10 Scientific Studies That Prove Consciousness Can Alter Our Physical World

Nikola Tesla said it best, “the day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence. To understand the true nature of the universe, one must think it terms of energy, frequency and vibration.” Swami Vivekananda was Tesla’s mentor, an Indian Hindu monk and chief disciple of the 19th century saint Ramakrishna.

Science works best when in harmony with nature. If we put these two together, we can discover great technologies that can only come about when the consciousness of the planet is ready to embrace them, like free energy.

I want to make it clear that my intention of presenting this information is to demonstrate that thoughts, intentions, prayer and other units of consciousness can directly influence our physical material world. Consciousness can be a big factor in creating change on the planet.

Sending thoughts of love, healing intent, prayer, good intention, and more can have a powerful influence on what you are directing those feelings towards. Fukushima for example, if a mass amount of people send their thoughts and good intention to our waters, we can help mitigate the situation. These concepts can be used on a mass scale as one human race with one intent in their hearts, for multiple problems, as well as individual situations in our own lives. When our consciousness starts to merge into one as a collective, and we all start to see through the same eyes, we will begin to transform the world around us. I believe we are currently in this process. 

For quite some time now, physicists have been exploring the relationship between  human consciousness and its relationship to the structure of matter. Previously it was believed that a Newtonian material universe was the foundation of our physical material reality. This all changed when scientists began to recognize that everything in the universe is made out of energy. Quantum physicists discovered that physical atoms are made up of vorticies of energy that are constantly spinning and vibrating. Matter, at its tiniest observable level, is energy, and human consciousness is connected to it, human consciousness can influence it’s behavior and even re-structure it.

The hypothesis of modern science starts from matter as the basic reality, considering space to be an extension of the void. The phenomenon of creation of stable cosmic matter, therefore, goes beyond the scope of present science. The theory also neither pinpoints the source of cosmic energy that resides in the structure of matter, nor can it explain the cause of material properties that are experienced with the behavior of matter. These are, in brief, the limitations of modern scientific theories at the most basic level of the physical phenomena of nature. When a scientific theory cannot cope with the question of the very origin of the universal matter and energy, how could it ever grasp and explain the phenomenon of consciousness which is evident in living beings? – Paramahamsa Tewari (0)
The revelation that the universe is not an assembly of physical parts, but instead comes from an entanglement of immaterial energy waves stems from the work of Albert Einstein, Max Planck and Werner Heisenberg, amongst others.

1. The Quantum Double Slit Experiment

The quantum double-slit experiment is a great example of how consciousness and our physical material world are intertwined. One potential revelation of this experience is that “the observer creates the reality.” A paper published in the peer-reviewed journal Physics Essays explains how this experiment has been used multiple times to explore the role of consciousness in shaping the nature of physical reality. In this experiment, a double-slit optical system was used to test the possible role of consciousness in the collapse of the quantum wave-function. The ratio of the interference pattern’s double-slit spectral power to its single-slit spectral power was predicted to decrease when attention was focused toward the double slit as compared to away from it. The study found that factors associated with consciousness significantly correlated in predicted ways with perturbations in the double-slit interference pattern.(2) For visual demonstration of this experiment, click here.
Observation not only disturbs what has to be measured, they produce it. We compel the electron to assume a definite position. We ourselves produce the results of the measurement. (2)

A fundamental conclusion of the new physics also acknowledges that the observer creates the reality. As observers, we are personally involved with the creation of our own reality. Physicists are being forced to admit that the universe is a “mental” construction. Pioneering physicist Sir James Jeans wrote: “The stream of knowledge is heading toward a non-mechanical reality; the universe begins to look more like a great thought than like a great machine. Mind no longer appears to be an accidental intruder into the realm of matter, we ought rather hail it as the creator and governor of the realm of matter. Get over it, and accept the inarguable conclusion. The universe is immaterial-mental and spiritual. (R.C. Henry, “The Mental Universe” ; Nature 436:29,2005) (1)
2. Government-Sponsored Psychokinesis Experiments

Psychokinesis, also known as PK, encompasses the possible influence of human consciousness on the behavior of physical or biological systems or processes, and comprises several loosely related classes of effect characterized by different scales of energy, forms of manifestation, replicability and statistical behavior. (3)

In 2004, a United States Air Force research project declassified a paper titled Teleportation Physics Study, authored by Eric Davis, Ph. D., showing that psychokinesis and other parapsychological phenomenon have been subject to rigorous research and documentation by several researchers and institutions. (4)

One particular example was the work of professional aerospace engineer Jack Houck, along with Army Colonel J.B. Alexander. They were responsible for holding a number of PK sessions, where attendees were taught the PK induction process and how to initiate their own PK events using various metal specimens like forks and spoons. Individuals were able to completely bend or contort their metal specimens with no physical force being applied whatsoever. (5)

These events were held for government science advisers and senior military officials. They took place at the Pentagon, at officers’ and scientists’ homes, and at U.S Army Intelligence & Security Command locations all over the world. Commanding generals, colonels and more were always in attendance. What was witnessed by all was spontaneous deformation of mental  specimens, which caused “a great deal of excitement” amongst those present. (4)
We will need a physics theory of consciousness and psychotronics, along with more experimental data, and discover the physical mechanisms that lay behind the psychotronic manipulation of matter.(4)
3. The Global Consciousness Experiment/Random Number Generators

The global consciousness experiment is an international, multidisciplinary project between multiple scientists and engineers.(7)(8) It originates from Princeton University, in conjunction with the Institute of Noetic Sciences. It collects data constantly from a worldwide network of physical random number generators located all over the planet. The data is transmitted to a home base, which now has more than 15 years of data stored in it.
Our purpose is to examine subtle correlations that may reflect the presence and activity of consciousness in the world. We hypothesize that there will be structure in what should be random data, associated with major global events that engage our minds and hearts.(7)
RNGs are systems created by Princeton researchers that are sensitive to and respond to the intentions of individuals, in other words, the influence of consciousness. They also respond to marked shifts in attention occurring in their environment. Peaks of order are commonly recorded during moments of shared attention and emotions. RNGs also responded, and had the largest effects ever recorded by the Global Consciousness Project during major world events, like 9/11. (6) Other large recordings have occurred on presidential inaugurations, tsunamis and the deaths of public figures. These findings stirred deep questions about the nature of consciousness and its connection to our physical material reality.

4. NSA/CIA Remote Viewing Experiments In Conjunction With Stanford University

Remote viewing is the ability of individuals to describe remote geographical locations up to several hundred thousand kilometers (even more) away. This concept has been proven, demonstrated and documented a number of times.

In 1995, the CIA declassified and approved the release of documents revealing its involvement in the program that lasted for more than 25 years. (10) (9)

Ingo Swann, one participant in this experiment was able to view specific rings around Jupiter before NASA was about to take pictures of it with their pioneer 10 craft. This was documented in the research. Individuals were also able to view objects and people in separate rooms that were completely blocked off from their present physical location. The fact that some have/had the capability to project their consciousness elsewhere from their present physical location is quite amazing.

These projects occurred for decades, while some of the mainstream world continued to view them as “pseudoscience,” the Department of Defense takes them extremely seriously, and keeps them extremely secret. This program was part of a program called “STARGATE” and was unexpectedly shut down. (11)

5. Thoughts and Intentions Alter The Physical Structure of Water

Experiments over the past four decades have investigated whether human intention alone affects the properties of water. (12)

This question has been around for a while in the alternative medicine realms, because the human body is made up of approximately 70% water. According to the Institute of Noetic Sciences, researchers have suggested that intentionally influenced water can be detected by examining ice crystals formed from samples of that water. Consistent results commonly point to the idea that positive intentions tend to produce symmetric, well-formed, aesthetically pleasing crystals, and negative intentions tend to produce asymmetric, poorly formed and unattractive crystals. If thoughts and emotions can do this to water, just imagine what they can do to us.

Many people point out that this experiment was a fraud, but it’s been conducted multiple times and replicated by some highly respectable individuals in the field of science. The paper I am citing here is from Dean Radin, who has published multiple research papers in peer-reviewed journals. The experiment was conducted at the Institute for Noetic Sciences and Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Psychology at Sonoma State University. (12)

This also correlates with a study that examined the role of intention and belief on mood while drinking tea. It explored whether drinking tea “treated” with good intentions by monks would have an effect on mood more so than drinking ordinary tea. The study was done under double-blind, randomized conditions, and results proved positive. (13)

6. The Placebo Effect

It’s been well documented that we can change our biology simply by what we believe to be true. The placebo effect is defined as the measurable, observable, or felt improvement in health or behavior not attributable to a medication or invasive treatment that has been administered. It suggests that one can treat various ailments by using the mind to heal. Many studies have shown that the placebo effect (the power of consciousness) is real and highly effective.

A Baylor School of Medicine study, published in 2002 in the New England Journal of Medicine, (1) looked at surgery for patients with severe and debilitating knee pain. Many surgeons know there is no placebo effect in surgery, or so most of them believe. The patients were divided into three groups. The surgeons shaved the damaged cartilage in the knee of one group. For the second group they flushed out the knee joint, removing all of the material believed to be causing inflammation. Both of these processes are the standard surgeries people go through who have severe arthritic knees. The third group received a “fake” surgery, the patients were only sedated and tricked that they actually had the knee surgery. For the patients not really receiving the surgery, the doctors made the incisions and splashed salt water on the knee as they would in normal surgery. They then sewed up the incisions like the real thing and the process was complete. All three groups went through the same rehab process, and the results were astonishing. The placebo group improved just as much as the other two groups who had surgery.

Another great example of the placebo effect came from the United States Department of Health and Human Services in 1999. The report discovered that half of severely depressed patients taking drugs improve compared to the thirty-two percent taking a placebo. Don’t forget about all of the side effects and dangers that have been associated with antidepressants every year. Don’t forget that the ‘depression industry’ alone is a multi-billion dollar one.

A 2002 article published in the American Psychological Association’s prevention & treatment, by University of Connecticut psychology professor Irving Kirsch titled, “The Emperor’s New Drugs,” made some more shocking discoveries(15)(16). He found that 80 percent of the effect of antidepressants, as measured in clinical trials, could be attributed to the placebo effect. This professor even had to file a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request to get information on the clinical trials of the top antidepressants.

7. Teleportation

“It became known to myself, along with several colleagues both inside and outside of government, that anomalous teleportation has been scientifically investigated and separately documented by the Department of Defense.”

A paper published in the Peoples Republic of China (PRC) in September 1981, in the journal Ziran Zazhi (Nature Journal)tilted “Some Experiments on the Transfer of Objects Performed by Unusual Abilities of the Human Body” (Shuhuang et al., 1981) reported that ‘gifted children,’ were able to cause the teleportation of small, physical objects from one place to another.(4) Objects included watches, horseflies, other insects, radio micro-transmitters, photosensitive paper and more. The participants never touched the objects beforehand. The experiments were done under both blind and double-blind conditions, and the researches involved came from various colleges and sectors of the Department of Defense. This is an exceptional case, because it was deemed necessary that an unclassified Intelligence Information Report be prepared for public viewing.

More research was done by the Aerospace Medicine Engineering Institute in Beijing, in July of 1990. It was published in the Chinese Journal of Somatic Science (Kongzhi et al., 1990: Jinggen et al., 1990; Banghui; 1990). This study reported several experiments involving high-speed photography video taping, which was able to capture the transfer of test specimens like nuts, matches, nails, pills and more through the walls of sealed paper envelopes, sealed glass bottles and tubes, sealed plastic film canisters and more without the walls of any of these containers being breached.  All of these experiments reported using gifted children and adults to cause the teleportation of various materials. 8. The Science of The Heart

The heart generates the largest electromagnetic field produced in the body. Researchers have analyzed the spectrum analysis of the magnetic field that’s produced by the heart, and results have shown that emotional information is encoded into this electromagnetic field. So, by shifting our emotions, we are changing the information that is encoded into these electromagnetic field that are radiated by the heart. This can impact those around us. When we are feeling emotions of compassion, love, gratitude and understanding, the heart beats out a very different message.

9/10 And Beyond

There are numerous studies documenting how consciousness and our physical material reality are intertwined, in so many different ways, with many different examples like the ones listed above. I am going to leave you with a long list of selected peer-reviewed journal publications on Psi research. This involves anomalous processes of information or energy transfer, telepathy and other forms of unexplained phenomenon that have observable, repeatable outcomes in the lab.

If Not Now, When? – Making Old Ideas New? Pt 1

Making Old Ideas New?
This I can tell you now may be the part where ideas and views may be challenged as we will begin to look at some of the solutions and ideas out there. Remember, it’s not as if any of these come from a place of poor intent, but simply that they may not be coming from a place of complete understanding with what is playing out here. There’s the disclaimer :)
Let’s look at a quick run down of what we do now in terms of what we call necessary parts of society.
Let’s start with Health Care. One of my favorites because it isn’t all that hard to see that health care is not about curing anyone but more so about keeping people barely alive. If we were all healthy or all dead, the industry couldn’t exist. Many believe that health care is an integral part of our society and is responsible for saving many lives. What we often don’t hear is that it’s also the third highest cause of death in North America and is responsible for why we get sick in the first place. Remember, the industry requires people to be sick in order to be able to treat them, so it is in the best interest of their survival to create a sick population they can treat and never cure. This is why the drugs that are produced have side effects. A side effect is the EFFECT of the drug. Sure it may help mask a symptom in one area of the body, but it then creates problems in many other areas of the body. So we temporarily fix one thing, only to activate the potentiality for 5 other things. And the best part is, there is always a more harmonious way! You look at natural medicine, which is used and helps many by harmonizing the entire body vs. masking a symptom in one area of the body and hurting the rest. The fear the health care industry has in natural medicine is immense as it is a direct threat to their entire business. This is why when ONE person does not have success with natural medicine a worldwide story is created and made public. But when millions and millions die at the hands of mainstream medicine we hear nothing.
Even when we look at something simple like a cure for cancer, we can see that there isn’t an interest in revealing the already existent cure. We have walks for cancer, huge cancer research societies who have been collecting millions upon millions for years and still no cure? Or is it that they don’t want a cure to exist because the cancer business is huge? Many on this planet have cured themselves of cancer with no mainstream medicine. Many have cured it with very simple ingredients that exist in most people’s homes. Cancer is not a challenging thing to cure, it is a very easy to understand disease that has been made complicate and feared by the medical world. I invite everyone to do research on cancer cures that already exist today. Many involving simply creating a high alkaline state within the body and adding more oxygen to create an environment where cancer cannot even exist. This is truly how simple it is.
Another facet often regarded as very important is our systems of education. Taking a look at how this operates we can quickly see that it is in a way set up to fail. While this may not be obvious right from the go, you can discover this by understanding one main thing: education teaches everyone to be the same and to repeat the system we have in place. From that we now can understand how its set up to fail simply because our system itself is what is leading us to a point of destruction. If education is merely closing everyone’s potential off to only experiencing and repeating the system we have in place, we are headed no where but what is inevitable within this current structure.
With education we learn about how the world works, what the worlds history is, what scientific facts run the very foundations of our world and depending on the school it may even tell you what religion to believe in. The very nature of education is to repeat things that have been discovered many many years ago and to never update or falter away from what was understood. Not only that how much of what is taught is the opinion of someone simply passed off as fact? History, political, societal studies, psychology and religion are all perfect examples of that. Yet those who study psychology “help” those who come to a psychiatrist. Political majors become politicians, and of course many teachers come out of these areas of study as well. In every case each person is simply taught what the system, is and was and with that knowledge in hand they go out repeating what they have learned without ever thinking: where did any of this information come from in the first place? Did you know that much of what we learn in science is not even factual? We are finding this out and proving it day after day and yet we refuse to re write our science books and continue to teach the same incorrect information to our young people. Why? Because we have to repeat the system in place. If we told them that there are algebraic equations that prove the existence of free energy and over unity then our  whole resource system and all the money attached to it would collapse. And these equations and studies exist. They simply are not taught in any university because of what it represents to the system. What about how medical school works. Medical school is funded by the pharmaceutical companies who make the drugs that make people sick. So if they have a say in what is taught don’t you think it will be in the interest of maintaining their business? Do you think they will put in a textbook that the cure for cancer is combining some simple household products and drinking it for a few weeks? Of course not. Because they everything comes down and the money all fall apart.
The system of education reveals itself when someone tries to get a job. An English major can get a job as a business analyst. An engineer can get a job as a sales person. In both cases the applicant was required to have a degree, but the degree isn’t in the field the job is. Why is that? Because they system wants to know 2 things: 1. That you have built up a large amount of debt so you have to work forever to pay it off. 2. So they know you are conditioned! The degree states, you can jump through the hoops we are going to ask you to because a institution you paid to attend taught you to do so.
Next part we will get into a few more structures and we will ask why we are proposing to change some of these structures but adhering to the old ideas at the same time.

It’s the ability of individuals to describe a remote geographical location up to several hundred thousand kilometres away (even more) from their physical location. Although the concept has been proven, it’s not clear to the mainstream scientific community how it’s achieved. It’s important to note that a lot of the research within these programs remains classified, and the majority of the information we do have today was previously classified(2) only to be approved for release years later. It makes you wonder, what information with regards to the remote viewing phenomenon remains classified?
Our world is full of information, the only problem is we don’t always know where to look. Scientific  discoveries that are relevant to the human race are not always emphasized. Many types of phenomena we still deem to be false have been proven to be a true reality long ago. These realities have far reaching implications, and shedding light on them further confirms new concepts of reality that are yet to receive the attention they deserve in our scientific community. What happens when we come across information that goes beyond matter and into the realm of reality we can’t sense with our eyes, can’t feel with our hands, can’t hear with our ears or can’t smell with our nose? Does it cease to become scientific? Absolutely not, quantum physics has confirmed the non-physical reality in years past, and the human race is beginning to acknowledge these realities in its continual examination of the make-up of our reality.

Science has studied non-physical phenomena before, unfortunately a majority of it remains classified(2). Many  discoveries associated with non-physical phenomena is unknown in the eyes of the masses, but known in the classified world.  It’s called parapsychology, a term used to replace the previous term “psychical research.” Studies concerning paranormal phenomena have long been associated with controversy for no good reason. With multiple studies and research confirming the validity of paranormal phenomena, more people are becoming aware that these concepts have been demonstrated and proven in multiple laboratories in years past (0). The intelligence community is of no exception to this. Beginning in the 1970′s, the department of defence has co-operated with researchers from various universities(1)(2) by conducting multiple experiments and creating programs designed to investigate the application of  paranormal phenomena. One phenomenon that seems to receive the majority of their attention is remote viewing (1)(2).
Let’s examine some of the research available in the public domain. Some of these findings may shock you.

Research

In 1995, the CIA declassified and approved the release of documents revealing its involvement in a remote viewing program conducted at the Stanford Research Institute in Menlo Park, CA (2).  The program was designed to determine if agencies like the CIA could use such phenomena for “intelligence collection (2).” The research conducted by Stanford University and the CIA lasted for decades and confirmed the fact that the intelligence community has a high interest and involvement in parapsychological phenomena. The study was compromised of department of defence personnel and an individual named Ingo Swann(2) -just to name one of the many. Research was conducted by Russel Targ and Harold E. Puthoff, the Doctors who founded the 23 year long study at Stanford University alongside Defence Intelligence Agencies and Army Intelligence(2).
Successful replication of this type of remote viewing in independent laboratories has yielded considerable scientific evidence for the reality of the (remote viewing) phenomenon. Adding to the strength of these results was the discovery that a growing number of individuals could be found to demonstrate high-quality remote viewing, often to their own surprise. The CIA even participated as remote viewers themselves in order to critique the protocols. CIA personnel generated successful target descriptions of sufficiently high quality to permit blind matching of descriptions to targets by independent judges(2).
After confirming the reality using objects hidden in envelopes and identifying physical characteristics at locations a few hundred kilometres away, a participant in the study at Stanford by the name of Ingo Swann (2) suggested carrying out an experiment to remote view the planet Jupiter(2).
It just so happens that the NASA pioneer 10 was about to make a flyby of the planet. Before the flyby, Ingo was able to view a specific ring around Jupiter before NASA was able to take pictures of it. Mr. Swann was correct. As he had claimed, he successfully remote viewed the ring around Jupiter. This result was published by Stanford university in advance of the rings discovery(2). Many other anomalies of Jupiter were described before being given scientific substantiation.
The Jupiter experiment was not to be an official one. It was wrapped up in very stringent protocols. but the remote viewing raw data had to be recored somehow, so that it oculd be established that it existed prior to the NASA vehicles getting to the planet. The raw data were circulated far and wide, offered to and accepted by many respected scientists in the Silicon Valley area, including two at Jet Propulsion Laboratories(3) - Ingo Swann
The intelligence services are heavy players, they required an active picture of Psi potentials somewhat larger than standard parapsychology could provide. Because of these unusual circumstances, I got dragged into realms of often idiotic secrecy, into endless security checks conducive of paranoia, into all kinds of science fiction dreamworks, into intelligence intrigues whos various formats were sometimes like toilet drains, and into quite nervous military and political ramifications (3) - Ingo Swann
Ingo was taken to mysterious underground places, transported and blindfolded. He encountered some very shady intelligence officers and was subject to mistreatment and intimidation-like tactics. He was examined, tested and also used in an experiment to remote view the moon. After all of his work within the intelligence community, Ingo was dumbfounded. He successfully remote viewed objects, structures and bases on the dark side of the moon. Presumably, the intelligence community was already aware of this phenomenon. Ingo gave reference to the fact that the intelligence community did not need his input (3).
It’s one thing to read about UFOs and stuff in the papers or in books. It is another to hear rumours about the military or government having an interest in such matters, rumours which say they have captured extraterrestrials and downed alien space craft. But it’s quite another matter to find oneself in a situation which confirms everything. I found towers, machinery, lights buildings, humanoids busy at work on something I couldn’t figure out (3).
Stanford University and the Intelligence community are not the only entities to confirm the remote viewing reality. An evaluation of remote viewing and its research applications was prepared by the American Institute for Research. They outline how remote viewing could serve as a tremendous potential utility for the intelligence community (1). A panel was assembled of multiple professors from multiple universities. They examined approximately 80 separate publications and determined that they provided very strong evidence for the remote viewing phenomenon.

As the program expanded, in only a very few cases could the clients’ identi- ties and program tasking be revealed(1)
Remote viewing programs have been validated on numerous occasions, yet there is a tremendous amount of secrecy surrounding its findings. The department of defence loves to classify information. Fortunately, the intelligence gathered from the practice of remote viewing has the potential to lift the lid of secrecy that continues to plague planet Earth. I wanted to provide the necessary information and hopefully wake others up to the reality of this phenomenon.
What does remote viewing tell us? Is consciousness being projected to another area? Is it our “soul” travelling outside of the body to view another? Everything in this universe is connected. Both actually and scientifically we are all pieces of something larger. We are all connected. Accessing another point that seems to be physically in another place really isn’t in another place at all. These concepts have been demonstrated time and time again in our quantum world. It’s just another part of you, all in one place. Could this be one explanation of remote viewing?
What is the intelligence community trying to hide? Our world becomes more transparent day-by-day. Many are making connections and starting to realize there is much more to our reality than meets the eye, you just have to know where to look. “The Star Gate Project” What Is It? Did The US Government Really Shut It Down?

stargate“Star Gate” is a Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) program which involved(s) the use of phenomena that many in the mainstream world still consider non-existent. Project “Star Gate” in particular lasted for 25 years before it was unexpectedly shut down.(1)(2)(3)  Much of the material and research from the program still remain classified. “Star Gate” incorporated(s) consciousness, paranormal phenomena, ESP, remote viewing, and more for intelligence collection and research.(1)(2)(3) How can the Department of Defense  have programs that study these phenomena for over 35 years when our mainstream world still doesn’t consider it real enough to study?  I find the name “Star Gate” intriguing and wonder what inspiration lay behind the name chosen by those who initiated the program.  It’s unfortunate that these concepts are not studied by major universities and our mainstream world, the significance of these realities can be far reaching. Having major educational institutions governing what type of “knowledge” is useful for learning isn’t fair. It’s simply a stepping stone for people to integrate themselves into a system that no longer resonates with the majority on the planet. As a result, extended human capacities, which are completely natural and lay dormant within all of us, remain unused, undiscovered, and not provided the opportunity to grow.
Star Gate was declassified in September of 1995, and the final report was released to the public which concluded that “a statistically significant effect had been demonstrated in the laboratory,” but that there is compelling evidence that the CIA set the outcome with regard to intelligence usage before the evaluation had begun. This was accomplished by limiting the research and operating data sets to exude positive findings, by purposefully not interviewing historically significant participants, by ignoring previous DOD extensive program reviews, and by using the questionable National Research Council’s investigation of parapsychology as the starting point for their review.(1)(3)
Although a statistically significant effect had been demonstrated in the lab, it was shut down because it remained unclear whether the existence of paranormal phenomenon, remote viewing, and more had been demonstrated phenomenon, because the origins and nature of the phenomenon remained unclear, assuming it exists, nor does it address an important methodological issue of inter-judge reliability.(1) It was concluded that even if paranormal phenomenon occurs under the conditions present in the setting of a laboratory, (which it did) conditions would still differ outside the lab  and have limited applicability and utility for intelligence gathering operations in the real world.  The review was done by a group of experts, one of them being Dr. Jessica Utts, a professor in the Division of Statistics at the University of California, Davis.(1)(3) 
It is concluded that psychic functioning has been well established. The statistical results of the studies examined are far beyond what is expected by chance. Arguments that these results could be due to methodological flaws in the experiments are soundly refuted. Effects of similar magnitude of those found in government experiments have been replicated at a number of laboratories across the world.(1) Dr. Utts
Star Gate, after a 25 year run was shut down due to it’s lack of applicability within the world of intelligence gathering. Most people these days know that the explanations for a previous, extremely classified subject are not always indicative of the truth. Could there have been another reason for the shut down? Did the US government really shut it down? Is there evidence to suggest that it was “shut down” for other reasons?
There is some evidence that suggests  it was not shut down at all. First of all, these programs are called Special Access Programs, they are extremely classified and extremely secretive, the full extent and findings within these programs are not yet, and never have been known to the main stream world, but truth can’t remain concealed forever. They are so secretive that they do not even have to report to the congress, they are exempt.(4)(7) That means there is absolutely no oversight into these programs, no body has any idea about what is going on and who is involved. You can read more about the recent leak by Edward Snowden on the black budget here, it could be taking in trillions and trillions of dollars each year.
Another significant reason, some might call it definitive proof that the program is still running  is the ‘whistle-blowing,’ of Ingo Swann. Ingo was the primary participant in multiple studies conducted by the CIA, NSA, the DOD, alongside researchers at  Stanford University, on the subject of  ”Remote Viewing.”(1)(2)(3)  Remote Viewing is the ability of an individual to describe a remote geographical location of up to several hundred thousand kilometers away from their physical location.
The FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) resulted in the government’s recent admission of its two-decade plus involvement in funding highly classified, special access programs in remote viewing and related psi phenomena. First at Stanford Research Institute and then at  Science Applications International Corporation (SIAC), both supplemented by various in-house government programs.(2) – H.E. Puthoff
During the experiments, Ingo was able to successfully remote view the rings around Jupiter before the NASA pioneer 10 made a fly by of the planet. All of this is documented in the literature.(2)(1)(3) What is not documented is the fact that Ingo Went on to write multiple books sharing is experience within the program. In his experience, he describes intelligence officers coming to get him, blind folding him, transporting him to locations that were underground where he would speak to another man in a suit.(5) We know that Ingo successfully remote viewed Jupiter (as documented), he claims he also remote viewed the back side of the moon, and that who ever was taking him to these locations and interrogating him were astounded to know that he was able to see what he saw a the back side of the moon. That means they (men in suits) were confirming what he (Ingo) was looking at, and already knew of what he was looking at.(5) You can read more about Ingo’s findings on the back side of the moon here.
Ingo expressed that the reason the program was declassified was so they (DIA) could say it was shut down and didn’t find anything worthy of use within the intelligence community. It was really shutdown and declassified so it could remain secret, and so they could say “it’s been declassified, nothing more to see here.” Ingo expressed that it was highly classified, and that they publicly shut it down because remote viewing and psychic phenomenon is one of the greatest threats to government secrecy.(6) This seems to me to be a much better explanation of the apparent shut down of the program.

Using Extended Human Capacities For The Wrong Reasons
Human beings are capable of much more than they are currently aware of. Many of these capacities (as illustrated earlier) still remain known, but hidden. Regardless, truth cannot remain concealed forever, it will eventually make it’s way out over time. What is occurring here are natural phenomena, it’s nothing to fear. In our not-too-distant history, exploring concepts such as these was viewed as a heretic act. Fear was used as a form of control, and people were taught to be wary of these concepts and stay away from them as if they were the work of something not so pleasant. The dominant ruler on the planet in these times was the Catholic Church, and it was common for them to ban and forbid knowledge that did not fit the accepted framework, worldview or paradig. Things are changing, and extended human capacities like ESP are beginning to be seen in a new light.
The implications of this are far reaching. From birth we emerge into a world with so much to discover. As children, discovery is the joy of life. That sense of discovery is taken from us at a very early age. We are placed into the educational system very fast and told that “this” is how the world is and what we need to do to be “successful” in it. This immediately shifts our attention away from what is really important, into a framework of a robotic like existence, trapping ourselves into a program and way of life that does not resonate with our souls, and is not in balance with our natural selves. In the mean time, we let our planet suffer, and let others live in conditions that nobody deserves to live in.
We can live in a world that is built upon cooperation, and service to others. Where all needs are met, and  the enthusiasm of discovery we had when we were children is encouraged and extended. If we did this, the human race would be living in world of more wonder and potential, far beyond the limitations we put on ourselves today. The only barrier that prevents us from getting there is the place at which the human race chooses to operate from. We don’t have the best track record in using our ‘scientific discoveries’ to benefit the whole. The only way we can continue forward with our exploration beyond this point is if our intention for creation has the entire planet and every living being on it first in their heart. Technological developments must work with nature, not against it. The same concept applies to extended human capacities, and specifically the place to which we choose to apply them.
Using extended human capacities and new technological discoveries with the intention of doing nothing but good for the entire collective, would be a really cool planet to live on.

The Rise of the Avatars and Their Effect on Reality

For those unfamiliar with the full goals of The Singularity Movement, it is valuable to visit the website 2045 -- the theoretical date when computer intelligence surpasses that of humanity, thus establishing a new form of social and economic contract.

Just a short while ago -- more or less yesterday -- a "Rise of the Robots" scenario was being debated for its potential Utopian and Dystopian outcomes. Then the movie Avatar supplanted Terminator to reflect an entirely new possibility.

It didn't take very long: the Avatar has now arrived, and scientists are beginning to study the effects of how virtual reality can impact one's perception of themselves and those around them in the real world. Early conclusions are troubling.

New Scientist announced in July of last year a significant step in merging reality with virtual reality. The model avatar took the body of a four-year-old child. It's was a tentative step, as would be the case with any four-year-old, but suggested that the mind can begin to merge with any body it wishes inside the digital landscape:
Mel Slater of the University of Barcelona in Spain and colleagues put 30 people in a virtual reality (VR) environment in the body of a 4-year-old child or a scaled-down adult the same height as the child. The virtual body, which moved in sync with movements of the real body, could be viewed from a first-person perspective and in a mirror in the VR environment.

Prior research by Slater's team shows that when a person acquires a body type they have never experienced, social and cultural expectations often influence how they relate to the new body.
Studies are underway to take into account the two-way nature of this information/perception transfer.

Concurrently, it appears that similar to one's preconceptions in the real world impacting the virtual experience, actions taken in the virtual world are being shown to impact the primary reality:
Things we experience in a virtual landscape can also have profound effects on our behaviour in the real world: in a separate study by researchers at Stanford University in California, giving people superhero powers in a virtual environment made them behave in a more helpful manner in real life. 
The researchers say that brain imaging studies would help them to understand the reorganisation that occurs when assimilating a new body. The motivation springs from a project looking at how to embody people in child-sized robots. "We thought we ought to look at the consequences of that first," says Slater.
A more recent study published in the highest ranked empirical journal in psychology - Psychological Science - drew similar conclusions about how the virtual world can impact the real, and gives further insight into how easily a "player" can become programmed. This would seem to lend credence to those who assert that violent video games, for example, can lead to aberrant behavior that models the role one has assumed in the game. As the study illustrates, one does not necessarily need to identify with the character, which would rule out the argument that people with violent tendencies who play violent video games are prone to violent action later. With the added immersion of virtual reality, this potential is likely amplified.
"Our results indicate that just five minutes of role-play in virtual environments as either a hero or villain can easily cause people to reward or punish anonymous strangers," says lead researcher Gunwoo Yoon of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
As Yoon and co-author Patrick Vargas note, virtual environments afford people the opportunity to take on identities and experience circumstances that they otherwise can't in real life, providing "a vehicle for observation, imitation, and modeling."
They wondered whether these virtual experiences — specifically, the experiences of taking on heroic or villainous avatars — might carry over into everyday behavior.
The researchers recruited 194 undergraduates to participate in two supposedly unrelated studies. The participants were randomly assigned to play as Superman (a heroic avatar), Voldemort (a villainous avatar), or a circle (a neutral avatar). They played a game for 5 minutes in which they, as their avatars, were tasked with fighting enemies. Then, in a presumably unrelated study, they participated in a blind taste test. They were asked to taste and then give either chocolate or chili sauce to a future participant. They were told to pour the chosen food item into a plastic dish and that the future participant would consume all of the food provided.
The results were revealing: Participants who played as Superman poured, on average, nearly twice as much chocolate as chili sauce for the "future participant." And they poured significantly more chocolate than those who played as either of the other avatars.
Participants who played as Voldemort, on the other hand, poured out nearly twice as much of the spicy chili sauce than they did chocolate, and they poured significantly more chili sauce compared to the other participants.
A second experiment with 125 undergraduates confirmed these findings and showed that actually playing as an avatar yielded stronger effects on subsequent behavior than just watching someone else play as the avatar.
Interestingly, the degree to which participants actually identified with their avatar didn't seem to play a role:
"These behaviors occur despite modest, equivalent levels of self-reported identification with heroic and villainous avatars, alike," Yoon and Vargas note. "People are prone to be unaware of the influence of their virtual representations on their behavioral responses."
The researchers hypothesize that that arousal, the degree to which participants are 'keyed into' the game, might be an important factor driving the behavioral effects they observed.
The findings, though preliminary, may have implications for social behavior, the researchers argue:
"In virtual environments, people can freely choose avatars that allow them to opt into or opt out of a certain entity, group, or situation," says Yoon. "Consumers and practitioners should remember that powerful imitative effects can occur when people put on virtual masks." (Source) [emphasis added]
These studies are being done as Ray Kurzweil's vision to merge our bodies and brains with cloud computing via DNA nanobots is coming closer to fruition.  We would do well to consider the intended and unintended consequences much more closely while the divide between real and virtual still remains perceptible.

DARPA to Genetically Engineer Humans by Adding a 47th Chromosome

We’re no molecular biologists over here, but have you ever seen the sci-fi flick Gattaca?

In that 1997 film, society is structured around eugenics as people are bioengineered to be ‘perfect specimens’, and one’s entire life and position in the world is based on their genetics. Those conceived naturally without genetic screening are proclaimed “invalid” and only allowed menial jobs, despite the innate talents and skills they may possess. Alternately, the 2011 movie In Time portrays a dystopic future where humans are genetically programmed to stop aging at 25 and could live forever — so long as they earn enough “time credits” to afford to stay alive; the poor perish swiftly under an artificially skyrocketing cost of living that times out their clocks, while the rich who steer the technocracy are gaming the system and living indefinitely.
Such nightmare scenarios place obvious restrictions on the natural right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.
Back in reality, alarmingly similar ends are being pursued.
DARPA, the Department of Defense’s research arm, has just put out a new solicitation for a project called, “Advanced Tools for Mammalian Genome Engineering” on the government’s Federal Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) site.
This project isn’t just for engineering any mammal’s genome, however; it’s specifically for the bioengineering of humans.
The proposal explains the project’s details:

“The ability to deliver exogenous DNA to mammalian cell lines is a fundamental tool in the development of advanced therapeutics, vaccines, and cellular diagnostics, as well as for basic biological and biomedical research… The successful development of technologies for rapid introduction of large DNA vectors into human cell lines will enable the ability to engineer much more complex functionalities into human cell lines than are currently possible.”
The project’s stated objective is to “improve the utility of Human Artificial Chromosomes (HACs).” (Gallows humor jokes about how DARPA wants to literally HAC(k) you can be made at any time.) A Wikipedia entry explains in relatively plain language what a HAC is and what it does:
“A human artificial chromosome (HAC) is a microchromosome that can act as a new chromosome in a population of human cells. That is, instead of 46 chromosomes, the cell could have 47 with the 47th being very small, roughly 6-10 megabases in size, and able to carry new genes introduced by human researchers.”
So DARPA and its team of associated scientists want to introduce an entirely new 47th chromosome into human genetics as a vector platform for inserting bio-alterations and wholesale genetic “improvements”  into our DNA.
The agency hopes that development of a new chromosome will allow a solution to the limitations of current “state-of-the-art” gene transfer technologies (including plasmids, adenovirus-, lentivirus-, and retrovirus-vectors, cDNA, and minigene constructs). The proposal explains that existing approaches must be improved due to known drawbacks in the scientists’ failure to control their results, causing a few minor major problems:
“These include random DNA insertion into the host genome, variation in stable integration sites between cell lines, variation in the copy number and expression level of DNA that is delivered, limitations on the number and size of DNA constructs that can be delivered, and immunological responses to foreign DNA. “
Yet these techniques are already in use? How reassuring.
Ever hear the term ‘playing God’? Scientists who work in these fields not only refer to themselves as “genome engineers,” but “biological designers” in their journal articles. This January 2013 piece in the journal Molecular Systems Biology introduces the topic with a chilling description:
“The phrase ‘genome-scale engineering’ invokes a future in which organisms are custom designed to serve humanity. Yet humans have sculpted the genomes of domesticated plants and animals for generations. Darwin’s contemporary William Youatt described selective breeding as ‘that which enables the agriculturalist, not only to modify the character of his flock, but to change it altogether. It is the magician’s wand, by means of which he may summon into life whatever form and mold he pleases’ (Youatt, 1837).”
It’s impossible to even compile an accurate listing of all the potential slippery slopes at play here, yet it is clear that this entails a momentous grasp at controlling life, which not only empowers an already dictatorial technocratic elite, but emboldens a delusional and destructive cadre intent on overwriting the existing species now on Earth.

Through DARPA, our government funds a laundry list of projects to gain technocratic control of the future that reads more like a summary of the latest sci-fi horror film plots. Case in point: just today Activist Post reported “Secret DARPA Mind Control Project Revealed: Leaked Document“.
When looking at one DARPA project to perfect mind control techniques — or a second DARPA project to study the human hormone oxytocin to ‘improve’ our response to government propaganda — or a third DARPA brain interface project that would literally turn soldiers into cyborgs, it’s creepy enough. However, when looking at all of these projects together as a combined effort… it raises chilling questions as to what kind of dystopic, technocratic future they are forcing us into.
These developments only include a small sampling of what we know is admittedly going on. Who knows what is actually taking place behind the scenes.
Exactly how many far-reaching and potentially disastrous implications of our government literally playing God are there?

The Hypocrisy of the U.S. against Russia going into Crimea is Astounding! WW3 - Not Bombs but bonds?



I am sincerely astounded at the hypocrisy of the U.S. and Western nations.

They are so outraged that Russia would go into the Ukraine area of Crimea and try to calm the events that are happening there.

We know that the U.S. was behind the revolution of Ukraine due to the recorded phone calls.  We know that the sniper was a U.S. supported person.

But I am astounded that the U.S. and how the media and government are so outraged at Russia for doing what it is doing.

Obama signed an Executive Order against the Russian 'invasion' of Crimea.

Can people think critically?   Can people realize that the U.S. has invaded other countries in the last decade because they are the 'police and democratic saviors' of the world?  The reality is they need the resources of the countries they invade and all the heroin production of Afghanistan.

Russia went into Crimea to protect their assets.  They have a huge military ship base there.  Yet the outrage and rhetoric from the U.S. is amazing!

Here is a question for everyone.   Do you believe the U.S. would sit back, if a strategic military location, where they had Naval ships stationed was at risk for a take over?  The U.S. would invade a place in 1 second flat if something of their's was at risk.

So, let's put all of this in perspective.

The U.S. and their Western Allies, are the ones who began this whole Ukraine revolution, due to the President not being a patsy of theirs.  They have a lot at stake in Ukraine and they need someone they can control to 'lead' the nation.  All we have to do is view the Egyptian, Libya, Syria and see that the U.S. was behind the revolutions there.  Russia is protecting their assets and the people.  It is not an invasion and the people of Crimea want Russia there.  That is a big difference than what the U.S. has done against the people of Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Syria and all the other people they have murdered with drones in Pakistan and elsewhere in the world.  When the U.S. invades countries they murder the citizens as they go.  Russia is not doing that.

That is the TRUTH!  Remember the whistleblower, John Perkins from "Economic Hitman" the U.S. goes into countries and causes problems for their own benefit.

I hope most people see and understand the hypocrisy of the U.S. and start thinking critically about the whole situation and who really benefits.

As I posted before, the commentary from China, states the "U.S. may have over played their hand with Ukraine and the U.S. is delusional."

I believe we are at a point of one fraction is fighting against the other for 'world dominance' and it is all about power and control.

I am not blind nor dumb to think Putin is a saint and a savior to people.  He did not get where he is from being a 'nice' guy.  But I do like Putin a lot!

Regarding the economic front of the two fractions threatening an asset freeze of the other.

The fact Russia has threatened to dump the U.S. bonds they hold.  I believe China would be right there with them doing it at the same time.  World War 3 - not with bombs but with bonds!

This is what I wrote in an email to someone, I have been discussing the whole Ukraine ramifications with.

I have no doubt that China and Russia have put things in order for the past few years for this moment and they have protected themselves to do the dump. You know they work closely together just by the Snowden event. China let him out and to Russia he went. How much of Snowden's info are they using against the U.S.? Seems to me they have now gotten ways of recording phone calls. :) I believe Russia (even though Putin says not) has gotten all of Snowdens information and has shared it with China. How much of that info. has pissed them off, in what the U.S. has done against those countries, secretly. There are a lot more reasons than what we see for what is going on right now. Besides the dollar dump, will they dump information at the same time gotten from Snowden? Will it be a one, two punch to the U.S. where other countries who are our 'allies' get upset? I believe Russia and China have the major upper hand and that is why the U.S. can't really do sh**.
