In the movie "About A Boy", Hugh Grant's character doesn't need to work thanks to a hit Christmas song called "Santa's Super Sleigh" that his late father wrote. Hugh gets annoyed every Christmas because he can't avoid hearing the song everywhere he goes on the radio, at bars, supermarkets… While the holidays may be slightly annoying for Hugh's character, he's still able to live a completely care-free retired life with a fancy apartment, expensive sports car and luxury vacations all from a single hit song. Is this dream scenario really possible? Can you write one hit song and retire off the royalties? It seems too good to be true, but in reality is absolutely 100% possible. As we are about to demonstrate, writing one hit song can make you extremely rich for life.

A few months back we interviewed Gary Portnoy, the guy who wrote and sang the theme song for the television show Cheers. One of the most interesting facts we learned from Gary is that writing a hit TV theme song is a great way to make residual income for life. Gary told us that he made enough money off "Where Everybody Knows Your Name" to give him a very comfortable life without ever having to work again. Every time Cheers airs and every time the song is used in any other format, Gary, as the songwriter/performer gets paid. The vast majority of hit songs have a very short window of popularity. Gary is lucky because his song is permanently attached to one of the most popular and highly syndicated televisions shows of all time. Can you imagine the income stream people like Paul McCartney or Bob Dylan have?

There are four main types of royalties:
1) Mechanical licenses – when a song mechanically reproduced and sold on some form of media (CDs, iTunes, vinyl, cassette tapes). The songwriter is paid a mechanical royalty every time an album or single is sold. In the United States, the amount songwriters are owed is set by law at 9.1 cents or 1.75 cents per minute of playing time, whichever is greater. In other words, a songwriter earns 9.1 cents every time a three minute pop song is sold. On the other hand, if the song is 8 minutes long, the songwriter earns 1.75 cents*8 = 14 cents per sale. I know what you're thinking, when has anyone ever written an 8 minute pop song? Don McLean's 1971 song "American Pie" clocks in at 8 minutes 33 seconds and therefore earns him a nearly 15 cent royalty every time it sells!
Today the average artist earns $2 per CD sold, 25 cents for every iTunes download and $0.005 per digital stream.
2) Performing rights – any time a song is performed publicly (radio, sporting events, nightclubs, coffee shops and cover versions). When you're waiting on hold and the 800 number plays music, a songwriter somewhere is earning a performance royalty. As we learned in our interview with Gary Portnoy: "In the case of "public performances"- those on TV, radio, internet, etc- the size of the royalty will vary depending on whether a song is used on a major television network or on just one local station… and whether it is played on a radio station in a big city or on one in a sparsely populated rural area. There are performing rights organizations (ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC) that track all of these various performances and collect fees on the writer's behalf. These monies are generally distributed on a quarterly basis. And in these modern times, more often than not, they are deposited directly into the writer's bank account." In a recent interview, Don McClean revealed that even 40+ years later, "American Pie" is still played at least 500 times every day on radio stations around the world, and he earns a royalty each time.
An average hit song on the radio today will earn the songwriter $600-800,000 in performance royalties. For example, The Black Eyed Peas song "Boom Boom Pow" has had 6.3 million single sales and 3.15 million album sales to date which equates to $860,000 in songwriting royalties. Since the song was written by all four band members, each person has earned roughly $215,000 just off performance royalties.
3) Synchronization rights – any time a song is used on TV, in a movie, in a commercial. Whoever owns the master copyrights of a song (typically the record company) dictates when a song is licensed and for how much. Artists can earn $300,000 if their song is used in a national commercial or film and $50,000 for a prime time television show. As we learned with Gary though, if you write the actual theme song, your royalty stream can be much more valuable.
4) Print rights – a rare royalty paid any time the printed sheet music is sold.
Royalties are often called "mailbox money" even though most artists opt for direct deposits.

Let's get down to brass tacks – Which hit songs actually allowed the songwriter to live like Hugh Grant in "About A Boy"? Even 40 years after he wrote "American Pie", today Don McLean still earns an estimated $300,000 in combined royalties every year. Scottish musician Gerry Rafferty earns $100,000 a year off his 1978 song "Baker Street". The Swedish super group ABBA broke in 1982 and still manage to earn millions in royalties every year (significantly more than most active artists) thanks to movie licensing, radio play and album sales. Fortunately, many others are offensive. But how long before being offensive becomes
being “an enemy of the state”?

Over the past 35 years I have learned this lesson as a columnist. If you tell readers
what is really going on, they want to know why you can’t be positive. Why are you telling
us that there are bad happenings that can’t be remedied? Don’t you know that God
gave Americans the power to fix all wrongs? What are you? Some kind of idiot, an anti-American, a pinko-liberal-commie? If you hate America so much, why don’t you move to Cuba, Iran or China (or to wherever the current bogyman is located)?

The ancient Greeks understood this well. In Greek mythology, Cassandra was the prophetess who no one believed despite her 100 percent record of being right. Telling the truth to Americans or to Europeans is just as expensive as telling the truth to the Greeks in ancient mythology.

In America and everywhere in the Western world or the entire world, telling the truth is
unpopular. Indeed, in the USA telling the truth has been criminalized. Look for example at Bradley Manning, held for two years in prison without bail and without a trial in violation of the US Constitution, tortured for one year of his illegal confinement in violation of US and international law, and now put on trial by corrupt prosecutors for aiding “enemies of the US” by revealing the truth, as required of him by the US military code. US soldiers are required to report war crimes. When Bradley Manning’s superiors showed themselves to be indifferent to war crimes, Manning reported the crimes via WikiLeaks. What else does a soldier with a sense of duty and a moral conscience do when the chain of command is corrupt?

Julian Assange is another example. WikiLeaks has taken up the reporting function that the Western media has abandoned. Remember, the New York Times did publish the Pentagon Papers in 1971, which undermined the lies Washington had told both to the public and to Congress to justify the costly Vietnam War. But today no newspaper or TV channel any longer accepts the responsibility to truthfully inform the public. Julian Assange stepped into the vacuum and was immediately demonized, not merely by Washington but also by left-wing and right-wing media, including Internet. It was a combination of jealousy, ignorance, and doing Washington’s bidding.

Without WikiLeaks and Assange the world would know essentially nothing. Spin from Washington, the presstitute media, and the puppet state medias would prevail. So the word went out to destroy Julian Assange.

It is amazing how many people and Internet sites obeyed Washington’s command. Assange has been so demonized that even though he has been granted political asylum by Ecuador, the British government, obeying its Washington master, refuses to allow him safe passage out of the London Ecuador Embassy. Is Assange destined to live out his life inside the Ecuador Embassy in London?

Will Assange be a replay of Cardinal Jozsef Mindszenty who on November 4, 1956, sought asylum in the US embassy in Budapest as Soviet tanks poured into Hungary to put down the anti-communist revolution? Cardinal Mindszenty lived for 15 years in the US embassy. Today it is “freedom and democracy” amerika that is copying Soviet practices during the cold war.

In contrast with “freedom and democracy” US and UK, the “authoritarian,” “communist,” “oppressive” Chinese government when confronted with Chinese dissident Chen Guangcheng’s defection to the US embassy in Beijing, let him go.

It is an upside down world when America and the British refuse to obey international law, but the Chinese communists uphold international law.

Insouciant americans are undisturbed that alleged terrorists are tortured, held indefinitely in prison without due process, and executed on the whim of some executive branch official without due process of law.

Most americans go along with unaccountable murder, torture, and detention without evidence, which proclaims their gullibility to the entire world. There has never in history been a population as unaware as americans. The world is amazed that an insouciant people became, if only for a short time, a superpower.

The world needs intelligence and leadership in order to avoid catastrophe, but america can provide neither intelligence nor leadership. America is a lost land where nuclear weapons are in the hands of those who are concerned only with their own power. Washington is the enemy of the entire world and encompasses the largest concentration of evil on the planet.

While accused killer James Holmes’ attorneys have said he's mentally ill, the items investigators recovered from his apartment send a strong signal that he was not mentally debilitated, a former FBI profiler tells Yahoo News.
“Let’s put the labels aside and look at the behavior,” says Mary Ellen O'Toole, who worked for 15 years in the bureau's Behavioral Analysis Unit where she studied psychopaths and helped capture killers.
Holmes, a former neuroscience student at the University of Colorado at Denver, is charged with killing 12 people and wounding 58 others when he opened fire inside a packed Aurora, Colo., movie theater nine months ago. Previously sealed evidence logs and related search warrants from the investigation were made public on Thursday.
At Yahoo News’ request, O'Toole—who retired in 2009 and has no direct connection to the case—reviewed 17 pages of items taken from Holmes’ apartment.
“There were items he needed to carry out his game plan,” O’Toole said of the evidence. “They show the thinking and the logic and the strategy.”

Bomb materials, supply lists, gun-cleaning tools all point to Holmes being in touch with reality, she said.
“The amount of planning and thoughtfulness, and money and time that had to go into this is really reinforced here,” she added. “You can’t put together a list like this overnight.”
From his bathroom, police recovered Sertraline, an antidepressant, and Clonazepam, which is often used to treat anxiety, bipolar and panic disorders. Over-the-counter allergy, cold and pain medications were found as well.
Investigators also removed 50 cans and bottles of beer, whiskey and rum. But finding the pills and booze doesn’t prove that Holmes was consuming them or consuming them as prescribed, O’Toole said.
“If you’re a bombmaker, you don’t want to think fuzzy,” she said. “He couldn’t afford to make a mistake.”

In addition to the theater shooting rampage, investigators have testified, Holmes tried to blow up his third-floor apartment to distract emergency workers from the theater.
Among other items police seized:

• Batman mask
• Numerous textbooks related to biology, neuroscience and psychology
• Posters for movies including "Pulp Fiction" and video games including Skyrim
• Hard-core action books
• Several computers and electronic storage devices
• Role-playing action video games including Oblivion and StarCraft

Holmes’ defense team recently said he would plead guilty in exchange for a sentence of life in prison. Prosecutors rejected the offer and will seek the death penalty. The trial is tentatively scheduled for February 2014.
O’Toole said she hopes the jury doesn’t “jump over the wealth of behavior within the crime scene” and merely label Holmes as being crazy.
“Most people who do suffer from a debilitating mental illness are just not violent … not in this predatory, cold-blooded way,” she said.

The process of stealing Iraq’s oil began when the Illuminati bankers baited Saddam Hussein into invading Iran. While Saddam was preoccupied with the Iranians, the puppet Kuwaiti government busied itself slowly moving its long-disputed border with Iraq northward into the area containing the massive Rumaila oilfield, which the Four Horsemen now knew to be one of the richest in the world.
There the Kuwaitis established military installations, farms and oil facilities.  The expansion added 900 square miles to Kuwait and gave them control over the southern portion of Rumaila, which contains the largest portion of its estimated 30 billion barrels of oil.  Iraq’s oil terminal at Fao was destroyed during the Iran/Iraq War, crippling Iraqi National Oil Company (INOC) production at North Rumaila.  Iraq wanted to lease the islands of Warbah and Bubiyan from Kuwait to serve as deep sea ports that could replace Fao.  The Kuwaitis refused.
In 1981 the Kuwait Oil Company (KOC) bought Sante Fe Drilling Corporation and its high-tech engineering subsidiary Braun.  Sante Fe was a known CIA front. Braun had devised a new slant drilling technique.  Throughout the 1980’s KOC used this technology to drill horizontally into the Rumaila oilfield, 90% of which fell within Iraqi territory. [1]  The Iraqis said Kuwait stole $10 billion worth of crude oil.
After the Gulf War, Sante Fe continued to steal Iraqi oil. In April 1993 Kenneth Beaty, head of exploration for Sante Fe, was arrested by the Iraqi government when he was found inside Iraq checking an oil well at Rumaila.  He was sentenced to eight years at Abu Ghraib prison on trespassing charges. [2]
Estimates of Iraqi crude reserves continue to climb.  The current estimate is 112 billion barrels, second only to Saudi Arabia and up from 97 billion barrels just a decade ago.  And much of Iraq remains unexplored.  David Mangan Jr., editor of The Oil Daily, later said of the Gulf War, “It is most likely that the US plan from the beginning was to capture Southern Iraq because that land holds the richest oil fields on earth.”
But Iraq contains something more important than oil. Rumaila lies at the heart of what was Mesopotamia, between the Tigres and Euphrates Rivers that drain into the Persian Gulf.  The world’s most ancient writings are etched on Sumerian clay tablets buried beneath the muck at the estuaries of these great rivers.  During biblical times the area was known as Chaldea.  It was here, Anunnaki researchers say, where the Nubirian intruders chose to land, due to its plentiful supply of fossil fuels.
According to foremost Anunnaki researcher Zecharia Sitchin, the Anunnaki constructed the Great Pyramids in Egypt as space beacons.  NASA scientist Maurice Chatelain agrees, stating, “The Great Pyramid at Cheops was also a space beacon.  From high above, the pyramid is visible at a very great distance…the polished stone surface is a radar reflector.”  The Anunnaki landing facilities may have been in the Sinai Peninsula. 
Sinai means “shining” and, derived from name of the Babylonian god “Sin”.  Sin was the Semetic name for Nannar, the firstborn son of Anunnaki leader Enlil, who was the sovereign of Ur, the home city of Ancient Mystery purveyor and possible Anunnaki hybrid Abraham.  Sin was also the Chaldean name for the moon where, according to Sumerian tablets, the Anunnaki obtained the needed DNA for their human hybrid experiments.  This adds a whole new meaning to the Old Testament mantra that man was born in sin. [3]

Researchers claim the Egyptian King Ra was actually Marduk, son of Anunnaki commander Enki.  Ra fathered Shu and Tefnut, who married each other and gave birth to Geg and Nut.  They too married and spawned the Egyptian god-kings Isis and Osirus, along with the biblical Seth and Nephtys.  The Anunnaki flight control center was at Mount Moriah, which translates “mount of directing”. [4]
It was on this exact sight that King Solomon built his Temple, under which the Knights Templar excavated during the Crusades, making off with boatloads of gold, the Ark of the Covenant (possibly an Anunnaki radio transmitting device) and other sacred relics now guarded by the Priory of Sion.
This southern portion of Iraq may contain valuable clues as to the origins of mankind, knowledge closely guarded by the Illuminati banker-led secret societies.  The perpetual state of war with Iraq has put the area off limits to researchers, just as the number of people interested in the Anunnaki theories gains critical mass. When US forces invaded Iraq in 2003, organized “looters” carried away many important artifacts from Iraq’s National Museum.
In June 1990 Iraq’s Ambassador to the US, Mohammed al-Mashat, appeared on CNN revealing US/Kuwaiti collaboration in destabilizing Iraq’s economy.  Al-Mashat stated, “I have documents written by the CIA, detailing an economic destabilization program against Iraq involving Kuwaiti State Security.  On November 14, 1989 CIA Director William Webster invited KSS officials to Washington to plan this destabilization effort.” [5]
Al-Mashat read verbatim from the CIA document, which stated, “It is important to take advantage of the deteriorating economic situation in Iraq in order to put pressure on Iraq to delineate border situation.  Broad cooperation should be initiated between us.  The CIA will also train 128 elite Kuwaiti forces to protect the al-Sabah family.  And we will help automate functions of the State Security Department and facilitate the exchange of information with Syria and Iran.” [6] 
Al-Mashat went on to say that Kuwait’s oil wealth was being deployed to bankroll mujahedeen rebel heroin trafficking in the Golden Crescent region.  Just months before Mashat made this claim, a nephew of Kuwaiti emir Sheik Jaber Ahmed al-Sabah was arrested in France for possession of heroin.
Part of the CIA/al-Sabah destabilization effort against Iraq involved driving world oil prices lower.  At a May 1990 Arab Summit in Baghdad, Saddam Hussein said that for every $1 drop in the price of a barrel of oil Iraq was losing $1 billion/year.  He called Kuwaiti overproduction of crude an “act of war”.  Two months later he lodged a formal complaint with the Arab League calling Kuwait and UAE “imperialist agents” in the Gulf.  King Hussein of Jordan concurred.  In July 1990 OPEC held a meeting of oil ministers in Vienna where it was agreed that each member nation would lower production to avert further declines in an already weak oil market.
A day after the meeting Kuwait announced that it had changed its mind and would increase production.  KOC flooded an already oversupplied market with $13.25/barrel Kuwaiti Export crude.  The UAE followed suit.  Within three months Iraqi crude went from $28/barrel to $11, resulting in a loss of $14 billion in oil revenues.  Iraq’s economy is oil-dependent. In 1988 oil provided 99.1% of Iraq’s hard currency. [7] Reeling under mountains of Iranian War debt, Iraq was now starved of the desperately needed foreign exchange required to service this debt and rebuild its shattered economy.
Iraqi Foreign Minister Tariq Aziz penned a letter to the Secretary General of the League of Arab States complaining that Kuwait had, “implemented a plot to escalate the pace of the gradual, systematic advance toward Iraqi territory.  The Kuwaiti government set up military installations, police posts, oil installations and farms on Iraqi territory”.
But Aziz knew that a more powerful force stood squarely behind Kuwait’s audacious moves, stating, “We are sure that some Arab states are involved in a conspiracy against us.  And we want you to know that our country will not kneel and our women will not become prostitutes and our children will not be barred from food.  It is inconceivable that a regime such as that in Kuwait could risk engaging in a conspiracy of such a magnitude against a large, strong country such as Iraq if it were not being supported by a great power, and that power is the United States of America”.

“It is important to take advantage of the deteriorating economic situation in Iraq in order to put pressure on Iraq to delineate border situation.  Broad cooperation should be initiated between us.  The CIA will also train 128 elite Kuwaiti forces to protect the al-Sabah family.  And we will help automate functions of the State Security Department and facilitate the exchange of information with Syria and Iran.” [6] 

While Iraq’s greatest oilfield was being partitioned by the Four Horsemen and their Kuwaiti surrogates, the al-Sabah fiefdom was driving the price of oil into the ground, while demanding full repayment of the Iraq “grants”.  In July 1990, as American warships conducted exercises in the Persian Gulf, Iraqi President Hussein met in Baghdad with US Ambassador to Iraq April Glaspie.  Saddam registered his anger towards Kuwait’s economic warfare against Iraq.  He told Glaspie he was considering taking military action against Kuwait to drive them out of the Rumaila oilfield.
Glaspie said nothing to discourage Saddam, instead telling him, “We have no position regarding Arab/Arab conflicts”.  On July 31 Assistant Secretary of State John Kelly gave his implicit blessing to Saddam’s plans saying, “We have no defense treaty relationship with any Gulf country.  That is clear…we have historically avoided taking a position on border disputes”.
Glaspie and Kelly were both lying and giving Saddam the green light to attack Kuwait.  A few days later Iraqi Revolutionary Guards routed the Kuwaiti’s from Rumaila.  Both a letter penned by President Bush to Saddam on July 28 and State Department instructions to Glaspie were withheld from a Senate committee investigating Glaspie’s and Kelly’s odd responses to Iraqi threats.  State Department spokesman Richard Boucher said the documents were withheld to “permit Presidents and foreign leaders to talk freely”.

Watch them All Die

It wasn’t the first time a US President allowed bloodshed to provide a pretext for economically beneficial war, nor would it be the last.  Bush’s “no response” to Saddam was reminiscent of the actions of FDR which led to the Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbor and US entry into WWII.
A 1940 Gallup poll showed 83% of Americans were against US involvement in the war.  The London banker crowd wanted US intervention to help cement the US/Britain “special relationship”, which serves as the neo-colonial paradigm of the day.  FDR was himself a Wall Street insider. He only launched his populist New Deal to put a lid on revolutionary public anger caused by the Crash of 1929.  His uncle Frederic Delano was a member of the first Federal Reserve Board.  The 33rd Degree Mason and CFR insider needed a pretext to provide US troops for the defense of European monarchs, to which every Mason pledges his allegiance, wittingly or not.
CFR started the ball rolling by encouraging FDR to send aid to China and to squeeze Japanese trade via naval blockades.  FDR ordered the Pacific Fleet moved to vulnerable Pearl Harbor despite numerous intelligence reports of looming Japanese aggression and over the objections of Admiral James Richardson.
In 1932 and 1938 the Navy conducted exercises in the presence of Japanese military attachés, simulating the destruction of the Pacific Fleet at Pearl Harbor.  Six Japanese aircraft carriers disappeared from radar after seen sailing towards the US.  US Army Chief of Staff George Marshall sent an ambiguous message to Pearl Harbor military commanders on November 27, 1941 that read, “Hostile action possible at any moment.  If hostilities cannot be avoided the US desires that Japan commit the first overt act.” [8]
Warnings came from FBI Director J. Edgar Hoover, US Ambassador to Japan Joseph Grew, Brigadier General Elliot Thorpe in Java, and British and Dutch intelligence.  On December 6th, US intelligence told Roosevelt that the Japanese carriers were 400 miles from Hawaii.  Still, Roosevelt left most of the Pacific Fleet in port.  On the night of December 6th, George Marshall and Navy Secretary Frank Knox huddled at the White House with FDR.  Both later testified that they “did not recall their whereabouts”.
While battleships and destroyers remained at Pearl Harbor, the more strategic aircraft carriers were moved. Not one was in Pearl Harbor on December 7, 1941.  FDR knew air power was the key to defeating Japan.  The “surprise” Japanese attack went forward and 2,400 Americans paid for the FDR deception with their lives.  Another 1,200 were injured.  The next day FDR addressed the nation and called for a declaration of war.  Pearl Harbor ended US isolationism once and for all.
FDR stated his position in a trans-Atlantic telephone conversation with British Prime Minister and fellow 33rd Degree Freemason Winston Churchill, stating, “A Japanese attack on us, which would result in war…would certainly fulfill two of the most important requirements of our policy…What I don’t know, can’t hurt me”. [9]

As Professor Stuart Crane put it, “If you look back at every war in Europe you will see that they always ended up with the establishment of a balance of power.  With every reshuffling there was a balance of power in a new grouping around the House of Rothschild in England, France or Austria.  They grouped nations so that if any King got out of line, a war would break out and the war would be decided by which way the financing went.  Researching the debt positions of warring nations will usually indicate who was being punished.”

In 1939, North Dakota Senator Gerald Nye drew the nation’s attention to a document titled The Next War, which stated, “To persuade her (America) to take part will be much more difficult.  It will need a definite threat to America…The position will be naturally eased if Japan were involved…the old goddess of democracy routine”.  FDR’s son-in-law Curtis Dall said of the powers looming behind FDR, “For a long time I felt that he…developed many thoughts and ideas that were his own to benefit this country.  But he didn’t.  Most of his thoughts were carefully manufactured for him by the Council on Foreign Relations-One World Money group.” [10]

The international bankers now prepared to punish Iraq.  Shortly after Iraq attacked Kuwait Jordan’s King Hussein joined with Algerian President Chadli Benjladid to organize an Arab League Summit in Algiers to try and head off a full-scale war.  Saddam agreed to pull his troops from Kuwait while the summit proceeded. But Egypt, with backing from the US and Britain, convinced 14 of the 21 foreign ministers in attendance to denounce Iraq. The peace effort fell apart.  The Bilderbergers would have their bloodbath.
On October 5, 1990 Iraq’s Ambassador to the UN Sabah Talat Kadrat stated to the General Assembly, “America and its Western allies are seeking, through this military, political and informational campaign; to gain control over the oil wells and to impose imperialist political, economic and military hegemony over the world, and over the Third World countries in particular.”

Revealed: Aurora shooter James Holmes was taking prescription antidepressants and hypnosis drugs

(NaturalNews) Once again the alternative press is proven correct with the assertion that the No. 1 cause of violent shootings is mind-altering psychiatric drugs. New information has been released about the prescription drugs being taken by James Holmes, the mind-controlled Aurora Colorado "Batman" movie theater shooter, and it reveals he was taking two mind-altering prescription medications, including a generic version of Zoloft.

I publicly predicted this on July 20 of 2012, when I wrote, "it is highly likely that James Holmes has been on psychiatric drugs. Not only does he fit the classic definition of a person typically put on psych drugs -- young white disturbed male -- his actions in the movie theater almost perfectly resemble those of the psyched-out shooters in the 1999 Columbine High School massacre: Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold."

The establishment tried to bury this fact for as long as possible, but as the LA Times now reports, "District Judge Carlos A. Samour Jr. reversed previous rulings on public access and made public the arrest affidavit and 12 search warrants."

Those search warrants reveal James Holmes was taking a chemical cocktail of psychiatric drugs, including:

• Sertraline, a generic version of Zoloft (antidepressant)
• Clonazepam, a benzodiazepine drug known to have "hypnotic properties"

These drugs cause violence, personality changes, amnesia and more

These two drugs produce devastating, dangerous side effects. For example, clonazepam causes increased violent behavior in individuals with schizophrenia. That's the conclusion of a 1982 study entitled "Clonazepam treatment of chronic schizophrenia: negative results in a double-blind, placebo-controlled trial."

Withdrawal from the drug causes anxiety, irritability, tremors and seizures. While on the drug, people can experience hallucinations, memory loss and "personality changes."

What's really important to note here is that alcohol consumption radically multiplies the side effects of clonazepam. According to Wikipedia, "Use of alcohol or other CNS depressants while taking clonazepam greatly intensifies the effects (and side-effects) of the drug. Side-effects of the drug itself are generally benign, but sudden withdrawal after long-term use can cause severe, even fatal, symptoms."

According to the search warrants that have now been made public, police found "48 containers of beer and other liquor" in Holmes' apartment. This means he was almost certainly combining clonazepam with alcohol.

The side effects of sertraline, an SSRI drug, are also potentially deadly. Sertraline comes with an FDA-mandated black box warning stating that the drug causes suicidal behavior. Withdrawal from sertraline causes irritability, agitation, dizziness, headache, nervousness, crying, emotional lability, bad dreams and anger. This has been scientifically revealed in a 1998 study entitled Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor discontinuation syndrome: a randomized clinical trial.

Two mind-altering prescription psychiatric drugs, alcohol and a gun... the media blames the gun

Nearly every mass shooting that has taken place in America over the past two decades is now linked to psychiatric drugs. This is why it was a simple matter for Natural News, InfoWars.com and others to predict that prescription drugs would eventually be revealed in the case of James Holmes.

The lying media, of course, rarely reports on the drugs. They focus on the guns, somehow not realizing that every gun must be operated by a human being whose limbs are controlled by a brain. When that brain is saturated with mind-altering prescription chemicals, bad things happen.

But rather than calling for guns to be stripped only from those who are taking psychiatric drugs, the gun control zealots attempt to blame all gun owners for the actions of one man... all while ignoring the psychiatric drug connections. The idea that psych drugs cause violent behavior has even been called a "conspiracy theory" even though the FDA requires these drugs to warn patients about precisely such side effects!

It's now clear that the courts were desperately trying to prevent this search warrant information from leaking out. There's no doubt another story in all this about the cover-up. Now that the facts have come out, by the way, the press is either ignoring or downplaying the story. Even when the LA Times got its hands on this information, it did not publish a headline saying something like "Confirmed: James Holmes was on antidepressant medications." If you want to read the real story that the LA Times should have published, you'll find it on InfoWars.com, where Paul Joseph Watson published a fantastic article on the subject entitled, "Confirmed: 'Batman' Shooter James Holmes Was On Psychotropic Drugs."

There, Watson writes:

Newly released court documents confirm that 'Batman' shooter James Holmes was taking the anti-depressant drug Zoloft before he conducted his massacre in an Aurora theater last July, underscoring yet again the prevalent yet underreported connection between psychotropic drugs and mass shootings.

What these developments prove yet again is that the so-called "alternative" media is now the REALITY media. We are the only ones reporting the truth on topics that the establishment wants to sweep under the rug.

Natural News predicted Holmes was on drugs, InfoWars predicted it, and CCHR even warned about it, along with countless other websites that dared to tell the truth about Holmes and his obvious use of psychiatric drugs.

Anthony Gucciardi also wrote in 2012, "Like virtually all massacre shooters before him, there is no doubt that the notorious Batman shooter James Holmes was taking hardcore pharmaceutical drugs."

As I'm sure many of you are aware by now Mike McLelland, the district attorney of Kaufman County, Texas, was assassinated (along with his wife) at his home in Kaufman on March 30. McLelland's assassination occurred almost two months to the day when Mark Hasse, an assistant district attorney also of Kaufman County, was assassinated in the same town on the courthouse steps. MSNBC reports:

"District Attorney Mike McLelland and his wife, Cynthia, were gunned down at their home outside Dallas on Saturday two months after another prosecutor there was shot to death. 

"A white supremacist group has been thought to be planning retaliation after indictments in a racketeering case, and the state has recently warned about Mexican drug cartels. 

"But authorities have not said the killings of the two prosecutors are linked and have not announced any leads in the McLellands’ deaths...

"McLelland had vowed to catch the killer of the other prosecutor, Assistant District Attorney Mark Hasse, who was gunned down near the county courthouse on his way to work Jan. 31...

"On the day Hasse was killed, the Justice Department announced that the Kaufman County DA’s office was among investigative bodies involved in a racketeering case against the white supremacist group Aryan Brotherhood of Texas.

"The hate group was suspected of 'actively planning retaliation' against police and prosecutors who helped gain indictments in Houston against dozens of its members, the Dallas Morning News reported in February.

"Rep. Ted Poe, a Republican and former Texas prosecutor, told CNN that his suspicions in the McLelland killing centered on the Aryan Brotherhood, a white supremacy group, but he did not say where he was getting his information."

The possible involvement of the Aryan Brotherhood (also known as the Brand) in these assassinations is most curious on several levels. Of course the AB is one of the most notorious neo-Nazi outfits in the United States, and for good reason: Their proficiency at killing is legendary. The LA Weekly notes:

"The AB are the most lethal killers this country has produced outside of Delta Force. They are one of the 'Big Four' of prison-born gangs in the U.S. — all of which first formed in California. Over the years they have perfected a sort of asymmetrical warfare in dealing with prison authorities. Their fearsome propensity for violence — not merely at the drop of the watch cap but before the cap even hits the ground — has made them legends within the penal system. In a 1992 study from the Federal Bureau of Prisons, the Brotherhood constituted less than one-tenth of a percent of the inmate population in the federal system — yet they were responsible for 18 percent of all its homicides. In 1999, an FBI agent said under oath that the figure was closer to 25 percent."

Over the years the Brand has gotten its tentacles into a slew of other criminal enterprises beyond murder. ABC News states:

"But there is little profit in a race war, and federal prosecutors allege the Brotherhood now operates more like an organized crime group. Prosecutors say the Brotherhood's priorities are making money, exacting revenge, terrorizing the uncooperative and maintaining thriving criminal enterprises inside and outside of prison.  

"'They have developed over time sophisticated operations with organized crime techniques that are on par with any of the best of the organized crime units that the government is trying to tackle outside the prison walls,' said professor Jody Armour of the University of Southern California Law School."

The Brotherhood has murky origins, but all sources agree that it had its beginning somewhere in the California prison system.

"Spawned by California's prison system in the early 1960s, this violent gang was to white convicts what groups like the Mexican Mafia and Black Guerrilla Family were two Hispanic and black inmates: a combination of armed self-defense, racial pride, and an opportunity to continue criminal activities inside 'the joint.' Early initiates were required to kill a black as the price of admission, and resignations were unheard of, hence the group's motto: 'Kill to get in. Die to get out.' The blood initiation was reportedly discarded around 1967, when eager recruits began to outnumber prospective targets. 

"Today, the Aryan Brotherhood has spread from coast to coast, dealing in drugs, weapons, and contract murders on both sides of prison walls. One of the first politically conscious criminal syndicates, the brotherhood remains virulently racist and anti-Semitic, frequently participating in prison racial violence. Hard-core racist groups like the Idaho-based Aryan Nations and the Ku Klux Klan actively recruit from the brotherhood to fill out their slim ranks, and the gang has also displayed a strong affinity for satanic causes. Display of a '666' tattoo apparently began with members of the brotherhood in California's Folsom Prison, and the numerals -- arranged in a pyramid configuration or within the leaves of a stylized shamrock -- are now widely recognized as the gang's 'official' brand."

The Brotherhood even forged a brief alliance with the Manson Family in the early 1970s.

"Manson's original link with the Aryan Brotherhood was thirty-three--year-old Kenneth Como, a.k.a. 'Jesse James,' who finessed the tentative union of fascists and family. Setting a pattern for the future, Manson called Como as a defense witness in his upcoming trial for the murders of Gary Hinman and Shorty Shea. Como was ignorant of the case, but it scarcely matter, since he was never really meant to take the stand. In July 1971, as planned, Como escape from the L.A. Hall of Records and promptly disappeared into the Manson maze.

"He surfaced again on August 21, leading five Mansonites into a Los Angeles gun shop, where the gang held staff and customers at gunpoint, preparing to flee with a cache of 143 stolen rifles. Silent alarms brought police to the scene, and a ten-minute shootout erupted, climaxed by the capture of five would-be robbers. Arrested with Como were: Mary Brunner, 27 (Manson's first recruit from 1967); Katherine Share, 29; Dennis Rice, 32; and Lawrence Bailey, 23. Another Mansonoid, nineteen-year-old Charles Lovett, escaped in the confusion of the firefight, but was later taken by police. According to authorities, the gang had also robbed a local beer distributor on August 16, making off with $2600 in cash. Their master plan involved a courthouse raid to liberate Charles Manson -- then appearing as a witness in the murder trial of disciples Steve Grogan -- followed by an airline hijack scheme to take them who-knows-where.

"On October 21, 1971, Como escape from custody once more, sawing through bars on the window of his thirteenth-floor cell, descending five stories on a rope of bedsheets and crashing into the very court room were Manson and friends were tried for the Tate-LaBianca massacre. Fleeing to the street, he was met by Mansonite Sandy Good, but she crashed their getaway van and was caught at the scene. Como remained at large for seven hours before he was bagged and return to maximum security."

Even more bizarre was the incident involving Masonites Brenda McCann (a.k.a. Nancy Pitman) and Priscilla Cooper and two members of the Brotherhood.

"Family members were still involved in murder and attempted murder. Brenda McCann, aka Nancy Pitman, was arrested on November 11, 1972 in Stockton, California. Brenda had been Bruce Davis' girlfriend, with whom she had been on the lam in the Los Angeles sewers for months before they turned themselves and during December 1970. This time, she was found in a house which contained a body buried in the basement, that of Lauren Willett, who had been shot in the head. Along with McCann were two members of the Aryan Brotherhood, as well as another woman named Priscilla Cooper. Both women had X's carved into their foreheads, identifying them as Manson Family members. What alerted police to the house was the fact that a car parked outside belonged to a man who had been murdered a few days earlier in Northern California. James T. Willett was a former Marine, and had been found in his Marine uniform: killed with a shotgun and decapitated. As the police were busy arresting the four people in the house -- which contained a small arsenal of weapons -- Lynette 'Squeaky' Fromme called and asked to be picked up, evidently in the slain Mr. Willett's car. The police were only too happy to oblige.

"The motive for the murders remains unknown to this day. It is known that the Willetts had been associates of the Family for some time, at least a year if not longer according to Bugliosi. Bugliosi also wondered if James and Lauren Willett were the same James and Lauren who had driven Ronald Hughes to his campsite; if so, their deaths would be in accord with the Family's tradition of murder-as-cover-up. Bugliosi was unable to find the orginal James and Lauren, who had long since moved from their last known address. Eventually, the two men from the Aryan Brotherhood confessed to the crimes and were sentenced as were Nancy Pitman and Priscilla Cooper. There was nothing to hold Lynette Fromme., so she was set free."

The Ronald Hughes mentioned above was Family member Leslie Van Houten's trial attorney. During a weekend beginning on November 27, 1970 he disappeared after allegedly being taken to a campsite at Sespe Hot Springs, roughly a two hour drive from Los Angeles. Supposedly Hughes had been planning to call Van Houten to the witness stand with the intention of crucifying Manson. The Willetts disposing of Hughes and then the Aryan Brotherhood disposing of the Willetts certainly would have been convenient for Charlie at that point in time.

Alas, Charlie's relationship with the Aryan brotherhood eventually deteriorated. Apparently the Brotherhood found him to be too "liberal."

"Meanwhile, Manson's problems with the Aryan Brotherhood began to move towards violence. Oddly enough, it appears that part of his hassle with the A.B. was due to him not taking a hard-line position within the anti-Black Aryan movement. Manson was on the left wing of the Nazi movement -- that is, he was not violent enough. Kenneth Como was thus able to woo key women in the group, including Mary Brunner, Gypsy and Brenda. As Squeaky wrote in a letter of June 1973: 'A.B. moves much more on pure hate, as they want him [Manson] to kill black because black is black. He will not do this and they are against him.'

"Around the summer of 1973, someone slipped Manson some rat poison in a glass of Tang. Manson chugged it down but was able later to note humorously in a letter that rat poison does not really affect him very much, although it did give him a 'new experience.' There was another report that Manson had beaten up Kenneth Como in the yard at Folsom. The A.B.ers had laughed at him, and Como vowed to off M."

Obviously Como never managed this feat as Charlie is still with us, but he did marry Masonite Catherine "Gypsy" Share for a time.

The other highly curious aspect of the McLelland assassination is its parallels to the recent assassination of Colorado Department of Corrections head Tom Clements. Clements was gunned down at his house in Monument, Colorado (just outside of Colorado Springs) by Evan Ebel, a suspected member of a white supremacist prison gang known as the 211 Crew on March 19. Ebel was dressed as a pizza delivery boy when he assassinated Clements, and is believed to have acquired the uniform by murdering a Domino's employee on March 17. Ebel was killed shortly thereafter in West County, Texas after a high-speed chase with local authorities.

Since that time more details have come out about Ebel, such as some of the items found in his car. MSNBC reports:

"An evidence recovery log in the Clements investigation showed Tuesday that Texas authorities found bomb-making materials, a mask, duct tape and surveillance cameras in the car he was driving when he was killed last week."

What's more, Ebel was killed only roughly 100 miles northwest of Kaufman County. This has led even the mainstream media toward speculation that the two assassinations are related. Slate recently published a compelling rundown of this possibility, noting:

"In November, the FBI came down hard on the Aryan Brotherhood, indicting 34 alleged members on racketeering charges. One month later, Texas state officials announced that the Aryan Brotherhood was 'actively planning retaliation against law enforcement officials.' One month after that, Kaufman County, Texas assistant district attorney Mark Hasse was shot and killed while going to work. (The Kaufman County district attorney’s office was part of the multi-agency task force involved in the crackdown.) On Saturday, Hasse’s boss, Mike McLelland, was shot to death at his house. His wife Cynthia was also shot and killed. There have been no suspects named in the Texas murders. 

"Evan Ebel, the main suspect in the recent murder of Colorado Department of Corrections chief Tom Clements, was not a member of the Aryan Brotherhood. But he allegedly belonged to another white-power prison gang called the 211 Crew. Last week, the Denver Post published a two-part series on that group; in it, a source in the Colorado prison system speculated that 'one possible motive for the Clements murder was the shuffling weeks earlier of top 211 Crew members' from one prison to another. (Moving gang leaders around from prison to prison is one of the only effective weapons that prison officials have against these gangs.) 

"It seems highly plausible that all of these killings were retaliatory. But were the Texas and Colorado murders coordinated and linked? The timing of these killings—and the fact that Ebel died in a police shootout in Texas, not far from Kaufman County—certainly makes it a valid question. Prison gangs do communicate with one another, but it takes a lot of planning to coordinate a multi-state law enforcement murder spree, and most gangs would see little upside in such a plot. But, then again, these aren’t most gangs."

The possibility that the assassinations are linked was given a further boost on April 4 when the New York Times reported that Ebel was being investigated in the slaying of a Kaufman County prosecutor that occurred in January. Specifically, the article stated:

"The authorities in Texas said they were looking into the possibility that the suspect, Evan S. Ebel, might also have been involved in the fatal shooting of a Kaufman County prosecutor in January. Reports linked Mr. Ebel, who according to prison records had a swastika tattoo on his abdomen and 'White Pride' inked on his arms, to the 211 Crew, a white supremacist gang that has about 1,000 members in Colorado’s prisons."

Presumably the prosecutor whose death Mr. Ebel is being investigated for is Mark Hasse.

Beyond the circumstantial links there are also several striking instances of twilight language in both assassinations. Nathan Leon, the pizza delivery driver who was Ebel's first victim, was killed on March 17: St. Patrick's Day. Christopher Knowles has compellingly argued that St. Patrick's Day has its origins in the ancient Mystery traditions and is a highly significant occult holiday. The number 17 itself also has much esoteric significance, as I've written of before here.

The killings of the two district attorneys, McLelland and Hasse, both occurred in Kaufman, Texas. Kaufman is located along the 32nd parallel north. Ebel was killed near a town known as Decatur, Texas, which is located directly along the 33rd parallel north. As I'm sure many of my readers are well aware, the 33rd parallel north plays a significant role in James Shelby Downard and Michael A. Hoffman's theories of the "three goals of fabled alchemy." Of them, Hoffman writes:

"Fabled alchemy had at least three goals to accomplish before the total decay of matter, the total breakdown we are witnessing all around us today, was fulfilled. These are:

The Creation and Destruction of Primordial Matter

The Killing of the Divine King

The Bringing of Prima Materia to Prima Terra

"...The Creation and Destruction of Primordial Matter was accomplished at the White Head ('Ancient of Days'), at White Sands, New Mexico, at the Trinity Site. The Trinity Site itself is located at the beginning of an ancient western road known in old Mexico as the Jornada del muerto (the Journey of Death)..."

He further elaborates a few pages later, noting:

"Other occult rituals for the Creation and Destruction of Primordial Matter were played out in the general area of the 33rd degree of north parallel in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico, near the Trinity Site.  

"There are 33 segments in the human spinal column which according to occult lore is the vehicle of the fiery ascent of the Kundalini serpent force which resides in the human body. 33 is the highest degree of Scottish Rite Freemasonry. Near the Trinity Site a derelict shack was symbolically dubbed 'McDonald House.' The Creation and Destruction of Primordial Matter occurred exactly on the Trinity Site, the 'Place of Fire,' with the explosion of the first atomic bomb, culminating untold thousands of years of alchemical speculation and practice.

"The Killing of the King rite was accomplished at another Trinity site located approximately ten miles south of the 33rd degree of north parallel latitude between the Trinity River and the Triple Underpass at Dealey Plaza in Dallas, Texas. Dealey Plaza was the site of the first masonic temple in Dallas. In this spot, which had been known as 'Bloody Elm Street,' the world leader who had become known as the 'King of Camelot,' President John Fitzgerald Kennedy, was shot to death."

Tom Clements was assassinated on March 19 while Mike McLelland's occurred on the 30th, making the two murders 11 days part. The number 11 has much occult significance, having been called "the great magical number" (Gematria, pg. 43) by Crowley. Chevalier and Gheerbrant's Dictionary of Symbols says of it:

"Ten symbolizes a complete cycle and by adding to its fullness, eleven is the sign of excess, extravagance and exaggeration, in whatever category you like, promiscuity, violence, biased judgement. The number heralds potential conflict. Its ambivalence resides in the fact that the excess which it signifies may either mark the beginning of a renewal or the collapse and breakdown of the number ten, a fault in the universe. It is this later sense that made St. Augustine say that 'the number eleven is the blazon of sin.' Its disturbing activities may be compared with the unbalancing and overenlargement of one of the pillars of this universe (the number ten), a definition of disorder, disease and sin. 

"Generally speaking, the number is that of 'individual initiative, but of an initiative exercised without relation to cosmic harmony, and therefore more often than not of a malign character.' Eleven is, therefore, the symbol of internal conflict, 'of discord, rebellion, aberration, law-breaking... human sin... and of the revolt of the angels...'"

Eleven is also significant in Karl Maria Wiligut's brand of Nazi mysticism, which Himmler apparently incorporated heavily into the rituals of the SS. Edda Society Grand Master and Hagal editor Werner von Bulow had the following to say of its place in said system:

"In number-symbolism, which is an essential component in the Germanic tradition, the number 11 (ein-lif, Anglo-Saxon andleofan) means Life and the Spirit through the power of the spark of Got, but in a creation which is stretched and divided into polar opposites (2 is the total of the digits of 11). The primal laws of creation are, however, expressed... --in the nine basic numbers: 1-9. So if one wishes to find the lost unity once more, one may not stop at 11, but rather one has to refer back to the nine basic numbers."

Karl Maria Wiligut

The number nine was crucial in the system of Karl Maria Wiligut for Got (the Abraxas-like deity at the center of Wiligut's very Gnostic-esque "Irmin-faith") supposedly gave nine commandments. Eventually both the numbers of nine and eleven became highly significant in Nazi mysticism.

"And so it was the day of the Beer Hall Putsch of 1923, a day that Hitler commemorated forever after with speeches and festivities, and sanctified with the creation of the Blood Order: a society of those men who marched with him on that fateful day, and symbolized by the Nazi flag that they carried and with which all other Nazi flags were 'blessed' by being touched with it in impressive ceremonials presided over by Hitler himself. It was the day of a failed assassination attempt in 1939 on Hitler's life at a meeting commemorating the Putsch... And it was also the day of Kristallnacht, when roving Nazi gangs went on a rampage in 1938, smashing shop windows and destroying Jewish homes, businesses, and temples. If anyone in Hitler's Germany believed in numerology, they would have spent considerable time in analyzing this most pregnant of dates for the Third Reich."

Nine also appears in the chronologically of recent events: Ebel was killed on March 21, nine days before the assassination of McLelland.

Finally, there's the strange instance of at least one German shepherd being killed in what has been described as a ritualistic manner in Idaho. The Idaho Statesman reports:

"A Twin Falls Animal Shelter board member has compiled a list of 34 dogs that have reportedly gone missing in the Magic Valley area since Feb. 1, some from fenced home yards and locked areas... 

"It's unknown if the increase in missing dogs is connected with the recent killing of a German shepherd. The dog's body was found on March 12 in Devil's Corral near Twin Falls. The dog's head had been obliterated, apparently bashed in with a block of concrete nearby. The dog's body was covered in a purple sheet, and some have speculated that it may have been an occult or ritualistic killing of some sort."

In other words the dogs would have started going missing around the time of Mark Hasse's assassination and the German shepherd (based upon the condition of the body in the photo) was probably killed about ten days to a week before Nathan Leon's death at the hands of Evan Ebel on March 17.

I bring up these events in Idaho in connection with the justice official assassinations because reports of missing canines and sacrifices (especially those German shepherds) have become closely associated with theories concerning some type of nationwide cult network involved in various criminal activities (including drug trafficking, child prostitution, and contract killings) as well as with several notorious serial killers such as Manson and David "Son of Sam" Berkowitz. I've already written much more on this topic and its significance to the Clements assassination and the recent German shepherd sacrifice here, but I shall briefly recap:

Such a possibility was first floated by Ed Sanders in The Family but it was not until Maury Terry released the highly controversial The Ultimate Evil in 1988 that such theories became a staple of conspiracy culture. The premise of Terry's magnum opus essentially was that Berkowitz had been a member of a cult which had orchestrated the "Son of Sam" killings in New York and that this cult was a chapter in a nationwide organization that had also produced other cult killers such as Manson. Reportedly the sacrifice of German shepherds was a crucial feature of this cult and became a kind of calling card of years.

"For some reason, there have been reports of sacrifices of large numbers of dogs, mostly German shepherds, throughout the United States in the past thirty-odd years, but notably in areas where we discover confirmed cult activity. This was as true in Berkowitz's Yonkers neighborhood as it was in Walden, New York, where a 'total of eighty-five skinned German shepherds and Dobermans were found' in a single year 'between October 1976 and October 1977.' The day after Berkowitz's arrest in Yonkers, the bodies of three slain German shepherds were found in an aqueduct behind his apartment. Two have been strangled with chains; the third had been shot in the head.

"Two days before his arrest, someone phoned an animal shelter using his name and address, inquiring about adopting a German shepherd that had been advertised in a local paper. A few hours later, someone else called from the same street in Yonkers, also inquiring about the dog. This caller said he was ' fixing some cars' on Pine Street; an allusion that Terry believes actually refers to the Carr family who figure so prominently in this case. As it turned out, two men did visit the shelter, including one who resembled Berkowitz, but according to Berkowitz himself it was not he, although he acknowledges that someone may have been impersonating him on the phone...

"Remember that serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer's first kill was the ritual slaughter of a dog behind his home in Ohio, which cumulated in his placing the dog skull atop a stake hammered into the earth; and, around the time of the Sam killings, the author heard convincing rumors of the abuse and slaughter of dogs in a warehouse near Brooklyn Heights, within walking distance of the Warlock Shop, before Berkowitz was arrested and the connection with dogs was made.

"Terry connects the German Shepherd sacrifices with the Process, due to their fondness for the animals. Members of the Process and those halcyon days of the 1960s were to be seen around San Francisco dressed in black and leading shepherds on the leash. The 'Fear' issue of the Process magazine featured a photo spread of twenty German shepherds in a menacing pose. It doesn't automatically follow, however, that the Process would sacrifice the animals.

"Another symbolic associations that should be mentioned is the fact that Hitler favored German shepherds above all other animals. That there might be a Nazi or neo-Nazi element to the Son of Sam cult should not be ignored, especially as mass murderer Fred Cowan -- one of the 'Sons' according to Berkowitz --was a neo-Nazi."

Indeed the Nazi aspect of these theories is one of the most compelling and least explored despite the fact that such a connection seems highly probable. Manson had a direct tie to the Aryan Brotherhood (who seem to be heavily involved in these latest incidents), as noted above, while the Son of Sam cult featured white supremacist and mass murderer Fred Cowan.

"A 250-pound bodybuilder who dropped out of college in his freshman year, Fred Cowan was subsequently discharged from the army after two courts-martial for going AWOL and leaving the scene of an auto accident. Back home in New Rochelle, New York, he found menial employment with the Neptune Worldwide Moving Company, devoting his free time to the study of Nazi history and philosophy...

"Big Fred's attitude caused problems on the job, where supervisor Norman Bing -- a Jew -- was not inclined to stand for insubordination from a neo-Nazi thug. In early February 1977, Cowan drew two weeks' suspension for refusing to move a refrigerator, and he spent his time off brooding over the injustices of life, as dominated by the Jewish world conspiracy.

"His first day back at work, February 14, Cowan showed up at 7:45 A.M., lugging a fifty-pound arsenal of weapons. Bing saw him coming and slipped under a desk to hide, while Cowan unloaded his hardware. Deprived of his primary target, Fred open fired on minority coworkers, killing three blacks and an Indian immigrant before police arrived.  Cutting loose on the squad cars, he killed one patrolman and wounded five more victims -- one of whom would die months later -- before his rampage ran out of steam.

"With SWAT officers surrounding the Neptune warehouse, Cowan phoned police headquarters at 12:13 P.M., ordering potato salad and hot cocoa to go. He also apologized to New Rochelle's mayor, in absentia, for 'causing the city so much trouble.' At 2:40, a single shot rang out, and officers crept inside to find Cowan dead by his own hand, still wearing a black beret with a skull-and-crossbones insignia..."

Big Fred

Thus it seems possible that if such a cult network exists it has some type of overlap with the white supremacist underground. I have speculated that this alleged network may even have been connected to the Christian Identity-linked Aryan Nations/Elohim City network that produced paramilitary gangs such as The Order and the Aryan Republican Army and which likely played some type of role in the Oklahoma City bombing. Most recently the Christian Identity network produced serial killer Israel Keyes who was a childhood friend of Elohim City-resident and convicted murderer Chevie Kehoe. Salon reports:

"A confessed serial killer and bank robber who took his own life in an Alaska jail cell on Sunday was exposed to the racist and anti-Semitic beliefs of Christian Identity theology during his childhood in a rural corner of Washington state, Hatewatch has learned. 

"Israel Keyes, 34, now linked to at least eight murders throughout the United States in the past 11 years, was a childhood friend and neighbor in Stevens County, Wash., of terrorists Chevie and Cheyne Kehoe — two racist brothers now serving lengthy prison sentences for murder and attempted murder. 

" 'The two families, the Keyeses and the Kehoes, were neighbors and friends and lived about a half mile apart off Aladdin Road north of Colville' in Stevens County, Wash., a source with direct knowledge of the situation said. 'The kids in both families were home-schooled and they sometimes attended a Christian Identity church called The Ark, just up the road from their homes,' the source said."

Keyes

All of these recent events --Keyes' arrest and alleged "suicide," the rampage of "white power" musician Wade Michael Page, and now the assassinations of three justice officials investigating neo-Nazi prison gangs --seems to indicate that this network is back in force. Even a German shepherd sacrifice has potentially been committed in Idaho, a longtime mecca for paramilitary white supremacist groups. If nothing else these recent events may finally provide crucial missing pieces to the puzzle behind this long alleged network. It will be most curious (and more than a little scary) indeed to see what developments will be forthcoming from these recent events.
