The CDC, NIH & Bill Gates Own the Patents On Existing Ebola & Related Vaccines: Mandatory Vaccinations Are Near    ~ hehe billy just wants 2 do gods work ?  2 bad it's that fucker wit an "S" on the back of his uni !

Bill-Gates-Vaccines-890x395_c
Bill Gates, the king of vaccines.
I have previously reported that Monsanto, or Monsatan as many call them, has partnered with the Department of Defense to use a proxy third party company to develop a vaccine against Ebola. The seed money began at $1.5 million. The value of the deal could grow to an estimated $86 million dollars. The company’s name is Tekmira Pharmaceuticals Corporation (TKMR) (TKM.TO), a leading developer of RNA interference (RNAi) therapeutics. “TKM-Ebola, an anti-Ebola virus RNAi therapeutic, is being developed under a $140 million contract with the U.S. Department of Defense’s Medical Countermeasure Systems BioDefense Therapeutics (MCS-BDTX) Joint Product Management Office”.  As breaking and shocking of a news story as this has the potential to be, the real story is that this is not the most important part of the Ebola threat which has invaded the United States. The truth of the matter is that these unholy and untrustworthy associations, when it comes to “fighting” the Ebola virus, represent the mere tip of the iceberg.
The more one digs into who is behind the creation and the development of vaccines for treating Ebola, the more the conspiracy networks widen. The most amazing fact is how incredibly easy it was to locate this information. I want to be clear on this point, Ebola was invented, a vaccine for Ebola has existed for 8-10 years, some government sponsored institutions as well as some of the global elite have positioned themselves to profit enormously from the spread of the virus and the development of and dissemination of mandatory Ebola vaccines and the imposition of total martial law in the process. Here is the proof.

Human ebola virus species and compositions and methods thereof

Amazingly, the CDC owns “the” patent on Ebola and all future strains.
The “SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION” section of the patent document also clearly claims that the U.S. government is claiming “ownership” over all Ebola viruses that share as little as 70% similarity with the Ebola it “invented”:
Why would a government organization claim to have “invented” this infectious disease and then claim a monopoly over its exploitation for commercial use? It is clear that the CDC plans to claim royalties on Ebola vaccines. This certainly increases the likelihood that the vaccines will become mandatory, thus increasing the profit potential for the patent holders.

Clearly, Ebola is manmade and this patent proves this contention. Why does the CDC need to own the patent on Ebola? Perhaps, we should ask Bill Gates why he is donating $50 million to the UN and the CDC in the name of fighting Ebola (see video below). The CDC has partners in the fight against Ebola, namely, Crucell, the National Institute of Health (NIH) and the U.S. Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) and, of course, Bill and Melinda Gates.

Gates Foundation Gives $50M To Ebola Effort

Since when would Gates not expect a return on his investment? Gates and Michael Bloomberg have already contributed large sums of money to numerous vaccination causes such as the Global Polio Eradication Initiative originally launched in 1988 by the World Health Organization (WHO), Rotary International, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). The return on investment has been impressive.
Gates has announced that he plans to vaccinate every child in the third world with multiple vaccines, which could result in a dramatic population reduction of 10-15%. Do you realize the enormous profits that can be realized by vaccinating every child in the third world? If we apply Gates’ penchant for investing in causes which produce a hefty “return on investment” (ROI) then one could reasonably suspect that Gates is positioning himself to profit on the $50 million he has invested in the Ebola cause which conveniently includes the CDC, the holder of the patent for Ebola.
The NIH presently holds all patents on Ebola vaccines. Crucell is much like Tekimara is to Monsanto in that they are fronting the science for the Ebola vaccine treatment patents.
What You Are Not Being Told: Fast facts From Crucell’s Website
  • Crucell is developing an Ebola vaccine in collaboration with the Vaccine Research Center (VRC) of the NIH National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID). It has been shown to completely protect monkeys against the virus with a single dose of the vaccine.
  • Under the terms of the agreement with VRC, Crucell has an option for exclusive worldwide commercialization rights to the Ebola vaccine.
  • Crucell’s Ebola vaccine entered Phase I clinical trials in Q3 2006.  Two groups of 16 volunteers were enrolled and vaccinated. The study showed safety and immunogenicity at the doses evaluated.
  • In October 2008, Crucell secured a NIAID/NIH award to advance the development of Ebola and Marburg vaccines, with the ultimate aim of developing a multivalent filovirus vaccine.
  • The award provides funding of up to $30 million, with additional options, worth a further $40 million.
Do you understand how much we are being lied to by the media on this topic? The work on an Ebola virus, sanctioned by the holder of the patent for the vaccine, the NIH), has been ongoing since 2004 with clinical trials in 2006. This explains why the CDC and the NIH are bringing Ebola patients into the country to treat. The moment that an Ebola patient crosses the U.S. border, they become the intellectual property of the CDC, NIH and Bill and Melinda Gates! How can we not believe that this is the Hegelian Dialectic run amok in a case of problem creation, solution to the problem and reaction to the problem?
The involvement of the USAMRIID is noteworthy because the Army has long been rumored to have created Ebola and, for purposes of experimentation, implanted the artificial virus in Zaire in 1977.
When an unsuspecting public is finally told of the existence of an Ebola vaccine, the Global Fund will be in charge of the distribution of the vaccine. Interestingly, Bill Gates has donated a total of $560 million dollars to the Global Fund. The Global Fund has also positioned themselves to be in charge of the distribution of the “newly developed”, and not yet announced vaccines for TB and HIV.  Since the goal is the vaccination of every man, woman and child on the planet with multiple vaccines, Gates’ $560 contribution to the Global Fund is chump change compared to the expected ROI. However, on deck is the Ebola virus.

The Political Direction of This Crisis

I mentioned in Part One of this series that my best military insider source has told me that the Department of Homeland Security has taken over the plans for mandatory Ebola vaccinations and the imposition of martial law. I also mentioned in Part One how very few soldiers and police officers will actually realize that they are actually enforcing martial law since they are merely reacting to a “health crisis”, albeit contrived, which will involve severe travel restrictions and the quarantining of segments of the population of the country. If one really wants to appreciate the depth of this conspiracy and the players involved, I would recommend visiting the Crucell website which is linked above.
The operational details of the mandatory vaccination program will be forthcoming in a future article.

Hubris and Hogwash

....beating the shit OUT of our women & kids & the nfl's best & brightest ....the best "they" (nfl) can come up wit IS .... fucking what ???  we didn't know it was a ???????????  :o

Mark Cuban was scoffed and sneered at for warning the NFL about the perils of arrogance. His words now look prophetic as the mighty league has been made vulnerable by player misdeeds and the failures of leadership

Upon further review, maybe Mark Cuban had it right. Not that the NFL is headed for implosion in another 10 years, or that oversaturating the game on TV will prove to be the league’s big misstep looming on the horizon. That kind of doomsday scenario is far from likely.
But as the worst month in NFL history continues to unravel more than unfold, perhaps hubris is the sin Cuban was really talking about, the one that could knock the too-big-to-fail league from its lofty perch. In a big-picture way, that is what the always outspoken owner of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks was riffing on back in March, when he gave us that colorful barnyard analogy that likened the all-powerful and ever-prosperous NFL to pigs getting fat and hogs getting slaughtered.
His larger point was that a league that gets too confident in its own sense of invincibility and too convinced of its own superiority tends to grow a bit fat and sassy, and could wind up being found guilty of overreaching in pursuit of profits and under-responding in terms of responsibility. It could easily slide toward arrogance and fail to see the potential for its own mistakes.
Sound like any insanely popular, money-making monolith you might know?
IT’S PAST TIME, COMMISSIONER: Roger Goodell must come out of hiding and address his critics
Cuban, of course, was scoffed and sneered at for daring to issue such a warning. He was accused of blatant NFL envy and derided as a spotlight-loving opportunist who sought attention via incendiary words and headlines. He couldn’t be serious, could he? The mighty NFL, made vulnerable? Not only could we not remember a time when that was truly the case, we couldn’t even imagine such a scenario going forward.
But we’re starting to now, aren’t we? With Roger Goodell and the league office still reeling from the mishandling of domestic violence cases involving Ray Rice, Greg Hardy, Ray McDonald and Adrian Peterson, you could say the NFL and at least four very embattled franchises are starting to bleed like a stuck pig. Perhaps Cuban’s analogy was more apt than he knew.

Where are the owners, who get to hold the shiny trophy aloft on a confetti-strewn Super Bowl stage, but beg off from taking the stage in front of the cameras and the microphones when the lights get too bright and the questions too hot to handle?
Just six months after firing that salvo at the NFL, Cuban’s words look prophetic. And his criticism can no longer be dismissed as the off-key ravings of an eccentric, media-loving NBA owner who loves to hear himself quoted. The NFL brand has been weakened in recent days by off-field controversies that continue to swirl, and any good capitalist will tell you that protecting the brand is the first critical step toward protecting your business. What ever happened to protecting the shield?
A longtime and well-respected agent I know told me the NFL’s initial tone-deaf response to Rice’s domestic violence incident brought to mind the saying, “Power corrupts. Absolute power corrupts absolutely.” In other words, people or leagues that hold too much power often succumb to arrogance, and arrogance leads them in a lot of directions, most of them bad. Imbued with the kind of endless big money that often taints everything it touches, they start to believe their judgments are always correct, their wisdom infallible; they become immune to the correcting forces of competition. They live and act as if they are unchallenged, and that never ends well.
HIS CREDIBILITY IS SHOT: Roger Goodell told the Saints that ignorance was not a suitable defense in the Bountygate scandal. The NFL commissioner is now using that same defense
You can see just how much of a bulletproof mentality the NFL had fashioned for itself in its pre-Rice reality by the league’s crouching, defensive response to the siege of bad news it has endured. Goodell and his staff have largely been stunned and shocked into a state of virtual silence, offering little if any real leadership and merely reacting to the next spate of negative headlines with a string of statements, the naming of a special investigation of the league’s own investigation, a new panel of women advisers, or a new lobbyist in Washington. Those kind of damage control moves always seemed to work in the past to defuse whatever crisis the NFL had faced. But this time they ring hollow, the issues having grown to a critical mass that can’t be easily slowed.
In turn, perhaps taking their cue from a flinching league office, the NFL owners whose clubs are involved in these high-profile domestic violence cases have done little but hide behind their coaches and general managers, sending them out to meet the media and defend decisions that were made above their pay grades. Where are the owners, those masters of the universe who get to hold the shiny trophy aloft on a confetti-strewn Super Bowl stage, but beg off from taking the stage in front of the cameras and the microphones when the lights get too bright and the questions too hot to handle?

It’s pretty clear the powers that be in the NFL aren’t used to being challenged, don’t like it one bit, and aren’t comfortable in the new reality they face.
I found it utterly small of Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti to send his coach, John Harbaugh, out there alone last week to answer questions about why the team dramatically reversed course and released Rice in the wake of the new elevator surveillance footage. Carolina’s Jerry Richardson cried for us at an awards banquet, but he really didn’t explain his team’s stance on Greg Hardy, leaving coach Ron Rivera to repeatedly face the music.
Ditto in Minnesota, where general manager Rick Spielman was trotted out in a press conference to sell the Vikings’ unpopular decision to reactivate Peterson, a course quickly abandoned after owners Zygi and Mark Wilf realized the full extent of Tuesday’s public and corporate blowback. (The Wilfs were scheduled to address the media today to explain why they put Peterson on the exempt list.) So far in San Francisco, all we’ve heard from owner Jed York regarding McDonald’s case came in a brief radio interview, while his coach, Jim Harbaugh, has been peppered with questions going on two weeks now.
GOODELL UNDER SIEGE: The cries for Roger Goodell’s resignation are reverberating across the football world after the AP reported the league office had indeed received the second Ray Rice video
Statements have been issued, and one-on-one interviews with hand-picked outlets have been arranged, but no real accountability has been on display by the owners. They are the stewards of their franchises, and yet, when it came time to be leaders, they shrunk from that role. In a league that fines coaches and players if they don’t stand up and take the media’s questions, the commissioner and the owners have yet to hold themselves to that same standard—let alone a higher one.
It’s pretty clear the powers that be in the NFL aren’t used to being challenged, don’t like it one bit, and aren’t comfortable in the new reality they face. They are, to use Cuban’s imagery, looking quite “hoggy” in their response to this multifaceted controversy, unable to move nimbly and quickly enough to navigate the necessary steps to get past it. And they’re getting slaughtered in the court of public opinion because of their arrogance.
Sorry, NFL, but you brought this upon yourself. And you can’t say you weren’t warned.

Staged ISIS Videos are the Plot of Iron Man 3

By: Jay
Downey, Jr kidnapped by ISIS
Downey, Jr kidnapped by ISIS
As our friend, the talented writer Peter Parker pointed out back in May of 2013, the intelligence scripting for the news events surrounding radical Islamic terrorists seem to find their curious parallel in certain Hollywood blockbusters.  Parker explained with precision how the plot of Iron Man 3 in particular demonstrated this obvious correlation with Ben Kingsley’s character, The Mandarin, playing the laughable role of the British actor cum terrorist.  In the plot, the terrorists were fake, kidnapping Iron Man and holding him ransom.  Sound familiar?
As is usual around Jay’s Analysis, this Hollywood meme is again relevant, with a new ISIS “beaheading” today calling to mind the same scene from Iron Man 3, following last week’s theater showing.  In May 2013, Parker wrote:
“Sometime ago this writer made a discovery that was featured here on Jay’s Analysis concerning an episode of the 1990’s Iron Man animated series.  As is the case with numerous films and television shows, this episode contained scenes that seemed to eerily prefigure certain aspects of the 9-11 tragedy.  Interestingly, this particular episode featured not one, but two major parallels to the events of that fateful day, yet surprisingly, at the time, I had never seen this episode featured in any of the internet’s exhaustive lists of ‘9-11 predictive programming.’  I am not suggesting that its absence was due to any conspiracy within a conspiracy, presumably this was merely indicative of the extreme unpopularity of the 90s Iron Man cartoon.  However, its absence from most lists is still in some ways surprising, given how closely it resembled the September 11th terror attacks. Arguably, of all the examples of ‘9-11 semiotic programming,’ perhaps only the infamous Lone Gunmen pilot came as close to mirroring the real life event.
The episode, which originally aired in 1994, was entitled “The Grim Reaper Wears a Teflon Coat.”  It opens with a control room of NORAD operatives panicking as the new experimental plane, the Grim Reaper, slips by their defenses and begins raining a volley of missiles on New York City.  Amongst the buildings hit in the attack are the Twin Towers.  Moments later it is revealed that this attack was nothing more than a video simulation being shown to high-ranking military officials, illustrating what might happen should the Grim Reaper, the military’s newest super weapon, fall into the wrong hands.  Unfortunately, fall into the wrong hands it does when the Mandarin, a shadowy super-villain who operates out of a secret base in the mountains of Tibet, has his agents steal the plane.  Viewers are treated to yet another simulated attack when the Mandarin shows his followers exactly how he plans to use the Grim Reaper; he will fly it into the Pentagon, destroying the heart of American military power!  Needless to say, the bad guy’s plans are foiled by Iron Man by the episode’s end.”
And,
“By the time of the second Iron-Man movie in 2010, the Mandarin had yet to appear.  For my own part, I thought the studio might be holding back since the character might be considered an offensive ‘Orientalist’ stereotype by today’s standards.  He had, after all, originally been created during the time of Vietnam War.  Admittedly, I felt a little cheated, that is until several months ago when I started seeing trailers for Iron Man 3, featuring Ben Kingsley as the Mandarin, making grandiose bad guy speeches and dramatic super villain poses.  However, upon seeing the movie mere days ago I was both marginally disappointed and yet, at the same time, pleasantly surprised.
Pure theatrics.
Pure theatrics.
Spoiler Alert
As predicted, Iron Man 3 follows through with the groundwork that was laid in the first film, transforming the Mandarin from a Chinese master criminal into a bin Laden-style terrorist leader of indeterminate (presumably Middle Easter or Central Asian) descent.  Like bin Laden, The Mandarin claims responsibility for numerous bombings throughout the world through the release of anti-American diatribes presented in low quality video recordings.  In this sense Iron Man 3 has made the 911 meme in the 90s animated series come full circle.  Now the over-all ‘bin Ladeniness’ of the Mandarin has been fully accentuated, retroactively reinforcing the semiotic resemblance of “The Grim Reaper Wears a Teflon Coat,” to the actual events of September 11th.
However, the conspiracy content of Iron Man 3 does not end there.  When, Iron Man’s friend is injured in one of the Mandarin’s attacks, the hero enters into an all-out war with the terror leader, back-tracing his televised threats to a mansion, which is surprising located, not in the Middle East but in Miami, Florida.  Busting into the recording room, Iron Man discovers that the Mandarin is not a master terror leader but merely a bumbling, washed up, British stage actor with a drug problem who has been hired to serve as the fake head of a boogeyman terror organization.  He is simply, dressed up in robes and given scripts to read to the camera.  In exchange he is paid with booze, money and loose women and since he is kept confined to the mansion he isn’t even aware that real people are being hurt in his name.  The real mastermind behind all of this is a weapons manufacturing industrialist working with the corrupt Vice President of the U.S.  This is all part of a plan the Industrialist set in motion back in 2000, suggesting perhaps that the entire war on terror itself, at least in the fictional world of Iron Man, is all part of his grand design.
What is interesting about this is how it bares strong resemblance to many of the so-called ‘conspiracy theories’ about Osama bin Laden.  That, bin Laden was either dead or retired, and that look-alike actors working for Western intelligence were performing his various video releases, was and still is a popular opinion among many.  Similar, of course, is the notion that Osama bin Laden had, in fact, been a Western asset from the beginning of his career.

BREAKING: ISIS Terrorists Behead British Hostage, David Haines (VIDEO)

A year and a half later, the narrative has again emerged, with the rebranded and expired Al Qaeda becoming “ISIS,” the new radical Jihad threatening the western world, and in particular a long line of “journalist aid workers” that seem to be in large supply and quite easily captured.  Perceptive readers will be aware, of course, that these are not “journalist aid workers,” but known intelligence operatives: “aid” worker is one of the most obvious known covers, and their supposed captors, as well.  In our new staged “beheading,” the clip is even more absurd, as once again the film cuts away before any blood, this time without even a head or a body!  The only evidence of the so-called “aid worker’s” corpse are two pasty legs.  Those could be anyone’s legs, but the WWF nature of ISIS and their ridiculous videos will unfortunately continue unabated.  When ISIS shows us their next retarded video and stages the “beheading” of Robert Downey, Jr or Katy Perry, maybe the media whores will begin to lose credibility.  Then again, probably not, since Hollywood and ye ole theatre of staged intelligence operations are now the same.  All these videos are intended to do is rile moronic western evangelicals and faux conservatives who don’t know their theological ass form a hole in the ground for Huntington’s clash of civilizations philosophy.

9/11: A Conspiracy Theory: Everything You Ever Wanted To Know In Under 5 Minutes

911-memorial
After thirteen years, numerous questions about the events of September 11, 2001 remain unanswered. Much of what happened that day has been kept secret by government investigators or was simply never even considered for the official 9/11 Commission Report, despite the fact that hundreds of people have been involved in independent investigations that found many of the so-called facts to be either skewed or completely false.
Whatever your views on the events of that day, all evidence suggests that it did not happen the way the government says it did.
For insights and questions that have been left unanswered (or totally ignored) we turn to a video produced by the Corbett Report, which summarizes everything you need to know about 9/11 Conspiracy Theory in under 5 minutes.
This is the story of 9/11, brought to you by the media which told you the hard truths about JFK and incubator babies and mobile production facilities and the rescue of Jessica Lynch.
If you have any questions about this story…you are a batshit, paranoid, tinfoil, dog-abusing baby-hater and will be reviled by everyone. If you love your country and/or freedom, happiness, rainbows, rock and roll, puppy dogs, apple pie and your grandma, you will never ever express doubts about any part of this story to anyone.
Ever.

PLAING DARPA: DARPA’S HUNT FOR SPACE-TIME VULNERABILITIES IN ALGORITHMS: PART ONE

This article was shared by Ms. P.H., a regular here, and it’s definitely worth passing along. But first, a little context.
One of my private fascinations has been the so-called Flash Crash of 2010 and the field of High Frequency Trading, those computer algorithms that now drive much of the stock and commodities markets in the west, trading large amounts of stock or commodities in microseconds. This phenomenon in turn was driven by the entry of physicists into the world of finance, and the creation of the whole (fascinating) field of “econophysics” as they applied their statistical modeling of particle interactions to the markets themselves.
My concern with the whole phenomenon is similar to that of those who were in the business, and left it: does HFT or High Frequency Trading really reflect the human market, or is it more reflective of a massive disconnect between the “matrix-like” reality of modern financial markets, and human markets. It also goes without saying that with the massive computational ability and surveillance programs of the modern state and corporation, that some of these programs could easily constitute the most sophisticated kind of “inside trading” mechanism(concerns voiced by those looking at the HFT phenomenon) due to their implicit predictive capabilities.
Last Friday, during our members’ vidchat, one of the participants submitted a question: could the phenomenon of (photon) entanglement be wedded to such a process (not only of high frequency trading but more importantly, of prediction), and if so, what might it portend? During our conversations, I suggested that the utility of the phenomenon would be the ultimate in HFT if it could be made to work, and more important, entanglement would be a necessary and crucial component for the conduct of interplanetary commerce. Here’s why.
Suppose, for a moment, that there was a large and prosperous human mining colony on Mars. Commerce would be taking place between Mars and Earth. Suppose there was even a Martian Commodities and Futures Market and a Cydonia Stock Exchange. Trades following between Mars and Earth are, in current known technologies, travel at the speed of light and hence take some minutes to achieve. A trade between Mars and Earth would therefore take some minutes to execute. But with entanglement added to the mix, space communications – and commerce – would be greatly enhanced(not to mention trades on Earth!)  It would constitute the ultimate in HFT.
Now… with this context in mind, tomorrow we’ll consider DARPA’s latest project…

PLAYING DARPA: DARPA’S HUNT FOR SPACE-TIME VULNERABILITIES IN ALGORITHMS: PART TWO

Yesterday I outlined a sweeping “high octane speculation” context involving high frequency trading, predictive algorithms, the electric surveillance state, information or photon entanglement, and, yes, interplanetary commerce. The reason why  such a context was necessary to outline – to my mind at least – was an article shared with us by Ms. P.H., a regular reader and contributor of article material here. The article in question is this:
DARPA to hunt for space and time vulnerabilities of software algorithms
The question is why DARPA would be exploring these types of possibilities, beyond the obvious and justifiable purpose of protecting national electronic communications of all sorts, government, corporate, private, and personal.
In today’s high octane speculation, I suggest that there are deeper long term objectives in play in DARPA’s project, objectives implicit first in some statements within the above-linked article, and implicit within the wider context that I outlined yesterday, which wider context is implicated in other statements that DARPA has recently made.
First, the statements contained within the article:
“Instead, the STAC program is looking at new program analysis techniques that could allow analysts to find those vulnerabilities and predict where leaks and denial of service might be possible. These new techniques and tools would enable a methodical search for vulnerabilities in critical government, military and economic software.
“For those tools, the program is looking for scale and speed. With regard to scale, the techniques would have to be capable of handling larger software, ranging from hundreds of thousands to several million lines of source code. They will also have work quickly by increasing precision and reducing the need for manual annotation.”
There are three key concepts here, and I rather suspect the reader has already seen the huge implications and connections to the HFT (high frequency trading) phenomenon. To put the high octane speculation succinctly, it appears that DARPA is searching for ways to turn the data-mining and surveillance programs with whatever predictive algorithms they entail (think PROMIS for a moment here) loose on the programs themselves to predict where, how, when, and of what size, cyber attacks might come. But notice the reference to “reducing the need for manual annotation,” i.e., reducing the need for a human to sit at a keyboard and manually type in code alterations, additions, and so on. In other words, they are looking for an adaptive program than can adapt to its own predictions. Such programs exist in rudimentary primitive forms already, but in DARPA’s case one always needs to think in grand (or perhaps, grandiose) terms. As the article suggests and hints, the key concern here would seem to be financial and economic, since so much trading and financial clearing is now electronic and computer-reliant in nature
But what’s the long term implication of this? Recall this article and blog:
WARP DRIVE CAPABILITY AMONG THE GOALS OF DARPA: PART ONE
Warp Factor
Just for completeness sake, here is the crucial paragraph from the second article for our purposes here:
“Last September, a few hundred scientists, engineers and space enthusiasts gathered at the Hyatt Hotel in downtown Houston for the second public meeting of 100 Year Starship. The group is run by former astronaut Mae Jemison and funded by DARPA. Its mission is to “make the capability of human travel beyond our solar system to another star a reality within the next 100 years.” (Emphasis added)
And if such travel – and the implication of interplanetary (if not interstellar) commerce implicit in it – is to become reality, then by the same token, a means must be found to communicate with those explorers, and to conduct any commerce and secure any communications from “cyber attack.” And when you’re traveling at warp speed or trading via entanglement, a predictive adaptive algorithm able to anticipate and head off cyber attacks before they happen is a handy tool to have around.
High octane speculation? To be sure!
But no more so than achieving warp capability in a mere century.
Welcome to the brave new world.
