Except for Kiev’s madman, no one wants to play with the United States anymore. Japan and South Korea, of course, have no other recourse but to accommodate the outgoing superpower for their own sake as well, or that of the corporate gangsters which have been put in charge of the industry by Western puppetmasters.
But elsewhere in the Middle East where the root of the petrodollar emanates, another organic realignment is ongoing.
The leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has called on neighboring Iraq to remain vigilant in the face of American plots, warning that the US is not trustworthy.
In a Thursday meeting with Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi in Tehran, the Leader expressed Iran’s support for the Iraqi government’s efforts to develop ties with regional states.
Ayatollah Khamenei, however, advised the Iraqi nation to remain “cautious about the Americans’ deceptions, and never put trust in them.”
“The Americans created Daesh [Takfiri terrorists] themselves, but now that the terrorists have been defeated by the Iraqi government and people, they pretend to be supportive of this important development,” the Leader said.
“However, they will undoubtedly not hesitate to harm Iraq again if they find the opportunity,” the Leader added.

Ayatollah Khamenei underlined the importance of unity among different Iraqi ethnic groups as well as Baghdad’s support for the country’s popular forces as the key reasons behind the recent victories against terrorist groups and their sponsors.
Abadi, for his part, stressed Baghdad’s determination to safeguard Iraq’s unity and territorial integrity, noting that the government will never allow the country to be threatened with disintegration.
The Iranian warning does have a strong bases even in recent times.
Washington is pouring gasoline on the fire of disputes in the East and South China Seas between Beijing and its neighbors to curb China’s rise and undermine its efforts to resolve the issues peacefully, analysts told Sputnik. Given the growing tensions, Beijing sees the modernization of the country’s defenses as one of its top priorities.
The United States continues their efforts to contain China’s activities in the East and South China Seas by weaponizing the ongoing maritime dispute between the Southeast Asian nations, Shen Shishun, director of the Center for South Pacific Studies of the Chinese Institute of International Studies, told Sputnik, suggesting that Washington’s maneuvers will only bolster patriotic sentiment among the Chinese.
“The US is trying to curb China, relying on third countries,” Shen told Sputnik China. “There is a conflict between China and Japan over islands in the East China Sea, but it is precisely because of the US that this problem emerged.”
According to the Chinese academic, the Diaoyudao (Senkaku) Islands, which “historically belonged to Beijing,” ended up in the hands of Japan due to Washington’s post-WW2 foreign strategy.
Over the past few centuries the archipelago has repeatedly changed hands. The Okinawa Reversion Agreement of 1971 between Tokyo and Washington recognized Japan’s sovereignty over the islands.
“The United States deliberately misinterprets historical facts related to this matter, uses the situation around the islands to increase tension in Sino-Japanese relations and exploits the contradictions between China and its neighbors to curb [Beijing],” Shen said, adding that the US strategy is futile.
Dmitry Mosyakov, director of the Center for Southeast Asia, Australia and Oceania at the Institute of Oriental Studies, believes that the anti-China sentiment promoted by Washington and Tokyo could set relations between the US-Japanese alliance and China back decades.
According to Mosyakov, Washington and Tokyo are not seeking compromise on the Diaoyudao (Senkaku) territorial dispute, but, on the contrary, are fanning the flames over the archipelago.
On Monday US Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis met with his counterparts from Japan and South Korea on the sidelines of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations’ (ASEAN) Defense Ministerial Meeting-Plus (ADMM-Plus) in the Philippines to discuss “deepening security cooperation.” A Department of Defense (DoD) press release said that “the three ministers reaffirmed that freedom of navigation and overflight must be ensured.”
ADMM-Plus is an annual meeting that brings together the defense ministers of 10 ASEAN countries and eight “dialogue partners,” which include India, China, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Russia and the United States.
Mattis also held bilateral talks with Japanese Defense Minister Itsunori Onodera. The two “expressed serious concern about the situation in the South China Sea and reaffirmed their opposition to unilateral coercive actions by claimants, including the reclamation and militarization of disputed features, which alter the status quo and increase tensions,” in a clear reference to China.
China’s Charm Offensive: Beijing, Manila Manage to Reach Compromise
Speaking to Sputnik, Mosyakov highlighted that the Sino-Philippine relationship appears to be a viable alternative to the US-Japanese strategy: Beijing and Manila have managed to reach some compromises in the South China Sea. For instance, Philippine fishermen are allowed to fish in the area of Huangyan (Scarborough) shoal.
“China’s relations with the Philippines show that… the discussion of existing problems between the two countries on a bilateral basis brings success,” the Russian academic stressed.
During the ASEAN ADMM-Plus summit Chinese Minister of Defense Chiang Wanquan emphasized Beijing’s intention to work closely with the association to build a safer Asia. He signaled that China is willing to actively develop relations with ASEAN countries in many areas, including joint naval exercises and cooperation to combat terrorism.
At the same time Beijing opposes the involvement of external forces in its territorial disputes with neighboring states. This stance was voiced by Fu Ying, chairperson of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the National People’s Congress of China, at the recent annual meeting of the International Valdai Discussion Club.
She confirmed China’s readiness to continue negotiations on the islands, but spoke out against turning the disputes into an unnecessary geopolitical confrontation. She stressed that the interference of other countries, primarily the United States, in China’s relations with neighbors may only escalate tensions in the region.
Meanwhile, the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China (CPC), which took place in Beijing on October 18-24, 2017, also addressed the issue of regional security. The congress’s resolution envisages the modernization of the nation’s defense as one of its top priorities. It also emphasizes the need to transform the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) into a world-class armed force.
The resolution’s emphasis on “the need to implement a military-strategic course with a focus on new conditions” is largely regarded as a message to Japan, which is steadily drifting away from its post-WW2 policy of pacifism under Prime Minister Shinzo Abe.
According to the South China Morning Post, the PLA Navy’s South Sea Fleet has recently deployed a squadron of submarines to the disputed waters of the South China Sea to increase battle readiness.
Beijing’s actions in the region prompt concerns among its ASEAN neighbors. Earlier, in March 2017, reports emerged claiming that China could have been involved in the militarization of its artificial islands in the South China Sea. In response, Chinese Defense Ministry spokesman Wu Qian admitted that Beijing had engaged in a large construction endeavor in the region, but said “most of the building is for civilian purposes.”
Satellite imagery released in March 2017 depicted the buildup of a military installation on a northern island of the Paracels. According to Taiwanese media sources, the construction looked like “preparation for a harbor.” They assumed that China may be seeking to bolster its naval presence in the maritime area. The Paracels are claimed by a number of countries, including China, Taiwan and Vietnam.

$21 Trillion of Unauthorized Spending by US Govt Discovered by Economics Professor          ~ where's the $$$ folks HUH !?!   & yet nobody in good  ole   A~ merry~kooky's~ ville   doesn't EVEN ...notice ?

The US government may have misspent $21 trillion, a professor at Michigan State University has found. Papers supporting the study briefly went missing just as an audit was announced.
Two departments of the US federal government may have spent as much as $21 trillion on things they can’t account for between 1998 and 2015. At least that’s what Mark Skidmore, a Professor of Economics at MSU specializing in public finance, and his team have found.
They came up with the figure after digging the websites of departments of Defense (DoD) and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as well as repots of the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) over summer.
The research was triggered by Skidmore hearing Catherine Austin Fitts, a former Assistant Secretary in the HUD in the first Bush administration, saying the Inspector General found $6.5 trillion worth of military spending that the DoD couldn’t account for. She was referring to a July 2016 report by the OIG, but Skidmore thought she must be mistaking billion for trillion. Based on his previous experience with public finances, he thought the figure was too big even for an organization as large as the US military.
“Sometimes you have an adjustment just because you don’t have adequate transactions… so an auditor would just recede. Usually it’s just a small portion of authorized spending, maybe one percent at most. So for the Army one percent would be $1.2 billion of transactions that you just can’t account for,” he explained in an interview with USAWatchdog.com earlier this month.
After discovering that the figure was accurate, he and Fitts collaborated with a pair of graduate students to comb through thousands of reports of the OIG dating back to 1998, when new rules of public accountability for the federal government were set and all the way to 2015, the time of the latest reports available at the time. The research was only for the DoD and the HUD.
“This is incomplete, but we have found $21 trillion in adjustments over that period. The biggest chunk is for the Army. We were able to find 13 of the 17 years and we found about $11.5 trillion just for the Army,” Skidmore said.
The professor would not suggest whether the missing trillions went to some legitimate undisclosed projects, wasted or misappropriated, but believes his find indicates that there is something profoundly wrong with the budgeting process in the US federal government. Such lack of transparency goes against the due process of authorizing federal spending through the US Congress, he said.
Skidmore also co-authored a column on Forbes, explaining his research.
The same week the interview took place the DoD announced that it will conduct its first-ever audit. “It is important that the Congress and the American people have confidence in DoD’s management of every taxpayer dollar,” Comptroller David Norquist told reporters as he explained that the OIG has hired independent auditors to dig through the military finances.
“While we can’t know for sure what role our efforts to compile original government documents and share them with the public has played, we believe it may have made a difference,” Skidmore commented.
Interestingly, in early December the authors of the research discovered that the links to key document they used, including the 2016 report, had been disabled. Days later the documents were reposted under different addresses, they say.
This is probably where the Deep State government called CIA and State Department took their extra fund to topple uncooperative governments around the world. The bulk, of course, may have gone to the military industrial complex.
The United States has double the military budget of the combined military spending of Russia, China and G7 countries. Said military spending remains unauditable due to “widespread material internal control weaknesses, significant uncertainties, and other limitations” according to a GAO report in 2010.
So, how can a government spread its wings beyond its own borders, and demand democratic ideals elsewhere when it is not practicing the same values at home?

Russian Scientists Announce Historic Discovery Rendering the Entire System Obsolete

In another challenge to the Khazarian Mafia’s Babylonian paper magick financial system and the entire pyramid of cartels, two Russian scientists revealed a groundbreaking scientific discovery that is expected to change every system built for the last millennia.

The profit oriented capitalism, in conjunction with the monetary based economic system, has aborted humanity’s march towards space age progress. It has deterred us from achieving our full potential.
All technologies that have been discovered, and are deliberately suppressed by patent acquisition and shelving, can make the existing control paradigm obsolete overnight. Those who are addicted to these control systems need to be neutralized if we are to make it to the next level of our evolution that’s been delayed for more than 100 years.
This is exactly what the BRICS countries are trying to do.
For the last several years since its inception, the BRICS tried several methods and strategies to start this paradigm shifting change that is not only expected to affect their own population, but that of the entire planet.
In order to weaken the clout of the Rothschild banking dynasty that is protecting the status quo, both Russia and China started buying vast quantities of gold available in the open market. This didn’t cause a significant increase on the price of gold and silver right away because those prices were already under intense systematic rigging in the first place, in order to protect the “integrity” of the legal tender, global exchange currency, i.e. Federal Reserve’s US dollar.
However, the stable and low gold prices only fed the desire of Russia and China to buy even more gold bullion using their huge reserve US dollars, a gradual yet deliberate dollar dumping, further undermining the already weakened Western economies. This resulted to the massive resignations of banking CEOs in the early part of 2012. These massive banking resignations were punctuated in June of the same year by World Bank President Zoellick and a year later by Pope Benedict XVI, the Vatican being at the apex of Corporatocracy and the entire fiat banking system on the planet.
Since then, the BRICS established direct exchanges using sovereign asset-based currencies to sustain their own economies while requiring others, especially the West, to do the same in exchange for their oil and industrial products.
Now, the financing world is separated between the East’s asset denominated and the West fiat based economies.
As the Brexit referendum was looming, Rothschild’s henchman George Soros invested heavily on Asian gold mines and made at least $2 trillion revenue overnight. This gives the Rothschild banking dynasty more fuel to sustain their sinister plans for the West, i.e. technocratic dictatorship.
So, how would humanity defeat a cunning enemy which is agile enough to play from one financial market into another, in a wink?
Since waging war is not a feasible option considering the possibility of a nuclear MAD, or mutually assured destruction, the only option left would then be the total destruction of the financial system itself.
But how exactly should the BRICS do it?
Barely a few weeks ago, a conference was held in Geneva, Switzerland, purposely to announce the discovery of a method to transmute any element into another element in the periodic table, and beyond.
This discovery was made possible by two Russian theoretical and experimental scientists who were trying to figure out how to fuel a spacecraft using any element found in space. Now, that’s a good scientific excuse, indeed.
The transmutation process does not involve nuclear reaction and heavy water. The economic consequence of the industrial scale of such a process cannot be projected at this point, they say.

Our further efforts involved patenting this work, and so for all these reasons we haven’t rushed to publish our findings until the patent was issued. We received the patent priority on the 15th of May 2014, whereas the patent itself was issued on the 25th of August 2015.
Let’s move onto the process itself very briefly. The first component used in the process is ore, or nuclear waste. The second component of the process are valuable valency metals such as vanadium, chromium, manganese, iron, cobalt, nickel, copper, zinc, and others. Either of these will do, but we tend to use iron as the least costly element. The third component and a factor in this process, these are bacteria. Usually we use iron and sulphur-reducing bacterial species which we select along a certain list of criteria, such as that the bacteria are active, that they are resistant to radiation, that they are adapted to a heavily salted solution — ore, suspended in water.
Now about the technology itself: ore, or nuclear waste (there’s no difference) is processed by bacteria in the presence of valuable valency elements in any closed vessel. The transmutation process kicks off immediately, and proceed stage by stage for two or three weeks until target elements are obtained. But if it is not stopped on time, this process would carry on until stable isotopes are obtained as the end product.”
The Russian patent RU 2563511 awarded to Mrs. Tamara Sahno and Mr. Victor Kurashov available at Google Patent repository says [in Google translation]:

In particular, the method allows to obtain rare and valuable elements: polonium, radon, francium, radium, and actinides – actinium, thorium, protactinium, uranium, neptunium, and various isotopes of these and other elements.
Known transformation of chemical elements, the formation of new isotopes of elements and new chemical elements during nuclear fission and synthesis of chemical elements used in conventional nuclear rectors, in nuclear power plants (NPPs) in research nuclear reactors, for example, by irradiation of the chemical elements with neutrons or protons, or alpha particles.
A method of obtaining the radionuclide nickel-63 in the reactor from a target comprising obtaining enriched Nickel-62 nickel target, the irradiation target in the reactor, followed by enrichment of irradiated product from nickel-63 at extraction of nickel-64 isotope product (RU 2313149, 2007). The advantage of the method is to obtain a high quality product which is designed for use in stand-alone sources of electrical energy, in the detectors of explosives and so on. The reproducibility of the results was confirmed by the analysis of the isotopic composition of elements by mass spectrometry.
However, the method is complicated and unsafe degree requires industrial safety.
It is also known the transmutation of elements – long-lived radioactive nuclides, including those arising in irradiated nuclear fuel (RU 2415486, 2011). When there’s an oversupply of any element, naturally the price of that element will go down to the point of insignificance, the anathema to the scarcity based economic system that we are forced to swallow.

Beside its scientifically groundbreaking significance, the conference was also held in the headquarter of the global banking industry and political epicenter of the West, which should repel all notion of it being just a mere Russian propaganda, or
… that turning iron or lead into gold is not fringe science at all, but real and replicable, and the technology to do it is officially available to the world.
In the final analysis, the full utilization of all scientific discoveries could make all conventional institutions, e.g. educational, banking and finance, religion, and even the police and military, obsolete.
The future is within our grasp. We just need to support the right science to make it happen.
