AI STUDY: THERE’S A THIRD UNKNOWN ANCESTOR IN THE HUMAN GENOME   https://gizadeathstar.com/2019/02/ai-study-theres-a-third-unknown-ancestor-in-the-human-genome/

Mr. V.T. spotted another intriguing story this week, and it concerns an intriguing finding in the latest computer data-crunching of the human genome:
Now, needless to say, I have some high octane speculation to advance about this, but first, let's find out what "this" is:
New research published last week in Nature Communications suggests a yet-to-be discovered hominin interbred with modern humans tens of thousands of years ago. This mystery species eventually went extinct, but an AI developed by researchers from the Institute of Evolutionary Biology (IBE) and several other European institutions found traces of its existence in the DNA of present-day people with Asian ancestry. A press release issued by the Centre for Genomic Regulation said it’s the first time deep learning has been used to explain human history, “paving the way for this technology to be applied in other questions in biology, genomics and evolution.”
The mystery hominin is likely a hybrid species of Neanderthals and Denisovans, according to the new research. Neanderthals, who lived in Europe, and Denisovans, who spread to Siberia, southeast Asia, and Oceania, were a closely related group of early humans, diverging from a common ancestor around 744,000 years ago. When anatomically modern humans (Homo sapiens) spilled into Eurasia from Africa, they commingled and interbred with both Neanderthals and Denisovans, which we know through genetic research. In addition to the generous amount of DNA left behind by the Neanderthals, scientists have extracted Denisovan DNA from a well-preserved finger bone found in a Siberian cave. Today, we find traces of these extinct species in the DNA of non-African humans, though only Asians retain genetic remnants of the Denisovans.
But as the new research suggests, modern humans, in addition to interbreeding with Neanderthals and Denisovans, interbred with a third, albeit unknown, species.
There you have it: some unknown hominid/humanoid species interbred with humans about three quarters of a million years ago, and that species in turn was "likely a hybrid species of Neanderthals and Denisovans". And that would make us a hybrid of a hybrid. Moreover, this would appear to be the case in "the DNA of present-day people with Asian ancestry." And that leaves some questions unanswered: is the same property found, or not found, in non-Asian human populations? Is it found in Africans? Caucasians? If so, to what degree? And if not, why not?
I find the story extremely intriguing, not only for what it is saying, but what it is (perhaps) not saying, as exemplified in the following story that was shared by Mr. B:
Now, Mr. B., when he shared this article, wondered just how far China is really in the techniques of cloning: cloning monkeys is not that far removed from cloning humans, and the significant thing here is that the monkeys in question had already been "gene-edited" for the express purpose of studying specific things. Indeed, recent months revealed the story that one Chinese geneticist had indeed tampered with the genome of a human baby. He was quickly denounced by the Chinese government, but I suspect less because he had done so, and more because he had revealed he had done so. With all of the ancient stories indicating some sort of ancient "genetic engineering project", from the Bible's Nephilim to the Apocrypha's "watchers" to Mesopotamia's Annunaki, one wonders if we're looking, perhaps, at yet another twist in that story? And given the story earlier this week of Biophotons and consciousness, one also has to wonder if our linguistic abilities are somehow "hardwired" into the human genome? And while we're on that, one also has to wonder if, in fact, the multitude of human languages might be somehow connected to an ancient "Tower of Babel" moment of history, if the multitude of langauges was genetically manipulated?
Of course, all that's very high octane speculation indeed. And there's not a shred of indication in either article that any connection to those ancient stories is intended or operative. But sooner or later, I suspect, some sort of interdisciplinary effort will have to be undertaken in that respect. And there's another "high octane speculative possibility" here, namely, that "they" really are thinking in those terms...
... they're just not telling us.

CONSCIOUSNESS, BIOPHOTONS, AND MULTIVERSES                                                         https://gizadeathstar.com/2019/01/consciousness-biophotons-and-multiverses/

Every now and then I get one of "those" articles that's so stunning in its implications that I have to blog about it, if simply for the sheer fun of crawling out to the end of the High Octane Speculation twig, and launching myself into thin air and just let the speculations run where they will. Well, this article that was spotted and shared by Mr. V.T. is definitely one of "those" articles:
What grabbed me here was this:
Scientists found that neurons in mammalian brains were capable of producing photons of light, or “Biophotons”!
The photons, strangely enough, appear within the visible spectrum. They range from near-infrared through violet, or between 200 and 1,300 nanometers.
Scientists have an exciting suspicion that our brain’s neurons might be able to communicate through light. They suspect that our brain might have optical communication channels, but they have no idea what could be communicated.
And that led the author or authors of the article to ask an obvious question:
This raises the question, could it be possible that the more light one can produce and communicate between neurons, the more conscious they are?
In other words, in contrast to the "older" model of consciousness being a kind of "either/or" question, with humans obviously "conscious" and rocks obviously not, and animals in some frustrating philosophical no-man's land in between ("dumb animals"), might it be more of a spectrum or continuum? Well, maybe. Personally, I've always been more comfortable with the latter view than the former, and I suspect that anyone who has owned a pet is too; they certainly don't behave or act as simply "dumb biomechanical machines."
However, there's a catch in the article, and it's revealed by that very "continuum of consciousness" idea: do more biophotons and neurons not indicate a materialist view of the mind, i.e., that mind and consciousness arise solely from materialistic causes? It may seem that way, but the author/s of the article are quick to catch the implications of the finding, which, when one thinks about it a bit, flips the whole argument of emergent consciousness from material causes on its head:
Just think for a moment. Many texts and religions dating way back, since the dawn of human civilization have reported of saints, ascended beings and enlightened individuals having shining circles around their heads.
From Ancient Greece and Ancient Rome, to teachings of Hinduism, Buddhism, Islam and Christianity, among many other religions, sacred individuals were depicted with a shining circle in the form of a circular glow around their heads.
In other words, that famous verse from Genesis that many of us learned in Sunday school - "Let there be light" - might be a kind of biophysical euphemism for "Let there be conscious existence." But they don't stop there:
But one of the most exciting implications the discovery that our brains can produce light gives, is that maybe our consciousness and spirit are not contained within our bodies. This implication is completely overlooked by scientists.
Quantum entanglement says that 2 entangled photons react if one of the photons is affected no matter where the other photon is in The Universe without any delay.
In other words, the patterns of biophotonic activity, if they do give rise to consciousness, means precisely that that a specific pattern could be entangled somewhere else in the universe, and hence, that specific consciousness is not localized within "this particular brain" but could, in fact, be localized in several brains. That really captured my imagination, for it seems to square with many other hypotheses, from Dr. Rupter Sheldrake's "morphogenetic field" to the idea - voiced by Bearden and some other authors - that each species has its own unique "electromagnetic signature", which signature again is a non-local phenomenon; even the idea of epigenetics seems to be implied by the idea, i.e., that there is some mechanism influencing evolution that is beyond the sum total of material "bits of information" (the genome itself), influencing development.
It's that possibility of the entanglement of biophotons that could also impact on something else: the multi-verse theory of Everett and Wheeler, who first posited that interpretation of quantum mechanics. The idea is, that for every set of possible observations, there must be a "timeline" or "universe" actualizing that potential (to put it crudely). They were, it should be noted, very uncomfortable with their own idea, because it seemed to make no sense. Plus, it gave rise to all sorts of thorny problems: if there were a multitude of universes, was it possible for one to "bleed through" into the other? Conventional wisdom would say no. But if those multiverses are a reflection of "entangled biophotons," something very different would seem to result, for the first result is: the template of an individual consciousness itself might be non-local, but it is found present simultaneously in a multitude of "universes" (or if one prefer, timelines), and it's that which might account for "bleed through" or "overlap" of one into the other. If all this high octane speculation be true, then a great deal will have to be re-thought, from reincarnation to multiverses, for it would appear that this idea of an entangled, non-local template of consciousness would be, more or less, a common surface uniting them all.

& yet we's WONDER

In Brief

  • The Facts:Dean Radin, Chief Scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences has published a book titled "Real Magic." In it, he provides multiple examples of people who possessed these. They have existed throughout history, and have always been outlawed.
  • Reflect On:These abilities have been proven to be real in a scientific setting, as well as with real world examples, and many of them at that. Why is non-material science and parapsychology still shunned and ignored by academia when the data speaks for itself?
Is magic real? That depends on how you define it. But yes, I believe ‘magic’ is definitely real, and I’m not the only one. Cases of ‘supernormal’ powers and ‘magic’ of all kinds have been reported throughout history and across almost all cultures–at least until religion was invented and these topics were ushered into the realm of the ‘demonic.’

Proponents of what we now call ‘magic’  include nearly all ancient literature from all parts of the world, from the Vedic texts and the yoga sutras all the way to Moses, Jesus, Milarepa and Mohammed. Donald Lopez Jr., a professor of Buddhist and Tibetan Studies at the University of Michigan, provides a great example in describing the Buddha:
With this enlightenment, he was believed to possess all manner of supernormal powers, including full knowledge of each of his own past lives and those of other beings, the ability to know others’ thoughts, the ability to create doubles of himself, the ability to rise into the air and simultaneously shoot fire and water from his body…Although he passed into nirvana at the age of eighty-one, he could have lived “for an aeon or until the end of the aeon” if only he had been asked to do so. (source)
The crazy thing is there are also modern day examples, but they mostly come from the black budget government programs. In 2016, I published a well-sourced article providing multiple examples from a CIA document that confirms the existence of humans with ‘special abilities’ who are able to do ‘impossible’ things. You can access that here.
When I am referring to magic, the above examples are really what I am talking about. Parapsychology, the next leap that correlates with and goes beyond quantum physics. It’s one of many reasons why hundreds of scientists have told the world that “matter” is not our only reality, and it’s why Nikola Tesla once said that, “the day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.”
After decades of conducting psi experiments, publishing many journal articles describing the results, and reviewing thousands of other experiments in my popular books (The Conscious Universe, Entangled Minds, and Supernormal), I’ve come to accept that psi is a real phenomenon. I base my assessment on the fact that telepathy, clairvoyance, precognition and psycho-kinetic effects have all been independently repeated in laboratories around the world. Effects we see in the lab tend to be rather small because by design they must be demonstrated on demand and under strictly controlled conditions. But the magnitude of an effect is irrelevant if you’re interested in whether the effects exist.
After all, a Gallup poll in 2005 showed that nearly 75 percent of Americans believe in at least one “paranormal” phenomenon, like psi, but a mere 0.001 percent of all academic scientists are actively engaged in studying the ontological reality of these experiences. What’s wrong with this picture? What’s the big deal about psi phenomena? The deal is that we all enjoy fictional tales about magic, but real magic is frightening.
The quote above comes from Dean Radin, Ph.D. and chief scientist at the Institute of Noetic Sciences, which was founded by the late Apollo 14 astronaut Dr. Edgar Mitchell. He recently published a book titled Real Magicwhich was endorsed by multiple Nobel laureates. Again, when we are talking about ‘magic’ we are talking about psychokinesis, telepathy, distant healing, mind-body connection, remote viewing, etc.
I find it odd how, as Radin points out, approximately 0.001 percent of all academics seem to be involved with these studies. Material science dominates academia, yet non-material science seems to be at the heart of  black budget special access programs. What does this ‘black budget’ world know that we don’t? How much have they discovered? How much has been kept classified for ‘national security’ purposes? Why is this idea still ridiculed in the mainstream when it is a top priority for the most brilliant scientists in the world? What is going on here? And why can’t we have complete transparency on the topic? This is why people like Radin and the Institute of Noetic Sciences, the HeartMath Institute, etc. are so important.

Another great quote:
“We knew that the Earth was flat, we knew that we were the centre of the universe, and we knew that a manmade heavier-than-air piece of machinery could not take flight. Through all stages of human history, intellectual authorities have pronounced their supremacy by ridiculing or suppressing elements of reality that simply didn’t fit within the framework of accepted knowledge. Are we really any different today? Have we really changed our acceptance towards things that won’t fit the frame? Maybe there are concepts of our reality we have yet to understand, and if we open our eyes maybe we will see that something significant has been overlooked.” – Terje Toftenes (source)
When it comes to real world examples, there are plenty. I would say there are well over one hundred documented examples to choose from, and a couple are listed above, but I want to present some examples that Radin uses in his book.

St. Joseph of Copertino (pictured above)

Born in Copertino, Italy in 1603,  he grew up in a small town and fell ill from an infection which led to gangrene. He was bed ridden for five years, school never suited him, and as he grew he could not hold a job and was fired from many of them. He was a daydreamer in school and couldn’t pay attention. During his time in school, he became known as “Boccaperta” (Gaping Mouth) because he would often slip into a trance and seem to be lost, leaving him looking upward with a gaping mouth.
He found his way into the church, a peaceful contemplative life suited him and he was ordained after many failures at the age of 25, Radin explained.
Radin points out how “The Church suited Joseph, but his special talents soon became a problem. Early in his career, if a member of the town displeased him, there were consequences.” For example:
A certain Count don Cosimo Pinelli had an ongoing sexual liason with the daughter of Martha Rodia; Joseph said that if the count didn’t desist from his amours, he would go blind. This turned out to be what happened, and Joseph bragged about his prediction, but later restored the man’s sight, this time getting him to leave the girl alone and pay reparations to the family! Before long nobody in Copertino dared enter the company of the friar unless their conscience was squeaky clean; otherwise they shrank in terror from the gaze of the black-bearded friar. Fortunately, Joseph’s tendencies toward becoming Lord Voldermort were suppressed.
Radin goes on to mention how, as he grew older, his abilities became stronger and more difficult to hide. He gained a reputation as a miracle healer and showed characteristics of telepathy, precognition, and power over animals as well as natural forces. He was also known for spontaneously levitating while giving mass. This is one of many examples of such people levitating throughout human history. Copertino apparently did this hundreds of times.
As expected, this became a problem for the church, “because living miracle makers threatened to deflect the public’s attention away from Church authority. And that was strictly forbidden.”
Church officials kept moving him from town to town and tried to keep him away from from people by prohibiting him from doing priestly duties. The strategy didn’t work. Besides, hordes of ordinary people wanting to witness his feats, stories about him began to attract nobles, clergy, and royalty. And that in turn led to unwanted attention from the inquisition. While on trial by the Inquisition of Rome, Joseph was ordered to say Mass in public to see if the rumors about him were true. They were. He lifted off the ground in the presence of the inquisitors.
After this, there was another Inquisition and the church put him on house arrest for the rest of his life.
This is classic, and it’s the type of thinking from Church authority that’s been present throughout history.  Catholic Bishop Alphonsus Cullinan has said he is establishing a “delivery ministry” that will attempt to rid people of the devil and warned that using reiki or other new-age healing methods could make people vulnerable to demonic influence. At the same time, these people seem to be the same group involved in ritualistic abuse, Satanic worship and pedophilia.

Daniel Dunglas Home

Two centuries after St. Joseph, Daniel Dunglas Home was born near Edinburgh, Scotland, in 1883. He was one of eight children of Elizabeth McNeill, a descendant of a Scottish Highland family said to have the gift of “Second sight.” Today we’d call that gift clairvoyance, or remote viewing.
Radin mentions how Home’s case is interesting because he was actually subjected to scientific testing. Peter Lamont, a University of Edinburgh historian, wrote the biography of Home in 2005.  Here’s what he had to say about him:
What are we to make of Daniel Dunglas Home? It is true that there were many accusations of fraud, but most of them were entirely without base, and actual evidence for fraud was both rare and inconclusive. He might have been a cheat, but if he was, then he cheated successfully for two decades, before hundreds of witnesses in thousands of seances. Many of the witnesses were hostile to spiritualism, and many remained unconvinced by what they had seen, yet time and time again they admitted that they were unable to explain what had happened.
Sir William Crookes, one of the most prominent chemists and physicists today reported evidence in support of Home’s abilities. What’s really interesting is that there was a popular group of highly skeptical Dutch rationalists who were openly hostile to this kind of thing. They were part of the Dutch radical School of Modern Protestantism, which renounced all miracles and spiritual concepts. They dismissed Home’s claims without even seeing them, as many others did and still do today in regards to other people.
Home made his was to the Netherlands, performing for Queen Sophie in 1858, and a few days later held a seance for the Dutch rationalists. The group included a doctor of philosophy, a physician, a lawyer, an optician, and Dr. Gunst, who described the setup as follows:
(The skeptics) sat round a large mahogany table, which they examined sufficiently to note that the top, column and base were “directly and immovably” fixed together… On top of the table were four (bronze) candelabras, with two more below, which made it possible to obtain an undisturbed view of what was happening under the table.
They placed their fingertips on the table, in view of Home, and he told them that if they wished to remove their hands they could do so. They tested themselves to make sure they weren’t being coerced by suggestion, and they were allowed to talk freely among themselves and laugh the whole time, even mockingly. Nobody really expected much to happen, but then:
These expressions stopped soon enough. For as they mocked, “the table started to make a sliding movement,” and those towards whom it was moving “were requested to try and stop this movement; this, however, they could not do.” When the table stopped, raps began, and when raps were requested “in a certain manner, and as many times as we should indicate, this wish was carried out to the full.” As Daniels’ skeptical witnesses watched in disbelief, the table “started to rise up on one side… so high that all of us were very much afraid that the candelabras would fall off.”
This sparked two more events between the Skeptics group and Home.
According to Dr. Gunst, “nothing could be observed that could give rise to even the slightest suspicion that Mr. Home was acting in a fraudulent manner.”

Ted Owens

Ted Owens was born in 1920 and died in 1987. He grew up in Indiana, his grandmother was known for finding lost objects and predicting deaths, and his grandfather was a dowser. His alleged special abilities were affecting the weather and “calling in” UFOs. Jeffrey Mishlove, Ph.D. and clinical psychologist, gave many examples  of him in his book called The PK Man: A True Story of Mind Over Matter. Here are some of the statements Owens made:
In the interest of science, I am going to give a demonstration of my psi force abilities to the people who live in the San Francisco area 100 miles in circumference, using San Francisco as the bull’s eye of my target. As of today, and daily for the following ninety days, I will telepath to living entities in another dimension for them to appear in the above target area, so that they may be seen by police, scientists or other responsible observers who are qualified to report the sightings, and also for them to cause electromagnetic and magnetic anomalies within the above described area. It is my intent to produce not one, but at least three major UFO sightings, as described above, within the above-named time period… To be reported in the newspapers in order for the experiment to be a valid one.
He also once predicted that the San Fran area would experience power blackouts and multiple UFO sightings over large cities.
His experiment began on November 7, 1976. Two and a half weeks later, things got interesting. There was a massive blackout, as described in a November 27th San Fransisco Examiner story. 100,000 homes lost power due to a big storm and massive winds. It was also thanksgiving weekend, so workers were out of town and it wasn’t possible to repair anything.
“Within the ninety-day period: check. In the San Francisco Bay Area: check. Massive blackout: check.” – Radin
Mishlove then continues:
On December 3, Owens told me over the phone that one of his predicted UFO sightings was about to occur within the next few days. He made a point of reminding me that the sighting would be seen by many reputable witnesses and even be reported on the front page. The fulfillment of this specific prediction came on December 8, when the best documented UFO sighting ever reported from the Bay Area startled hundreds of onlookers.
The sighting Mishlove is referring to made headlines in the Berkeley Gazette on December 10th of that year. The event was also captured on Channel 9 TV cameras.
“A UFO reported on the front page of a newspaper: check. Many witnesses and a bonus video: check. But what about the prediction of other UFOs and alien life-forms?” -Radin
Mishlove then provides an examination of an apparent abduction report by a local residence. This is not hard to believe given what we now know about abductions. This was reported in the Concord Transcript.
“Aliens: check.” -Radin
This is just one example of several bizarre occurrences surrounding Owens, as outlined in Radin’s book and documented by Mishlove.

The Takeaway

Parapsychology has gained a lot of popularity, and although the scientific credibility has always been there, more scientists are starting to put their belief systems aside and simply look at the data.
“For many years I have worked with researchers doing very careful work [in parapsychology], including a year that I spent full-time working on a classified project for the United States government, to see if we could use these abilities for intelligence gathering during the Cold War… At the end of that project I wrote a report for Congress, stating what I still think is true. The data in support of precognition and possibly other related phenomena are quite strong statistically, and would be widely accepted if it pertained to something more mundane. Yet, most scientists reject the possible reality of these abilities without ever looking at data! And on the other extreme, there are true believers who base their beliefs solely on anecdotes and personal experience. I have asked debunkers if there is any amount of data that would convince them, and they generally have responded by saying, “probably not.” I ask them what original research they have read, and they mostly admit that they haven’t read any. Now there is a definition of pseudo-science-basing conclusions on belief rather than data!” – Professor Jessica Utts, Chair of the Statistics Department, UC Irvine (Radin, Real Magic)
These types of abilities are real, and people with them can be found all throughout human history. There are so many stories documented from all around the world, whether they’re from centuries ago or present day. The above examples are a few of many, and regardless of how we react to them, the truth remains the same. The only question here is whether or not we are willing to accept it.

“The Black Budget.” This Is What The ‘Secret Government’ Doesn’t Want You To Know    ~hehe folks JUST where/what do u's THINK all that "missssssing TRILLLLLLIONS" is going fer ???   ...nawwwwwwww

Countless amounts of academics, presidents and other politicians have told humanity that a secret government is really pulling the strings when it comes to who holds the balance of power on our planet. Multiple studies have emerged showing that a very small group of people and the corporations they run basically have control over all of the worlds resources. According to the estimates of some, the US government alone classifies up to 500 million pages of documents every single year, for the purpose of protecting ‘national security.’ Our world is drenched in secrecy, and it’s reached a point where we don’t really know what’s happening on our planet. Our main source of information is corporate media, this is a big problem.
Who were these politicians? Senator Daniel K. Inouye,  the highest ranking Asian-American politician in United States history, serving the democratic party from 1963 until his death in 2012, stressed the fact that “there exists a shadowy government with its own Air Force, its own Navy, its own fundraising mechanism and the ability to pursue its own ideas of the national interest, free from all checks and balances, and free from the law itself (source)
Decades ago, the very first British MP wrote that “the world is government by very different personages to what is imagined by those who are not behind the scenes.” (Coningsby, Book 4, Chap. 15.) – Page 131
The 26th U.S. president, Theodor Roosevelt made a hard-hitting statement about the secret government, revealing that “behind the ostensible government sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility to the people.  (source)

The Black Budget

snowdenA few years ago, Edward Snowden, a former intelligence contractor has leaked the very first documentation that proves the existence of clandestine black budget operations (1) (programs that are extremely classified dealing with technology, information and more.) Did we really need this leak in order to believe that black budget programs operate in secrecy? No, many people will tell you that the existence of black budget programs was obvious and that we didn’t need any official documentation to prove it, but this still helps. The United States has a history of government agencies existing in secret for years. The National Security Agency (NSA) was founded in 1952, its existence was hidden until the mid 1960’s. Even more secretive is the National Reconnaissance Office, which was founded in 1960 but remained completely secret for 30 years.
We are talking about Special Access Programs (SAP). From these we have unacknowledged and waived SAPs. These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. They are better known as ‘deep black programs.’ A 1997 US Senate report described them as “so sensitive that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress.” (0)(8)
The Washington Post revealed that the “black-budget” documents report  a staggering 52.6 billion dollars that was set aside for operations in the fiscal year 2013. Although it’s great to have this type of documentation in the public domain proving the existence of  these black budget programs, the numbers seem to be off according to some statements made by some very prominent people who have been involved in the defense sector for years. There is a lot of evidence to suggest that these programs are not using billions of dollars, but trillions of dollars that are unaccounted for. Here is a statement given by Canada’s former Minister of National Defence, Paul Hellyer in 2008:
It is ironic that the U.S. would begin a devastating war, allegedly in search of weapons of mass destruction when the most worrisome developments in this field are occurring in your own backyard.  It is ironic that the U.S. should be fighting monstrously expensive wars  allegedly to bring democracy to those countries, when it itself can no longer claim to be called a democracy when trillions, and I mean thousands of billions of dollars have been spent on projects which both congress and the commander in chief no nothing about(2)
We are talking about large amounts of unaccounted-for money going into programs we know nothing about. There have been several congressional inquiries that have noted billions, and even trillions of dollars that have gone missing from the federal reserve system. On July 16, 2001, in front of the house appropriations committee, Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld stated:
The financial systems of the department of defence are so snarled up that we can’t account for some $2.6 trillion in transactions that exist, if that’s believable (3)
We don’t really hear about black budget programs, or about people who have actually looked into them.  However, the topic was discussed in 2010 by Washington Post journalists Dana Priest and William Arkin. Their investigation lasted approximately two years and concluded that America’s classified world has:
Become so large, so unwieldy and so secretive that no one knows how much money it costs, how many people it employes, how many programs exist within it or exactly how many agencies do the same work (4)
Another person was aviation journalist Bill Sweetman. Within the Pentagon, he estimated that approximately 150 special access programs existed that weren’t even acknowledged. These programs are not known about by the highest members of government and the highest ranking officials in the military. He determined that most of these programs were dominated by private contractors (Lockheed Martin, Boeing, etc.) and that he had no idea as to how these programs were funded(5)(8).
Dwight Eisenhower, former 5 star U.S. general (highest possible rank) and President of the United States also warned us about  secrecy and the acquisition of unwarranted influence within the “department of defence” with his farewell speech:
In the council of government, we must guard against the acquisition of unwarranted influence whether sought or unsought, by the military industrial complex. The potential disaster of the rise of mis placed power exists, and will persist. We must never let the weight of this combination endanger our liberties or democratic processes(6)
He warns us about the influence of the military industrial complex, and the influence and power it’s capable of. After Eisenhower the next and only other president that blew the whistle on secrecy beyond the government was president John F. Kennedy in one of his most famous speeches, he is also referring to the military industrial complex:
The very word secrecy is repugnant, in a free and open society. And we are as a people inherently and historically opposed to secret societies, secret oaths and to secret proceedings. We decided long ago that the dangers of excessive and unwarranted concealment of pertinent facts far outweighed the dangers which are cited to justify it. Even today, there is little value in opposing the threat of a closed society by imitating its arbitrary restrictions. Even today, there is little value in insuring the survival of our nation if our traditions do not survive with it. And there is very grave danger that an announced need for increased security will be seized upon by those anxious to expand its meaning to the very limits of official censorship and concealment. That I do not intend to permit to the extent that it is in my control. We are opposed around the world by a monolithic and ruthless conspiracy that relies primarily on covert means for expanding its sphere of influence. On Infiltration instead of invasion, on subversion instead of elections, on intimidation instead of free choice, on guerrillas by night instead of armies by day. It is a system which has conscripted vast human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations. Its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure is questioned, no rumour is printed, no secret is revealed (7)
The amount that the US sets aside for sensitive operations each year is not allowed to be published for eyes outside of the intelligence community. We are in an age where the US is having a difficult time keeping sensitive information under wraps, and although there is an abundance of blatant information for the world to wake up to, that which is still kept under tight wraps has also become more transparent. Many phenomena previously labelled as merely a “conspiracy theory” are now surfacing as true and verifiable day after day.
Could some of these black budget programs be dealing with UFOs? There is a large amount of evidence to suggest that they do, and possibly even extraterrestrials. Documents from the NSA prove that UFOs and extraterrestrials are of high interest to the agency(9)(10). In fact I would like to mention that there is an overwhelming amount of evidence to suggest that these black budget programs deal with matters beyond our world. Garry McKinnon has also shed light on this fact, as have thousands of previously classified documents and statements from high level government and military personnel. The world within our own world must be quite fascinating, the fact that we are living in the time of transparency must mean that the truth cannot stay hidden forever.

Black budget programs also deal with, for example, deep underground and under ocean military bases.

Worlds Within Worlds

Excerpt from the book “A.D. After Disclosure” written by Richard Dolan and Bryce Zabel (8).
Richard Dolan’s Thoughts on the “Breakaway Civilization”
By now, the classified world has moved far beyond the reach of the public world, and far beyond in its power and capabilities. Consider the story of a former NSA scientist who spoke with the authors. According to this individual, the NSA was operating computers during the mid-1960s with a processing clock-speed of roughly 650 megahertz(MHZ). To put that in perspective, it took 35 years for personal computers in the consumer market to reach that speed. Indeed, in 1965 there were no personal computers at all. Immediately, the near-fatal Apollo 13 mission in 1971 comes to mind, with its reliance on slide-rulers by mission specialist to guide the damaged NASA spacecraft back to Earth. When presented with this image, the NSA scientist shrugged and stated that secret computational capabilities were too important to share with NASA. So in, in computing, the National Security Agency was an amazing 35 years ahead of the rest of the world. This leads one to wonder what its computational powers are today.
Another example was the U.S. air strike against Libya in 1986. The raid employed f-111 fighter aircraft. Left out of the mission, however, was the F-117A Nighthawk, better known as the stealth fighter. It had been operational since 1983, but was still classified in 1986. In a form of logic both perverse and rational, the F-117A was so radically advanced that keeping it secret was more important than using it for this military mission.
Given the mixture of a treasure chest of government money, and private connections, the likelihood exists that six decades later there is a clandestine group that possesses:
  • Technology that is vastly superior to that of the “mainstream” world.
  • The ability to explore areas of our world and surroundings presently unavailable to the rest of us.
  • Scientific and cosmological understandings that give them greater insights into the nature of our world
  • A significant “built off the grid” infrastructure, partially underground, that affords them a high degree of secrecy and independence of action
This might well qualify them as a separate civilization – one that has broken away from our own, in effect, a breakaway civilization. Still interacting with our own, its members probably move back and forth between the official reality of what we are supposed to believe, and the other reality which encompasses new truths and challenges.
