Foreknowledge of the Brussels Bombing: Why the Dots Are Not Connected ~hehe C if we ALL would just allow the gov. ass facials & "their" eeeelumed "elites" kooks ..just put thum ass~trodes UP our ass's ...them "dots" would B cunt~nec~ted
Region: Europe
In each of these incidents, the script follows similar lines: the attackers were known to intelligence agencies and were either active or prospective fighters in Western-backed destabilization and regime-change operations in the Middle East and throughout Eurasia. After each attack, the failure to act on information already in the possession of the intelligence agencies is explained away by the supposed “failure to connect the dots.” Finally, despite monumental breakdowns in basic security protocols, no officials are fired or otherwise disciplined.
In previous incidents, such as the September 11 hijackings, the Boston Marathon bombings, the Charlie Hebdo shooting and the November 2015 Paris attacks, the extent of state intelligence foreknowledge has come out only in the subsequent months and years, allowing these facts to be carefully hidden away from the media and relegated to the realm of “conspiracy theories.”
But what is unprecedented about Tuesday’s events in Brussels is the rapidity with which the extent of state foreknowledge of the attacks has been revealed.
On Wednesday, Israeli daily Ha’aretz revealed that Belgian intelligence had precise information on when the attacks would occur and what their targets would be.
The next day, Turkish President Recep Erdogan said that one of the attackers involved in the airport bombing, Ibrahim el-Bakraoui, had been twice deported from Turkey to the Netherlands after trying to enter Syria, and that Belgian authorities had been told of his affiliation with Islamist militias. Ibrahim’s brother, Khalid, who participated in the attack on the Maelbeek metro station, was known to have been involved in November’s Paris attacks and had an international arrest warrant issued against him.
These revelations have triggered a crisis in the Belgian government, with Interior Minister Jan Jambon and Justice Minister Koen Geens offering their resignations, which were rejected by Prime Minister Charles Michel.
What can explain why these attacks are not prevented?
The basic reality is that all of these attackers are drawn from a broad pool of active fighters in the wars in Iraq, Syria and other countries, and who have been financed with the support of NATO and intelligence agencies in both Europe and the United States.
The New York Times, in an article posted yesterday, acknowledged that the “Franco-Belgian network is part of the wider trend of European fighters in Syria and Iraq, estimated by security services to number 4,000 to 6,000.” The newspaper added that it is “not clear how many have returned to Europe; while some officials estimate 10 percent, others have disputed that as exaggerated.”
Whatever the precise number, it is clear that the individuals who carried out the March 22 bombings and the November 13 and Charlie Hebdo attacks in Paris are part of a broader group of people who have been allowed to freely travel to and from the Middle East. The only conclusion that can be drawn from the ease with which these forces permeate national borders and conduct operations is that there are protocols in place to ease their passage and lower any red flags. They operate under a veil of official protection.
Attacks such as those in Brussels are not intelligence “lapses,” but rather the inevitable product of the deep integration and institutional connections between terrorist networks and the intelligence agencies of Europe and the United States.
To stop their movements across borders, to subject them to standard security protocols, would have negative consequences for the wars these forces are waging across the Middle East. This would greatly endanger the entire strategy pursued by the Obama administration and its European allies—the use of Islamist proxy forces, often linked to Al Qaeda or its offshoot ISIS, in place of “boots on the ground.”
The attacks such as those in Brussels take place either as “blowback” operations by Al Qaeda or Islamic State forces, embittered by the failure of the US and European governments to carry out their promised overthrow of the Assad regime, or they are facilitated by sections of the state for whom terrorist acts in Western countries serve the purpose of shifting foreign and domestic policy—or some combination of the two.
It is notable that the attacks in Brussels come less than a week after theAtlantic published an extensive interview with US President Barack Obama in which he defended his decision not to commit the resources in toppling the Assad government that many had demanded. Leading figures in the US media, including the New York Times columnists Thomas Friedman and Roger Cohen, have already seized on the events in Brussels to call for a more aggressive US intervention in Syria.
Whatever the specific circumstances and motivations, the Brussels attack—like the Paris attacks last year and others before them—flows from the military operations of the imperialist powers in Libya and Syria and their drive to destabilize and dominate the Middle East.
These wars, steeped in recklessness and criminality, which have led to countless thousands of deaths and the displacement of millions, are now having deadly consequences for the population of Europe. Horrific acts such as those that have taken place in Belgium can be stopped only if the wars are stopped.

Most wanted: A police car believed to be transporting terror suspect Salah Abdeslam leaves the prison in Bruges, Belgium, as he is taken to a hearing before judges in Brussels on Thursday
Police blunder allowed Salah Abdeslam to remain at large for three months
Officer provided information about Abdeslam's whereabouts in December
It wasn't passed to the federal bureau and remained at Malines Police HQ
It has been revealed Abdeslam was planning an Easter attack in Brussels
He was questioned for just one hour in four days before the massacre

Blunder: A dedicated beat officer gave information about the whereabouts of Salah to superiors on December 7 last year

Remember what we say at the Cafe. If you let it happen on purpose, you made it happen on purpose. It is obvious this was a Gladio operation and these 'terrorists' are agents of the police state.
Space Shuttle Secrets
At 11.39 a.m. Eastern-Standard-Time, on January 28, 1986, the Space Shuttle Challenger suffered an unmitigated disaster only 73-seconds into its flight, disintegrated over the Atlantic Ocean, and led to the tragic deaths of its seven crew-members: commander Dick Scobee, pilot Michael J. Smith, mission specialists Ronald McNair, Judith Resnik and Ellison Onizuka, and payload specialists Gregory Jarvis and Christa McAuliffe. As NASA’s investigation concluded, the disintegration of the Shuttle began when an O-ring seal in its right solid rocket booster failed at the moment of lift-off, and caused a breach in the joint which it sealed, thus allowing pressurized hot gas from within the solid rocket motor to reach the outside and impinge upon the external fuel tank. This, in turn, led to the structural failure of the same external tank, and unstoppable, and inevitable, tragedy, and death was the only possible outcomes.
Not everyone was convinced the event was an accident, however – as the Freedom of Information Act has now demonstrated. In the immediate wake of the affair, the FBI’s Washington Field Office found itself embroiled in a very curious saga relative to the destruction of the Shuttle.
The story is a truly odd one, indeed, involving psychic phenomena and the presence of a distinctly shadowy and all-powerful Japanese terrorist group. Interestingly, several extracts from the FBI file on this particularly-odd affair have been summarily blacked-out for reasons specifically relative to the national security of the United States. And, with that all outlined, now read on.
According to the heavily-redacted documentation that the FBI has been willing to release into the public domain, a source of some standing, one that was apparently very well known to Bureau agents, had come into contact with a woman – whose name the FBI has been extremely careful to completely delete from the available papers – who “claims to be in contact with certain psychic forces that provide her with higher information on selected subjects. She refers to these forces as ‘Source’ and when providing information from Source she often speaks in the collective ‘we.’ [The woman] claimed that she had come to Washington, D.C. to provide information concerning the Challenger Space Shuttle explosion on 1/28/86.”
The
FBI continued: “On 2/24/86, [the woman] was debriefed concerning the
information she wished to reveal. The enclosed audio tape [Note: which
the FBI has not yet declassified] is a record of that entire session and
is self-explanatory. The following points are emphasized during the
course of the briefing:“(A) The Space Shuttle explosion was not the result of a technical malfunction. Rather, it was an act of sabotage perpetrated by a terrorist organization.
(B) There were three saboteurs on the scene at Cape Canaveral. These included two ground crewmen and one of the astronauts who died in the explosion.
“(C) The terrorist organization is a Japanese based fanatical group with an ancestral lineage and a deep seated hatred toward the United States. Its motivation in destroying the Shuttle was to embarrass and discredit the United States and to impede the progress of the space program.
“(D) The three saboteurs were all of oriental heritage. They were apparently recruited by the terrorist organization after their employment by NASA.
“(E) The explosion was effected by a device placed inside the external fuel tank of the Shuttle. An individual whose description seems to match that of an engineer or technician placed this charge. The charge was triggered by a second saboteur using a hand-held transmitter while standing in the crowds watching the Shuttle liftoff. The individual matches the description of a guard or security person.
“(F) The astronaut saboteur chose to die in the explosion as a sort of ritual death or ‘cleansing’.
“(G) The descriptions of the saboteurs provided by [source] are probably complete enough to pinpoint the individuals. Although names and addresses are not available, in the case of the ‘guard’ [source] pinpointed his residence on a 1:24,000 scale topographical map of an area of Florida near Cape Canaveral. She also provided a description of his physical appearance as well as his life style. While actual names are difficult for source to acquire [source] claims she could easily identify the saboteurs from a list of names if NASA could provide one.
“(H) Source’s motivation in revealing this information is to assure the United States that its space program is a safe undertaking and that there is no major technical flaw in the Shuttle equipment…Source is concerned about possible lengthy delays in the progress of the space program that will allow other nations to surge ahead. [Source] predicted that wreckage of the Shuttle will be found within the next several days that will support the sabotage allegation.”
In essence, that is the extent of the declassified material on this particularly unusual, highly controversial, and probably unique conspiracy theory; but even though most may scoff at its contents, it’s notable that the FBI has admitted to withholding in their entirety, and in the specific name of national security, no less than 26-pages of secret documentation on this weird saga.
Is this notable food for thought or merely the result of overwhelming bureaucracy? Some might say the jury is still out…
Gravity Control, Project Greenglow and a New Development

Gravity control as demonstrated in the BBC documentary Project Greenglow: The Quest For Gravity Control
The gravity scanner works by freezing atoms with lasers, then detecting how they are affected by the gravitational pull of nearby objects. Researchers are calling it a “quantum gravity detector” and say it can create a 3D map of things behind a wall or underground without being detected or jammed. Beside being a tool for the military, it has commercial applications in any fields involving digging.
Before you get all excited, it’s not ready yet and it’s not gravity control, says Neil Stansfield of the the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory.
We are detecting the gravitational influence on an object.

An original sketch used to help sell BAE on Project Greenglow
As the documentary points out, Project Greenglow ended in 2005 with no gravity control device, flying saucer or any other scientific or science fiction innovations. Well, except for one.

The EmDrive
What’s next? The MoD will continue to test the military applications of gravity detection. NASA’s research on the EmDrive last year resulted in talk of a warp drive while Boeing and the Pentagon are said to be building their own versions.
The documentary goes into much greater detail on all of this and I’m sure minds greater than mine can explain it far better than I have.
I worry about one thing … is it safe to break the laws of physics just to drive an anti-gravity car?
Credit Card Debt In The United States Is Approaching A Trillion Dollars
March 20, 2016 | By Michael Snyder | http://www.thesleuthjournal.com/credit-card-debt-united-states-approaching-trillion-dollars/

For the first time ever, total credit
card debt in the United States is approaching a trillion dollars.
Instead of learning painful lessons from the last recession, Americans
continue to make the same horrendous financial mistakes over and over
again. In fact, U.S. consumers accumulated more new credit card debt
during the 4th quarter of 2015 than they did during the years of 2009,
2010 and 2011 combined. That is absolutely insanity,
because other than payday loans, credit card debt is just about the
worst kind of debt that consumers could possibly go into. Extremely
high rates of interest, combined with severe penalties and fees, can
choke the financial life out of almost any family in no time at all.
These days, most Americans use credit cards for various purposes, and they can be very convenient.
And if you pay them off every single month, they don’t become a problem.
Unfortunately, a lot of people are not doing this. According to CNBC, total U.S. credit card debt rose by an astounding 71 billion dollars last year alone…
Last year, credit card debt in the U.S. surged by approximately $71 billion to $917.7 billion, according to a new study from CardHub.com. The research also found that most of the debt accrued in 2015 came in the fourth quarter, when Americans tacked on more than $52 billion.“With 7 of the past 10 quarters reflecting year-over-year regression in consumer performance, evidence is mounting to support the notion that credit card users are reverting to pre-downturn bad habits,” CardHub CEO Odysseas Papadimitriou said in a statement.
And as noted above, things were particularly gruesome during the 4th quarter of last year.
According to Alternet, Americans added more credit card debt during those three months than during the entire years of 2009, 2010 and 2011 combined…
Not since we headed into the Great Recession of 2008 have we been quite so loosey-goosey with our credit cards, racking up debt with stunning speed. Of our 4Q totals, CardHub notes, “during this one quarter, we added more debt than in 2009, 2010 and 2011 put together.” That brings dollars owed to credit card companies by each debt-saddled American family up to $7,879, the highest since the Great Recession.
I can’t even begin to describe how
unwise this is. When I was in my twenties, I made the same mistakes
that so many other Americans are making right now. I very foolishly
racked up large balances on my credit cards, and it took years of
extremely painful payments to fix those mistakes.
In America today, 37 percent of all
households maintain credit card balances from month to month, and the
average level of credit card debt for those households is $15,700. The
following comes from CBS Minnesota…
According to NerdWallet, 37 percent of American households have credit card debt, which is defined as not paying off the full balance every month. Using data from the Federal Reserve of New York, U.S. Census and its own poll, NerdWallet found the average balance for those in credit debt is $15,700.
What most people don’t realize is that
by letting balances run from month to month, you can end up paying just
about as much in interest as you did for the original purchases.
Here is one credit card repayment scenario that comes from NerdWallet…
For the sake of simplicity in calculating the cost of the average credit card debt, let’s assume an APR of 16% and a fixed payment. We’ll also assume a minimum payment of 2% of the principal balance of $15,762, the average as of the end of 2015, or $315.Based on those terms — and assuming you don’t add any more to your credit card balance — it would take 84 months, or seven years, to pay off the balance in full. During that time, you’ll pay $10,402 in interest — about two-thirds of the original balance — for a total of $26,164. This averages out to about $124 in interest per month.
The scenario above assumes that all
payments are made on time. But a single late payment can trigger higher
interest rates, penalties and fees that can be absolutely suffocating.
In fact, some people end up paying back
three, four or five times as much as they originally borrowed to the
credit card companies.
If you use credit cards for convenience
or to buy things online or to automatically pay bills, that is fine.
Just don’t let balances accumulate. As you can see, that can be
financial suicide.
And as we head into a new global recession,
you definitely don’t want to be saddled with high levels of debt. All
of us have little luxuries that we can cut back on, and now is not the
time to be living on the financial edge.
Just look at some of the troubling signs that we have seen in the news in recent days…
-The U.S. oil and rig count just dropped to the lowest level ever recorded
-One Houston CEO told employees that he was laying off that we have entered a “depression”
-It is being reported that 35 percent of all oil and gas companies around the world are at risk of falling into bankruptcy
-Unemployment in Canada just hit a three year high
-The number of job cuts in the United States skyrocketed 218 percent during the month of January according to Challenger, Gray & Christmas
-U.S. manufacturing activity has been in contraction for four months in a row
-U.S. factory orders have now fallen for 15 months in a row
-Subprime auto loan delinquencies have hit their highest level since the last recession
-Orders for Class 8 trucks in the United States dropped by 48 percent on a year over year basis in January
-The Restaurant Performance Index in the United States has dropped to the lowest level that we have seen since 2008
-Major retailers all over America are shutting down hundreds of stores
And this list does not even include all of the signs of severe economic trouble from around the rest of the planet that I have been writing about lately.
Credit card debt truly is financial poison, and it is not something that you want to have during the hard times that are coming.
Unfortunately, most Americans never
learn, and they continue to rack up credit card debt as if there is no
tomorrow even as the global economy starts to spiral downhill all around
them.
