Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi, bombing ‘person of interest’ has 6 Saudi ‘terrorists’ in family,5 more are in Gitmo

Confirmation that Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi, the Saudi national and initial “person of interest,” is indeed being deported this week now is spreading across the Internet. More details are emerging this weekend as Arabic sources and Saudi papers themselves are confirming “rumors” swirling in the US. (more at bottom)
Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi in the hospital.
Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi in the hospital.
Moreover, the Saudi papers are detailing the visit by the Obamas, especially Michelle to the hospital and this man. The “rumors” of the President meeting with Saudi officials in the hospital just prior to his “approved deportation” is a bragging right in their press.
More notable is the assertions that Abdul Rahman Ali Al-Harbi is free an clear of terrorist ties, when in fact over 10 names from his clan are already linked to Al-Qaeda.
Many from Al-Harbi’s clan are entrenched in terrorism and are members of Al-Qaeda as identified by the Islamic governements.
Out of a list of 85 terrorists listed by the Saudi government shows several of Al-Harbi clan to have been active fighters in Al-Qaeda:
#15 Badr Saud Uwaid Al-Awufi Al-Harbi
#73 Muhammad Atiq Uwaid Al-Awufi Al-Harbi
#26 Khalid Salim Uwaid Al-Lahibi Al-Harbi
#29 Raed Abdullah Salem Al-Thahiri Al-Harbi
#43 Abdullah Abdul Rahman Muhammad Al-Harbi (leader)
#60 Fayez Ghuneim Humeid Al-Hijri Al-Harbi

Source: http://aalhameed1.net/vb/showthread.php?t=1565
Then you have Al-Harbi clan members in Gitmo:
Salim Salman Awadallah Al-Sai’di Al-Harbi
Majid Abdullah Hussein Al-Harbi
Muhammad Abdullah Saqr Al-Alawi Al-Harbi
Ghanem Abdul Rahman Ghanem Al-Harbi
Muhammad Atiq Uwaid Al-Awfi Al-Harbi

There are specific Saudi clans that are rife with members of Al-Qaeda, which has fueled critics questions the hundred thousand student visas are issued to these and how ICE officials seem clueless to make the connection with the clans when it comes to terrorism.
The BBC reported Khaled Alharbi was married to the daughter of al-Qaida’s number two, Ayman al-Zawahiri. He reportedly appeared with bin Laden in a video praising the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.
Another top al-Qaida operative is Adel Radi Saqr al-Wahabi al-Harbi, a Saudi national identified by the State Department as “a key member of an al-Qaida network operating in Iran.”
The State Department has offered a multimillion-dollar reward for the capture of Abdel Alharbi, saying he is an Iran-based al-Qaida facilitator who serves as the deputy to Muhsin al-Fadhl, who runs al-Qaida’s Iran network.
At a site called Sabq, Alharbi’s father talks about how a member of the Aldawsari clan – Ali Aldawsari – visited his son in the hospital. Remember what we wrote about Khalid Aldawsari here:
Take Khalid Aldawsari, a Saudi national. He is a student and an Al-Qaeda terrorist who planned to use weapons of mass destruction in the U.S., to include an attempted assassination of president Bush.Aldawsari was not a lone wolf; he was backed by an entire system. The wealthy and powerful Aldawsari clan, which includes the powerful Sheik Saud Bin Mut’ab who hosted a support group for the terrorist defending him publicly while funding his legal team.
Okaz, the same prominent Saudi newspaper, that published photos of Abdul Rahman Ali Issa Al-Salimi Al-Harbi in the hospital after the Boston marathon bombings, is now reporting that the Saudi national was also visited by the first lady of the United States, Michelle Obama during his hospital stay.
CBS News in Boston reported that the first lady visited Boston Children’s Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital on Thursday, April 18th:
The First Lady went to Boston Children’s Hospital, where she visited the medical and surgical intensive care unit.
Afterwards, she went next door to Brigham and Women’s Hospital to meet more victims and their families for more than an hour.
The visits were off limits to the media and came on short notice for security reasons.
(Emphasis added -BBJ Dispatch)
There were multiple reports that Alharbi was hospitalized at Brigham and Women’s so that would seem corroborate the Okaz report.
Okaz stated further that the first lady also visited the other injured Saudi at the hospital, a female doctor named Nura Khalid Saleh al-Ajaji:
“Michelle Obama visited the two injured Saudis Abdulrahman Ali Essa Al-Salimi Al-Harbi and Nura Khalid Saleh Al-Ajjaji to check on their medical conditions.”
Adding credibility to this report seems to be multiple tweets made by the inner circle of the Al-harbi family:

Military Men Witnessed At Boston Bombing Identified As National Guard CST Teams

Finally, an explanation emerges for presence of men in black and tan uniforms

Steve Watson
Infowars.com
April 21, 2013
After days of speculation and calls for officials to provide an explanation, it has emerged that the unidentified military style group pictured at the scene of the Boston bombing both before and after the explosions could be National Guard Civil Support Teams (CSTs) that were pre-scheduled to be at the event.

CSTs are The National Guard’s full-time response force for emergencies or terrorist events involving weapons of mass destruction, toxic chemicals, or natural disasters. CSTs are routinely pre-staged at large public events to help mitigate risks and assist civilian authorities.
A report published on silive on Saturday, notes that Defense Secretary Hagel has decided to rescind a decision to defund 24th National Guard Weapons of Mass Destruction-Civil Support Team (WMD-CST). The team is described as “The only U.S. military team assigned to New York City to support first responders in case of a disaster.”
Within the report it is stated that “Members of the New York unit were less than a block away from the deadly April 15 explosions at the Boston Marathon. They were part of a survey squad deployed at the request of their counterpart unit in Massachusetts.”
The report notes that “Each U.S. state and territory has at least one of the specially trained National Guard response teams,” and that “WMD-CSTs are trained to provide rapid military support to civil authorities in the event of a chemical, biological, radiological or nuclear threat.”
This would explain why one of the military men was pictured holding a radiation monitoring device in the immediate aftermath of the bombing.

In a separate April 16 report by Global Security Newswire, it is noted that members of the New York CST team were dispatched to Boston on the Friday before the event, and were scheduled to be in place at the Marathon on the Monday:
The roughly 20-person New York unit — based at Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn — dispatched five personnel to Boston after receiving a request last Friday from the Massachusetts state government, said Eric Durr, public information director for the New York state Military and Naval Affairs Division.
“Anytime you’ve got a high-key event where there’s lots of people, there’s usually a … unit from a civil support team in the area to provide assistance to first responders,” Durr told Global Security Newswire by telephone. He declined to discuss specifics of how the 24th personnel provided assistance following the Monday attack.
In a report published April 16, one day after the Boston bombing, the Wisconsin Department of Military Affairs featured the activities and exercises of their own state CST team. Within the report, Wisconsin CST commander Lt. Col. David W. May states “There are two CSTs that are engaged out there (in Boston) in the response… In fact, one of the first images that I saw was the Massachusetts CST was actually right there.”
Is May referring to the images of the military types that were pictured all over the scene? It seems highly likely.
A picture published by The London Guardian that was not widely circulated shows more of the military type men at the scene after the bombs went off. Although these men are dressed in similar garb, they are more clearly identified as CST support members.

Pictures of CST members from 2011 and 2012 wearing khaki and black uniforms can be found widely on the internet:

As to why one of the military types at the scene appeared to be wearing a Navy Seal or Craft International logo on his hat, it has been suggested that it is fairly routine for police and military to receive training from Craft, as well as other private military contractor groups, and from former Navy Seals. It is also possible that this person was an ex Seal or just purchased a Craft baseball cap, which are available to buy online.

It is, of course, also possible that he was indeed working for Craft International, in which case his presence remains a mystery. Either way, the FBI needs to address this picture.
In another report by Army Sgt. 1st Class Jon Soucy of The National Guard Bureau, it is noted that CST teams have been providing support in both Massachusetts following the bombings, and in Texas, following the explosion at a fertilizer plant.
“The Massachusetts team was on duty during the April 15 running of the Boston Marathon, augmented by similar Guard teams from New York and Rhode Island.” the report states, corroborating the same information in the other reports mentioned above.
The report also states that “In Boston, more than 850 National Guard members were on duty to assist local authorities with logistics, security and other operations. In addition to the civil support team members, the team also included members of the Massachusetts Army National Guard’s 387th Ordnance Company and the 267th Combat Communications Squadron from the Massachusetts Air National Guard.”
Another report posted April 17th on Examiner.com noted that “The Massachusetts Civil Support Team is providing assistance to Boston and Massachusetts civil authorities. In addition, personnel from the New York, New Hampshire and Rhode Island civil support teams are providing additional support.”
The reported also stated that more than 400 Massachusetts National Guardsmen had been on duty to help law enforcement agencies keep the marathon’s route clear and had remained on duty in the aftermath to continue to assist local authorities.
Several other reports also noted the presence of CST teams at the Boston Marathon.
The vehicles that were witnessed at the bombing scene also appear very similar to those used by other Army National Guard CSTs:

This image on dvidshub shows almost identical vehicles belonging to the New York CST team as the ones that were witnessed in Boston:

The vehicle in this photo, along with a black and khaki CST member, also appears very similar:

Similar CST vehicles can also be seen in these photos.
Similar vehicles can also be seen in this CST video.
Of course, this information does not conclusively prove that all of the military type individuals pictured at the scene were part of a National Guard CST team. Yet it does, at last, provide one possible logical explanation for their presence. The fact that the individuals were also pictured conversing with FBI personnel and police at the scene also suggests that their presence was not covert, and was pre-planned.
Of course, the FBI could have simply cleared this up by issuing a statement identifying the military types as members of CST teams. Instead, however, they chose to ignore the pictures altogether and order members of the public not to even acknowledge the existence of the pictures – causing much confusion, speculation and mistrust among those who were following the events closely.
In addition, this information does not mean that the authorities did not have prior knowledge of the bombing. If anything, the massive security presence bolsters the notion that they very much could have had prior knowledge, particularly in conjunction with the fact that the suspects were already well known to the FBI, and with the ever developing shady Saudi connections.
This information also does not alter the fact that the FBI and US intelligence have long been intimately involved in staged and provocateured terrorist attacks.

Brothers Tsarnaev Inspired by Chechen Warlord on State Department Payroll

Kurt Nimmo
Infowars.com
April 21, 2013

Doku Umarov, described as “Russia’s Bin Laden.”
The Daily Mail reports today that despite the fact the FBI had Tamerlan Tsarnaev under surveillance for five years, the agency discounted the possibility he was in direct contact with Doku Umarov, a man described as “Russia’s Bin Laden,” and thus posed a threat to the United States. From the Daily Mail:
According to an intelligence source, Russia remained convinced that Tamerlan, an ethnic Chechen, was in ‘direct contact’ with Islamist militants, most likely based in the strife-torn southern Russian region of Dagestan, where he lived for two years with his family prior to moving to the US.
During a six-month visit to Russia last year – a trip US investigators are investigating – it is understood Tamerlan visited Dagestan, which is now regarded as more unstable than Chechnya.
One theory is that Tamerlan and Dzhokhar, who was in thrall to his older brother, may have been ‘inspired’ by a rebel leader known as Russia’s Bin Laden.
Doku Umarov, like the Tsarnaev brothers, is an ethnic Chechen from the war-torn Caucasus region that lies between Europe and Central Asia.
The Daily Mail’s explanation, however, omits a few crucial details – namely that Doku Umarov, like his supposed mentor Osama bin Laden, works in the interest of U.S. intelligence and the State Department.
According to research conducted by Eric Draitser and others, Umarov’s Kavkaz Center was funded by the State Department and several supporting fronts including the National Endowment for Democracy-funded Russian-Chechen Friendship Society.
The militant Chechen effort to undermine Russia is supported by a number of influential neocons. “Despite the fact that organs such as Kavkaz Center operate in the service of terrorists who advocate the destruction of Russia, their activity alone is not altogether significant if seen in a vacuum,” writes Draitser.
Rather, it is the association of these types of individuals and organizations with the US State Department and US intelligence that makes them particularly insidious.  One such entity that bears scrutiny is the American Committee for Peace in the Caucasus (ACPC), previously known as the American Committee for Peace in Chechnya.  As reported by Right Web at the Institute for Policy Studies, “The ACPC was founded in 1999 by Freedom House, a neoconservative organization that has worked closely with the U.S. government, receiving funds from the National Endowment for Democracy and other U.S. democratization initiatives.”  This intimate relationship between the ACPC and the US State Department indicates not merely a confluence of interests, but rather a direct relationship wherein the former is an organ of the latter.
The globalist neocon faction has worked over a 30 year period to create militant Sunni Salafist terror organizations, including al-Qaeda and the Taliban. Since the establishment of the Afghan Mujahideen by the CIA and the Saudis – an effort that cost more than six billion dollars – the manufactured Islamic terror network has spread from Serbia and the Balkans, to the Caucasus Mountains, Iraq, Libya and now Syria.
None of this, of course, makes it into the establishment media. Instead we are expected to believe in yet another “intelligence failure,” this time by the FBI, and the emphasis has once again shifted to the threat posed by Islamic radicals who are now white and more difficult to ferret out than their Middle Eastern predecessors. Naturally, in order to fight the renewed threat we will have to surrender more of our liberties and further diminish the protections afforded by the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. In fact, civil libertarians are already saying a new assault on our liberty is beginning.
Glenn Beck and other neocons are preparing the Islamic threat scenario to explain what happened in Boston last week. In the process, the real objective will be dismissed as a vicious conspiracy theory if not ignored altogether. This will be necessary if the global elite will successfully reinvigorate the international Islamic terror network threat and redouble their effort to inflate the manufactured war on terrorism.
The finalization of the police state apparatus at home and forever war abroad depend on it.

Was Boston bomber inspired by Russia's Bin Laden? Mother claims FBI tracked older brother 'for FIVE YEARS' after being told by Moscow of links to Chechen terrorists

  • Russian intelligence services warned agency about Tamerlan Tsarnaev
  • Convinced he was in 'direct contact' with Islamist militants
  • May have been inspired by Chechen rebel leader man known as Russia's Bin Landen - Doku Umarov
  • Believed to be behind some of Russia's worst terrorist atrocities
  • But FBI later discounted Tamerlan as a threat, despite telling his mother he was an 'extremist leader'
By Ian Gallagher and Will Stewart

One of the brothers suspected of the Boston Marathon bombings had direct contact with Chechen terrorists – and was ‘monitored’ by investigators for five years.
The Mail on Sunday has learned that the FBI put Tamerlan Tsarnaev, 26, under surveillance after receiving an explicit warning from the Russian intelligence services.
But despite apparently telling his mother that Tamerlan was an ‘extremist’ leader, the FBI eventually discounted the possibility that he was a threat.

Tamerlan was shot dead by police early on Friday while his 19-year-old brother Dzhokhar was captured alive but seriously injured with neck and leg injuries on Friday night. He had been hiding in a boat in a suburban backyard.
Last night new details about Dzhokhar’s dramatic capture were released.
Police said he fired at them from his hiding place but, weak through loss of blood from the bullet wounds he had sustained in the shoot-out with police earlier, he eventually gave himself up. ‘He was so weak that we were able to just go in and scoop him up,’ said a police spokesman.

More details also emerged of the shoot-out after the brothers were cornered in a stolen Mercedes 4x4.
Police said Tamerlan burst out of the car shooting at officers. ‘There were six police officers in this very tight area engaged in a gunfight,’ said police chief Edward Deveau. ‘During the exchange, all of a sudden, something got thrown at my police officers and there was a major explosion,’ he said.
In all, there were three explosions  and 200 rounds were fired during the five-to-ten minute exchange.
It ended when Tamerlan ran out of ammunition, He was on the ground being handcuffed when he was run over by his younger brother as he escaped in the car.
While Dzhokhar’s capture ended a week of tension and drama in Boston, triggering scenes of jubilation and self-congratulation among law enforcement officers, questions will now be asked about how the brothers managed to slip the net.
US congressmen have expressed concern that the tip-off about Tamerlan to the FBI from Moscow may not have been properly followed through.
Yesterday the brothers’ mother, Zubeidat, said the FBI once told her that Tamerlan was ‘really an extremist leader and that they were afraid of him’. She added: ‘He was controlled by the FBI for five years. They knew what my son was doing. They were following every step of his.’
And his father, Anzor Tsarnaev, said investigators warned his  son: ‘We know what sites you are on, we know where you are calling,  we know everything about you.  Everything. We are checking and watching.’

Despite all this, the FBI found no substantive evidence that he was engaged in terror-related activities though they continued to ‘monitor his internet use and contacts’.
According to an intelligence source, Russia remained convinced that Tamerlan, an ethnic Chechen, was in ‘direct contact’ with Islamist militants, most likely based in the strife-torn southern Russian region of Dagestan, where he lived for two years with his family prior to moving to the US.

Doku Umarov, like the Tsarnaev brothers, is an ethnic Chechen from the war-torn Caucasus region that lies between Europe and Central Asia. He has been accused of masterminding some of the worst terrorist atrocities in Russia, including suicide bombings carried out by two women on Moscow’s Metro system in 2010 which killed at least 40.
Significantly, while Umarov was originally fighting only for Chechen independence he has more recently embraced a wider jihadist agenda.

Chechen expert Dr Carlo Gallo, the founder of London-based political risk firm Enquirisk, explained: ‘Umarov has made statements in which he has said that the enemy of Islam is not just Russia but America, though the insurgents have never conducted significant operations outside Russia.’
It raises the terrifying prospect of further atrocities being carried out across the globe by disaffected individuals inspired by the jihadist rhetoric of the former Chechen leaders.
Last night as calls were made for Dzhokhar to be classified as an ‘enemy combatant’, the brothers’ uncle, Ruslan Tsarni, said Dzhokhar had been ‘used’ by his older brother who had fallen under the influence of a US-based radical of Armenian descent who ‘brainwashed’ him.
Mr Tsarni said that when he met his nephew in 2009 he was troubled by his transformation.
‘I was shocked when I heard his words, his phrases. He claimed he would just put everything in the will of God. It wasn’t devotion, it was, as it’s called, being radicalised.’
For many years, though, Tamerlan and his younger brother had seemed settled in the United States. They were popular at school and excelled at sport.

But it became clear yesterday that it was a series of setbacks in Tamerlan’s personal life that rendered him increasingly bitter. Individually, none seems particularly significant, but cumulatively they were  devastating and caused him to turn against his adopted homeland.
Tamerlan was a promising boxer, possibly destined for the US Olympic team, but his dream was shattered by a back injury. At the same time he could only manage to secure menial work, though he was considered bright at school.
He was devastated when his best friend was killed in 2011 in an unsolved murder and then came an incident which investigators believe is particularly significant.
He was arrested for assaulting his girlfriend in 2009 – which scuppered his chance of obtaining American citizenship.
An intelligence source said: ‘There is a view that this more than anything set him against the USA.’
Last night there were calls for Dzhokhar to be classified as an 'enemy combatant'
[caption
After his trip to Russia and Dagestan, Tamerlan returned to the US to discover that his mother had been sacked from Lord & Taylor department store in Natick, Massachusetts, for allegedly stealing clothes.
This further enraged him and he became more outspoken in his criticism of America.
The brothers are believed to have placed one of their bombs near the company’s Boston store, possibly in revenge.
A Moscow secret services source indicated yesterday that there had been contact between the two countries during the manhunt, saying that ‘joint work was organised through partner channels’.
Intriguingly, President Putin offered to ‘provide assistance’ to the investigation in Boston before it was known that there was a Chechen link to the bombing.
‘Fighting terrorism is more important than political posturing,’ said a Russian source yesterday.
‘If we work together properly and deeply, we have much more chance of defeating those who want to maim and kill.’
Last night the brothers’ parents defended them, as one lay dead and the other critically ill but stable in hospital. Mr Tsarnaev said there was nothing suspicious about his son’s 2012 visit to Dagestan.‘He wasn’t occupied with anything. He was just visiting relatives,’ he said. ‘I knew what he was doing, where he was going.
‘I raised my children right,’ he added. ‘This is all lies. These are my children. I know my children.’
Tamerlan is thought to have grown a long beard after returning to Boston from his trip to Russia.
Police believe he shaved it off some weeks ago because he wished to remain inconspicuous as he planned the bombing. While denying involvement in any militant form of Islam, Mr Tsarnaev confirmed that the family was religious. ‘What kind of Islam? In Islam we have purity,’ he said.
‘We do what we’re supposed to. We pray five times a day. That’s it.’
And denying that her sons would have hidden any secret extremist leanings from her, his wife said:   ‘That’s impossible. My sons would never keep a secret. Never ever is this true, my sons are innocent!’
Mr Tsarnaev added that he had spoken to Tamerlan after the marathon outrage, telling him: ‘Thanks to Allah you were not close to there and did not suffer.’
He added: ‘I remember I even asked, “Who could do something like that?” ’

Obama Covering Up Saudi Link to Boston Bombing?

“Person of interest” to be deported after Obama had unscheduled meeting with Saudi Foreign Minister
Paul Joseph Watson
Infowars.com
April 18, 2013
UPDATE: Congressman Jeff Duncan asked DHS chief Janet Napolitano about the Saudi linked to the Boston bombings being deported for “national security” reasons. Napolitano denied any knowledge of the man being deported.
RELATED: Source: Government Trying to Make Boston ‘Lone Wolf Terror’ To Spare Saudis
The Saudi “person of interest” suspected of being involved in the Boston Marathon bombings is being deported from the United States next week on “national security grounds,” according to a terrorism expert, who notes that the move is “very unusual,” especially given an unscheduled meeting yesterday between President Obama and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal.
The attempt to cover up a possible Saudi connection to the Boston attack could explain why authorities are scrambling to get their official narrative straight after photos emerged yesterday on the Internet showing numerous suspects carrying large backpacks, some of them middle eastern in appearance and two of the individuals having been almost certainly identified as employees of private military/security firm Craft International.
The FBI had set a press conference for 5pm EST yesterday afternoon but the event was cancelled hours after the photos were seen by millions of people online. The federal agency blamed the media for erroneous reporting, stating, “these stories often have unintended consequences.”
CNN also had to backtrack after they announced that a suspect had been arrested, a report that was subsequently denied by authorities. Reports of a “dark skinned man” being arrested were later mothballed.
According to terrorism expert Steve Emerson, 20-year-old Abdul Rahman Ali Alharbi, the Saudi national first suspected of being involved in Monday’s twin bomb attack, is being hastily deported. Alharbi was put under armed guard in hospital after the bombing, was visited by Saudi diplomat Azzam bin Abdel Karim, and later had his apartment raided by federal and state law enforcement agents.
“I just learned from my own sources that he is now going to be deported on national security grounds next Tuesday, which is very unusual,” Emerson told Fox News last night.
The news follows an unscheduled meeting between President Obama and Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Saud al-Faisal at the White House yesterday afternoon. “The meeting was not on Obama’s public schedule,” reports Reuters.
“That’s very interesting because this is the way things are done with Saudi Arabia. You don’t arrest their citizens. You deport them, because they don’t want them to be embarrassed and that’s the way we appease them,” Emerson told host Sean Hannity.
A scheduled 10 a.m. photo op between John Kerry and the Saudi Foreign Minister was also abruptly cancelled on Tuesday morning because Kerry was tired from his busy schedule, an explanation that journalists refused to swallow, with the Associated Press’ Matt Lee telling spokesman Patrick Ventrell, “I find it hard to believe that you expect us to believe that that’s the real reason for this.”
As World Net Daily’s Joe Kovacs documents, “Saudi student Alharbi shares the same last name as a major Saudi clan that includes scores of al-Qaida operatives.”
The Alharbi clan has long been active in al-Qaida. Khaled bin Ouda bin Mohammed al-Harbi, for example, is a Saudi national who joined Osama bin Laden’s mujahadeen group in the 1980s. He reportedly became an al-Qaida member in the mid-1990s. He turned himself in to Saudi authorities in 2004 as part of an amnesty deal.
The BBC reported Khaled Alharbi was married to the daughter of al-Qaida’s number two, Ayman al-Zawahri.
Given the fact that the Obama administration has sent more than half a billion dollars and the CIA is shipping weapons to FSA rebels in Syria who pledged allegiance to and are led by Al-Qaeda militants, the notion that one of these militants would carry out an attack on U.S. soil would be extremely damaging to the White House.
Radio host Michael Savage floated the theory yesterday that the Boston police were told to cancel the press conference by the Obama administration and the FBI, because the Saudi Foreign Minister demanded that the suspect be allowed to leave the country.
As Infowars first highlighted yesterday and as Anthony Gucciardi subsequently confirmed, two of the suspicious individuals identified on the scene of the Boston bombings wearing identical clothing and large black backpacks (one white, one darker skinned) are likely to be employees of Craft International, a Blackwater-style private military/security firm.
Given that the bombs used in the attack were housed in black backpacks, remnants of which were found yards from the explosion, why are private security firm employees carrying black backpacks and talking on cellphones pictured within 30 feet of the blast just moments after it occurred?
The men are certainly not marathon runners and they are not involved in rescue efforts. Who are these men? Did their identities being revealed yesterday cause the FBI to cancel its planned press conference? Were the men involved in the bomb drills before the actual bombings that were reported by eyewitnesses?
Should it emerge that the Obama administration is shielding accomplices in the Boston bombings for political reasons, the scandal would dwarf the Benghazi attacks and inevitably lead to impeachment proceedings.

Boston Bomber Controlled by FBI

Kurt Nimmo
Infowars.com

Zubeidat K. Tsarnaeva, the mother of Boston bombing suspects Dzhokar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, said Friday that her eldest son Tamerlan was under the control of the FBI.
“He was controlled by the FBI, like for three, five years,” she told Russia Today during an interview. ”They knew what my son was doing, they knew what actions and what sites on the Internet he was going [to], they used to come…and talk to me…they were telling me that he was really a serious leader and they were afraid of him.”
“How could this happen?…They were controlling every step of him, and they are telling today that this is a terrorist attack,” she added.
The FBI is notorious for recruiting and framing terrorist patsies. A report compiled by Mother Jones and the Investigative Reporting Program at the University of California-Berkley found that of the 158 prosecutions carried out on terrorism charges since 9/11, 49 defendants participated in plots that were arranged by FBI agent provocateurs.
“They’re creating crimes to solve crimes so they can claim a victory in the war on terror,” explained Martin Stolar, a lawyer who represented a suspect involved in a New York City bombing plot contrived by FBI agents.
According to Business Insider, the FBI will soon make public its relationship with Tsarnaeva. A spokesperson would not confirm or deny that the agency had any previous contact.
On Friday afternoon, however, Mother Jones reported the FBI has already admitted they interviewed Tsarnaev two years ago, according to CBS News. “The agency conducted the interview at the request of a so-far unnamed foreign government, CBS says, to see if the elder Tsarnaev had any extremist ties — but their search turned up none,” writes Hannah Levintova.

Security theater moves to Act Two following arrest of Boston marathon bombing suspect

by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, NaturalNews Editor

(NaturalNews) I'm trying to get a grip on the full spectacle of the police state theater we have all just witnessed in Boston. Where to begin?

Do we begin with the "lockdown" order that forced 400,000+ Bostonites to stay off the streets and hide in their homes while nobody admits it's actually martial law?

Do we begin with the militarized masses of armed-up police rolling down the streets of Boston in bomb-proof assault vehicles, all in the hunt for one teenager? Click here for astonishing pictures of martial law in Boston.

Or do we even attempt to examine the spectacle of the mainstream media's agenda-scripted coverage of all this and its failure to try to blame the bombing on so-called "right-wing extremists?"

In examining the events of the week, a rational person can't help but conclude that only a small part of what's being officially reported about the Boston marathon bombers has any basis in fact. And even after the announced arrest of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the remaining survivor of the supposed terrorist bombing duo, we still have:

• No images or video of this person placing any bomb on the ground

• No acknowledgement of the existence of the "Craft" military spooks who all carried large backpacks at the marathon and were found moving away from one of the bombs just minutes before it went off

• No apology from the mainstream media for its week-long rampage against "right-wing extremists" who it vilified as the probable bombers

• No explanation for why it takes thousands of heavily-armed police, armored assault vehicles and federal agents to find and arrest one teenager

• No reply from the FBI on just how much the FBI controlled and manipulated these suspects over the last few years, as has been described by their mother.

• No legal justification for the "lockdown" martial law declaration that has been illegally forced upon the people of Boston

But don't hold your breath on any of this. The last thing the public would ever get in any of this would be real answers.

My working theory on what really went down

Here's my theory on what actually happened:

The FBI "recruited" the Tsarnaeva brothers years ago as part of their ongoing campaign of staging actual terrorist attacks in the USA as is well documented in the New York Times and elsewhere.

The FBI gave these guys the skills, the plans and the materials to make the "pressure cooker" bombs, then picked the target of the Boston marathon. This tactical-level planning of terrorism by the FBI is not uncommon. As Kurt Nimmo writes on InfoWars:

The FBI is notorious for recruiting and framing terrorist patsies. A report compiled by Mother Jones and the Investigative Reporting Program at the University of California-Berkley found that of the 158 prosecutions carried out on terrorism charges since 9/11, 49 defendants participated in plots that were arranged by FBI agent provocateurs.

"The Craft" operatives were then hired by the government to be on scene and observe the brothers to make sure they placed the backpacks as planned.

The original plan was to then use the explosions to blame "right-wing extremists" by nailing other patsies in the crowd who had already been set up to be present with backpacks. The two brothers would escape blame and be allowed to continue working for the FBI on other terrorism campaigns.

But when the alternative media began circulating suspicious photos of "The Craft" team members and blowing the cover on the whole operation, the FBI suddenly reversed course on Wednesday and retracted its stated arrest of a white suspect, "flipping the script" onto the Tsarnaeva brothers. Knowing they could not sustain the big lie of "right-wing extremists," they decided to sacrifice their two pawns. If they could be killed during a firefight, that would be even better.

One of the Tsarnaeva brothers has already been shot and then run over by a vehicle (almost certainly a government vehicle, although the press ridiculously says his own brother ran over him). The other was captured last night, alive, but it has already been decided this person has no right to any due process and will be tortured and interrogated until he talks.

So the entire theatrical production now moves into Act Two, where any mention of FBI involvement will be memory-holed, and anyone who suggests the FBI might have coached or even trained these two brothers will be labeled a "conspiracy theorist."

Score one for the FBI and its department of terrorism. This should keep the American sheeple compliant and afraid for at least another year or two...

And don't worry; the FBI has plenty of additional terrorism plots already under way. Each of them will be released at the appropriate time to manipulate public emotions and keep driving America into a state of undeclared martial law.

Anyone who believes the official story on all this is a fool.

Chechen Terrorists and the Neocons

The revelation that the family of the two suspects in the Boston Marathon bombings was from Chechnya prompted new speculation about the attack as Islamic terrorism. Less discussed was the history of U.S. neocons supporting Chechen terrorists as a strategy to weaken Russia, as ex-FBI agent Coleen Rowley recalls.

I almost choked on my coffee listening to neoconservative Rudy Giuliani pompously claim on national TV that he was surprised about any Chechens being responsible for the Boston Marathon bombings because he’s never seen any indication that Chechen extremists harbored animosity toward the U.S.; Guiliani thought they were only focused on Russia.
Giuliani knows full well how the Chechen “terrorists” proved useful to the U.S. in keeping pressure on the Russians, much as the Afghan mujahedeen were used in the anti-Soviet war in Afghanistan from 1980 to 1989. In fact, many neocons signed up as Chechnya’s “friends,” including former CIA Director James Woolsey.
For instance, see this 2004 article in the UK Guardian, entitled, “The Chechens’ American friends: The Washington neocons’ commitment to the war on terror evaporates in Chechnya, whose cause they have made their own.”
Author John Laughland wrote: “the leading group which pleads the Chechen cause is the American Committee for Peace in Chechnya (ACPC). The list of the self-styled ‘distinguished Americans’ who are its members is a roll call of the most prominent neoconservatives who so enthusiastically support the ‘war on terror.’
“They include Richard Perle, the notorious Pentagon adviser; Elliott Abrams of Iran-Contra fame; Kenneth Adelman, the former US ambassador to the UN who egged on the invasion of Iraq by predicting it would be ‘a cakewalk’; Midge Decter, biographer of Donald Rumsfeld and a director of the rightwing Heritage Foundation; Frank Gaffney of the militarist Centre for Security Policy; Bruce Jackson, former US military intelligence officer and one-time vice-president of Lockheed Martin, now president of the US Committee on Nato; Michael Ledeen of the American Enterprise Institute, a former admirer of Italian fascism and now a leading proponent of regime change in Iran; and R. James Woolsey, the former CIA director who is one of the leading cheerleaders behind George Bush’s plans to re-model the Muslim world along pro-US lines.”
The ACPC later sanitized “Chechnya” to “Caucasus” so it’s rebranded itself as the “American Committee for Peace in the Caucasus.”
Of course, Giuliani also just happens to be one of several neocons and corrupt politicians who took hundreds of thousands of dollars from MEK sources when that Iranian group was listed by the U.S. State Department as a Foreign Terrorist Organization (FTO). The money paid for these American politicians to lobby (illegally under the Patriot Act) U.S. officials to get MEK off the FTO list.
Down the Rabbit Hole
Alice in Wonderland is an understatement if you understand the full reality of what’s going on. But if you can handle going down the rabbit hole even further, check out prominent former New York Times journalist (and author of The Commission book) Phil Shenon’s discovery of the incredible “Terrible Missed Chance” a couple of years ago.
Shenon’s discovery involved key information that the FBI and the entire “intelligence” community mishandled and covered up, not only before 9/11 but for a decade afterward. And it also related to the exact point of my 2002 “whistleblower memo” that led to the post 9/11 DOJ-Inspector General investigation about FBI failures and also partially helped launch the 9/11 Commission investigation.
But still the full truth did not come out, even after Shenon’s blockbuster discovery in 2011 of the April 2001 memo linking the main Chechen leader Ibn al Khattab to Osama bin Laden. The buried April 2001 memo had been addressed to FBI Director Louis Freeh (another illegal recipient of MEK money, by the way!) and also to eight of the FBI’s top counter-terrorism officials.
Similar memos must have been widely shared with all U.S. intelligence in April 2001. Within days of terrorist suspect Zaccarias Moussaoui’s arrest in Minnesota on Aug. 16, 2001, French intelligence confirmed that Moussaoui had been fighting under and recruiting for Ibn al-Khattab, raising concerns about Moussaoui’s flight training.
Yet FBI Headquarters officials balked at allowing a search of his laptop and other property, still refusing to recognize that: 1) the Chechen separatists were themselves a “terrorist group” for purposes of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act’s (FISA) legal requirement of acting “on behalf of a foreign power” and 2) that Moussaoui’s link to Ibn al Khattab inherently then linked him to bin Laden’s well-recognized Al Qaeda group for purposes of FISA (the point in my memo).
This all occurred during the same time that CIA Director George Tenet and other counter-terrorism officials — and don’t forget that Tenet was apprised of the information about Moussaoui’s arrest around Aug. 24, 2001 — told us their “hair was on fire” over the prospect of a major terrorist attack and “the system was blinking red.”
The post 9/11 investigations launched as a result of my 2002 “whistleblower memo” did conclude that a major mistake, which could have prevented or reduced 9/11, was the lack of recognition of al Khattab’s Chechen fighters as a “terrorist group” for purposes of FISA.
As far as I know, the several top FBI officials, who were the named recipients of the April 2001 intelligence memo entitled “Bin Laden/Ibn Khattab Threat Reporting” establishing how the two leaders were “heavily entwined,” brushed it off by mostly denying they had read the April 2001 memo (which explains why the memo had to be covered up as they attempted to cover up other embarrassing info).
There are other theories, of course, as to why U.S. officials could not understand or grasp this “terrorist link.” These involve the U.S.’s constant operating of “friendly terrorists,” perhaps even al Khattab himself (and/or those around him), on and off, opportunistically, for periods of time to go against “enemy” nations, i.e., the Soviet Union, and regimes we don’t’ like.
Shifting Lines
But officials can get confused when their former covert “assets” turn into enemies themselves. That’s what has happened with al-Qaeda-linked jihadists in Libya and Syria, fighters who the U.S. government favored in their efforts to topple the Qaddafi and Assad regimes, respectively. These extremists are prone to turn against their American arms suppliers and handlers once the common enemy is defeated.
The same MO exists with the U.S. and Israel currently collaborating with the Iranian MEK terrorists who have committed assassinations inside Iran. The U.S. government has recently shifted the MEK terrorists from the ranks of “bad” to “good” terrorists as part of a broader campaign to undermine the Iranian government. For details, see “Our (New) Terrorists, the MEK: Have We Seen This Movie Before?”
Giuliani and his ilk engage, behind the scenes, in all these insidious operations but then blithely turn to the cameras to spew their hypocritical propaganda fueling the counterproductive “war on terror” for public consumption, when that serves their interests. Maybe this explains Giuliani’s amazement (or feigned ignorance) on Friday morning after the discovery that the family of the alleged Boston Marathon bombers was from Chechnya.
My observations are not meant to be a direct comment about the motivations of the two Boston bombing suspects whose thinking remains unclear. It’s still very premature and counterproductive to speculate on their motives.
But the lies and disinformation that go into the confusing and ever-morphing notion of “terrorism” result from the U.S. Military Industrial Complex (and its little brother, the “National Security Surveillance Complex”) and their need to control the mainstream media’s framing of the story.
So, a simplistic narrative/myth is put forth to sustain U.S. wars. From time to time, those details need to be reworked and some of the facts “forgotten” to maintain the storyline about bad terrorists “who hate the U.S.” when, in reality, the U.S. Government may have nurtured the same forces as “freedom fighters” against various “enemies.”
The bottom line is to never forget that “a poor man’s war is terrorism while a rich man’s terrorism is war” – and sometimes those lines cross for the purposes of big-power politics. War and terrorism seem to work in sync that way.

Evidence Potentially Not Admissible as Boston Bombing Suspects Miranda Rights Not Read

Some question if the suspect will even be brought to trial as the authorities failed to read him his Miranda rights.

April 21, 2013
WATERTOWN — The Boston Marathon bombing suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, allegedly responsible for killing 3 people and wounding over 180 last Monday at the Boston Marathon in a terror attack using Improvised Explosive Devises (IED’s) in conduction with an accomplice, his brother, 26 year old Tamerlan Tsarnaev, has been captured by authorities.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, 19, remains in “serious condition” at the Beth Israel Hospital and has not been read his Miranda rights as a special interrogation team will be brought in to conduct an oral investigation. However, this raises concern for some as the 19 year old suspect was not read his Miranda rights.
While there can be an exception to this in cases such as this one, the law essentially dictates that, “Without a Miranda warning, nothing a person says in response to a custodial questioning can be used as evidence against the person at his or her trial. In addition, under the “fruit of the poisonous tree” rule, if the police find evidence as a result of an interrogation that violates the Miranda rule, that evidence is also inadmissible at trial”, according to a write up entitled, ‘Miranda Rights: What Happens If Police Don’t ‘Read Your Rights‘.
So what are Miranda rights?
According to an excerpt from Nolo.com;
Popularly known as the Miranda warning (ordered by the U.S. Supreme Court in Miranda v. Arizona), a defendant’s rights consist of the familiar litany invoked by TV police immediately upon arresting a suspect:
  • You have the right to remain silent.
  • If you do say anything, what you say can be used against you in a court of law.
  • You have the right to consult with a lawyer and have that lawyer present during any questioning.
  • If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you if you so desire.
  • If you choose to talk to the police officer, you have the right to stop the interview at any time. (This part of the warning is usually omitted from the screenplay.)
All of this has some wondering the actual involvement of the suspects in the bombing as we still have allot of unanswered questions. In fact the brothers father says he saw no signs that would point to his sons committing such acts of violence. The 2 suspects uncle also stated to press last week that he didn’t think his nephews were capable of such attacks but describes the two as “losers”. The uncle later went on to publicly disown his nephews.
So what do authorities really have evidence wise that could possible link the brothers to the marathon bombing on Monday? According to a report issued by the Associated Press;
Watertown Police Chief Edward Deveau said one of the explosives was the same type used during Monday’s Boston Marathon attack, and authorities later recovered a pressure cooker lid that had embedded in a car down the street. He said the suspects also tossed two grenades before Tamerlan Tsarnaev ran out of ammunition and police tackled him.
But while handcuffing him, officers had to dive out of the way as Dzhokhar drove the carjacked Mercedes at them, Deveau said. The sport utility vehicle dragged Tamerlan’s body down the block, he said. Police initially tracked the escaped suspect by a blood trail he left behind a house after he abandoned the Mercedes, negotiating his surrender hours later.
Boston Police Commissioner Ed Davis told CBS’ “Face the Nation” that authorities found an arsenal of homemade explosives after the gun battle between police and the two suspects. The cache of weapons uncovered led investigators to believe the suspects were likely planning other attacks.
“We have reason to believe, based upon the evidence that was found at that scene — the explosions, the explosive ordnance that was unexploded and the firepower that they had — that they were going to attack other individuals,” Davis said. “That’s my belief at this point.”
The scene of the gun battle was loaded with unexploded bombs, and authorities had to alert arriving officers to them and clear the scene, Davis said. One improvised explosive device was found in the Mercedes the brothers are accused of carjacking, he said.

Miranda Rights: What Happens If Police Don't 'Read Your Rights' What really happens if police don't give Miranda warnings to a suspect.

http://www.nolo.com/legal-encyclopedia/police-questioning-miranda-warnings-29930.html                                                                      Many people believe that if they are arrested and not "read their rights," they can escape punishment. Not true. But if the police fail to read a suspect his or her Miranda rights, the prosecutor can't use anything the suspect says as evidence against the suspect at trial.

What Are Your Miranda Rights?

Popularly known as the Miranda warning (ordered by the U.S. Supreme Court in Miranda v. Arizona), a defendant's rights consist of the familiar litany invoked by TV police immediately upon arresting a suspect:
  • You have the right to remain silent.
  • If you do say anything, what you say can be used against you in a court of law.
  • You have the right to consult with a lawyer and have that lawyer present during any questioning.
  • If you cannot afford a lawyer, one will be appointed for you if you so desire.
  • If you choose to talk to the police officer, you have the right to stop the interview at any time. (This part of the warning is usually omitted from the screenplay.)

When the Miranda Warning Is Required

It doesn't matter whether an interrogation occurs in a jail, at the scene of a crime, on a busy downtown street, or the middle of an open field: If a person is in custody (deprived of his or her freedom of action in any significant way), the police must read them their Miranda rights if they want to question the suspect and use the suspect's answers as evidence at trial.
If a person is not in police custody, however, no Miranda warning is required and anything the person says can be used at trial if the person is later charged with a crime. This exception most often comes up when the police stop someone on the street to question him or her about a recent crime or the person blurts out a confession before the police have an opportunity to deliver the warning.

Pre-Arrest Questioning

People are often surprised to learn that if a person hasn't yet been arrested, the police may question the person and use the answers in court without first providing the Miranda warning.

Responding to Questions Before an Arrest

Does a person have to respond to police questions if he or she hasn't been arrested? Generally, no. A police officer generally cannot arrest a person simply for failure to respond to questions.
The Fifth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution guarantees the "right of silence." This means that unless a police officer has "probable cause" to make an arrest or a "reasonable suspicion" to conduct a "stop and frisk," a person approached by the police officer has the legal right to refuse to answer questions. Indeed, a person who has reason to believe that he or she is a potential suspect should politely decline to answer questions, at least until after consulting an attorney.
However, there are several exceptions to this rule.
Loitering. The "right to silence" rule may not hold true if the officer suspects the person of loitering. Laws in effect in many states generally define loitering as "wandering about from place to place without apparent business, such that the person poses a threat to public safety." Under these laws, if a police officer sees a person loitering, the officer can demand identification and an explanation of the person's activities. If the person fails to comply, the officer can arrest the person for loitering.
Traffic stops. Another situation where answers to police questions are usually required is when drivers are stopped for suspected traffic violations. An officer has the right to demand personal identification -- usually a driver's license and the vehicle registration. A driver's refusal to supply the information elevates the situation to a more serious offense, for which the driver usually can be arrested. The simple refusal to answer questions is not a crime, but the refusal to supply identification, combined with the suspected commission of a traffic offense, is.

Stop and Frisk Searches

A "stop and frisk" is when a police officer stops a person to question them and, for self-protection only, carries out a limited pat-down search for weapons (a "frisk").
A police officer may stop and frisk a person if the officer has a "reasonable suspicion" that the person is engaged in criminal activity. This is an easier test for a police officer to meet than the "probable cause" that is required to make an arrest. In one recent U.S. Supreme Court case, the Court ruled that running away from the police is enough of a reason for the police to stop and frisk the defendant.
When frisking a person for weapons, police may feel a suspicious package that the officer knows is commonly used to carry illegal drugs or some other illegal substance. This suspicion may turn into sufficient cause for a more intensive search of the person's clothing. And, if a search produces an illegal substance, it may result in an arrest.

Post-Arrest Questioning

The almost-universal advice of defense attorneys is to keep the old mouth tightly shut when being questioned after an arrest, at least until after consulting an attorney. Suspects all too frequently unwittingly reveal information that can later be used as evidence of their guilt.

Consequences of Failure to Provide Miranda Warning

Without a Miranda warning, nothing a person says in response to a custodial questioning can be used as evidence against the person at his or her trial. In addition, under the "fruit of the poisonous tree" rule, if the police find evidence as a result of an interrogation that violates the Miranda rule, that evidence is also inadmissible at trial.

When Police Come Down Too Hard

Information that is voluntarily disclosed to a police officer (after the person has been properly warned) is generally admissible at trial. The key word is "voluntary." Police officers are not allowed to use physical force or psychological coercion to get a suspect to talk to them. In addition, any evidence that the police obtain as the result of a coerced statement is equally inadmissible. (To learn more about coerced statements, see Criminal Arrests and Interrogations FAQ.)
