Bombshell: 1 in 13 U.S. children take psychiatric drugs

(NaturalNews) An increasing number of children in America are being labeled, diagnosed and branded. Unique personalities are being scolded and molded by drugs to adapt childhood behavior into societal norms. Children have become like sculptures, motionless, lifeless, as psychiatric drugs chisel away at their natural state of well-being.

Living under a controlled paradigm designed by Drug Companies

The emotional and behavioral differences among children are yoked into compliance, to conformity. A child's struggles aren't listened to, aren't understood. Their differences, behavior and problems are stamped into their mind as if they are a mental illness. Psychiatric drugs are driven down the throats of young people, as pharmaceutical companies expand their controlling influence.

A shocking new study facilitated by the CDC's National Center for Health Statistics reveals that 1 in 13, or 7.5 percent of US children, are now on some type of psychiatric drug. Taking a step back, it's as if the lives of people today are controlled by a paradigm designed by drug companies. The potential of free thought is a mere speck of what it could be.

The minds of a generation have been collectively hijacked in the 21st century; an alarming number of parents and medical professionals have become disillusioned in a new age of chemical quick fixes. Mind-altering drugs are pushed onto children with little regard for their natural ability to overcome challenges. The root issues are never dealt with when a drug is issued as the one-size-fits-all band-aid.

A generation ago, all these mental illnesses and ADHD labels were nonexistent. Children's minds were left unaltered. They were never so psychotically evaluated, labeled and nitpicked like they are today. They were not subjects of a multinational psychiatric drugging machine, which now possesses 1/13 of today's American culture.

Boys drugged more than girls, belittled in an emasculated culture

The childhood drug study, based on 6- to 17-year-olds, shows another alarming trend; boys are more likely to be prescribed psychiatric drugs than girls. 9.7 percent of boys are drugged compared to 5.2 percent of girls. It's apparent that these drugs are a way to emasculate boys, as strength is belittled and minds are altered to submit.

The increasing psychiatric diagnoses on children show that medical professionals have generally strayed away from treating people as human beings and have instead become like drug peddlers and distributors. They've become mindless themselves, submitting to new labels and diagnoses formulated and made into doctrine through the psychiatrists' Bible, the DSM. While the American Psychiatric Association believes that medical professionals are doing a better job today at pinning down psychiatric problems in children earlier and responding to them sooner, this is no excuse to drug children out of their wits, out of their problems, personalities, abnormalities, masculinity and/or behavioral differences.

Psychiatric drugs condemn personality differences and throw away discipline

These psychiatric drugs do not teach children how to cope with challenges in life. These drugs replace discipline and perseverance with chemical alterations that harbor physical, emotional, mental and spiritual side effects.

If a psychiatric drug is credited for helping change a child's behavior or depressive state, then the child is inherently taught to be mentally and spiritually dependent on a substance to cope with life's tough realities. This drug-care illusion could ultimately be cast onto every human being, since behavioral differences, life challenges and brain chemical imbalances are all possible at some point in every person's life.

Leaning on drugs to deal with life does not allow time for the chemically imbalanced brain to heal naturally. The brain can become dependent on the chemical alteration while fighting side effects and withdrawals. Important bodily functions like metabolism and sleep can also be adversely affected as well as elicit unnatural changes in communication, violent behavior and lack of empathy for mankind.

Children enrolled in Medicaid drugged more readily

The study also showed that kids enrolled on Medicaid are more likely to be branded and drugged with psychiatrics. Medicaid boasts 9.9 percent of children taking drugs for behavioral problems, as opposed to 6.7 percent of children covered under private insurance.

In the CDC report, the researchers wrote, "Over the past two decades, the use of medication to treat mental health problems has increased substantially among all school-aged children and in most subgroups of children."

Why have medical professionals and parents settled for a method of labeling and drugging so disempowering and so defeated?

It's definitely time to take a closer look at the overmedication epidemic going on right now in American culture. It's time to question the labels, the diagnoses and the blind servitude of psychiatric medicine.

THE 3D PRINTING SCRAPBOOK: NASA SCANNING ON MARS, PRINTING ON EARTH?

Here’s a very important article that was sent to us by Mr. S.D., and I think the importance of it will be self-evident to most readers here, and our thanks to him for sharing it:
It seems that our Star Trek sort of analysis of the potentials of 3D printing, and its possible growth from the black technologies bureaucracies and budgets, may be being confirmed in a round-about way. Readers will recall that we’ve postulated here that 3D printing appears to be a tangible step in the technology tree leading to a kind of Star Trek replicator, and transporter-teleporter system. Many weeks ago I blogged about the inevitable next steps of 3D-printing: its use and application to the “manufacture” of organic materials, and unbeknownst to me at the time, this process was already underway. Now the internet abounds with stories of various organs being 3D printed, and in a few cases, actually made for surgical procedures and transplant in yet another step along the technology tree toward “Star Trek” like transporter capabilities: the ability to “teleport” organic life over long distances: download at one end, upload and print at another. We’re a long way off, but yet, much closer now than when Gene Roddenberry first popularized the idea on his now famous television sci-fi series.
Another scenario we’ve discussed here is the use of 3D printing to “manufacture at a distance,” i.e., to scan something at one end, or upload specifications for something at one end, and download at another. Now, let’s exercise the imagination a little bit.
Suppose you took various spectrographic and chemical analyses of something at one end, scanned an object with this and other means of sensing, then sent all of this data to be 3D printed at another end, possibly for more detailed analysis.
Such a technique would tremendously expand your ability, using relatively cheap and off the shelf public technologies, to explore space, for with growing sophistication, it would not be necessary to physically transport such objects from space to Earth for further analysis; it could,  via 3D printing and the requisite scanning and sensing technologies at the “exploration end”, drammatically increase the ability of robotic probes to act as the eyes and ears of mankind remotely.
Well, it appears that this may be a scenario already in play on Mars:

Now, for followers of “strange things in Martian pictures,” the implications here will be obvious: by replicating here on Earth objects on photographs that appear to be artificial or in some other respect anomalous, scientists can literally pick it up and examine it… so rest assured, this capability isn’t being used to print ordinary rocks… what they’re probably really looking at is the apparent “strange stuff” that seems to pop up in so many Martian pictures…
…so the game has been ratcheted up dramatically… Never A Straight Answer has entered a whole new phase.

NASA is 3D Scanning on Mars and 3D Printing on Earth

Mars — first noted millennia ago as a strange red object in motion against the backdrop of the stars.  Who would have thought that just 3,500 years after ancients observed the motions of Mars that humans would not just have robotic probes sending backing inspiring images of the red planet, but that our species would be making bold plans to inhabit it. NASA has just announced that 3D printing has provided a means to ‘replicate’ a meteorite found on Mars, printing an object on Earth from images gathered by a probe on an entirely different world.

The history of the human relationship with Mars is a lively one. The confirmed observations in 1534 BCE by the ancient Egyptians were bested by Babylonian astronomers who made regular records of the positions of the planets and noted that Mars made forty-two (the tongue-in-cheek meaning of life for anyone who has read The Hitchhikers Guide To The Galaxy…) circuits of the zodiac every seventy-nine years. By the fourth century BCE, the father of modern academia, Aristotle, noted that Mars disappeared behind the Moon indicating the planet was farther away. Ptolemy, a famed ancient Greek living in Alexandria addressed the orbital motion of Mars in Almagest (also known as Syntaxis mathematica or Μαθηματικὴ Σύνταξις) Western astronomy’s fundamental text for nothing less than fourteen centuries. In the East, Chinese astronomers had also calculated the path of Mars in the fourth century BCE. In the fifth century BCE, in India, the Surya Siddhanta estimated the diameter of Mars.
On to the era of the telescope, in 1610 the first observation of Mars through a telescope was made by Galileo. In 1672 the diurnal parallax —looking at an object from two different places creates the means to make calculations about it’s distance and other geometrical properties, akin to why we have two eyes — of Mars was measured with greater precision by Giovanni Domenico Cassini. Christiaan Huygens became another notable observer of Mars by becoming the first person to draw a map of the red planet with terrain.
Many more notable observations have been made since, ever more accurate, ever more reliant upon technological progress, until the time that the marvels of modern technology have allowed us to bare witness to the surface of Mars via probes. The are projects aiming to populate Mars such as Mars One’s aim to establish the first human settlement in 2023, early talk of terraforming, and we are already making our mark on the Martian surface in ways similar as to the Earth.

On the 14th of this month Mars was exceptionally close to the Earth, the closest for six years, a coincidence that proved exceptionally good timing, as the Earth’s moon was rendered red during an unusual lunar eclipse. The relative surge in interest produced by this rare event also created excellent timing for educational opportunities related to astronomy, space exploration and space technology. Indeed April 22nd – 24th saw the Explore Mars summit in Washington, D.C., USA, where some 1500 delegates from politics, academia and business converged to discuss Mars at the George Washington University.
To quote: ‘Explore Mars was created to advance the goal of sending humans to Mars within the next two decades. To further that goal, Explore Mars conducts programs and technical challenges to stimulate the development and/or improvement of technologies that will make human Mars missions more efficient and feasible. In addition, to embed the idea of Mars as a habitable planet, Explore Mars challenges educators to use Mars in the classroom as a tool to teach standard STEM curricula.’
The US has committed to extend its support of the International Space Station until 2024. This primarily provides further opportunity for experiments in micro-gravity and an orbiting outpost for private space companies — pertinent since the first docking by the craft of a private enterprise with the I.S.S. took place over Easter thanks to Space X. From there the aim is to capture an asteroid and deposit it in orbit around the Moon next year. The third stage of a development strategy to set the US, and mankind, on the path of interplanetary manned exploration is to develop capabilities to fulfill President Obama’s challenge to that nation to send humans to an asteroid by 2025 and to Mars by 2030.

I’d be so bold as to suggest that most of our readers will witness man walk on Mars in their lifetime. On 20 July 1969, 530 million people, about one in seven of the entire population of the Earth, watched Neil Armstrong become the first person to walk on the surface of the moon – particularly amazing as the broadcast was not shown in what was then the Soviet Bloc, and it was shown around 3 am in Europe. The inspirational effect of mankind’s journey into space, its keystone events and the unifying effect of stepping out together provide a bedrock for the future. And 3D printing has its own key place to play in that journey.
Alongside 3D printing propulsion rockets, moon bases, sending 3D printers to the International Space Station, 3D printed food for space travel, even terra-forming in a mind-blowing technology that may allow actual tree’s, modified to geo-engineer Mars, to be 3D printed and more; now the first example of scanning on one planet to 3D print on another has been announced. NASA has just 3D printed a meteorite that is located on another planet here on Earth. In a first of its kind, precise measurements (by a rover on Mars) were taken and a version of it was 3D printed on our home world. 3D printing demonstrating its potential to open the door to the replication of objects and terrain elsewhere in space, here on the Earth.
For readers unfamiliar with the terminology, rocks in space fall into a number of categories: asteroids, meteors and comets, being the top level of category stratification. Think ‘big rocks but not big enough to be spherical like a planet, or clear a path around itself or other objects like a dwarf planet’ for the former; ‘small rocks’ are meteors; ‘icy rocks’ are comets. When small rocks get caught up in a planet’s or moon’s atmosphere they become meteors — or ‘shooting stars.’ Meteorites are the ones that make it to the surface. Just to complicate that by simplification, the comets and asteroids that may make it to a planet, dwarf planet or moon’s surface are also called meteorites. Small rocks that hit big rocks.
Most meteorites break up when hitting the surface of Mars. The modern Martian atmosphere is not dense enough to create enough drag to slow them. That makes our specific meteorite in this story relatively special. The atmosphere’s of planets are not uniform. The weather report will often tell you this but in different words. Our subject meteorite had specific entry point into the atmosphere which meant that it was slowed more than usual. It also had to have a very shallow flight path. Think skimming a stone on water. These factors slowed it enough to keep it from breaking apart upon landing.
NASA scientists based the design of the plastic meteorite on detailed measurements and stereo images taken by Opportunity’s panoramic camera, or PanCam. The rover took pictures during its 360-degree study of the meteorite some five years ago. Researcher Kris Capraro of NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory has said that one reason the rock could not be replicated back in 2009 is that the rover could not see every square inch of the meteorite. The missing data created holes in the computer model rendering it unfit to be replicated by 3D printing.
The meteorite on Mars is about the size of the inside of a kitchen oven, which is much bigger than the building space of the particular 3D printer used. As is fairly standard in such cases, the computer model was therefore broken into eleven sections. Some 281.11 cubic inches of ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) were used. Also 37.29 cubic inches of plastic to form the support structure inside the rock model. Capraro said: “It’s been an interesting challenge to create the large 3D model… it’s the next best thing to bringing real Martian rock samples back to Earth.”

Find Two Hours To Watch Glenn Greenwald Debate Michael Hayden

If you have (a little less than) 2 hours this weekend, find a way to sit down and watch the mother of all debates about the NSA surveillance program, in which former CIA and NSA boss Michael Hayden and reporter Glenn Greenwald debate each other. Hayden had (in)famous law professor Alan Dershowitz on his side, and Greenwald had Reddit founder Alexis Ohanian on his side, and they both had their interesting moments, but this debate was all about Greenwald v. Hayden and they did not disappoint. Greenwald knocked it out of the park. Hayden came off as condescending and evasive, while Greenwald had facts readily at hand. Hayden said he wanted to debate on the actual facts, and Greenwald brought a bunch, which Hayden didn't respond to. Dershowitz kept insisting that it was all okay because the people at the NSA had proper motives (I don't recall where in the 4th Amendment there's an exception for motives). Meanwhile, Ohanian highlighted how the NSA is actually making us all less secure and massively harming the economy. The video of the debate is below, but you have to skip ahead to 29 minutes. It might not surprise folks to find that I found Greenwald convincing, but I was not the only one:

The world was led to believe by US media and government authorities that a ‘mass shooting’ was carried out by yet another deranged lone gunman, only after reports had initially stated there was  a second shooter on several CBS and ABC affiliates. This latter-day Oswald is named Adam Lanza (below), who had no real motive, an aversion to shooting (so we were told at the time), and no one had actually seen in 3-4 years – and a gunman who is believed by some to have a different identity.


As evidence emerged out of the ‘boiler rooms’ of media halls, mainstream correspondents began selling the public on this latest tragic shooting in America. Not since Columbine had the corporate media been so fixated on an apparent tragic shooting, pushing the fear and death of it all on a 24/7 news loop.

Because the case has now been “classified” by the FBI, it’s hard to find any evidence of a mass shooting, but there seems to be more than ample evidence of a cover-up.

But a few brand new discoveries and key expert witness questions have emerged this week that could rip this event wide open…

Washington’s Blog

Wolfgang Halbig has the perfect combination of expertise to evaluate what happened at Sandy Hook Elementary School:

• Law enforcement: Florida State Trooper, US Customs Agent.
• Education: teacher, assistant principal, principal.
• Current school safety expert: trained key personnel at over 4,000 US school districts, and over 3,500 school safety officers.

His conclusion after ten months of motivated investigation:

“In my professional opinion, [Sandy Hook was] a scripted event… in planning for maybe two, two and a half years.”

Mr. Halbig’s response is demand for criminal arrests of “leaders” involved in Sandy Hook based on rational embrace of the public evidence he explains in the interview:

• law enforcement parked 1/4 mile away upon arrival. Why didn’t they rush to a heart-wrenching emergency if it really occurred?
• no trauma helicopters were ordered. This is unheard of for an actual emergency.
• no paramedics were allowed in the school. This is unheard of.
• officials refuse to say who declared all 26 people dead. By law, this must come from a doctor. This refusal of so much basic information indicates lies and cover-ups.
• official narrative claims emergency personnel didn’t find the school secretary and nurse after 4 hours of searching.
• this “event” included a traffic sign lit with the message, “everyone must sign in.” Officials refuse any comment on this element that would be present for a staged event/drill.
• porta potties were on site; again with no comment by officials and consistent with holding a staged event.
• no names were listed for the 26 children and chorus director at the 2013 Super Bowl event in honor of Sandy Hook. The children resemble the alleged shooting victims. It’s unimaginable to not list these names for such a huge deal.
• no lawsuits filed by parents for negligence against school district. This is unheard of.
• a shooter with Aspergers would have poor motor skills and muscle tone – how did he carry all the gear and shoot with such precision? This combination is impossible to imagine.
• 2 homicide investigators threatened Mr. Halbig for making inquiries consistent with his professional duties to learn about this event for future school safety.
• Newtown Public Schools won’t return any calls. Mr. Halbig says this non-cooperation to contribute information for other schools’ safety is unheard of.
• the FBI classified the report on Sandy Hook. This has never been done before, and indicates a cover-up of all the evidence that this was a staged event.
• radio transmissions are consistent in tone and content for a drill, not an actual emergency.
• multiple weapons reported at a limited crime scene were never found. This is not credible.
• law enforcement sent a kindergarten girl from the hall to stay at the crime scene of room 8 to be alone with dead bodies. This is a ridiculous claim that demands investigation and answers.
• no parents viewed the bodies of their children. This is also unheard of.
• no documents are being released via Freedom of Information Act requests. This is unheard of.
• trauma services were never requested. This would never occur.
• tearing down the school is consistent with destruction of evidence, given the HUGE gaps between official accounts and the evidence.
• there’s zero evidence that a bio-hazard company was contacted to clean blood, bodily fluids, and officials refuse comment. This is impossible.
• Mr. Halbig’s inquiries of who installed the school security system has been met with silence. This is unheard of to not get this information to improve other schools.

Mr. Halbig has the professional expertise to conclude the official story is impossible, and to demand arrests in order for the public to have the truth.
Sandy Hook is one of perhaps 100 areas of such importance. The 2014 Worldwide Wave of Action invites everyone’s participation to:

• Expose 1% oligarchs in the US and elsewhere as OBVIOUS criminals centering in war, money, andmedia (also in ~100 other crucial areas).

Snowden: ‘Training Guide’ for GCHQ, NSA Agents Infiltrating and Disrupting Alternative Media Online

Ed Snowden’s latest leaked documents open the lid on what is perhaps the most vindictive and disgusting aspect of the government-corporate joint surveillance state seen yet…

This is Britain’s  GCHQ how-to guide for Online Covert Action which, according to Glenn Greenwald (see links below) has been shared with US agencies like the NSA. Upon review, it can only be described as government-sponsored subterfuge of domestic society.

According to these latest documents, there are paid government agent/contractor persons on social media posing as someone they are not, whilst on the payroll of the government. Their job is to befriend members of the alternative media, embed themselves in the ebb and flow of day-to-day communications, and then to engage in elaborate subterfuge – by any means necessary. The training exercise below uses terms like “befriend”, “infiltrate”, “mask/mimic”, “ruse”, “set-up”, “disrupt”, “create cognitive stress”, “use deception”, “ruin business relationships”, and “post negative information on appropriate forums” – all of which is not only illegal and morally bankrupt, but also runs completely contrary to the very fundamental ‘values’ and indeed founding principles, of a modern free democratic society or constitutional republic.

Government targets in this malicious operation appear to be bloggers, activists, journalists, social event organisers and anyone else deemed to be a ‘emerging leader’ or voice in the public sphere, or alternative media online.

This obviously extends way beyond the practice of employing paid ‘trolls’ to pollute comment sections and redirect forum threads – which still exists under both government and corporate umbrellas.

Thanks to Ed Snowden (photo, left), the public – as well as moral individuals within government and the judiciary, might fully realise just how these sort of underhanded, and unlawful operations have sunk to the lowest possible levels.

It’s not enough that the governments of both the UK and US are blanket spying on each other’s populations and then swapping data, but now we see how they are aggressively targeting individuals in secret, undermining them and eventually setting out to destroy them – and all the while employing organised deception (with the full backing of the state security apparatus) to achieve a series of  said ‘outcomes’.

That’s conspiracy to defraud, and it’s against the law in any modern civilised society.

One has to pose the question: is this type of government sanctioned gang-stalking and conspiracy to defraud civilised? Most people would answer ‘no’ of course, but unfortunately most people are not making the decisions regarding these new malicious soviet-style programs in Britain and the US.

It’s so comforting to know that the governments of Great Britain and the United States have allocated public money not only to spy on their own innocent citizens, but also that ample public money is also being spent to actively undermine free speech, derail small businesses, to entrap and intentionally defraud and defame unsuspecting citizens that are deemed targets by some secret committee – all carried out in an extrajudicial (outside of the law) way.

Sounds very much like those horrific East German Stasi tales we all point to as history’s archetypal low-point of modern society.

Those who know their history, know that this type of aggressive state attack against its own citizens has nothing to do with ‘national security’ or ‘terrorism’, but is merely a case of the state using its muscle against those who are shining a spotlight on its shortcoming and internal government corruption and criminal behaviour.

By (almost) anyone’s metric, it’s a shameful chapter in history.

New Snowden Leak: Documents Expose Government False Flag Internet Strategy

Stunning Crimes of the Big Banks: Worse than Your Wildest Imagination

Preface:  Not all banks are criminal enterprises.  The wrongdoing of a particular bank cannot be attributed to other banks without proof.  But – as documented below – many of the biggest banks have engaged in unimaginably bad behavior.

You Won’t Believe What They’ve Done …

Here are just some of the improprieties by big banks:

• Funding the Nazis

• Laundering money for terrorists

• Financing illegal arms deals, and funding the manufacture of cluster bombs (and see this and this)  and other arms which are banned in most of the world

• Launching a coup against the President of the United States

• Handling money for rogue military operations

• Laundering money for drug cartels. See this, this, this and this (indeed, drug dealers kept the banking system afloat during the depths of the 2008 financial crisis)

• Engaging in mafia-style big-rigging fraud against local governments. See this, this and this

• Artificially suppressing gold prices

• Charging “storage fees” to store gold bullion … without even buying or storing any gold . And raiding allocated gold accounts

• Committing massive and pervasive fraud both when they initiated mortgage loans and when they foreclosed on them (and see this)

• Pledging the same mortgage multiple times to different buyers. See this, this, this, this and this. This would be like selling your car, and collecting money from 10 different buyers for the same car

• Cheating homeowners by gaming laws meant to protect people from unfair foreclosure

• Committing massive fraud in an $800 trillion dollar market which effects everything from mortgages, student loans, small business loans and city financing

• Manipulating the hundred trillion dollar derivatives market

• Engaging in insider trading of the most important financial information

• Pushing investments which they knew were terrible, and then betting against the same investments to make money for themselves. See this, this, this, this and this

• Engaging in unlawful “Wash Trades” to manipulate asset prices. See this, this and this

• Charging veterans unlawful mortgage fees

• Helping the richest to illegally hide assets

• Bribing and bullying ratings agencies to inflate ratings on their risky investments

The executives of the big banks invariably pretend that the hanky-panky was only committed by a couple of low-level rogue employees. But studies show that most of the fraud is committed by management.
Indeed, one of the world’s top fraud experts – professor of law and economics, and former senior S&L regulator Bill Black – says that most financial fraud is “control fraud”, where the people who own the banks are the ones who implement systemic fraud. See this, this and this.
But at least the big banks do good things for society, like loaning money to Main Street, right?
Actually:

• The big banks no longer do very much traditional banking. Most of their business is from financial speculation. For example, less than 10% of Bank of America’s assets come from traditional banking deposits. Instead, they are mainly engaged in financial speculation and derivatives. (and see this)

• The big banks have slashed lending since they were bailed out by taxpayers … while smaller banks have increased lending. See this, this and this

• A huge portion of the banks’ profits comes from taxpayer bailouts. For example, 77% of JP Morgan’s net income comes from taxpayer subsidies

• The big banks are looting, killing the economy … and waging war on the people of the world

• And our democracy and republican form of government as well

We can almost understand why Thomas Jefferson warned:

And I sincerely believe, with you, that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies ….

John Adams said:

Banks have done  more injury to religion, morality, tranquillity, prosperity, and even wealth of the nation than they have done or ever will do good.

And Lord Acton argued:

The issue which has swept down the centuries and which will have to be fought sooner or later is the people versus the banks.
