Cannabis -Marijuana: The “War on Weed” Is Winding Down – But Will Monsanto/Bayer Be the Winner?         ~ hehe   Dude ?   ...   In early America, it was considered a farmer’s patriotic duty to grow hemp. Cannabis was legal tender in most of the Americas from 1631 until the early 1800s. Americans could even pay their taxes with it. Benjamin Franklin’s paper mill used cannabis. Hemp crops produce nearly four times as much raw fiber as equivalent tree plantations; and hemp paper is finer, stronger and lasts longer than wood-based paper. Hemp was also an essential resource for any country with a shipping industry, since it was the material from which sails and rope were made.  ~ hehe & you look ME dead in the fucking EYES & tell ME that   NONE of  Our Founding Fathers    NONE  EVER  SMOKED  who  smoked EVERY fucking thing under the sky ( hint ,hint buffalo "chips" ) but IT never ,Never NEVER ..ever "occurred"   2 em to say wonder IF we smoke this   ...shit ???    naw ,nope ,never happened ...nope naw ...ever ...hehe let me ask ya folks any of our "history"          fucking real HUH  ...any of ?

The war on cannabis that began in the 1930s seems to be coming to an end. Research shows that this natural plant, rather than posing a deadly danger to health, has a wide range of therapeutic benefits. But skeptics question the sudden push for legalization, which is largely funded by wealthy investors linked to Big Ag and Big Pharma.
In April, Pennsylvania became the 24th state to legalize medical cannabis, a form of the plant popularly known as marijuana. That makes nearly half of US states. A major barrier to broader legalization has been the federal law under which all cannabis – even the very useful form known as industrial hemp – is classed as a Schedule I controlled substance that cannot legally be grown in the US. But that classification could change soon. In a letter sent to federal lawmakers in April, the US Drug Enforcement Administration said it plans to release a decision on rescheduling marijuana in the first half of 2016.
The presidential candidates are generally in favor of relaxing the law. In November 2015, Senator Bernie Sanders introduced a bill that would repeal all federal penalties for possessing and growing the plant, allowing states to establish their own marijuana laws. Hillary Clinton would not go that far but would drop cannabis from a Schedule I drug (a deadly dangerous drug with no medical use and high potential for abuse) to Schedule II (a deadly dangerous drug with medical use and high potential for abuse). Republican candidate Donald Trump says we are losing badly in the war on drugs, and that to win that war all drugs need to be legalized.
But it is Green Party presidential candidate Dr. Jill Stein who has been called “weed’s biggest fan.” Speaking from the perspective of a physician and public health advocate,Stein notes that hundreds of thousands of patients suffering from chronic pain and cancers are benefiting from the availability of medical marijuana under state laws. State economies are benefiting as well. She cites Colorado, where retail marijuana stores first opened in January 2014. Since then, Colorado’s crime rates and traffic fatalities have dropped; and tax revenue, economic output from retail marijuana sales, and jobs have increased.
Among other arguments for changing federal law is that the marijuana business currently lacks access to banking facilities. Most banks, fearful of FDIC sanctions, won’t work with the $6.7 billion marijuana industry, leaving 70% of cannabis companies without bank accounts. That means billions of dollars are sitting around in cash, encouraging tax evasion and inviting theft, to which an estimated 10% of profits are lost. But that problem too could be remedied soon. On June 16, the Senate Appropriations Committee approved an amendment to prevent the Treasury Department from punishing banks that open accounts for state-legal marijuana businesses.
Boosting trade in the new marijuana market is not a good reason for decriminalizing it, of course, if it actually poses a grave danger to health. But there have been no recorded deaths from cannabis overdose in the US. Not that the herb can’t have problematic effects, but the hazards pale compared to alcohol (30,000 deaths annually) and to patented pharmaceuticals, which are now the leading cause of death from drug overdose. Prescription drugs taken as directed are estimated to kill 100,000 Americans per year.
Behind the War on Weed: Taking Down the World’s Largest Agricultural Crop
The greatest threat to health posed by marijuana seems to come from its criminalization. Today over 50 percent of inmates in federal prison are there for drug offenses, and marijuana tops the list. Cannabis cannot legally be grown in the US even as hemp, a form with very low psychoactivity. Why not? The answer seems to have more to do with economic competition and racism than with health.
Cannabis is actually one of the oldest domesticated crops, having been grown for industrial and medicinal purposes for millennia. Until 1883, hemp was also one of the largest agricultural crops (some say the largest). It was the material from which most fabric, soap, fuel, paper and fiber were made. Before 1937, it was also a component of at least 2,000 medicines.
Today hemp is legally grown for industrial use in hundreds of countries outside the US. A 1938 article in Popular Mechanics claimed it was a billion-dollar crop (the equivalent of about $16 billion today), useful in 25,000 products ranging from dynamite to cellophane. New uses continue to be found. Claims include eliminating smog from fuels, creating a cleaner energy source that can replace nuclear power, removing radioactive water from the soil, eliminating deforestation, and providing a very nutritious food source for humans and animals.
To powerful competitors, the plant’s myriad uses seem to have been the problem.Cannabis competed with the lumber industry, the oil industry, the cotton industry, the petrochemical industry and the pharmaceutical industry. In the 1930s, the plant in all its forms came under attack.
Its demonization accompanied the demonization of Mexican immigrants, who were then flooding over the border and were widely perceived to be a threat. Pot smoking was part of their indigenous culture. Harry Anslinger, called “the father of the war on weed,” was the first commissioner of the Federal Bureau of Narcotics, a predecessor to the Drug Enforcement Administration. He fully embraced racism as a tool for demonizing marijuana. He made such comments as “marijuana causes white women to seek sexual relations with Negroes, entertainers and any others,” and “Reefer makes darkies think they’re as good as white men.” In 1937, sensational racist claims like these caused recreational marijuana to be banned; and industrial hemp was banned with it.
Classification as a Schedule I controlled substance came in the 1970s, with President Richard Nixon’s War on Drugs. The Shafer Commission, tasked with giving a final report, recommended against the classification; but Nixon ignored the commission.
According to an April 2016 article in Harper’s Magazine, the War on Drugs had political motives. Top Nixon aide John Ehrlichman is quoted as saying in a 1994 interview:
The Nixon campaign in 1968, and the Nixon White House after that, had two enemies: the antiwar left and black people. . . . We knew we couldn’t make it illegal to be either against the war or black, but by getting the public to associate the hippies with marijuana and blacks with heroin, and then criminalizing both heavily, we could disrupt those communities. We could arrest their leaders, raid their homes, break up their meetings, and vilify them night after night on the evening news. Did we know we were lying about the drugs? Of course we did.
Competitor or Attractive New Market for the Pharmaceutical Industry?
The documented medical use of cannabis goes back two thousand years, but the Schedule I ban has seriously hampered medical research. Despite that obstacle, cannabis has now been shown to have significant therapeutic value for a wide range of medical conditions, including cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, glaucoma, lung disease, anxiety, muscle spasms, hepatitis C, inflammatory bowel disease, and arthritis pain.
New research has also revealed the mechanism for these wide-ranging effects. It seems the active pharmacological components of the plant mimic chemicals produced naturally by the body called endocannabinoids. These chemicals are responsible for keeping critical biological functions in balance, including sleep, appetite, the immune system, and pain. When stress throws those functions off, the endocannabinoids move in to restore balance.
Inflammation is a common trigger of the disease process in a broad range of degenerative ailments. Stress triggers inflammation, and cannabis relieves both inflammation and stress. THC, the primary psychoactive component of the plant, has been found to have twenty times the anti-inflammatory power of aspirin and twice that of hydrocortisone.
CBD, the most-studied non-psychoactive component, also comes with an impressive list of therapeutic benefits, including not against cancer but as a super-antibiotic. CBD has been shown to kill “superbugs” that are resistant to currently available drugs. This is a major medical breakthrough, since for some serious diseases antibiotics have reached the end of their usefulness.
Behind the Push for Legalization
The pharmaceutical industry both has much to gain and much to lose from legalization of the cannabis plant in its various natural forms. Patented pharmaceuticals have succeeded in monopolizing the drug market globally. What that industry does not want is to be competing with a natural plant that anyone can grow in his backyard, which actually works better than very expensive pharmaceuticals without side effects.
Letitia Pepper, who suffers from multiple sclerosis, is a case in point. A vocal advocate for the decriminalization of marijuana for personal use, she says she has saved her insurance company $600,000 in the last nine years, using medical marijuana in place of a wide variety of prescription drugs to treat her otherwise crippling disease. That is $600,000 the pharmaceutical industry has not made, on just one patient. There are 400,000 MS sufferers in the US, and 20 million people who have been diagnosed with cancer sometime in their lives. Cancer chemotherapy is the biggest of big business, which would be directly threatened by a cheap natural plant-based alternative.
The threat to big industry profits could explain why cannabis has been kept off the market for so long. More suspicious to Pepper and other observers is the sudden push to legalize it. They question whether Big Pharma would allow the competition, unless it had an ace up its sleeve. Although the movement for marijuana legalization is a decades-old grassroots effort, the big money behind the recent push has come from a few very wealthy individuals with links to Monsanto, the world’s largest seed company and producer of genetically modified seeds. In May of this year, Bayer AG, the giant German chemical and pharmaceutical company, made a bid to buy Monsanto. Both companies are said to be working on a cannabis-based extract.
Natural health writer Mike Adams warns:
[W]ith the cannabis industry predicted to generate over $13 billion by 2020, becoming one of the largest agricultural markets in the nation, there should be little doubt that companies like Monsanto are simply waiting for Uncle Sam to remove the herb from its current Schedule I classification before getting into the business.
. . . [O]ther major American commodities, like corn and soybeans, are on average between 88 and 91 percent genetically modified. Therefore, once the cannabis industry goes national, and that is most certainly primed to happen, there will be no stopping the inevitability of cannabis becoming a prostituted product of mad science and shady corporate monopoly tactics.
With the health benefits of cannabis now well established, the battlefield has shifted from its decriminalization to who can grow it, sell it, and prescribe it. Under existing California law, patients like Pepper are able to grow and use the plant essentially for free. New bills purporting to legalize marijuana for recreational use impose regulations that opponents say would squeeze home growers and small farmers out of the market, would heighten criminal sanctions for violations, and could wind up replacing the natural cannabis plant with patented, genetically modified (GMO) plants that must be purchased year after year. These new bills and the Monsanto/Bayer connection will be the subject of a follow-up article. Stay tuned.

FBI Transcript Shows Nobody Died in Orlando Shooting Until SWAT Teams Entered the Building: Judge Napolitano

What should have been front page news everywhere, somehow got buried amid the official narrative we were given about the Orlando shooting.
Judge Andrew Napolitano told FOX News that an FBI transcript indicated that no one died until 05:13am Sunday morning when the police SWAT teams entered the building.
“Here’s what is news in the summary – nobody died until 05:13 in the morning, when the SWAT team entered. Prior to that no one had been killed. The 53 that were injured, and the 49 that were murdered all met their fates at the time of, and during, the police entry into the building,” Judge Napolitano said.
Consider that the narrative we have been given was that Omar Mateen entered the club around 02:00am on Sunday morning to begin his killing spree, so why was no one actually killed until 05:13am, over three hours later?
Here’s the official transcript.
So, this makes one question why the 911 call transcripts are being redacted and why the people are not being told the truth across the media about what really took place.
We have been told that 5 to 6 police officers were already in the club for 15 to 20 minutes or more prior to the SWAT teams’ entering.
So, what is the truth here?  Some claim that 05:13am is the time of death, but how is that when that suspect was not even down until 05:15am?  Could it be that some of the people in the club were shot by the SWAT team or by Mateen?  With nearly50 people dead and more wounded, how was Mateen able to get off that many shots?  I’m really curious.
Take a listen to the entrance of the SWAT team into the club.

If that was not enough, police officers have even admitted that they may have killed some of the people. WFAA reports:
Monday, Orlando Police Chief John Mina and other law enforcement officers offered new details about the shooting, including the possibility that some victims may have been killed by officers trying to save them.
“I will say this, that’s all part of the investigation,” Mina said. “But I will say when our SWAT officers, about eight or nine officers, opened fire, the backdrop was a concrete wall, and they were being fired upon.”
A law enforcement source close to the investigation who asked not to be named said a crowd of up to 300 people and the complex layout of the dance club may have resulted in some patrons being struck by gunfire from officers. (emphasis added)
GR Editor’s Note
The Orlando Police Department Timeline not only confirms that no shots were fired before 5.13am when the SWAT team entered the building, it also confirms that the first shots were fired at 5.14am and that the suspect was killed one minute later at 5.15am.
Within the scope of one minute, assaulted by the SWAT teams, the suspect according to the official narrative killed 49 people and injured 53. And this happened while the suspect was been fired at by the SWAT teams. In this regard, the OPD admits that some people were in fact killed by the SWAT teams as a result of a cross fire between the suspect and 8 or 9 SWAT officers.
The Reports are contradictory, first they say that the SWAT team was being fired upon by the suspect (see quote above) “who had hid in the bathroom”  and then they acknowledge that he was killed when the hostages starting pouring out: “A cop rammed his Bearcat armored vehicle through the club wall. Hostages poured out. So did Mateen, guns blazing. With quick efficiency, officers shot him dead.”

ORLANDO — Omar Mateen, the killer who claimed allegiance to the Islamic State, hid in a bathroom at Pulse, a gay nightclub where he had slaughtered scores of people. [the killings took place after 5.13am according to OPD] A wall of cinder block separated him from a team of police officers outside. For three hours early Sunday morning, crisis negotiators tried to end the siege.
Then Mateen — whom police said had acted “cool and calm” during discussions — talked about killing more people [no shots fired according to OPD until 5.14am] Alarmed, police placed an explosive device against the wall and detonated it. The breach failed; the hole wasn’t large enough to allow for a successful rescue.
A cop rammed his Bearcat armored vehicle through the club wall. Hostages poured out. So did Mateen, guns blazing.
With quick efficiency, officers shot him dead. [AT 5.15am according to OPD]
So ended the worst armed massacre in American history: 49 victims were killed and 53 wounded.
Mina said his decision to enter the club with such violence was tough. “It was a hard decision to make, but it was the right decision,” he said. “Our No. 1 priority is on saving lives, and it was the right decision to make.”
Local, federal and state investigators continued to process the scene Monday from a collection of law enforcement mobile command units that lined South Orange in downtown Orlando. Authorities determined Mateen, 29, walked up to the club at 2:02 a.m. armed with an AR-15 rifle and a Glock handgun.
An off-duty police officer working at the club Sunday night was investigating an underage drinker outside when he heard gunshots inside, according to the law enforcement source. The off-duty officer ran inside the club and traded gunfire with Mateen, backed up soon by three other police officers, the source said.
The officers fired at Mateen, who retreated into a bathroom toward the rear of the club.
“Those additional officers made entry while the suspect was shooting,” Mina said. “They forced him to stop shooting and retreat to the bathroom where we believe he had several hostages.”
Mateen called 911 three times from a bathroom he shared with hostages and pledged his allegiance to the Islamic State, a terrorist group also known as ISIL or ISIS.
He called dispatchers twice and hung up before they called him back, the source said.
“He was in one bathroom fortified with hostages,” Mina said. “There were people in the opposing bathroom, about 15 or 20 people. And the details are unknown, they’re part of the investigation.”
Orlando police crisis negotiators were called to the club and spoke with Mateen three times. He remained calm during the talks, but he made clear that his plan was to kill more people, Mina said.
“Based off statements made by the suspect and based on information we received by the suspect and from the hostages and the people inside,” Mina said, “we believe further loss of life was imminent. I made the decision to commence the rescue operation and do the explosive breach.”
A SWAT team failed to topple the exterior wall leading to the bathroom that held 15 to 20 people, so Mina made the call to use the Bearcat.
Officers wore combat-grade body armor and helmets as they rammed the bathroom wall, creating a small hole — about 3 feet wide and 2 feet off the ground — so the captives could escape.
“We were able to rescue dozens and dozens of people who came out of that wall,” Mina said. “The suspect came out of that hole himself with a handgun and a long gun and engaged in a gunbattle with officers where he was ultimately killed.”
Mateen wielded an AR-15 and a semiautomatic handgun he had bought from a Port St. Lucie gun shop a week ago. He fired at officers, striking one of them in his helmet before he was shot several times and died.
Dozens of bullet holes dotted the exterior concrete wall, evidence of the shootout that included dozens of rounds fired by officers.
The last exchange of gunfire Mateen had with Orlando police and Orange County sheriff’s deputies occurred at 5 a.m. and ended a three-hour standoff.
Orlando officers walked into the nightclub and found lifeless club patrons strewn about a bar and lounge area. More bodies were found in a nearby bathroom.
Were the  victims shot by the SWAT teams or by Mateen who was shot at point blank at 5.15am (according to OPD report) while leaving the building together with hostages? The Orlando Police Chief John Mina acknowledged that OPD officers has accidentally shopt people in the nightclub.
The official story is that Mateen killed 49 people and injured 53.
And this allegedly took place –according to the OPD time line– in a lapse of 1-2 minutes before he was shot dead at 5.15am, while leaving the building

Truth Rising | June 28, 2016 | Conspiracies |

Truthful information can be hard to come by in this twisted world of deception, and sometimes it can be difficult to discern who the honest ones are and who to seek out for new ideas, facts, or hidden knowledge that may aid you in your quest for truth.

The purpose of what we’re calling the “Conspiracy Factist Award” is to provide a resource whereby truth-seekers can discover new sources of knowledge from people who we feel strive to share factual conspiracy information and genuinely have the best interest of humanity at heart.

Now, of course with all deep conspiracy topics we usually never have all the pieces of the puzzle, so one should always expect some degree of conjecture and hypothesizing from any researcher in this field.

Compiling the Top 25 Conspiracy Blogs has allowed me the chance to not only give recognition and a “Thank you!” to a lot of the people and blogs that I appreciate and like to learn from personally, but also has allowed me to discover many other quality blogs I might have never found otherwise. And for that I am beyond grateful.

However, I must confess there were so many outstanding conspiracy blogs to choose from that it became extremely difficult to limit the list to a mere 25.

Some of the criteria used for selecting the blogs listed below are:

Seems to be genuinely working to benefit humanity.
Strives to provide mainly factual conspiracy content, and does not appear to be a disinformation agent.
Are anti-Illuminati or anti-New World Order and are working to educate the masses to wake people up about the dire reality of our world.
Be sure to visit all of the blogs listed, and since there are quite a few, bookmark this post for future reference. And of course, feel free to SHARE on social media for others to discover these great conspiracy resources.

CONGRATULATIONS to all the winners! A badge is located above and below the list if you’d like to display your awesomeness in your sidebar or anywhere else on your site. Linking it back to this post is appreciated! Also, all of you listed have an open invitation to guest post here on Truth Rising any time.

Without further ado, here they are:

(In no particular order.)

Once again I’d like to express my gratitude and appreciation to all those listed here for the dedication you have in sharing truth with the world. Humanity really is struggling right now, and we need as many honest people as possible to step up like those listed above have done, to help wake the masses and rally others to join the cause for Truth and Freedom.

Stay safe. Stay vigilant. Keep love in your heart.

This last week, as I indicated a few days ago, has been a very strange week for space news, stories that you may have missed with all the focus on BREXIT and its implications. What I noticed, however, is a strange sense of timing hovers over them, as they're all coming out more or less in the same time window. And, as has become a familiar pattern, curiously it's the Russian media sources that are giving them play. Many regular readers here contributed many of these articles, so let's start with this first one: a video of a US Army recruiment campaign, clearly referencing "combat with aliens" both at the beginning, and at the end:
Ok, so what, you say? Well, on its own it's not too significant. But combine that with recent Boeing stupor-bowl halftime commercials, statements by General Kinney at military gatherings that we have to be ready to fight "ETs", and other high strangeness coming out of the military-industrial complex (think Lockheed-Martin in Antarctica here), and I cannot help but get the distinct impression-intuition-suspicion (I don't know quite what to call it), that "something is up" and that we're slowly being prepared for "it".
Then there was this, from Russia's Sputnik, and I cannot help but ponder this strange article:
Now, when one reads this article in depth, there is of course no reference to "fighting beyond the stars" or "aliens" or "ET" or anything of the sort. But it is Sputnik's choice of title and sub-title for the article that intrigues me. The title - "Space Weapons: The US Seeks to Innovate How America Fights Beyond the Stars" - does compel certain speculations and imaginations, for note the use of the present tense, not the future tense: How America Fights beyond the stars, not, How America will fight beyond the stars, &c. Shades of British computer hacker Gary McKinnon, who claimed to have hacked into US Department of Defense computers, and have found curious reference to a hidden "space fleet". Of course, we know what happened to him: the US pitched a hissy-fit, demanded extradition from Britain, so it could throw him into a deep dark hole. Britain refused. (And that, to my mind, was suspicious in itself, in today's terrorism and hacking-conscious age, when allies are supposed to "stick together," unless of course, his hacking was perhaps tied to MI-6? "Just what are the colonies doing up there?" &c. McKinnon's protection by the British government I always found to be as suspicious as the hack itself).
Then there's the sub-title to the Sputnik article: The Air Force has devised a new framework for interstellar warfare called Space Enterprise Vision." Now, I don't for a moment attach much suspicion to the US AIr Force having war plans for wars against some off planet invader. General staffs do this sort of thing all the time, and it would be the height of irrationality to assume that the US Air Force, Royal Air Force, Luftwaffe, Royal Canadian Air Force, and so on, do not have such plans in their safes, and that they do not wargame such events. From time to time we hear stories of such wargames. No surprise there. What is interesting about this subtitle is that this is being done under the aegis of something called "Space Enterprise Vision," in other words, as I've been arguing, if you're going to commericalize and privatize space, you have to "protect the sea lanes" and that requires, so to speak, "ships of the line", i.e., great big platforms carrying lots of guns hiding behind thick wooden planking designed to slug it out with anyone presuming to interdict those sea lanes. You get the idea: the commercialization of space implies - and requires - its weaponization.
Obviously the focus of the article itself is on terrestrial possibilities and a potential enemy's "bright lines" or trigger points, the lines in space that we, or they, cannot or should not cross without triggering a "major incident", the polite euphemism of such studies for "war." But it takes little imagination to see that such studies could be, and probably are, extrapolated to deal with "other" potential enemies.
THen there were these stories, shared by Mr. S.D.:
Russian space agency unveils grandiose plan to permanently base a dozen cosmonauts on the moon
Experts says a 'space base' halfway between the Moon and Earth could be built in 10 years
The first article reveals the basic plan for a permanent Russian human presence on the Moon, and the plans are similar to other plans being advanced in Europe, China, and the USA:
They said the process of constructing the base would be done in stages, likely extending over a decade or more. The agency is reportedly developing a rocket to transport portions of the base to the moon over six separate launches.
It is a grandiose undertaking for a space agency that saw its projected budget for 2016-2025 trimmed by more than half last year, falling to a commitment of 1.5 trillion rubles, or roughly $30 billion.
In May, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin told Interfax, a non-governmental Russian news agency, that “Russia will never catch up to the United States in the space race.” He claimed Roscosmos had fallen behind NASA and SpaceX founder Elon Musk by “ninefold.”
What's going on here? I suspect simply that this means Russia intends to be a part of this lunar base effort, rather than to attempt it on its own. However, it has an advantage that few appreciate: it has studied long term effects of zero and lower gravity on the ISS and its MIR space stations, and also has a large, servicable, and workable booster technology. As we also saw earlier this week, Russia is also investing money in the development of cyber technologies, including robotics: the presence of any Russian components in such an international mission would eventually and most likely require a Russian presence to service them. Keep that "international" component in mind here, because it will bear fruit in tomorrow's blog
I've blogged about the second article before, i.e., about the idea of basing a space station halfway between the Earth and the Moon. It would be, as the article notes, a rational place to position a station, one not only designed to replace the International Space Station, but as a base for lunar expeditions and other solar system expeditions. Note also that this is coming from the European Space Agency. Note that the station is to be placed in an orbit at the equigravisphere between the Earth and the Moon:
"Let me take you on a thought experiment about 10 years into the future," David Parker, the ESA's Director of Human Spaceflight and Robotic Exploration, told the media at a press conference in Germany this week, celebrating the safe return of British astronaut Tim Peake to Earth.
"After 25 years of service, the International Space Station is coming to the end of its life, but now 1,000 times further out in space a new star has risen," he added. "A human outpost in deep space, located far out, where Earth and [the] Moon's gravity balance, a kind of crossroads in space."
According to Parker, the remote location of the space base would mean it could serve as much more than just a replacement for the ISS, enabling new kinds of scientific study in space – and chiefly, far greater access to the Moon.
"This is our deep space habitat, a new place to live and learn how to work in space, a kind of base camp for exploring the Solar System and reaching back down to the surface of the Moon," he said. "[Astronauts] can look down on a Moon untroubled by humans in more than 50 years. We want to go back there, we've barely scratched the surface."
Now, this story and idea appeared before, but note the date: it is being trotted out again, and within the same time frame as the other stories. The choice of the equigravispherical orbit is also logical, both from a practical, scientific, and needless to say, military point of view.
So what's going on? Well, for that, we'll have to await the high octane speculations of tomorrow's blog:

The USSA's Secret Space Program(s)

Everyone is familiar with the spacefaring exploits of the USSA’s National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the Russian space program and the European Space Agency (ESA). The increasingly sophisticated Chinese space program is also well known internationally.

But for years there has been quiet talk of another space program, a secret space program, a covert consortium, if you will, that operates quietly out of the public eye, drawing on the expertise, technology and personnel of major aerospace corporations, major military agencies and the publicly known space agencies and using all of those organizations and bureaucracies as a cover for clandestine space projects carried out in great secrecy. It seems like an outlandish idea at first blush. But there is evidence that points in that direction.

Project Dyna-Soar

Most people have never heard of the USSA Air Force’s preparations for the so-called Dyna-Soar manned space program in the late 1950s and early 1960s. Dyna-Soar was based on the 1930s theoretical boost-glide space plane concept of the 20th Century German scientist, Eugen Sänger. Nazi rocket expert, SS General Walter Dornberger, was brought to the USA by Project Paperclip after World War II and carried along schematics and blueprints for a rocket launched space plane based on Eugen Sänger’s earlier work. In my book, Hidden in Plain Sight: Beyond the X-Files, I reference two Project Paperclip memoranda from 1947 that explicitly asked for both SS General Dornberger and Eugen Sänger to be brought over to the USSA under Project Paperclip.

General Dornberger was brought over and worked for Bell Aircraft, in upstate New York, where he advanced the space plane concept under the guise of the USSA's Air Force’s Dyna-Soar project. Initially, Bell’s design for the Dyna-Soar was the leading concept, but then the Air Force decided to award the project to Boeing instead.  (The best history that I have seen of this project, and its Nazi antecedents, is the conference article by William C. Walter, Project Dyna-Soar: The Roots of Shuttle - A Memoir, IAA-92-0193, 43rd Congress of the International Astronautical Federation, August 28-September 5, 1992, Washington, DC (International Astronautical Federation, 3-5 Rue Mario-Nikis, 75015 Paris, France).

In plain English, NASA's space shuttle was not home-grown American technology. It actually was an outgrowth of  a concept based on Nazi research and plans dating back to the era of the Third Reich, in the 1930s and 1940s, albeit that it took the USSA a few decades after WW-II to build and fly a spacecraft that resembled the original Nazi concept. The original intent was to orbit the Dyna-Soar. Publicly, that program was shut down; however, with a delay of over a decade the Space Shuttle, a larger, boost-glide, space plane was launched and did orbit hundreds of astronauts.

Interestingly, Neil Armstrong, the celebrated first man to walk on the moon in NASA’s Apollo space program, was one of the Dyna-Soar space plane astronauts before he left Dyna-Soar to train with NASA. Eventually, after spending a lot of money and time, and training a Dyna-Soar astronaut corps, the Air Force publicly announced that it was shutting down the program, allegedly without ever putting any Dyna-Soar astronauts into space.

The Manned Orbiting Laboratory (MOL)

The USSA Air Force also planned to establish a Manned Orbiting Laboratory (MOL), and in the period 1965-1967 selected yet another corps of military astronauts. The Air Force’s MOL astronaut corps operated in parallel to the NASA manned space program’s astronaut corps. But then, as with the earlier Dyna-Soar program, the Air Force announced that it was shutting down the MOL program.

Project Horizon

And then there were the USSA Army's plans for a major program to establish a manned outpost on the Moon. It was called Project Horizon  and projected scores of Saturn rocket launches of men and materiel into space, to construct a manned lunar base by 1966. Officially, nothing like this came to concrete realization, and the first Apollo astronauts did not set foot on the lunar surface until 1969, three years after the projected date of completion of the USSA Army's planned, manned lunar base.

The public record therefore shows that the USSA military planned at least three manned space programs in the 1950s and 1960s (Dyna-Soar, the MOL and Project Horizon) that were distinctly separate from the NASA Mercury, Gemini and Apollo programs. The Air Force trained its own military astronauts for the Dyna-Soar and MOL programs, before very publicly shutting them down for ostensible lack of funding and political support.

The USSA Military's Parallel Secret Space Shuttle Program

But was the story presented to the public really the whole story? The question has to be asked, because in August of 1989 the U.S. Air Force announced for yet a third time that it was shutting down another, this time secret, manned space program that it again intended to run parallel to that of NASA’s manned space program. In this case the Pentagon had spent $3.3 billion dollars to build its own space shuttle launch facility at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California, a launch control facility in Colorado, and had a secret cadre of 32 military astronauts.

Mind you, none of this was public knowledge until the 1989 announcement by the Air Force that it had disbanded its secret, previously unknown, astronaut corps, that it was “mothballing” its space shuttle launch facility at Vandenberg AFB, and that it was abandoning its space shuttle program. There were therefore three publicly acknowledged efforts by the U.S. military over a 30 year period to establish its own manned space programs. In each case, the programs were publicly shut down, but only after first going to elaborate and costly lengths of training astronauts, developing technology and spending multiple billions of dollars. This represents quite a lot of repeated effort over a period of decades to obtain a null result.

Unless of course, this repeated exercise over a 30 year period was but a costly charade carefully calculated to deflect scrutiny from other military programs that actually have secretly put men into space.

I have often wondered whether something like the USSA Army's Project Horizon (see above) may even now be in secret operation, with manned outposts on the Moon, and perhaps elsewhere in the solar system, and even farther afield in the galaxy.

Curious Case of Gary McKinnon

Which brings me directly to the curious case of Gary McKinnon, the British computer hacker who was hauled up on serious criminal charges by the U.S. government for hacking into U.S. government and military computer networks. As of early 2010 McKinnon was facing 70 years in prison for hacking into U.S. Space Command computers, where he alleges to have seen computer files with lists of Non-Terrestrial Officers’ names, and records of fleet to fleet transfers containing names of ships that he says were not U.S. Navy ships. What he saw caused him to believe that the U.S. military has a secret space fleet and that the ships’ names that he viewed belong to that secret space fleet.

Be that as it may, whatever it was that he saw caused the U.S. Government to go to unusual lengths to try to extradite Gary McKinnon to the USA and criminally prosecute and imprison him for the rest of his natural life. Judging by the extreme reaction of the U.S. Government to what would seem to be an otherwise comparatively minor hacking incident, maybe it really does have a secret space fleet. Maybe that’s why it went after Gary McKinnon so aggressively. Maybe the repeated, publicly “failed” or abandoned attempts by the U.S. Air Force to establish a separate, military, manned space program were just covers for another, more secretive manned space program that had quietly flown beneath the radar of public awareness until a bumbling British hacker stumbled across it.

Area 51

In that vein, much speculation has focused on the famous Area 51 in Nevada, and the Lockheed Corporation’s famous “Skunk Words” in California, as sites where secret spacecraft may have been developed and built. After all, it was Lockheed’s “Skunk Works” where super-secret aircraft such as the U-2, SR-71 Blackbird and F-117 stealth fighter were designed and built. And Area 51 is widely assumed to be a place where reverse engineering of recovered extraterrestrial technology takes place.

One of the most interesting anecdotal accounts of the extraterrestrial technology held at Area 51 that I have seen appeared in a 2002 Robert Stanley interview with David Adair in NEXUS Magazine. (Robert M. Stanley, “Electromagnetic Fusion and ET Space Technology,” NEXUS New Times Magazine USA/Canadian Edition, vol. 9, no. 5 (September-October 2002): 53-57, 74-75.) Briefly, Adair says that in 1971 he was taken underground at Area 51 to a mammoth, underground, work space where he saw many exotic craft, including a large, bus-sized, fusion engine that was so exotic and sophisticated that it was clear to him that it was of extraterrestrial manufacture and could not have been made on Earth. The plain implication is that the military-industrial complex of the USA has extraterrestrial space engines.

We Now Have The Technology To Take E.T. Home

But it was the dramatic comments in 1993 of Ben Rich, director of the Lockheed Skunk Works from 1975 to 1990, that conclusively revealed that great technological advances have been made in the black world of compartmentalized programs. In March of 1993 Rich presented a talk to an engineering alumni meeting at the University of California- Los Angeles (UCLA). Jan Harzen, a Boeing executive and Director of the Mutual UFO Network’s Orange County section, was present in the audience that day. Harzan witnessed Rich show a slide of a black flying disk headed into outer space and tell the audience of engineers, “We now have the technology to take E.T. home.”

Ben Rich went on to say that by making changes in unspecified mathematical equations there had been an engineering breakthrough and that it did not take long to travel to other stars. In recent years, a letter written by Rich in 1986 has also come to light in which he wrote: “Many of our manmade UFOs are Un Funded Opportunities.” This comment by Ben Rich clearly refers to black budget, off the books projects and technology. The clear reference to “manmade UFOs” is unambiguous and carries extra weight coming from Rich, who was an insider’s insider in the American military-industrial complex, particularly in the secretive world of high-tech, cutting edge, aerospace technology.

Information From My Own Sources And Research

I must say that none of this surprises me in the least. My personal view is that manned space flight in the modern era likely began in the early 1950s, a full decade before the Russians and Americans began publicly catapulting astronauts and cosmonauts into space in hypersonic tomato cans called "space capsules."

My belief is that from the time of the Third Reich on (or even before) electrogravitics, antigravity and other modes of propulsion were being explored.  I have explained my thinking and observations at length in previous blog posts, among others:  Nazi Vril Kaleidoscopic Merry-Go-RoundUnthinkable Torsion Secrets Of Our Most Recondite Delusion and  Vorticular Madness Of The Dark Magicians . The work of T. Townsend Brown, Charles Dellschau, the Nazi scientists and engineers, and a host of others, as well as the technology recovered from the Roswell  UFO crash in 1947 and other UFO crashes, absolutely did not escape the notice of the planners behind Project Paperclip, the Manhattan Project,  MJ-12, the Jason Group, Project Rand and other organizations and research groups dealing with exotic and cutting edge technology. In fact, the modern space effort appears to have begun in earnest many decades ago.

In my book, Kundalini Tales, I very briefly refer to a clear telepathic communication  that I received from Robert Monroe, the well-known out-of-body explorer and author who founded The Monroe Institute in Faber, Virginia. For whatever reason, I had a fair amount of telepathic contact with Robert Monroe over the years. Of course, he is not presently physically alive. In about 1981, he telepathically communicated to me that the first men went into space in 1951 (not 1961) and that the first space missions revealed that there were certain esoteric aspects to space travel, things that NASA, for instance, has never publicly revealed. Essentially, there is a deeply magical or mystical aspect of space travel -- it's not all nuts and bolts, hard engineering. There are certain key times and places, and specific manners in which you can send men to space. If the proper protocols are not observed the missions do not succeed. That was the gist of what he communicated to me.

More than that, other information I have received has suggested that the huge black triangles that so many people have seen, in different regions of the world, are a compartmentalized, Black Project of major aerospace companies that uses plasma technology as a propulsive force. The observed performance of the craft is consistent with some sort of alectrogravitic or antigravity technology. The same is probably true for the Nazi Vril-style flying saucers that have been repeatedly seen over the years.

I would also observe that when I was researching my first book on underground bases and tunnels, I ran across a technical document that mentioned a planned, nuclear powered, tunnel boring machine called a Subselene, designed to  excavate tunnels beneath the Moon's surface. I briefly mention the Subselene toward the end of the book. The document even estimated the cost of transporting the machine to the Moon, without, however, specifying exactly how that would be done. At the time, I wondered to myself if that could perhaps be done with a big, heavy lift, black triangle.

Twenty years later,  I am still wondering about that.

Bottom Line

The bottom line is that the available evidence indicates the likely existence of at least one classified, military space program using chemical rocket technology, and operating clandestinely, in parallel to the NASA manned space program. Additionally, the comments of Ben Rich and the remarks of David Adair indicate the probable existence of at least one other highly secret space program, using unconventional space technology, also operating in parallel to the NASA manned space program. The aggressive pursuit of criminal charges by the American government against the British hacker, Gary McKinnon, who alleges to have seen evidence of a secret U.S. military space fleet also points to a secret American space program.

The black budget is massive, running into the hundreds of billions, even trillions of dollars. The evidence strongly indicates that a lot of that money has gone into secretive activities in space about which we have never been informed. At places like Area 51, Vandenberg Air Force Base, White Sands Missile Range, Edwards Air Force Base, Cape Canaveral and elsewhere there are profound secrets about space and space travel that have been held back from the American people.

The general public have been massively lied to. The time has come that we learned the truth about what happens in those places, the many discoveries and breakthroughs that have been made, and the technology that is in use.

Orlando Mass Shooting: Foreknowledge of Mass Casualty Event?

Will the Pulse Nightclub Crime Scene Also Be Demolished?

Hours before the alleged “worst mass shooting in US history” at the Pulse Nightclub in Orlando, the City of Orlando created an online record either concerning the bar’s business tax or a potential building permit involving an unspecified project at the business’ 1912 South Orange Avenue address.
This is according to the transaction’s case number of BUS0004986-003 via the municipality’s online records system at In the most unusual timing, the electronic record was generated on Saturday June 11, 2016 with an expected completion date of October 1, 2016.
The reason that the document appears to involve construction is that it further states: “Plan revisions may not be submitted until all disciplines have completed their plan reviews.” As homeowners who have pulled a permit to remodel their homes are well aware, the process anticipates several stages of bureaucratic review.

Orlando Shooting Pulse Business Tax Invoice Dated Day Before Shooting -- Coincidence?

An MHB reader contacted the City of Orlando and was told that
the city doesn’t normally conduct business on Saturdays or Sundays. Thus if the record below is accurate and not the result of automation this client must have been very special indeed.
Another party, YouTuber HowISee the World (below) was informed that the new “case” was merely for submission of Pulse’s “2017 Business Tax,” indicated in the “Fee Description.” If this is true it remains an uncanny coincidence.

One may recall that the main crime scenes of the Sandy Hook massacre–the Sandy Hook school and residence of Adam Lanza–were demolished in 2013 and 2015 respectively (here and here). Is the Pulse Nightclub also scheduled for a similar fate this summer or early fall?

Zombie Genes Live On After a Body Dies

~ hehe geet READY folks ...just 'member which  1 's  go 1st ...the dumb ass's & the fat bast~terd's ...Oops

Austin Powers - Best Of Fat Bastard

It’s probably not enough to cause an apocalypse or even make a plot for a decent horror movie, but new research finds that many genes in dead mice

and zebrafish live for up to 48 hours after death and the same could be true for humans. Are the genes active enough to scare your cat with a zombie mouse?
Here kitty-kitty-kitty
Here kitty-kitty-kitty
Microbiologist Peter Noble at the University of Washington was testing the activity of genes in the organs of mice and zebrafish immediately after death. Why?
(It’s) an experiment of curiosity to see what happens when you die. We can probably get a lot of information about life by studying death.
Noble and his team knew from a previous study that microbes in human organs live for many hours after death. To determine if this applies to the rest of the body, they hired a humpback man named Igor to bring them fresh samples.
Actually, they studied dead mice and zebrafish first by measuring the amount of active messenger RNA they have – a sign that genes are still telling cells what to do. Of the 1000 genes analyzed in each species, 548 zebrafish genes and 515 mouse genes were active after death for up to 2 days in the mice and four in the fish. Even more surprising, some activity actually increased in the dead animals, including genes that are normally only active at birth, not death.
What’s going on here? One theory is that the genes are automatically firing up to aid in the healing process in case this was just a serious injury or trauma and not death. Another theory is that some genes also suppress others from developing and when they die, the suppressed genes suddenly are freed to become active – the probably cause of embryonic genes firing up after death and the possible reason why suppressed cancer cells in organs can become active and cause cancer in transplant recipients.
This new research has some benefits and raises some serious question. While it can help forensic scientists better determine the time of death, it also casts doubt on or traditional definitions of death itself. If a person’s genes are still functioning 48 hours after other vitals signs cease, are they still alive?
The next step is to perform the mice and zebrafish tests on human cadavers. Igor?

In case you missed it with all the talk about BREXIT - you know, all that talk about how the EU and the euro will inevitably collapse, how the BREXIT vote strengthens the dollar, and how a cap will eventually be put on the euro and people caught in the currency will lose yet more wealth and how the d-Mark and some revival of the old Exchange Rate Mechanism will return &c &c and so forth - there was a very interesting story coming out of Antarctica that Mr. S.D. and a few others shared, and it caught my eye for a number of reasons, not the least because of one statement stuck in the middle of an otherwise apparently "bland" article:
South Pole medical evacuation flight launched
Now, before we get to that strange statement and my high octane speculation of the day, note that this story concerns the medical evacuation of an unnamed member of a scientific team. It's not the first such story we've seen coming out of Antarctica in recent years, as other such flights have been made, but they have been shrouded in a pall of secrecy: little real information has come out about why these flights are necessary. You'll note, for example, that in this article there's very little real information about why this medical evcauation was necessary, and a lot of ... well, fluff about Antarctic flights and so on. In the past, the pattern has been similar, and has fueled all sorts of speculation and "conspiracy theories" about the discovery of deadly dormant viruses and other diseases. A few years ago, the focus was on Lake Vostok and what the Russians were doing there which, again, was shrouded in secrey. Then, more recently, there was the strange visit to the southern continent of Russian Orthodox Patriarch of Moscow, Kirill III, the first Christian hierarch - Orthodox, Catholic, Anglican or otherwise - to visit the southern polar continent. Kirill posed, of course, for the photo op with the penguins, and then flew back to Russia. And this occurred, lest we forget, after his meeting with Pope Francis I in Havanna.
That too, fueled all sorts of speculations, including a story that the Saudis had dug up some sort of ancient apocalyptic "horn of Gabriel" technology while excavating near the Grand Mosque in Mecca. The story - so it went - was that the Saudis turned in desperation to Mr. Putin and the Russians, who promptly took the alleged recovered technology to Antarctica, and buried it.
And, lest we forget, there are of course all those stories about Nazis, flying saucers, and secret Antarctic Nazi flying saucer research bases. Of course, I've never been on board with that interpretation of the Nazi presence there, and have detailed the reasons why in various books and interviews. Nonetheless, these rumors were fueled by the strange and sudden evacuation of Admiral Byrd's postwar Operation High Jump expedition to the continent. But as I've also pointed out (in Roswell and the Reich), there were very strange seismic events allegedly being recorded on the continent of wild long standing waves that far exceeded the normal siesmic signatures of earthquakes, even very large ones. And, lest we forget, those were posted by a German amateur following the strange goings on in Antarctica.
So, all of this, I suppose, is the context in which, perhaps, to view the following strange statement in the article, indeed, the only statement in the article of any real factual significance, and one which invites - nay, almost compels - some high octane speculation:
Officials with the National Science Foundation (NSF) have launched a medical evacuation flight to NSF's scientific station at the geographic South Pole.
After comprehensive consultation with outside medical professionals, agency officials decided that a medical situation at Amundsen-Scott South Pole Station warrants returning a member of the station's winter crew to a hospital that can provide a level of medical care that is unavailable at the station.
The patient is seasonally employed through the Lockheed Martin Antarctic Support Contract (ASC), the prime contract for operations and research support contractor to NSF for the United States Antarctic Program (USAP). NSF is not releasing any further personal or medical information to preserve the patient's privacy.
(Emphasis added)
Say that again please? Lockheed-Martin has a contract for scientific research in Antarctica? The same Lockheed-Martin renowned for advanced aerodynamics, the same Lochheed-Martin that is a key corporate defense contractor and player in the US military-industrial complex? The same Lockheed-Martin that recently rolled out its small nuclear fusion reactor(that, let it be recalled, looked suspiciously like the 1960s patents for the same by Philo Farnsworth), small enough to "fit on the back of a truck?" The same Lockheed-Martin whose former chief of its "Skunk works", Ben Rich, is alleged to have said before he died that "we found an error in the equations" and now "we can take ET home" and a number of other equally provocative remarks? The same Lockheed-Martin that is alleged, in certain alternative research and Ufology circles has been one of the companies in the vanguard of "anti-gravity" research?
Well, I think you can guess where my high octane speculation is going: Lockheed-Martin would not be in Antarctica investigating penguins, nor taking ice core samples, sponsoring seismic studies or investigating Antarctica's many thermal pools and lakes. It's an aeronautics company. Airplanes, conventional and otherwise, are its bailiwick, in addition to data-management and so on and so forth. Did they find some sort of lost ancient high technology there? A crashed flying saucer? No one is saying, and in the absence of any clear indications, then wild and wooly speculations abound.
But, I cannot help but recall, that two of the sponsors of the Nazis expedition in 1938-39 to Antarctica were none other than Rudolf Hess, Reichsleiter of the Nazi party at the time(and we all remember who his secretary was), and Reichsmarschall Hermann Goering. Hess, of course, had his life-long interest in the occult and esoteric, ended up flying to Great Britain in May 1941, trying to negotiate a peace with the UK, and spent the rest of his life in Spandau Prison, and died under circumstances so suspicious that his British physician questioned whether or not his patient was the real Hess, or a substituted double. But Hermann Goering was all nuts and bolts business and technology and had but one interest: power, and the advancement of German power and interests. Needless to say, it was a strange combination of patrons for an Antarctic expedition dealing only with matters of "pure scientific inquiry".
And Lockheed-Martin's presence on the continent only enhances the mystery of what the great powers are doing down there. And, let it be noted, fits that Hess-Goering pattern.
