AUSTRALIA RECALLS ALL AMBASSADORS (TEMPORARILY)Image result for pic of sunken atlantis under the ice

Mr. R.A., a regular reader here, share this story, and it's significant enough I need to talk about it. Australia's Foreign Minister, Ms. Julie Bishop, has recalled all Australian Ambassadors to that country - temporarily it is to be stressed - for a conference in Australia of all senior Australian diplomats for a foreign policy "reset", or, at least, that's what were being told according to this article by Amy Remeikis in The Sydney Morning Herald:
There's the usual "all is well" explanation, including, of course, the obligatory remarks about how all this is being brought about by the Trump Administration and Mr. Trump's prior remarks about NATO, redoing security and trade deals like TPP, and the growing China problem in the South China Sea. One hundred and thirteen high diplomatic officials will meet with Prime Minister Turnbull in Canberra:
In an Australian-first step, 113 heads of mission - which includes the nation's ambassadors, high commissioners and consuls-general - will return for three days next month, as the government looks to reset how Australia navigates its foreign, trade and development policies on the global stage.
Every head of mission, with the exception of a few whose terms are about to expire, will meet in Canberra for a two-day meeting with Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull, Ms Bishop and Trade Minister Steven Ciobo, as well as a representative from Labor, to contribute to the long-awaited Foreign Policy White Paper, due to be delivered later this year.
Doubtless, all this is true: Australia will need to craft a security and trade strategy for the near-to-mid-term future. But then there's this little bit of additional "explanation":
While other G20 nations, including the United States, Britain, China and Germany have established annual meetings of their diplomatic corps, Australia has traditionally held international meetings, flying Canberra-based staff to designated regional meeting points.
That approach has drawn criticism, most recently over a trip 23 DFAT staff made to Paris in September last year for a conference on saving money that subsequently cost taxpayers $215,000.
Meetings usually held overseas have now been cancelled, saving about $400,000, which has been reallocated to the heads of mission meeting.
In other words, we have a "nothing to see here, move along" explanation; it's all being done to save taxpayer money.
However, I cannot help but agree with the thoughts Mr. R.A. expressed in his email to me, and indulge and expand upon them in the high octane speculation of the day, for the implications of such a behind-closed-doors meeting of all Australian senior diplomats, face-to-face, means also that one is not subject to electronic communications, and to the prospects of penetration via hacking or other means of electronic eavesdropping. If one wants to communicate serious information in as secure a manner as possible, and formulate some sort of response to it, this would be the means of doing so.
Mr. R.A. speculates, and I agree with him, that during their meeting, Vice President Pence may have told Foreign Minister Bishop something truly significant, and highly secret (or, we may also speculate, vice versa), and that a large adjustment to Australian foreign policy is therefore necessary. And that means it has to be of significant magnitude. The question is, what is that significant?
Here I suspect there are two possibilities, and they may indeed overlap. The first, and more mundane matter, is the recent decision and discussion within the United Kingdom about revivifying the British Commonwealth, of which Australia is easily the most important Pacific member. Those discussions, you'll recall, also involve the idea of making the United States an associate member. If such were to occur, it would be a restructuring of the Anglo-sphere, "the Anglo-American Establishment", documented by American history and geopolitics professor Carroll Quigley in his book by the same name, in fulfillment of the dreams of Cecil Rhodes.  In this respect, Australian foreign policy would need a significant reset, especially in the wake of the BREXIT vote. These realignments will also dramatically impact the "China problem" and how the U.K., Australia, the wider Commonwealth, and the USA, deal with it.
The second possibility for such a meeting, and the necessity of communicating in complete security, would be the strange goings-on in Antarctica, and the clear indication that something of major significance is either occurring in the polar continent, or that something of major significance has been discovered there, perhaps impinging upon human history, perhaps involving ancient high technologies and civilizations, perhaps involving "ET," perhaps involving major climate data, or perhaps even some combination of all of them.
Time of course will tell, but for Australia to "break" with its standard foreign policy operating procedure and summon such a meeting means that something truly significant is afoot, and one may be certain that while the forthcoming "White Paper" may not completely disclose whatever it is, it is bound to give some hint.

On March 1, the WSJ reported that the options contemplated by the White House in response to recent North Korean acts, include "the possibility of both military force and regime change to counter the country’s nuclear-weapons threat." The review came es amid recent events have strained regional stability including last month's launch by North Korea of a ballistic missile into the Sea of Japan, and the assassination of the estranged half brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Malaysia.

And, according to a report in Yonhap, said "regime change" may come far sooner than expected: the South Korean website writes that U.S. special operations forces, including the unit that killed Osama Bin Laden, will take part in joint military drills in South Korea "to practice incapacitating North Korean leadership in the case of conflict", a military official said Monday.

The U.S. Navy’s Special Warfare Development Group, better known as the SEAL Team 6, will arrive in South Korea for joint military drills and take part in an exercise simulating a precision North Korean incurion and"the removal of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un", according to the Ministry of National Defense Monday.

The U.S. Navy SEAL Team Six will join the annual Foal Eagle and Key Resolve exercises between the two allies for the first time, along with the Army's Rangers, Delta Force and Green Berets.

The counterterrorism unit is best known for its removal of Al-Qaeda leader Osama bin Laden in May 2011, known as Operation Neptune Spear. It will be the team’s first time participating in the annual Foal Eagle and Key Resolve exercises, which will run through late April.

The ministry did not say when the SEAL Team 6 will arrive. The Japan Times reported that the American unit boarded the USS Carl Vinson, a Nimitz-class aircraft carrier, last Friday and are currently training in South Korean waters. The carrier will arrive in Busan Port Wednesday, according to the Japanese newspaper. The ministry did not say when the SEAL Team 6 will arrive, however according to The Japan Times, the American unit will arrive in Busan Port Wednesday, according to the Japanese newspaper.

As Korea JoongAng Daily adds, also set to touch down in South Korea isDelta Force, a special mission unit of the U.S. Army whose main tasks include hostage rescue and counterterrorism, said the Defense Ministry. Together with SEAL Team 6, they will practice removing Kim Jong-un and destruction of North Korea’s weapons of mass destruction.

“It will send a very strong message to North Korea, which is constantly carrying out military provocations,” a ministry official said.

"A bigger number of and more diverse U.S. special operation forces will take part in this year's Foal Eagle and Key Resolve exercises to practice missions to infiltrate into the North, remove the North's war command and demolition of its key military facilities," a ministry official told Yonhap News Agency asking not to be named.

F-35 stealth fighters will also fly from U.S. Navy bases in Japan this month and carry out strike simulations on key North Korean facilities. A joint amphibious landing operation, which will kick off next month, will see the deployment of support ships the USS Bonhomme Richard, USS Green Bay and USS Ashland.

The beefing up of U.S. special operation forces in the drills comes after North Korean leader Kim said in a New Year’s speech that the country was in the “final stage” of test-firing an intercontinental ballistic missile, the first of its kind, and pushed through two separate missile tests earlier this year, the latest on March 6. North Korea claimed through its state-run media that the most recent drill was aimed at striking “the bases of the U.S. imperialist aggressor forces in Japan.”

Washington and Seoul stress that the annual military drills are purely defensive, although Pyongyang sees them as a rehearsal for an invasion. South Korea’s military said around 290,000 domestic soldiers and 10,000 U.S. soldiers will participate in this year’s drills, which by scale would be approximately the same as last year, the largest to date.

While the US may have decided to remove the element of surprise from a potential tactical strike inside North Korea in order to spook Kim Jong-Un, it is just as likely that by exposing their intentions, the US may have precipitated a response from the Korean leader which will make such a military operation inevitable, even as the geopolitical fallout for the region from such an action could be dire. As a reminder, last week an analysis by the Predata-Beyond Parallel strategic consultancy predicted that there is a 43% chance of North Korean WMD activity taking place in the next 14 days, rising to 62% in the next 30 days. Beyond Parallel defines WMD activity as nuclear tests and ballistic missile launches.

Missouri Bill Would Ban Mercury Metal and Human DNA Vaccines, Reject Federal GuidelinesImage result for evil nazi science

vaccines
State Representative Lynn Morris, hailing from Missouri, made waves earlier this year when he  introduced a bill that would prohibit mercury and other metals from being used for any reason in vaccines administered in Missouri public health clinics. The bill, HB 331, would prevent adults and children from being injected with potentially harmful metals for any reason — even those metals used for “preservation” would not be permitted.
Rep. Morris has also introduced a second bill, HB 332, which would reportedly curb the use of vaccines which contain foreign human DNA.  This bill would require that chicken pox and shingles vaccines doled out by Missouri health clinics to be free of human DNA contaminates. Both bills are a response to public health concerns about what is really in vaccines, and whether or not they’re safe.
These bills could be a great step in the right direction, if they are actually passed.
The CDC’s recommended guidelines have long been the driving force behind state vaccination policies and mandates, but in a sense, these new bills ignore the federal agency’s opinion and authority — simply by recognizing that people should not be expected to believe a substance as toxic as mercury is safe in any form.
It is no secret that the CDC has continued to purport that thimerosal and the ethylmercury it contains are perfectly safe. While the agency admits that methylmercury is quite toxic, they also state, “Thimerosal contains ethylmercury, which is cleared from the human body more quickly than methylmercury, and is therefore less likely to cause any harm.”

Concerns about thimerosal and aluminum

While it is true that ethylmercury is more easily passed out of the body, research has indicated that does not mean it is less harmful. A 2014 study by a group of French researchers from the Institut Pasteur found that thimerosal exposure induced apoptosis (cell death) in T cells, depolarized the mitochondrial membrane and generated the production of reactive oxygen species. Notably, the researchers stated in their introduction that their research was prompted by a previous finding of in vitro toxicity related to a thimerosal-containing  flu vaccine, Panenza.
The team found that even non-toxic concentrations of thimerosal — which they report as being anywhere from 30 to 3000 times less than what is used in vaccines — could inhibit the proliferation of T cells, which are an essential part of the immune system. Like most researchers, in spite of the evidence of toxicity, the team still concluded that thimerosal-containing vaccines are a necessary evil. But they did write in their conclusion, “However, our observations regarding its ex-vivo toxicity and immunomodulatory effects on human primary lymphocytes highlight the need to use this preservative with caution and avoid it if possible.”
A 2013 paper by Brazillian reserachers even compared the toxicity of ethymercury and thimerosal with that of methylmercury. The team noted that while ethylmercury’s toxicity profile is different that methylmercury’s profile, in vitro studies have shown that the two “demonstrate equivalent measured outcomes for cardiovascular, neural and immune cells.” They also note in vivo studies have shown that yes, ethylmercury is excreted and distrubted around the body more quickly that methylmercury. Overall, the researchers state that their findings indicated that “in real-life scenarios, a simultaneous exposure to both [ethylmercury] and [methylmercury] might result in enhanced neurotoxic effects in developing mammals.”
Going back even further, in 2005, research found that while methylmercury caused higher levels of total mercury in the brains of animal test subjects, exposure to thimerosal resulted in twice as much inorganic mercury deposited in the brain. Inorganic mercury remains in the brain for much, much longer than organic forms, and its health effects are not fully understood. The researchers noted other research had linked persistent exposure to inorganic mercury to increased activation of the microglia — which is a feature that has been seen in children with autism.
Thimerosal is not the only concerning ingredient found in vaccines, though it is perhaps one of the most well-recognized. Aluminum is another metal often purposely put into vaccines, despite its neurological affects. Aluminium has been linked to a number of ill effects, and recent research indicates it likely causes Alzheimer’s disease.
