US missions in Bahrain, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Libya, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Afghanistan and Bangladesh will be closed Sunday August 4, 2013 based on intelligence of an impending Al Qaida terror threat. It may very well be an act of scarrorism since the administration couldn't be trusted to return change from buying a round of coffee. However, this story isn't getting the wings it deserves in the U.S. media yet.

State Department spokeswoman Marie Harf told reporters: “The Department of State has instructed certain US embassies and consulates to remain closed or to suspend operations on Sunday, 4 August.

If you said “No” you would be absolutely correct. Things are working out fiscally perfect and just the way he, or I should say, his mentors in the U. N. have planned them. The deeper in debt the blacks are the more indebted they will become to this phony tin-horn dictator who is bailing them out with taxpayer’s dollars and reaping the benefits of obsequiousness and poverty without the burden of personal debt or fear of having to pay taxes.
It’s the best of both worlds for Obama; he steals honest taxpaying citizens’ tax dollars from the U. S. Treasury with no fear of impunity or even repayment. Thus his quasi legal acts of theft are also of no danger to his standings in the free world and they reap the huge benefits of gaining millions of ballot box advantage votes from a downtrodden segment of the population that is happy doing nothing but place an “X” in the box adjacent to the names of Democrats, Obama in particular, on the ballot for public office.
The more he steals and cheats, the happier and well fed his constituents become and the bigger the smile across the facial area where his prominent happy molars are rooted. And what can we responsible tax-paying creatures do about it? N-O-T-H-I-N-G !!! Obama’s fate along with ours is in the outstretched and clutching hands of the totally dependent black communities around the country.
But his fate may betray his goals if the current trends continue; because as our “in-the-hole-indebtedness’ continues to grow and the providers of this largesse, that’s us friends, keep getting a deeper and sharper shaft dug into their innards, as a former Southern Senator would say, “There’s gonna be a whole lot of cryin’ and speechifyin’ goin’ on out thayah.”
Problem could be, though, that speechifyin’ may not get the needs to reverse the downward spiral in time to save many, if any, of us; and those constituents of Obama’s may find themselves doing menial chores for potentates of Third World countries and reminding older folks about the days of slavery just a scant two-hundred years in the past.
Speaking of what the ‘messiah’ has been and is now doing to further impoverish his, ‘getting to be sole support at the voting polls’, it is so candied over with the icing of Obama’s lies and duplicities, those puppets of his are still not aware of the dark roads he is leading them down to the depths and dregs of living. Sure they’re all happy now while the wine and roses are flowing but those streams are not perpetual and will soon play themselves out and the devil will have to be paid. Then as former Prime Minister of Great Britain, Margaret Thatcher, once said, “The problem with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people’s money.” Now I quote a renowned New England pro football coach, that absolutely gets it right when he says, “It is what it is.” And what it is, is other people’s money, and unfairly playing with other people’s lives to their further degradation and sorrow.
In the online blog JoeforAmerica.com on July 28, 2013, Rodney Lee posted “Bad News for Blacks” in the Economic, Politics, Taxes forum crediting Richard Rahn of the Washington Times what Ronald Reagan and Barack Obama have done for Black Americans. To say the least, Reagan and Obama had very different economic philosophies with Obama denouncing “supply-side” economics and scoffing at the notion that “a rising tide lifts all boats”. And, Obama is also imbued with the notion that cutting taxes only favors the rich.
According to Rodney Lee, Richard Rahn sums it up this way: Reagan reduced taxes on job creators by 60%; Obama increased them by 17%. Reagan cut non-defense federal spending by a third; Obama has increased it… Reagan cut regulations while Obama has greatly increased them.
Under Reagan, adult black unemployment fell by 20%, but under Obama, it has increased by 42%. Black teenage unemployment fell by 16% under Reagan, but has risen by 56% under Mr. Obama. Please note that last sentence of a 56% rise in black teenage unemployment. But as I said above, this is what Obama wants - total subservience from ALL blacks. Why can’t they see what is so obvious?

It has been reported that 24 year old Anna Michelle Walters formerly a substitute teacher at Cosby High School in Virginia has been charged for having illicit sexual relations with a minor after handing herself in to authorities after it was disclosed that she not only had sex with one student but now another, this time a minor still attending the school where she once taught before being fired.
The assertions first came to light after a former 18 year old high school student and now college student Justin Foster posted incriminating tweets of text conversations he and Ms Walters had had as well as naked images (you can see them here if you must) that she had sent to the former high school student which elicited a flurry of condemnation from twitter followers as well as some congratulating the young man.
One high school friend tweeted: ‘Congrats to @DubVeeU for successfully fulfilling every guys high school fantasy by banging the sub. #props.’
Another person said: ‘No matter what people say @DubVeeU is a f****** boss. #BossStatus’

Tweeted one tweeter user Mya Wren: ‘I don’t know what she did to you, but NO WOMAN deserves this. You are an immature, MEAN, HATEFUL, INSECURE person,’
Then again one also wonders if Mya Wren and others would be arguing the same line of thought had the sex of the teacher been a man and the students involved in the affair female?
Basking in the infamy that his announcement has brought, Justin Foster tweeted the following: ‘So y’all understand that she deserved this like? Do you understand she’s a raging s***? I do, amen, amen, amen. Captain Time.’
This in turn elicited suggestions that Ms Walters had also embarked on sexual relations with another student, the question now being was that student of the age of consent and if not would that lead to charges of sexual abuse or even rape? Details of the identity of the second student has not at present been publicly released.
At present it is understood that Ms Walters was arrested this past Wednesday after turning herself in and released on a $10 000 bond the following day.

With the scandal of one former substitute school teacher, Anna Michelle Walters at Cosby High School in Midlothian, Virginia with former student Justin Foster comes new information to light. Or rather images you’ve been craving to get your hands on.
Guilt ridden or just seeking revenge, or just a weird plea for help former student Justin Foster has gone on a mission to out his former school teacher with whom he had an affair with. Unabashedly our Justin has gone and released all sorts of incriminating back and thro text messages between himself and his former teacher which even made this seasoned love junkie blush. This of course has elicited a whole range of responses on the young man’s twitter handle which at present kind of resembles a weird pinball game of ‘you’re a hero Justin’ and ‘you just did this shit to get even,’ to other individuals wishing that they had been the lucky son of a gun who got to bang teacher. And here I was thinking that I ought to be concerned that somehow a pupil was sexually abused by his teacher…

Whilst that in itself might help pass the day for those of you in the mood to wonder about the current decay of teacher student relations (there always seems to be a steady supply of teachers spreading their tonsils for their students) one ought to pause and wonder if in the end Mr Foster has taken this all a bit too far. But then again Ms Walters was playing with fire. Actually she was playing with a fireball.

Two years ago, GCHQ’s annual sports day took place on Wednesday, 15 June at the Civil Service Sports Club in London. A mixed six-a-side football tournament was the centrepiece of the day, with matches kicking off at 11am sharp.
The event was a jolly for those routinely cooped up in the agency’s distinctive doughnut-shaped headquarters in Cheltenham, and they were furnished with six pages of rules and regulations to ensure fair play.
“Each team MUST field at least ONE lady player at all times,” the note said. “Appropriate footwear shall be worn. No crocs, sandals or flip-flops will be allowed. The wearing of shin-pads is COMPULSORY.”
Of all the highly classified documents about GCHQ revealed by the whistleblower Edward Snowden, this has to be one of the least sensitive. But it offers a glimpse into the world of the 6,100 people crammed into the open-plan and underground offices at GCHQ; the fact there is a sports day at all reveals something about the agency which most people outside their bubble could not appreciate.
Staff date themselves on the internal directory, “GCWiki”, by their “internet age”, a measure of how many years they have been adept on the web.
They make friends during annual family open days, or via messages on the agency’s internal version of MySpace, which they have called SpySpace.
Colleagues are likely to find people cut from the same cloth. The agency’s 2010/11 recruitment guide says GCHQ needs high-calibre technologists and mathematicians familiar with the complex algorithms that power the internet. It has room for a sprinkling of accountants and librarians. Classicists need not apply.
Nobody at Cheltenham is particularly well paid, compared to the private sector at least – a junior analyst might earn £25,000. “We can offer a fantastic mission but we can’t compete with [private sector] salaries,” one briefing note lamented.
In a world of its own, GCHQ is a complex, secret community, which is tightly bound by its location outside the capital, the nature of its people, and the secrecy in which their work has to be done.
When it was built in 2002 the “doughnut” was the biggest construction project in Europe. It is now home to a parallel world – one that mirrors the society around it while being set apart by high walls of secrecy and the vastly superior technology concealed within.
Today this intensely private organisation is under a spotlight it has never had to face before, as its methods and practices come under unprecedented scrutiny, thanks to the release of files that would otherwise have been locked away for another 30 years.
Snowden wanted to reveal the extent of the surveillance activities being undertaken by GCHQ and its American equivalent, the National Security Agency (NSA), and the stories published by the Guardian have certainly done that.
Before the 30-year-old analyst turned whistleblower, only a few people outside GCHQ had heard of “Tempora”, the programme that gives the agency access to the fibre-optic cables which carry the world’s phone calls and web traffic; only they knew it had developed an ingenious way of storing this material for up to 30 days.
Only those in the intelligence community had heard of “Prism”, another initiative that has given the NSA – and GCHQ too – access to millions of emails and live chat conversations held by the world’s major internet companies, including Google, Facebook, Microsoft and Apple.
Teams of analysts at GCHQ now have the authority and the technical capacity to tap directly into the nervous system of the 21st century and peer into the lives of others. Dig deeper into the drily worded, acronym-filled files, and there are other insights about the challenges faced by GCHQ, and its own anxieties about meeting them.
And while politicians, including the prime minister and William Hague, the foreign secretary, have led the defence of the agency from the questions posed by the recent revelations, the papers show the agency is not always at ease with itself. There is understandable concern about being left behind by technology, and a desire to drive itself on so it can continue to feed high-quality intelligence to the “customers”.
They include the government, the domestic security service, MI5, and the Secret Intelligence Service, MI6.
But the “customer” the agency frets about most is the NSA. In numerous papers, GCHQ reveals its need to keep the Americans happy, and how it regards this as an overriding priority.
It is not hard to see why; the Guardian has discovered GCHQ receives tens of millions of pounds from the NSA every year, money it has come to rely upon to build and maintain its collecting and decoding capabilities. In turn, the US expects a service, and, potentially, access to a range of programmes, such as Tempora.
Those campaigners and academics who fear the agencies are too close, and suspect they do each other’s “dirty work”, will probably be alarmed by the explicit nature of the quid-pro-quo arrangements.
Though there is evident excitement within GCHQ that new responsibilities in recent years have made it Britain’s pre-eminent intelligence agency, it has been accompanied by occasional pauses for reflection, and worry that the agency cannot cope with those demands.
In an internal document published in August last year, one of GCHQ’s most senior officers set out his fears. The officer, one of the team responsible for managing the Tempora project, used a power-point presentation to explain to colleagues the far-reaching way GCHQ’s “mission role had changed”.
He reminded his team that new techniques had given it access to vast amounts of new data or “light” – emails, phone calls and Skype conversations garnered from internet cables. But the officer was obviously disconcerted.
“Over the last five years, GCHQ’s access to ‘light’ [has] increased by 7,000%,” he explained. The amount of the material being analysed and processed had increased by 3,000%, he said – another startling admission.
“GCHQ is breaking new ground and in doing so, testing our systems and processes to the full. Our challenge today is to achieve success against tomorrow’s demands starting from yesterday’s capability.”
But he warned the agency was ill-equipped to do this: “The complexity of our mission has evolved to the point where existing mission management capability is no longer fit for purpose.”
New threats, new enemies, new challenges – the rise and rise of GCHQ
Perhaps it isn’t surprising such concerns have been raised in private around the corridors of GCHQ. Over the past decade, the agency’s portfolio has evolved into something barely recognisable to its most celebrated alumni – the Nazi code-breakers of Bletchley Park.GCHQ’s core business was always the “gathering intelligence based on intercepted communications”. It still does this, but the days of putting “clips on copper wires” to hear phone conversations are long gone.
The world has embraced –computers, tablets and mobile phones, and the need to find valuable information amid vast amounts of digital traffic created by them has become more difficult.
GCHQ has been tasked with finding the solutions, mindful that the potential rewards are high; never before has the agency had the opportunity to build such a complete record of someone’s life through their texts, conversations, emails and search records.
The use of cyberspace by criminal networks and other states to attack government departments and British businesses has opened a new dimension of silent warfare. With its technological and computing background, GCHQ has been told to defend the nation – and to develop the means for counter-attack.
Once a niche area, this is regarded by Downing Street as a “Tier One” national security priority because of the damage being done to the UK economy, and the danger of British defence secrets being stolen by stealth through sophisticated hacking attacks.
The pressure on the agency to deliver on all these fronts was made clear in GCHQ’s corporate plan for 2009, the first year in which Sir Iain Lobban was director. In his foreword, he warned colleagues the agency had to do more.
“This needs to be the year when we achieve real traction with our internet age transformation so we can continue to deliver in the future what HMG [Her Majesty’s Government] and our allies have come to expect of us.
“Over the last five years we have seen GCHQ change from being simply an intelligence producer into a genuine operational partner for the military and civilian customers.”
The report added: “Put simply, HMG expects value from GCHQ which at least matches the £1bn a year that is being invested in us each year.”
With so much now resting on the agency, its influence has spread across Whitehall. GCHQ now has liaison officers working inside MI5, MI6 and the Soca, the serious and organised crime agency. It takes the lion’s share of the £1.9bn budget for Britain’s intelligence services, and has a staff that is more than twice the size of the combined workforces of MI5 and MI6.
GCHQ also has a hefty presence in the Cabinet Office, which is responsible for setting the UK’s cyber security strategy. Defending the nation is the Cabinet Office’s priority – but from whom?
In an internal report in 2010, GCHQ described with remarkable candour the threats posed to the UK from cyberspace, eschewing the mealy-mouthed formulations adopted by ministers – and Lobban – in public.
The government has consistently maintained it is too difficult to point the finger at any particular country when it comes to cyber attacks. The 33-page report written by GCHQ’s Cyber Security Operations Centre makes a nonsense of that. Beijing is to blame, it says.
“China has a capable and very wide-ranging cyber programme targeting the full spectrum of governmental, military, and commercial targets. The Chinese mount a large number of relatively unsophisticated attacks, often using publicly known vulnerabilities and have successfully compromised networks globally.
“This assessment is based only on the attacks that have been detected, and does not preclude more sophisticated and targeted attacks from China.”
The report adds: “Allegations of Chinese involvement in cyber attacks are unlikely to deter China from carrying out similar attacks in future, or from censoring its population’s access to the internet.
“China is a major player in the global telecommunications market. In addition to the threat of industrial espionage to sustain this position, there is an inherent risk of Chinese equipment being used for intelligence purposes.
“Chinese industrial espionage comprises the single greatest threat to US technology … Various UK companies have also been targeted and large amounts of data have been lost.”
Insisting that British interests are “under sustained attack”, the paper is highly critical of Russia. It says Moscow “operates a sophisticated, mature and successful cyber programme, using an extensive global internet-based infrastructure”.
“The programme employs a wide variety of malicious software, and poses a significant threat to UK networks.
“Targeting of UK government departments is assessed to be a priority for Russia, and is likely to be ongoing. Governments, industry and academic institutions across a range of sectors have been targeted. Russia is judged to pose a threat to UK communications in a variety of countries, and UK data may be at risk due to compromises of networks outside of UK control.”
But the document says the UK has started a fightback of sorts.
“The UK is developing and testing offensive cyber capabilities, although policy is not yet in place to underpin all potential opportunities.”

When the payroll report was released last month, the world finally noticed what we had been saying for nearly three years: that the US was slowly being converted to a part-time worker society. This slow conversion accelerated drastically in the last few months, and especially in June, when part time jobs exploded higher by 360K while full time jobs dropped by 240K. In July we are sad to report that America's conversation to a part-time worker society is not "tapering": according to the Household Survey, of the 266K jobs created (note this number differs from the establishment survey), only 35% of jobs, or 92K, were full time. The rest were... not.
What is worse, however, is when one looks at job creation broken down by "quality" in all of 2013. The chart below does the bottom line some justice:
But what really shows what is going on in America at least in 2013, is the following summary: of the 953K jobs "created" so far in 2013, only 23%, or 222K, were full-time. Part-time jobs? 731K or 953K of total.

You Won't BELIEVE What's Going On at Fukushima Right Now

You’ve heard bad news about Fukushima recently.
But it’s worse than you know.
The Wall Street Journal notes that radiation levels outside the plant are likely higher than inside the reactor:
NRA [Nuclear Regulation Authority] officials said highly contaminated water may be leaking into the soil from a number of trenches, allowing the water to seep into the site’s groundwater and eventually into the ocean.How could it be more radioactive outside the nuclear reactors? The reactors have lost containment, and experts have no idea where the nuclear cores are.

Both radioactive substances are considered harmful to health. An NRA official said Monday that the very high levels were likely to be even higher than those within the reactor units themselves.

It was by far the highest concentration of radioactivity detected since soon after Japan’s March 2011 earthquake and tsunami ….
And the problems which have been detected at ground-level are only the tip of the iceberg. Japan Times points out:
Cesium levels in water under Fukushima No. 1 plant soar the deeper it gets, Tepco revealsYomiuri reports that highly-radioactive groundwater could start coming to the surface at the Fukushima plant:

Tepco found 950 million becquerels of cesium and 520 million becquerels of beta ray-emitting radioactive substances, including strontium, in the water from 13 meters [~43 feet] underground.
Water from 1 meter down contained 340 million becquerels, and a sample from 7 meters down contained 350 million becquerels.

Cesium, a metallic element, is subject to gravity.
TEPCO spokesman Noriyuki Imaizumi revealed the water level of the tainted groundwater in a test well located on the sea side of the No. 2 reactor has risen rapidly.Even Tepco admits that the groundwater problems are due to a lack of planning. NHK points out:
“If the water level continues to rise, it could reach the ground surface,” Imaizumi, an acting general manager of the company’s nuclear power-related division, said at a press conference Monday.
According to the company, the water level has risen about 70 centimeters over the past 20 days.

To prevent contaminated groundwater from leaking into the sea, TEPCO is working to reinforce the ground foundation of seawalls. The rising water level in the test well means the measures to prevent leakage have been working.
However, the company apparently failed to give much thought to the fact that the groundwater would have nowhere else to go ….
[Tepco] learnt on Wednesday that its efforts to prevent radiation-tainted groundwater from seeping into the sea are failing.In addition, a top expert says that radioactive water could be flowing beneath the seafloor … and could well up outside of the port “containment” zone:

TEPCO has been trying to solidify the embankment of the crippled power plant.

TEPCO says water levels in one of the contaminated wells have risen by about 1 meter since the work began in early July.
It says this is likely the result of its work to solidify the ground [to a depth of 16 meters], using chemicals.
The company says soil up to 2 meters below the ground cannot be hardened, and water may be seeping out.
Atsunao Marui, head of the Groundwater Research Group at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, said, “Groundwater also flows beneath the seafloor, so it’s possible that contaminated groundwater could spring up outside the port.”Reuters notes that the bolts in Fukushima’s tanks will corrode in just a few years, and a plant workers reveal — “Tepco says it doesn’t know how long tanks will hold”:
Marui added that water outside the port also needs to be carefully checked.
Experts say Tepco is attempting the most ambitious nuclear clean-up in history, even greater than the Chernobyl disaster ….Asahi writes:

Workers have built more than 1,000 tanks ….
With more than 85 percent of the 380,000 tonnes of storage capacity filled, Tepco has said it could run out of space.
The tanks are built from parts of disassembled old containers brought from defunct factories and put together with new parts, workers from the plant told Reuters. They say steel bolts in the tanks will corrode in a few years.
Tepco says it does not know how long the tanks will hold.

We have zero faith in the utility’s reliability as an operator of any nuclear power plant. In fact, allowing the company to handle nuclear energy is simply out of the question.
The entire company now needs to be focused on preventing radioactive substances from escaping into the environment.
The Nuclear Regulation Authority, which oversees safety management at the nuclear plant, decided to set up a working team to analyze conditions concerning contamination.As Enformable points out, top Japanese officials are finally calling for Tepco to be fired:
But the NRA’s actions have also been badly delayed. At a meeting Monday, an expert said the NRA “still can’t grasp the risks posed by the current situation.”
In case one hasn’t paid attention the constant stream of international experts who have called for TEPCO to be removed as the organization in charge of decommissioning the crippled Fukushima Daiichi reactors, Shunichi Tanaka, chairman of Japan’s Nuclear Regulation Authority has also called for Tokyo Electric to be removed. “It is simply too big for one company to handle,” said Tanaka, at a press conference Wednesday. “Placing all the burden (of controlling the site) on them won’t solve the problem.”(Background.)
Remember, an official Japanese government investigation concluded that the Fukushima accident was a “man-made” disaster, caused by “collusion” between government and Tepco and bad reactor design. And yet the Japanese government has allowed the culprit – Tepco – to oversee the “cleanup”, in the same way that the U.S. government allowed BP to oversee the “cleanup” of the Gulf oil spill even though BP’s criminal negligence caused the spill in the first place.

It’s taken about two-and-a-half years, but it seems the Japanese government is finally losing patience with the operator of the Fukushima nuclear plant. The reason: its haphazard approach to stabilising the complex. Last week it was unexplained steam rising from the shattered remains of the building housing the melted reactor number three. This week it’s TEPCO’s admission that radioactive water from the plant has probably been leaking into the Pacific for the last three months.Indeed, Asahi notes:

These actions indicate that you don’t know what you are doing … you do not have a plan and that you are not doing all you can to protect the environment and the people.” [said Dale Klein, Former NRC Chairman and Tepco advisory committee member]Nuclear expert – and former high-level nuclear industry executive – Arnie Gundersen says that Fukushima has “contaminated the biggest body of water on the planet”, and that the whole Pacific Ocean likely to have cesium levels 5-10 times higher than at peak of nuclear bomb tests.
How could this happen? Doesn’t the ocean dilute radiation to the point it is rendered harmless? No, actually:
- A previously-secret government report concluded in 1955 that the ocean may not adequately dilute radiation from nuclear accidents
- Scientists say that radiation on the West Coast of North America could end up being 10 times higher than in Japan
- The amount of radioactive fuel at Fukushima dwarfs the amount at Chernobyl
- Massive leaks have been continuing at Fukushima on a daily basis for years (and here)
Fukushima … seems to lurch from one problem to the next ….The chairman of the NRA also says (via the New York Times):

When the situation is so bad that Shunichi Tanaka, the NRA chairman, is stating in a press conference, with regard to water leaks, that “if you have any better ideas, we’d like to know,” it should be clear that Fukushima No. 1 still requires the upmost attention.
Considering the state of the plant, it’s difficult to find a solution today or tomorrow… That’s probably not satisfactory to many of you. But that’s the reality we face after an accident like this… We don’t truly know whether that will work….Indeed, technology doesn’t currently even exist to stabilize and clean up Fukushima, and Tepco – with no financial incentive to actually fix things – has only been pretending to clean it up. We Were Warned Of Today In 1942

Back in 1942, a group called the White Rose Society issued a series of prophetic warnings to all humanity, warnings that fell on deaf ears and warnings that, in America’s failure to heed, have come back to haunt us and our children, possbily forever. Back in 1942, we were told exactly what was about to unfold in American society today and the warnings, to read now, are not only quite eerie but lead to a question that has to be asked: how could they have known? These men and women paid for this warning to us with their lives.
The White Rose (German: die Weiße Rose) was a non-violent, intellectual resistance group in Nazi Germany, consisting of students from the University of Munich and their philosophy professor. The group became known for an anonymous leaflet and graffiti campaign, lasting from June 1942 until February 1943, that called for active opposition to dictator Adolf Hitler‘s regime.
The six most recognized members of the group were arrested by the Gestapo and beheaded in 1943. The text of their sixth leaflet was smuggled by Helmuth James Graf von Moltke out of Germany through Scandinavia to the United Kingdom, and in July 1943 copies of it were dropped over Germany by Allied planes, retitled “The Manifesto of the Students of Munich.”[1]
Today, the members of the White Rose are honoured in Germany amongst its greatest heroes, since they opposed the Third Reich in the face of almost certain death. The first warning to Americans below.

Nothing is so unworthy of a civilized nation as allowing itself to be “governed” without opposition by an
irresponsible clique that has yielded to base instinct. It is certain that today every honest German is

their bones, robbed of their center of stability – are waiting to be hounded to their destruction. So it seems
- but it is not so. Rather, by means of a gradual, treacherous, systematic abuse, the system has put every
man into a spiritual prison. Only now, finding himself lying in fetters, has he become aware of his fate.
Only a few recognized the threat of ruin, and the reward for their heroic warning was death. We will have
more to say about the fate of these persons. If everyone waits until the other man makes a start, the
messengers of avenging Nemesis will come steadily closer; then even the last victim will have been cast
senselessly into the maw of the insatiable demon.
Therefore every individual, conscious of his responsibility as a member of Christian and Western
civilization, must defend himself against the scourges of mankind, against fascism and any similar system
of totalitarianism. Offer passive resistance - resistance - wherever you may be, forestall the spread of this
atheistic war machine before it is too late, before the last cities, like Cologne, have been reduced to
rubble, and before the nation’s last young man has given his blood on some battlefield for the hubris of a
sub-human. Do not forget that every people deserves the regime it is willing to endure.
I have not forgotten that every people gets the regime that we are willing to endure. That is why I shall fight on against fascism and tyranny until my very end…
Bradley Manning Verdict Convicts Washington: US Government is Illegitimate
Bradley Manning’s conviction is more conclusive evidence that the US government is illegitimate.
It
did not take place in a real court with a real jury. The military
officer who served as a “judge” was not impartial. Manning was
convicted for obeying the US Military Code and doing his sworn duty to
report war crimes. There is no difference between Manning’s
“conviction” and the “conviction” of Bukharin as a capitalist spy. Both
trials were political trials.
The
absurdity and injustice of these two convictions tells you all you need
to know about the governments behind the convictions. The governments
are tyrannical. Imagine the US government accusing Manning of aiding the
enemy when the US government itself is supporting al Qaeda’s attempt to
overthrow the Syrian government! And Bloomberg reports that al Qaeda backers in Afghanistan are receiving US military contracts!
Americans
are a gullible people. They do not understand that the “justice
system” is corrupted. Prosecutors and judges have no interest in
innocence or guilt. For them conviction alone is the mark of career
success. The more people a prosecutor can put in prison, the more
successful his career. The more judges bend justice to serve the success
of the government’s case, the greater the probability of promotion to
higher judicial office. American “justice” has degenerated. Willingness
to corrupt the law has become the highest qualification for appointment
to a judgeship or as a US Attorney.
If
Manning had been permitted a real trial, possibly jurors might have
weighed the evidence. Did Manning obey the Military Code or disobey it?
Did Manning serve the public interest or harm it? But, of course,
nothing relevant was part of the trial. In American courts today,
exculpatory evidence is not allowed into the courtroom.
If
a poor person steals a loaf of bread, the government can turn the case
into an act of terrorist sabotage. That’s more or less what the
government did to Bradley Manning.

Classified: Senators Hide Their Votes on Arming Syrian Fighters from Public

Debate and positions on controversial military aid shrouded in secrecy, conjuring memories of Iraq War buildup.
After the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence last week passed the Obama administration’s controversial plan to funnel arms to Syrian rebels fighting the regime of President Bashar al-Assad, the vote and debate remain hidden from the public under the label of “classified” information.
McClatchy reported on Tuesday:
There was no public debate and no public vote when one of the most contentious topics in American foreign policy was decided – outside of the view of constituents, who oppose the president’s plan to aid the rebels by 54 percent to 37 percent, according to a Gallup Poll last month.
In fact, ask individual members of the committee, who represent 117 million people in 14 states, how they stood on the plan to use the CIA to funnel weapons to the rebels and they are likely to respond with the current equivalent of “none of your business:” It’s classified.
Those were, in fact, the words Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., chair of the committee, used when asked a few days before the approval was granted to clarify her position for her constituents. She declined. It’s a difficult situation, she said. And, “It’s classified.”
Critics are furious at the secrecy, recalling the “classified” government meetings that drove forward the 2003 US-led invasion of Iraq.
“It is really undemocratic, frankly, that important policy decisions are debated in secret and that the information on which these decisions are made are kept secret,” Stephen Zunes—leading US Middle East Policy scholar—told Common Dreams.
“That is how the Iraq War was,” he continued. “All these members of congress insisted there was evidence of weapons of mass destruction, and when they were questioned they said their evidence was ‘classified.’ We trusted the government not to lie to us, but they did.”
Zunes declared that the secrecy of the proceedings is especially egregious in a case where a majority of people in the US are opposed to sending direct military aid to Syria, as a recentGallup poll reveals.
“‘Classified’ has become less a safeguard for information and more a shield from accountability on tough subjects,” Steven Aftergood, the director of the Federation of American Scientists’ Project on Government Secrecy, told McClatchy.
“Classification can be a convenient pretext for avoiding difficult questions,” he continued. “There’s a lot that can be said about Syria without touching on classified, including a statement of general principles, a delineation of possible military and diplomatic options, and a preference for one or the other of them. So to jump to ‘national security secrecy’ right off the bat looks like an evasion.”
The move to arm Syrian rebels comes amid Obama administration deliberation over potential direct military strikes.

Leak: How ‘Everything You Do Online’ Is Tracked and Stored

to a single National Security Agency program, the spy agency can monitor
everything you do online, including searches, emails, chats, streaming
video, purchases, and much more.
The program is called
XKeyscore, and it is latest the bombshell to come from the Edward
Snowden NSA leaks. The Guardian reporter Greenwald believes the
XKeyscore documents validate
Snowden’s claims that he could wiretap anybody anywhere in the world
without asking anybody for permission. Greenwald and Snowden’s
allegations are supported
by various images that detail how XKeyscore works when it comes to
monitoring all your communications and private data. Below you can see a

Abolishing Privacy
The XKeyscore training materials show that an agent can target anybody for surveillance using the program. Worse, a tool included in the program called DNI Presenter lets agents read stored emails, Facebook conversations, and chats.If that wasn’t bad enough, the agents can also learn the addresses of every website you visit. That means they can check to see if you visited a gun website or checked out WikiLeaks.
What Greenwald describes violates the Fourth Amendment’s prohibition against unreasonable searches and seizures. It also violates the laws and constitutions of many other nations, including Britain’s. Note there is no Constitution in Britain, but some British activists contend such programs violate privacy laws in that country.
A graphic with the presentation from 2008 indicates that NSA agents can use XKeyscore to see phone numbers, email addresses, logins, and user activity. An agent with access to it will be able to see all of these communications. So theoretically would a hacker that stole XKeyscore data from the NSA. Serious efforts need to be made to bring the NSA under control now. It has become a major threat to our privacy and perhaps the Constitution at large.
It’s Official, Everyone Is Now A Terrorist According to The US Government
It’s official, every single American can now be classified as a terrorist by the US government. The label of ‘terrorist’ no longer applies to members of al-Qaeda of ‘extremists’, but the average citizen of this nation.

after it was discovered that this law-abiding woman and her family had
searched for backpacks along with ‘pressure cookers’ on Google.And it was this event that inspired me to share with you how, no matter what you do or how good you are, you are a terrorist in the eyes of the United States government. Let’s look at just a few ways in which we can reach truly classify 100% of the American public as terrorists when combining these designations together.

Have you ever payed with cash instead of a credit card? The FBI, operating alongside the DHS in helping to stop terrorism and detain terrorists, says you are likely a terrorist if you do so often. Under the FBI’s Communities Against Terrorism (CAT) program, using cash instead of debt-inducing credit cards means that you are a terrorist suspect. In addition to over 24 other flyers on how to help ‘identify’ terrorists, the tendency to pay with cash is listed as a red flag of terrorism.‘Terrorists’ Care About Privacy
If you’re concerned about the NSA spying on all of your private emails or listening to your intimate phone calls, you are likely a terrorist under FBI guidelines. And don’t even consider voicing concern for your privacy in a public area, which the FBI says is a definite red flag of a terrorist. According to the FBI and Justice Department’s Communities Against Terrorism initiative, as reported by Slate, being concerned about your privacy might just send you to Guantanamo.‘Terrorists’ Complain About Tap Water
Have you ever complained about your tap water, or objected to the literal thousands of contaminants inside the municipal water supply? You’re definitely a terrorist. As I reported back in June, a Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation (TDEC) explained to citizens touring the municipal water plant that complaining about tap water could land you on the terrorist watchlist. He told them:“But you need to make sure that when you make water quality complaints you have a basis, because federally, if there’s no water quality issues, that can be considered under Homeland Security an act of terrorism.”So next time your water smells like excessive chlorine, make sure you aren’t taking on the role of a terrorist by reporting it to the water department.
‘Terrorists’ Know About GMOs
Extremist terrorists most of all are familiar with GMOs and dare to agree that they should be labeled, which 93-96% of the country actually is in favor of. According to a major report out of Germany, this demographic is even targeted by the US military for desiring GMO labeling and all forms of political activism. So just this category alone covers about 96% of the US population alone, leaving around 4% left to be absorbed through other terrorist activities.Now even knowing about something and having an opinion on the matter is an act of terror.
In 2013, everything you do and say can be classified as an act of terrorism by the United States government. Sadly, the public was duped into thinking that unconstitutional legislation like the Patriot Act was truly enacted in order to protect Americans from al-Qaeda and similar threats. But today, you are the terrorist, and Obama is now openly funding al-Qaeda groups with caches of weaponry and direct financing. You are now the terrorist, and the Syrian rebels linked to al-Qaeda are now the good guys.
