation page:  Ben’s Lighthouse: $40,646, and Race 4 Chase (Kowalski)$ 67,807.  Since they both received the gift from the Boy Scouts,  do these totals include the 12,400 that would have been their share?  Only the shadow knows.
I will continue to gather the information on these smaller funds and provide you with my findings.  I had been feeling a little guilty for not following up with another article for so long, but as it happens,  the information available now is more accurate than what it would have been six months ago.  My guilt is assuaged.  Thank you for your continued interest in “Follow the Money”.
Just as an aside,  a few researchers have made arguments regarding the actual population of Newtown being under 2,000 people.  This seems plausible to me only because we have heard so very little from this community of “28,000″ .    I have seen reports from people driving through the area, and they describe it as being very deserted.  While this anecdotal evidence may not be proof of anything, consider the city-data report from 2012 which states that the population of Newtown is:

For those completely unfamiliar with the sport of kings, we will illustrate with the above map of Europe with the difficulty the western nations are in. The Ukraine is not some far off nation in a back water location. The Ukraine is the gateway or spring board to Europe. This colored image shows the comparative size and strategic position of the country. 

I would suggest that much of the general staff in the western NATO countries is quite accustomed to being recruited from the best of the politically correct class. I would surmise most of the NATO nations have let their defences ebb to a shocking degree. I would expect most of them are paper tigers living under the shadow of their fathers' and grandfathers' glories. Over the years with cooperation with Russia on many fronts the cold war prowess and preparedness have faded into a distant memory. NATO has become the bully on the block attacking lesser non-aligned nations forming the western banker based version of a New World Order. 

Globalists are all in agreement that they desire a New World Order. They are all in agreement that the world should have it. They generally leave the people of the world out of the loop regarding it. They attack and destroy any nation that gets in the way of it. That usually involves economic pressure with bonds and bank loans. It can involve bribes and blackmail. They will get what they desire by hook or by crook even if a few leaders have to be assassinated along the way or a few legions of the common folk have to be sacrificed in the regime change technique. That is the way power politics is played. That is the way it has always been played. That is the grand chessboard called world global domination.

However, the globalists have something that they share. The master plan does not allow the group outside of their influence to have any advantage or mastery on the grand chessboard. The Euro American group are at odds with the Russian and Chinese groups. The Saudi attempt is a wild card not generally known to be playing a hand at the table. The western NATO faction has been steadily undermining nations in a domino effect. They want Iran. They took Iraq, Egypt, parts of the Sudan, Tunisia, and are stalled in Syria because Putin realized the game plan is to encircle and defeat the major competitor in the great game Russia. He has put his foot down. Afghanistan was a narco side show and abject failure because globalists are ruthless, but lacking in the knowledge of past failures where certain people still maintain the will to win.

Undeterred the globalists decided to destabilize the Ukraine. They orchestrated a regime change of a democratically elected crook who was the legitimate leader as long as he payed homage to the European masters. In a change of heart, he allied himself with mother Russia. It was an act of survival. His country was succumbing to the banker strangle hold. The western bankers moved quickly on his treachery. They installed new puppet leaders in the regime change game. The fact they were never democratically elected meant nothing. They did err in their maneuver though. They forgot that Vladimir Putin is a master player in world global domination. 



Nothing has changed in Europe in over 100 years

The western bankers are specialists at the stab in the back or the stealth infiltration of the money trusts who bleed the wealth of nations. It is an acquired skill. However, they do lack the guttural abilities of the Field Marshall and the daring of the foot soldier who has to carry out a mission under fire and win the day. It involves intellect to be sure, but it also involves great resolve or courage if you will. If you're tied up on the floor, the globalists have great courage in dealing with you. When the odds are reversed, they come apart quite easily. They cannot fight down and dirty in a protracted struggle. That is their weakness. That is Putin's strength.

The Ukraine is the gateway or spring board to Europe. The sanctions and rhetoric are hollow threats from decadent leaders. None of them are soldiers or tacticians or strategists of the battlefield. Afghanistan was their shining glory. Syria is their quicksand. The best butt kisser or boot licker cannot win a war. They can just lead an army to be vanquished because they operate as vassals to the machinations of their political masters not bold and daring Field Marshals. Vladimir Putin was a KGB veteran. He has the aplomb of the military leader and the insight of the policeman, and the ability of the intelligence strategist. On a personal basis he has the will to win. He also commands a large and powerful land force with the necessary armor and artillery to be a war machine. Russia also has the air power to support them and a reasonable navy to harass aggressors. His missile forces are a factor to be reckoned with. Though he didn't pick the time, he has the opportunity to seize the moment. That moment is now.

The western leaders are fools. They picked a fight with a viable adversary. He pinned them to the mats with a daring maneuver. He has the ability to capture the gateway to Europe. All the idiots had to do was concede the obvious and practice what they preach democratic elections. They refused. Vladimir Putin is at a juncture. While he has the advantage, he could press it and solidify the Ukraine. From there eastern Europe would be easily overrun. It would take an army of at least 3 million men to hold the Russians off. It would take at least 5 million to force them out. Two million thoroughly trained replacements would be required to make up for casualties. That is a tall order even with a suitable Field Marshall. Without one and at present strength, it is impossible. Years of political correctness have removed the stalwart fortitude required in a real soldier. Most European nations would fold like a deck chair in a few weeks at best. They always have in the past. I see them being no different now. The only professional army that could hold out would be the Germans. They might last a month if they pressed the matter.



The broader question would be the MAD (mutually assured destruction) concept. If we were losing the continent, would we use nuclear weapons? The temptation would be great, but the Russians would retaliate with scorched Earth. It would be suicide. Then the most likely scenario the European leaders would accept would be to concede defeat with the better red than dead analogy from the cold war. The British might make a bit of a fight over it, but they could never maintain the staying power. The United States could never raise an army large enough or muster the logistics to get it to Europe in a timely fashion to have any effect. With the present leadership and policies of the NATO paper tiger leaders, I would suggest taking Russian lessons. You're going to need them. The EU will still have the letters EU, but it will be called the Eurasian Union. Vladimir Putin will lead it. The capital will be moved from Brussels to Moscow all because our globalists can't admit the obvious. They played the regime change game and lost.

MALAYSIA (INTELLIHUB) — According to data compiled by the Aviation Safety Network (ASN), 83 aircraft which carried more than 14 passengers have been reported missing since 1948 across the world, and that doesn’t count the smaller aircraft.  Of those total disappearances, six of them actually occurred in the same general region as the recent airplane disappearance near Malaysia.
The first reported airplane disappearance in this region was near the Gulf of Martaban in southern Burma on August 12, 1932.  Two passengers, GW Salt and FB Taylor, who were attempting to fly from Burma to England disappeared in mid flight, and although their flight was said to have crashed, the wreckage was never recovered.
Three years later on November 8, 1935, Charles Kingsford Smith, was attempting to break an aircraft speed record when he lost contact somewhere over the Andaman Sea.  His plane was also never found.
Decades later, on February 3, 1961, Garuda Indonesia Airlines flight PK-GDY disappeared near Madura Island in Indonesia.  There were 21 passengers on board and the wreckage was never found.
In 1974, somewhere over the South China Sea, Hurricane Hunter flight Swan 38, from the 54th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron disappeared during a typhoon.
On February 13, 1983, Upali Air flight N482U disappeared in the Malacca Straits, near Malaysia.
More recently, on January 31, 1993, a Pan Malaysian Air Transport plane disappeared.  The plane reportedly lost contact near Northern Sumatra, and no evidence of a crash was ever discovered.
Now, over the past few weeks the entire world has joined in on the search for the missing Malaysian flight that had 239 people on board.  The Malaysian government has claimed that the airplane crashed into the sea, but as with the other cases, there has yet to be any conclusive evidence showing where the plane ended up.

Immersive tech, NFL players and a 3D printed heart. At first glance you might think they have nothing in common.
But they do. I’ll explain shortly.
First, let’s look at each of these three things and why they’re so important to each other…
First off, the 3D printed heart. Now, this isn’t a fully functional 3D printed heart. Although there are technologies out there right now that mean this could be a possibility in the future. No, this is a 3D printed replica of a heart. In other words scientists took a 3D scan of a patient’s heart, and then 3D printed it as a solid form model.
They did this so they could specifically tailor biosensors for that unique heart. This was the crux of a story I linked to yesterday in Tech Extras. It was from the MIT Technology Review. And it explains how researchers use 3D printing technology with heart health. It also goes on to explain a type of bioelectronics that’s key to their research.

‘The researchers used images of animals’ hearts to create models of the organ using a 3-D printer. Then they built stretchy electronics on top of those models.‘

The stretchy electronics help measure the function of the heart with great accuracy. And because the electronics are custom-fit they hold great potential for better heart therapies in the short term future.
They’ll help do this because of more accurate information than is currently available. The level of accuracy might well mean the difference between life and death.
Now none of this would have been possible even a few years ago. Without 3D printing they could never have built such a detailed model of the heart. And without stretchable electronics they’d never get the detailed information needed.

It’s unnatural to get hit that hard

The next thing to look at is NFL players.
NFL, the National Football League, Gridiron, American Football, whatever you want to call it, is a full contact sport.
I’m no professional NFL player, but I did play a season of American Football a few years back in Melbourne. And even at the amateur level I was at the players hit hard.
And in the professional leagues the sheer velocity at which players hit is unnatural. They hit so hard that it leads to long term health issues for many, including serious mental health problems and diminishing brain function.
This has been a hot topic in professional sports in the US. And innovative companies are doing something about it.
Now they can’t change the sport, but they can help medical staff get better information, real-time, about their players.
That’s why a number of ‘early warning’ devices are being made to monitor player concussions.
One company in particular has partnered with Reebok to develop what they call, CHECKLIGHT. It’s one of the best examples of immersive tech I’ve seen to date. This isn’t some wristband or smart watch. It’s a purpose built array of sensors to help improve the health of (in this case) athletes.
They state on their website,

‘In the heat of competition, athletes aren’t always aware of the severity of a blow to the head. We’re delivering a simple solution. Our design uses multiple sensors to capture head impact data during play, while being virtually invisible to the athlete.‘

The company does this with stretchy electronics embedded in a ‘skull cap’. The ‘skull cap’ is like a beanie that’s made of lycra-like material.
Anyway, the device works well in the NFL because many of the players wear skull caps under their helmets. This also means that sideline medical staff can actively monitor their players for concussion in real time.
Just one innocuous knock to the head might be enough to do damage to a player. But CHECKLIGHT helps to prevent that. It’s truly a revolutionary piece of technology.

Immersive tech binds everything together

And finally there’s immersive tech. Immersive tech is the future that’s coming into the present at a rapid pace. It’s where your digital life and physical life converge into one seamless, frictionless experience.
It will involve billions of sensors, processors and microchips. It will mean your home, your office, the car…everything will be immersed with your digital life. This means a lot of data and a lot of information. A big part of this is ongoing information about your own health.
As these sensors find their way into everything, they also find their way into you. That’s not a bad thing, because they’ll be invisible. You won’t even notice they’re there. But these sensors will help you to manage your health in a much more accurate and effective way.
So when we look at immersive tech, NFL players and a 3D printed heart, you’re still probably wondering ‘where’s the link?’

IF the Banks are self-insured, and IF they are offering death related benefits to the employees for which this employee insurance is strictly a hedge, then this might make some moral and legal sense. But it does not appear to be the case.

And certainly for years companies have taken out life insurance on key employees, whose loss would be a blow to the company, as the article acknowledges.  But they go on to point out that this program is not related to key employees, but is widespread, and continues on even after they leave their employment with that firm.

It seems that there is some perverse loophole in the tax laws and insurance calculations that makes it profitable for a corporation to 'bet' on the deaths of its employees, for its own profit, as this article implies, and not as any hedge against the loss of their talent. And if they are doing the insurance and reinsurance through subsidies, they may be moving any losses from book to book in order to further game the tax laws, similar to the methods by which multinationals create 'income' in subsidiaries located in tax havens offshore.

The point is not that this is nefarious, but that it epitomizes the kinds of government subsidies for non-public-beneficial activities that corporations exploit. 

The failure of the Fed and the Regulators in general is in not aligning the interests of the Banks with the success of Main Street.  Banks are not making loans that encourage capital investment in sound projects and activities.  Instead the Banks are incented to game the system, play the markets, and invest their innovation and energy into the financialisation of nearly everything, including the deaths of their own employees.

In some other news  analysis of the day, What is Wrong with American Capitalism, it has been pointed out that US corporations are busily engaged in buying their own stock to improve their quarterly earnings and stock option returns for executives, rather than investing in infrastructure, rather than in research, innovation, and employee development and training.  This is another subsidy and distortion promoted by the government in service of corporations.

As the article below by Martins reminds us, Senator Carl Levin said that JPMorgan has 'the lowest loan-to-deposit ratio of the big banks, lending just 61 percent of its deposits out in loans.' Apparently, said Levin, 'it was too busy betting on derivatives to issue the loans needed to speed economic recovery.'

And gaming the markets as well, Senator, as well as all sorts of other extracurricular activities other than serving Main Street and efficiently allocating capital. 

And you can place a large portion of that blame on those in Washington who are only too eager to take soft bribe money in the form of large campaign contributions and other perks and revolving door payoffs from the Banks, Super PACs, and corporate interests.

I am aware that not only JPM does this, or even started this practice. I remember the stories about Walmart doing this as well some years ago. Their abuse of this prompted legal action and a thorough public shaming.

Generally speaking, Code section 101(a) of the US Tax Code makes the receipt of insurance proceeds nontaxable. Wal-Mart was insuring the lives of its employees for $50,000 or thereabouts and collecting the money if the employee died. Its employees apparently were not aware of this, and Wal-Mart was making money on this insurance 'program' free of income tax without providing any benefit to the employee or their heirs.

A new tax provision 101(j)in 2006 made insurance proceeds in excess of premiums paid taxable as income to the employer unless the employee consents in writing before the issuance of the insurance contract. The notice must state affirmatively that the employer may continue the insurance coverage even after the employee is no longer employed.

There is an income tax form (Form 8925) that a company must file and sign indicating if the employee has affirmatively consented.

If memory serves Walmart was shamed into discontinuing this practice by the publicity. Apparently JPM and the TBTF Banks have turned it into a sizable line of business, after having been bailed out by the Fed, and the taxpayers, with billions in subsidized dollars and forgiveness for their gambling losses and frauds. 

And therein is the point. JPM and the other Banks are only nominally Banks, and therefore do not deserve the protections, exemptions, and subsidies extended to them by the government for banking and depository activity, which is becoming a smaller portion of their overall activity.  The Volcker Rule was intended to change this, and given the London Whale and other abuses, including some not yet come to light, it is not working.

Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 now clearly a government cover-up: All evidence contradicts official story

(NaturalNews) The "official" story of what happened to Malaysia Airlines Flight 370 is now a blatant cover-up. After an endless stream of wild incompetence from the Malaysian military and government concerning the radar signature of the missing flight, we are now told by the Malaysian government that the flight "went down over the southern Indian Ocean" and that all lives are lost.

This explanation smacks of an obvious cover-up for several crucial reasons, all of which are now being utterly ignored by the conventional press:

#1) If the plane went down in the ocean, it would have broken up on impact and debris would be easily spotted

A Boeing 777 does not -- and cannot -- survive impact with the ocean and remain intact. It simply does not have the structural integrity to survive such an impact, which is a lot like hitting a cement wall at terminal velocity.

If Flight 370 hit the ocean, it would have been broken into tens of thousands of pieces, many of which obviously float on water (such as the seat cushions) and would be witnessed washing up on regional shores or easily spotted by search teams.

The lack of such debris is strong support that Flight 370 did not crash into the Indian Ocean as we are now being told.

#2) The plane continued broadcasting data to Boeing for 4 - 7 hours

Remember the fact that the airplane was broadcasting data for at least 4 hours after the transponder was turned off? This fact is now suddenly being dumped from history and from our memories as if it never happened.

We already know Flight 370 flew for 4 - 7 hours after diverging from its planned flight course. We already know this could have taken the plane to Afghanistan, Pakistan, Iran or even North Korea. Wall Street Journal: "U.S. investigators suspect that Malaysia Airlines 3786. Flight 370 stayed in the air for up to four hours past the time it reached its last confirmed location, according to two people familiar with the details, raising the possibility that the plane could have flown on for hundreds of additional miles under conditions that remain murky."

The Guardian: "MH370: Missing plane could have kept flying four hours after disappearing, US investigators say... Engine data shows plane could have kept flying for four hours after disappearing"

Washington Post: " the plane may have flown for at least four hours after it dropped from civilian radar, U.S. officials said Thursday. A senior U.S. official said the information came from data sent via a satellite communications system by Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370. That data has convinced U.S. officials that the plane’s engines continued to run for at least four hours after all other communication was lost."

So how does the Malaysian government now explain this? They don't. They simply gloss over this fact and hope we all forget it. They claim the plane went down in the Indian Ocean without flying very far at all. This makes no sense whatsoever and cannot be reconciled with the flight broadcast data received by Boeing.

#3) There is ZERO evidence the flight crashed into the Indian Ocean

What is the Malaysian government's evidence that Flight 370 ended in the Indian Ocean and "all lives are lost?"

They have no evidence. They have no bodies. They have no debris, no flight recorders, no sightings and no radar signatures that would put the aircraft in the Indian Ocean.

They have zero evidence. So they are now floating a cover-up to try to put this issue to rest in order to distract from their own incompetence and their bizarre failure to track the radar signature of an aircraft flying well within the range of their radar.

In fact, the only debris floating around right now is made of all the fragments of the Malaysian government's inept cover-up attempts that smack of a true "rookie attempt" to roll out a cover-up that's full of holes.

This utter lack of evidence did not prevent the Malaysian government from announcing, "we have to assume beyond any reasonable doubt that MH370 has been lost and that none of those on board survived." (USA Today)

#4) Another crucial fact: It's clear that the transponder was manually turned off in order to hide the plane's new flight path

If the pilot of Flight 370 was suicidal and wanted to fly the plane into the ocean, there would be no need to switch off the transponder before doing so.

In fact, there would be no need to make all the complex, intentional flight maneuvers which Flight 370 clearly took as has been widely reported.

The fact that the transponder was manually disconnected followed by the plane making deliberate maneuvers that put it on a new flight path is near-absolute proof that the persons controlling the aircraft had no intention of flying the plane into the ocean. It's also strong evidence that they did not want governments to track their new flight direction and destination.

Without question, they intended to take the plane somewhere else and land it somewhere else, which is exactly why the aircraft continued broadcasting flight performance data to Boeing for 4-7 hours.

The Malaysian government is now hoping you forget all these facts in believing their bizarre cover-up explanation.

Malaysia's 9/11 official story

Flight 370 is now Malaysia's 9/11, complete with nonsense "official" stories and attempts to memory hole all the facts that originally came out in the mainstream media.

We are soon going to be told outrageous lies like "Oh, Boeing never received any flight data broadcasts from the aircraft, didn't you know?"

Anyone who now cites all the facts which have already been reported in support of the theory that Flight 370 continued on to another destination will be called "conspiracy theorists" and kooks.

The mainstream media will start scrubbing stories and retroactively altering its reporting to match the "official" government story. We've seen this before. It's how governments and media outlets sweep 239 lives under the rug and try to discredit anyone who asks skeptical, scientifically-sound questions based on the actual evidence.

In truth, the Malaysian government's bizarre new claim that Flight 370 "ended in the Indian Ocean" is the biggest conspiracy theory of all. It's sheer lunacy to reach such a conclusion without compelling evidence to support it, especially in light of all the other evidence that Flight 370 continued on for hours after the transponder was intentionally disabled.

Most likely explanation at this point: The aircraft is being turned into a weapon

Based on the Malaysian government's obvious cover-up attempt (which is incredibly transparent and childish as far as cover-ups go), it now seems increasingly likely that the Flight 370 aircraft has, indeed, been delivered to a rogue nation where it is being transformed into a weapon.

Malaysia has already proven that it is so incompetent that it cannot track huge aircraft flying across its airspace. This means a weaponized Boeing 777 is essentially a "stealth aircraft" to the Malaysian military -- a shocking revelation about military incompetence and lack of national security readiness in that nation.

Apparently, this same Boeing 777 can also fly undetected across the airspace of other nations -- most likely by "shadowing" existing flights while turning off its own transponder.

Whoever took control of Flight 370 now has a massive stealth weapon which an incredibly long flight range. This aircraft can now be outfitted with nuclear weapons and dispatched to almost any desirable target anywhere in the world, including cities like New York and Washington D.C., unfortunately.

I was the first journalist in the world to suggest that Flight 370 had been captured and turned into a weapon. That same story was also the very first story to suggest Flight 370 passengers may still be alive.

I still believe Flight 370 passengers may have survived the flight and the landing at the new destination, but now that world governments are rolling out their "official" stories, there is no question in my mind that they will do anything to support those official stories, even if it means discarding the lives of all the passengers. Sadly, I am now forced to recalculate the odds of Flight 370 passengers being found alive at no better than 1 in 5. (It was previously as high as 1 in 2.) But it is not zero! There is a realistic chance the passengers are being kept alive as some sort of international bargaining chip.

You can now expect the governments and media outlets of the world to start scrubbing their archived stories and statements, altering the "news history" to fit this new Malaysian government cover-up.

I wouldn't even put it past these people to now secretly sink some aircraft debris in the Indian Ocean so they can "find it" and thereby complete the cover-up.

If there's one thing I've learned in all my years as an award-winning investigative journalist, it's that you should never trust official stories... especially when they contradict all the earlier evidence.
