Jeffery Epstein and Little St. James Island back in the Spotlight – Part 1

Jeffery Epstein and Little St. James Island back in the Spotlight – Part 1

Little Saint James is an island within the United States Virgin Islands.

For reference, this is the island from a further outside perspectives. [1]

In 1998, the owner of the island was listed as private by the Unified Watershed Assessment Report, prepared by the Virgin Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources and the United States Department of Agriculture. [2]

In 1999, Wired stated the island was on the market for $12 million.

How about something tropical with sandy beaches in the Caribbean but still part of the States? Little St. James Island has been on the market for a while, at $12 million. Take your helicopter from St. Thomas and be on your own 72 acres in just 10 minutes. There’s a villa, three guest homes, a pool, and a desalination plant – you’ll want water you can drink as well as snorkel in. [3]

It is now privately owned by Jeffrey Epstein.

The island is 72 acres, has four bedrooms, five bathrooms, a library / video room with an antique sleigh bed, a pool, and a jacuzzi, among other additions.

And, there is a temple on Epstein’s island (with many levels underground?).

Little St James

In 1999, Julian Bicknell & Associates did blueprint designs for the island – specifically as a getaway for Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell.

Ghislaine Maxwell ran the island as part of Epstein’s property portfolio.

Unsavoury association: How Robert Maxwell’s daughter ‘procured young girls’ for Prince Andrew’s billionaire friend

Just off Central Park, in New York’s most expensive district, there are two magnificent townhouses. The first was built in the 1930s for the heir to the Macy’s department store fortune. It’s the largest private residence in the city, and as such virtually priceless. Behind its 15ft-high oak front door lives one of the most talked-Friends: Andrew pictured with his arm around Virginia Roberts in London in 2001. Smiling Ghislaine Maxwell is just behind themabout men in Manhattan. It is here, in convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein’s house, that Prince Andrew stayed for four days. Stories of Prince Andrew’s discreditable friendship and ill-judged escapades with Jeffrey Epstein are emerging daily, from trips on his private plane to sessions with teenage masseuses in Palm Beach. In this picture the Prince was photographed with his arm around the girl’s bare midriff — and standing next to them was Ghislaine herself. The curious thing about her long-time friend Epstein is that, like Scott Fitzgerald’s eponymous hero Jay Gatsby, no one is really sure how he made his money.
He had an office on Madison Avenue next to the Palace Hotel, and she told people that she was running his property portfolio: the New York house, a 7,500-acre ranch named ‘Zorro’ in New Mexico (which ‘makes the townhouse look like a shack’, Epstein has said), a house in Palm Beach, and Little St James, a 70-acre island in the Caribbean (which Epstein calls ‘Little St Jeff’).
But more significantly than his properties, she has arranged his social life from the start. ‘Before Ghislaine, he had the money but not the life,’ says a long-term acquaintance. [4]

Back to Little St. James; for eight years, Cathy and Miles Alexander managed the island.

Inside view: Catherine and Miles managed Epstein's private island for several yearsThe official-looking document, left casually on a desk, marked the beginning of the end for Cathy and Miles Alexander’s eight years managing Jeffrey Epstein’s private Caribbean island, Little St James.
‘It said Warrant of Arrest, in big bold letters,’ recalls Cathy. ‘I picked it up and saw Mr Epstein’s name on it.’ Indeed it was, for the shamed financier, a close friend of Prince Andrew (who visited the island at least three times), had been arrested the previous day for under-age sex activities.
But 24 hours after his arrest in July 2006, a visibly pale and shell-shocked Epstein stood in his designer kitchen complaining to the South African couple who had run his island paradise since 1999 that he was a victim of entrapment.
Miles says that on several occasions he refused Epstein’s requests to smuggle female guests in by boat, to circumvent the strict immigration policies of St Thomas, the island with authority over Little St James, which would have meant logging names and passport numbers. But he was aware that Epstein found others to do his bidding. For as the couple were told when they were hired: ‘What Jeffrey wants, Jeffrey gets.’ [5]

Flight logs show Bill Clinton flew on sex offender’s jet much more than previously known

Former President Bill Clinton was a much more frequent flyer on a registered sex offender’s infamous jet than previously reported, with flight logs showing the former president taking at least 26 trips aboard the “Lolita Express” — even apparently ditching his Secret Service detail for at least five of the flights, according to records obtained by FoxNews.com.

“Bill Clinton … associated with a man like Jeffrey Epstein, who everyone in New York, certainly within his inner circles, knew was a pedophile,” said Conchita Sarnoff, of the Washington, D.C. based non-profit Alliance to Rescue Victims of Trafficking. Epstein, who counts among his pals royal figures, heads of state, celebrities and fellow billionaires, spent 13 months in prison and home detention for solicitation and procurement of minors for prostitution. He allegedly had a team of traffickers who procured girls as young as 12 to service his friends on “Orgy Island,” an estate on Epstein’s 72-acre island, called Little St. James, in the U.S. Virgin Islands. [6]

Between 1999 to 2002, one of Epstein’s victims – listed in Doe v. United States of America – was flown to the island and abused.

The victim also claimed that she gave Alan Dershowitz a massage on the beach, and had sex with him in a private area. Later on, she engaged in orgies with Jean-Luc Brunel on the island. [7]

In 2002, Virginia Roberts, at the age of 17, stated that President Bill Clinton stayed in one of the villas on the island, staying with four different girls, two of whom were Epstein’s regular girlfriends.

Former President Bill Clinton took a romantic jaunt in 2002 to convicted pedophile pal Jeffrey Epstein’s “orgy island” with “two young girls” from New York, according to a shocking new interview. Virginia Roberts, who’s accused Epstein of turning her into a “sex slave” at age 17 and forcing her to sleep with his powerful friends, claimed Clinton stayed in one of the many villas on Epstein’s US Virgin Islands estate — where group sex was a “regular occurrence.” “I remember asking Jeffrey, ‘What’s Bill Clinton doing here?’ kind of thing, and he laughed it off and said, ‘Well, he owes me a favor,’ ” Roberts told her lawyers in a 2011 interview. “He never told me what favors they were.”

And WHERE does Epstein’s money come from???

According to S.E.C. and other legal documents unearthed by VANITY FAIR, Epstein may have good reason to keep his past cloaked in secrecy: his real mentor, it might seem, was not Leslie Wexner but Steven Jude Hoffenberg, 57, who, for a few months before the S.E.C. sued to freeze his assets in 1993, was trying to buy the New York Post. He is currently incarcerated in the Federal Medical Center in Devens, Massachusetts, serving a 20-year sentence for bilking investors out of more than $450 million in one of the largest Ponzi schemes in American history.
When Epstein met Hoffenberg in London in the 1980s, the latter was the charismatic, audacious head of the Towers Financial Corporation, a collection agency that was supposed to buy debts that people owed to hospitals, banks, and phone companies. But Hoffenberg began using company funds to pay off earlier investors and service a lavish lifestyle that included a mansion on Long Island, homes on Manhattan’s Sutton Place and in Florida, and a fleet of cars and planes.
Hoffenberg and Epstein had much in common. Both were smart and obsessed with making money. Both were from Brooklyn. According to Hoffenberg, the two men were introduced by Douglas Leese, a defense contractor. Epstein has said they were introduced by John Mitchell, the late attorney general. [8]
