The following statement with attachments was issued by Texas freshman Congresman Steve Stockman regarding a mysterious fax message his office received on April 19, 1995, just as a bomb exploded at the Alfred P. Murrah federal office building in Oklahoma City.
An attachment consists of a statement by an FBI spokesman that the Congressman’s office acted properly in their handling of the fax. Also attached is a memorandum Stockman sent to Attorney General Janet Reno a month before the bombing inquiring about possible planned raids on “citizen’s militias.” In the memo, Stockman questioned the advisability and legality of the possible planned raids, suggesting that “a bloody fiasco like Waco” could result. 

I am extremely concerned about the media reports of the last 24 hours. The facts are not being reported accurately. Here are the facts:

On the day of the Oklahoma City bombing someone sent our office an anonymous fax which appeared to relate to that tragedy. Our office – not aware of the bombing or the meaning of the fax – set it aside. Our office – like the offices of most public officials, receives every imaginable kind of mail from the public. This fax was no different.

After my staff heard news reports of the tragedy – the fax was retrieved and I was made aware of it. I immediately instructed my staff to turn the fax over to the FBI. My office did so within minutes.

There has been some confusion in the media over when my office received this fax and when we turned it over to the FBI. There has been no confusion in my office – we turned it over right away.

The FBI (Justice Department) has issued a statement confirming what I have said all along and confirming the chronology I have given.

This should end this discussion once and for all.

Once again, I want to express my wife’s and my deepest sympathy to the people of Oklahoma City. They have endured a tragedy of monumental proportions. This is a national disaster and our focus should be on those people and on their families. Our attention now must be on bringing those responsible to swift and certain punishment. The people of Oklahoma are in our prayers.

Statement by Jeff Fisher, Chief of Staff to Congressman Steve Stockman of Texas.

I am still overwhelmed by the bombing last week in Oklahoma City.

This kind of terroristic activity is disgusting and I hope and pray that the people responsible will be brought to justice. My prayers are for the victims of this tragedy, and the families who have been touched by this awful act of terrorism.

Let me first say, that Congressman Stockman has done everything possible to ensure that justice is served and the truth about the people who are responsible for this is brought to light. We want to clarify misinformation, there have bee some erroneous reports by the media. We are here to set the record straight.

At about 10:30 a.m., our office first saw televised reports of the bombing of a federal building in Oklahoma City. This was our first knowledge of the event. Our office received no information prior to the bombing.

After we saw the news reports about the bombing, one of my employees came and told be that we had received a fax at about the same time as the bombing. As the fax was so cryptic and wasn’t directed to anyone in particular, the employee had thrown it away. However, because of the magnitude of the disaster and the possibility that the fax might be connected to the bombing, I asked Kimberly Pyle, the staffer who had thrown the fax away, to send it the Federal Bureau of Investigations at once. Pyle immediately called the Congressional Affairs branch of the FBI, spoke with Special Agent Les Wiser, and faxed the “mystery” fax over to the investigations department of the FBI. This all took place shortly after the bombing occurred.

At approximately 12:15 p.m., I called special agent Les Wiser myself, to make sure that our office had done all we needed to do concerning the fax. He confirmed that he had spoken with Kim Pyle, and had received the “mystery” fax with the name and phone number of the person who sent the fax. It is my understanding that Wiser did not think that the fax was of any importance, for he did not contact my office again.

It is my understanding that the National Rifle Association received a copy of the fax from a third member of my staff on Thursday, a full 24 hours after the FBI was initially contacted by our office.

I believe the staffer acted in good faith, nonetheless, this was done without my knowledge. Again, it is my desire that the people responsible for this massacre are brought to justice. The FBI has not contacted our office since then and we hope it has been some help in their investigation. Again, Congressman Stockman absolutely condemns the deplorable behavior of these terrorists and want the truth brought to light.

Dear Attorney General Reno:

It has come to my attention through a number of reliable sources that an impending raid, by several Federal agencies, against the “citizen’s militias” groups, is scheduled for March 25 or 26 at 4:00 A.M. A paramilitary style attack against Americans who pose no risk to others, even if violations of criminal law might be imputed to them, would run the risk of an irreparable breach between the Federal government and the public, especially if it turned out to be an ill considered, poorly planned, but bloody fiasco like Waco.

While information is scarce, it is known that Joint Task Force Six, with headquarters at Fort Bliss, Texas, is co-ordinating the military training, including the use of tanks and other armored vehicles, for certain Federal Law Enforcement agencies in possible violation of the Posse Comitatus Law, 18 U.S.C. 1385. Any possible impending military action against American citizens might be forestalled by, among other things, simply asking for a complete explanation of all training activities of JTF-6 for the last three years, including the individuals, agencies, who authorized the training, what military equipment was used, what apparent purpose was served by the training, and copies of all legal opinions as the legality of such training.

I will be eagerly awaiting your response to these questions.

When the Trucks Stop Delivering, 'The System' Will Collapse

Collectively speaking, most Americans take for granted the system in place to deliver essential supplies to their area. “The system,” an underlying infrastructure that keeps goods, services and commerce in America flowing creates a sense of normalcy and order. Food, water, gasoline and medications are just a few of the items restocked weekly in order for our dependent society to maintain a steady flow. What many fail to grasp is just how fragile the system is and just how quickly it can collapse.

Our transportation systems are one of the weakest links in the system. Mac Slavo explains:

In a 2012 report prepared for legislators and business leaders by the American Trucking Associations highlights just how critical our just-in-time inventory and delivery systems are, and assesses the impact on the general population in the event of an emergency or incident of national significance that disrupts the truck transportation systems which are responsible for carrying some ten billion tons of commodities and supplies across the United States each year.

A shutdown of truck operations as a result of elevated threat levels, terrorist attacks, or pandemics would, according to the report, have “a swift and devastating impact on the food, healthcare, transportation, waste removal, retail, manufacturing, and financial sectors.”

So too would events such as an EMP attack or a coordinated cyber-attack that could shut down global positioning systems and the computers responsible for inventory control.

The report goes on to explain that consumer fear and panic will exacerbate shortages. News of a truck stoppage—whether on the local level, state or regional level, or nationwide—will spur hoarding and drastic increases in consumer purchases of essential goods. Shortages will materialize quickly and could lead to civil unrest.

What the following graphic will demonstrate is just how quickly the descent will be. When the trucks in America stop, all commerce and delivery stops with it.



To avoid falling into this recipe for disaster, use the information presented in this graphic as a guideline to being self-reliant. Listed within the graphic are critical supplies that will disappear off the shelves at the first signs of this disaster. These are the items you want to stock up on before the trucks stop delivering. Many items such as powdered milk and canned meat are versatile supplies that can be used for short-term and long lasting disasters. When I wrote The Prepper’s Blueprint: The Step-By-Step Guide To Help You Through Any Disaster, I emphasized the importance of having a well-rounded preparedness plan that encompasses many different types of emergency scenarios. This essential survival guide stresses how important is to have plans and supplies in place in order to be better prepared for the disasters that are on the horizon.

Create a food pantry. Creating a food supply is very beneficial to your budget. It is an investment into your future livelihood. One thing analysts and financial pundits agree on is that, in general, commodities will continue to rise. When others are buying foods at inflated prices, you will be consuming your investment when it was purchased at a lower price. Using a combination of shelf stable foods, you can create a well-rounded food supply to depend on when an emergency arises.

Store water. We need water to survive – and our preps should reflect this important need. An aspect that I love the most about preppers is that we love to have back ups for our back ups. Having a short-term water supply that you regularly rotate into your kitchen will ensure you have a freshwater source to turn to during a short lived emergency. As well, having filtration systems and portable water purification tools will ensure you can purify water for longer term purposes.

Attain needed supplies. If you are dependent on certain medications or supplies you need for your daily living, make sure you have enough to see you through a short-term disaster. The more supplied you are, the less you will have to leave your home during the emergency. As well, look into natural alternatives for medications.

Preserve your wealth. Choose hard assets (dry goods, precious metals, land, livestock, skills, etc.) for long term investments so they will hold their intrinsic value over time. Holding these types of investments will insulate you from inflation and other economic issues. Further, by tying your money up in assets it will help you avoid spending the money, thus furthering your cause of self-reliant living.

Become a neo-pioneer! Carve a path in life where you are no longer dependent on consuming at stores to live. Garden and grow your own food, raise livestock, learn skills to live self-reliantly, barter for goods and services.

The above graphic is a reminder of how fast our population can breakdown and quickly spiral into a disaster of epic proportions. But surviving during this type of scenario is possible by simply preparing for it ahead of time.

America: A Land Where Justice Is Absent

Obama has permitted the corrupt US Department of Justice (sic), over which he wields authority, to overturn the ruling of a US Federal Court of Appeals that prisoners sentenced illegally to longer terms than the law permits must be released once the legal portion of their sentence is served. The DOJ, devoid of all integrity, compassion, and sense of justice, said that “finality” of conviction was more important than justice. Indeed, the US Justice (sic) Department’s motto is: “Justice? We don’t need no stinkin’ justice!”

The concept of “finality” was an invention of a harebrained Republican conservative academic lionized by the Republican Federalist Society. In years past conservatives believed—indeed, still do—that the criminal justice system coddles criminals by allowing too many appeals against their unlawful convictions. The appeals were granted by judges who thought that the system was supposed to serve justice, but conservatives demonized justice as something that enabled criminals. A succession of Republican presidents turned the US Supreme Court into an organization that only serves the interests of private corporations. Justice is nowhere in the picture.
Appeals Court Judge, James Hill, a member of the court that ruled that prisoners did not have to serve the illegal portion of their sentences, when confronted with the Obama/DOJ deep-sixing of justice had this to say:

“A judicial system that values finality over justice is morally bankrupt.”

Obama’s DOJ says that there are too many black prisoners illegally sentenced to be released without upsetting the crime-fearful white population. According to Obama’s Justice (sic) Department, the fears of brainwashed whites take precedence over justice. Judge Hill said that the DOJ “calls itself, without a trace of irony, the Department of Justice.”
Judge Hill added: We used to call such systems as people sitting in prison serving sentences that were illegally imposed “gulags.” “Now we call them the United States.”
America is a gulag. We are ruled by a government that is devoid of all morality, all integrity, all compassion, all justice. The government of the United States stands for one thing and one thing only: Evil.
It is just as Chavez told the United Nations in 2006 referring to President George W. Bush’s address to the assembly the day before: “Yesterday, at this very podium, Satan himself stood speaking as if he owned the world. You can still smell the sulfur.”
If you are an American and you cannot smell the sulfur, you are tightly locked down in The Matrix. God help you. There is no Neo to rescue you. And you are too brainwashed and ignorant to be rescued by me.

Xi will visit Britain in October at the invitation of Queen Elizabeth II. This is the first visit by a Chinese president in a decade and the most important event in bilateral ties this year. "This visit will guide the long-term development of China-Britain ties and is of great significance," Chinese State Councilor Yang Jiechi said, while co-chairing a strategic dialogue with Hammond on Thursday. China is willing to work with Britain to move the relationship to a new level, tap new potentials for practical cooperation and set a new model for international cooperation, Yang said. "China and Britain will likely upgrade their relationship and sign big deals during President Xi's trip," said Cui Hongjian, a researcher with the China Institute of International Studies. The tour is viewed as a milestone in bilateral ties, following Premier Li Keqiang's visit to Britain in June 2014 and Prime Minister David Cameron's visit to China in November 2013. China-Britain relations suffered following Cameron's 2012 meeting with the Dalai Lama, who is described by the Chinese government as "a political exile engaged in secessionist activities". Now, however, with the political differences narrowed, both countries are looking to cooperate further on areas such as climate change, trade and security. As a leader in the green economy and environmental protection, Britain has a lot to offer China, especially ahead of an upcoming climate summit in Paris later this year, experts said. As Britain contemplates its EU membership, it is paying more attention to markets outside the bloc. To this end it is offering more open and flexible policies than other EU members. Britain has become the second largest trade partner for China and the top destination for Chinese investment within the EU. "Britain has pinned high hopes on China for trade. Its robust economic partnership with China has helped the British economy perform well and has boosted the cabinet's confidence," Cui said. Yang called on Britain to take a more active and open China policy while Hammond said Britain was committed to enhancing trade and investment and cultural exchanges. Britain is willing to explore cooperation with China under the Belt and Road Initiative, Hammond said, referring to President Xi's proposal to build stronger economic and cultural links with countries located along the ancient Silk Road via both land and sea. Britain was the first country outside Asia to join the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB), the multilateral development body that will finance infrastructure building in Asia. This has been regarded as a major step for implementing the Belt and Road Initiative. With 57 founding members, the AIIB is expected to be formally established by the end of 2015. Praising China-Britain cooperation in reaching a landmark agreement on Iranian nuclear issue on July 14, Hammond called on the two permanent members of the UN Security Council to work more closely in international affairs in the future. As this year marks the 70th anniversary of the victory of World War II and the founding of the United Nations, China is willing to work with international community including Britain to safeguard the outcome of the World War II victory and uphold the principles of the UN Charter, according to Yang.
