Evidence emerges that measles outbreaks are deliberately encouraged by Big Pharma to ignite vaccine hysteria

(NaturalNews) While the mainstream media is busy making a mockery of itself with runaway hysteria "witch hunt" hate speech against parents who choose not to poison their children with toxic vaccines, the real story on the measles outbreak remains entirely unreported in any mainstream media outlet.
What story is that? The true story about how Big Pharma's own vaccine scientists blew the whistle on MMR vaccine research fraud taking place over a decade ago, warning that the vaccine's approval by the FDA was based on "falsified results" and that the fraudulent MMR vaccine was the "primary cause" of a measles outbreak in 2006, as they state in their own words (see below).

The senior management of the world's top vaccine producer was actively engaged in the fraud, according to the whistleblowers, even going so far as to test the vaccine against contrived "laboratory" strains of infectious viruses rather than testing them against strains circulating in the real world. This created an MMR vaccine with results that could be faked to appear effective while actually conferring almost no real-world protection at all, thereby ensuring an eventual outbreak that the media would seize upon to call for more vaccines.

When these pro-vaccine scientists attempted to sound the alarm on the MMR vaccine research fraud they not only witnessed but actually took part in carrying out, they were threatened with being arrested and sent to prison, according to their own testimony.

Absolutely zero investigative reporting on the vaccine industry taking place today across the entire national media

The sellout mainstream media, not surprisingly, refuses to cover this story in exactly the same way it refused to cover the public confession of the CDC whistleblower scientist who went public with his own allegations of vaccine research fraud at the CDC.

Words from the False Claims Act

We now have new transcriptions from this document filed with the United States government, which reveals shocking details about the vaccine fraud witnessed firsthand by Big Pharma's own scientists. The document is entitled United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Civil action No. 10-4374. "Complaint for Violations of the Federal False Claims Act."



Here are the actual words of the vaccine whistleblowers as printed in the False Claims Act document filed with the federal government. Subheads added are my own:

This case is about Merck's efforts for more than a decade to defraud the United States with respect to the efficacy of Merck's mumps vaccine.

The FDA insists on such a high efficacy rate (95%) because only then can the disease ultimately be eradicated through what is commonly referred to as "herd immunity."

Without demonstrating that its mumps vaccine continued to be 95% effective, Merck would lose its exclusive license to manufacture and sell its MMRII vaccine.

Relators Krahling and Wlochowski participated on the team that conducted this supposedly enhanced test. Each of them witnessed firsthand the falsification of the test data in which Merck engaged to reach its 95% efficacy threshold. In fact, each was significantly pressured by Krah and other senior Merck personnel to participate in this fraud."

Merck added rabbit antibodies for the singular purpose of altering the outcome of the test by increasing the virus neutralization count.

Without applying a proper "control" to the process, there is no way to isolate whether virus neutralization is caused by the human antibodies alone or in combination with the rabbit's antibodies, Merck did not apply this kind of control.

And adding rabbit antibodies as a supplement to a vaccine was not an option because it could result in serious complications to a human, even death.

"Merck's senior management" helped orchestrate the vaccine fraud

Krah did not act alone in orchestrating the falsification of Merck's mumps vaccine test results. He acted with the authority and approval of Merck's senior management.

In July, Relator Krahling met with Alan Shaw, Merck's Executive Director of Vaccine Research and complained to him about the fraudulent vaccine testing.

Shaw talked about the significant bonuses that Emini had promised to pay once the testing was complete.

Relator Krahling then met with Bob Suter, Krahling's human resources representative at Merck. Krahling told Suter about the falsification of testing data and Shaw's refusal to get involved. Krahling told Suter that he was going to report the activity to the FDA. Suter told him he would go to jail if he contacted the FDA and offered to set up a private meeting with Emini where Krahling could discuss his concerns.

Emini agreed that Krah had misrepresented the data. Krahling also complained about the use of rabbit antibodies to inflate the seroconversion rate. Emini responded that the rabbit antibodies were necessary for Merck to achieve the project's objective.

"Destroyed evidence"

The next morning, Krah arrived early to the lab and packaged up and destroyed evidence of the ongoing Protocol 007 efficacy testing. This included garbage bags full of the experimental plates that would have (and should have) been maintained for review until the testing was complete and final.

Despite the threats he received from Suter and Emini, Krahling called the FDA to report this activity and Merck's ongoing fraud. On August 6, 2001, in response to Krahling's call, an FDA agent came to Merck to question Krah and Shaw... And she did not address the actual destruction of evidence that Krah had already facilitated.

"Wide-scale falsification of test data"

What no one knew outside of Merck - - not the FDA, the CDC or any other governmental agency - - was that this result was the product of Merck's improper use of rabbit antibodies and the wide-scale falsification of test data to conceal the inflated seroconversion numbers these antibodies generated.

In 2005, the FDA granted Merck approval and an exclusive U.S. license for its ProQuad vaccine. Merck obtained the license continuing to misrepresent the efficacy of its mumps vaccine.

Around the same time, the EMA also approved Sanofi Pasteur MSD's application for sale of Merck's ProQuad in Europe. As with MMRVaxPro, Merck's joint venture submitted the falsified results of Protocol 007 to the EMA as supportive clinical information in its vaccine application.

In 2006, more than 6,500 cases of mumps were reported in the Mid-West. This was the largest mumps outbreak in almost twenty years...

The CDC, FDA and Merck publicly worked together to determine the cause of this 2006 outbreak. Of course, only Merck knew that the primary cause was the insufficient efficacy of its vaccine.

Flawed vaccine is the primary cause of the outbreaks

The reason for these continued outbreaks is that Merck's vaccine docs not have a 95 percent efficacy rate. The vaccine may have been 95 percent effective when it was originally licensed in 1967, but the vaccine virus has been waning as it is continually "passaged"...

Without demonstrating that its mumps vaccine continued to be 95 percent effective, Merck would lose its exclusive license to manufacture and sell its MMRII vaccine. And if Merck lost the license for MMRII, Merck would also be unable to secure FDA approval for its ProQuad vaccine. So, Merck set out to conduct testing of its mumps vaccine that would guarantee an efficacy rate of 95 percent or higher.

It did this through manipulating its testing procedures and falsifying the test results. Relators Krahling and Wlochowski participated on the Merck team that conducted this testing and witnessed firsthand the fraud in which Merck engaged to reach its desired results. Merck internally referred to the testing as Protocol 007. 25.

While Merck's PRN test was modeled after the efficacy test generally accepted in the industry, it diverged from this "gold standard" test in a significant way. It did not test the vaccine for its ability to protect against a "wild-type" mumps virus. A wild-type virus is a strain of the virus as it exists in nature and would confront a person in the real world. That is the type of real-life virus against which vaccines are generally tested. Instead, Merck tested the children's blood for its capacity to neutralise the same Jeryl Lynn mumps strain with which the children were vaccinated. The children's vaccine response was not tested for its capacity to neutralize virulent, disease-causing mumps virus.

The use of the Jeryl Lynn strain, as opposed to a virulent wild-type strain, subverted the fundamental purpose of the PRN test which was to measure the vaccine's ability to provide protection against a disease-causing mumps virus that a child would actually face in real life. The end result of this deviation from foe accepted PRN gold standard test was that Merck's test overstated thee vaccine's effectiveness.

"Falsification of the test data"

Merck's Improper Use of Rabbit Antibodies In 1ts "Enhanced" PRN Test

The second test Merck employed under Protocol 007 was formally called the Anti-IgQ Enhanced Mumps Plaque Reduction Neutralization Assay. It was commenced in 2000 and again led by Krah and hia staff at Merck's West Point facility. Relators Krahling and Wlochowski participated on the team that conducted this supposedly enhanced test. Each of them witnessed firsthand the falsification of the test data in which Merck engaged to reach its 95 percent efficacy threshold. In fact, each was significantly pressured by Krah and other senior Merck personnel to participate in this fraud.

But the use of the rabbit antibodies allowed Merck to achieve its high seroconversion objectives. In fact, the exact same paired blood samples that were found under Merck's original PRN test to lack sufficient virus neutralizing antibodies were now considered seroconverted under the "enhanced" test. Indeed, in one panel of sixty paired blood samples that had failed the original PRN test, Merck measured a seroconversion rate of 100 percent! ln other words, non-neutralizing concentrations of antibodies that would never protect a child from mumps in the real world were under Merck's "enhanced" test treated as vaccine successful solely because of the additional neutralization provided by the rabbit antibodies.

Specifically, Krah and Yagodich and other members of Krah's staff falsified the test results to ensure a pre-positive neutralization rate of below 10 percent. They did this by fabricating their plaque counts on the pre-vaccination blood samples, counting plaques that were not actually there. With these inflated plaque counts, Merck was able to count as pre-negative those blood samples that would have otherwise been counted as pre-positive because of the increased neutralization caused by the rabbit antibodies.

"Falsification [was] broad-based and systematic..."

Merck's falsification of the pre- vaccination plaque counts was performed in a broad-based and systematic manner:

Krah stressed to his staff that that the high number of pre-positives they were finding was a problem that needed to be fixed.

Krah directed his staff to re-check any sample found to be pre-positive to see if more plaques could be found to convert the sample to a pre-negative.

Krah and Yagodicii falsified plaque counts to convert pre-positives to pre-negatives, and directed other staff scientists to do the same.

Krah appointed Yagodich and two others to "audit" the testing that other staff scientists had performed. These audits were limited to finding additional plaques on pre-positive samples thereby rendering them pre-negatives.

Krah instituted several measures to isolate the pre-positive samples, facilitate their "re-count" and consequent conversion to pro-negatives, and minimize the chances of detection. Those included destroying test results, substituting original counting sheets with "clean" sheets, and entering and changing test results directly onto electronic (excel) spreadsheets that left no paper trail.

Merck cancelled a planned outsource of the efficacy testing to a lab in Ohio because the outside lab was unable to replicate the seroconversion results Krah was obtaining in his lab. Krah and his staff conducted all the testing instead.

Unsurprisingly, none of the "recounting" and "retesting" that Merck performed as part of its "enhanced' PRN testing was performed on any post-vaccination samples or on any pro-vaccination samples that were pre-negative. This additional "rigor" was only applied to the pre-positive samples, the very samples that were keeping Merck from achieving the requisite 95 percent seroconversion threshold.

"A trillion to one"

In July 2001, Relators Krahling and Wlochowski conducted their own test to confirm statistically what they already knew to be true. They reviewed approximately 20 percent of the data that Merck had collected as part of the "enhanced" PRN test. In this sampling, they found that 45 percent of the pre-positive data had been altered to make it pre-negative. No pre-negatives were changed to pre-positives. No post-positives were changed to post-negatives. No post-negatives were changed to post-positives. All changes were in one direction - reducing the incidence of pre-positives.

The statistical probability of so many innocent changes occurring in just the pre-positive data and in no other data was more than a trillion to one. And that is a conservative measure given the likelihood that an even greater number of pre-positives were changed but remained undetected because the changes were not recorded in Merck's files.

"Acted with the authority and approval of Merck's senior management"

The Complicity of Merck's Senior Management

Krah did not act alone in orchestrating the falsification of Merck's mumps vaccine test results. He acted with the authority and approval of Merck's senior management.

In April 2001, for example, Emilio Emini, the Vice President of Merck's Vaccine Research Division, held a meeting with Krah and his staff where he directed them to follow Krah's orders to ensure the "enhanced" PRN testing would be successful. He also told the staff

He also complained about the improper use of the rabbit antibodies to inflate the post-vaccine neutralization counts. Shaw responded that the FDA permitted the use of rabbit antibodies and that that should be good enough for Krahling. Shaw refused to discuss anything further about the matter. Instead, Shaw talked about the significant bonuses that Emini had promised to pay once the testing was complete.

Threatened with jail time

Relator Krahling then met with Bob Suter, Krahling's human resources representative at Merck. Krahling told Suter about the falsification of testing data and Shaw's refusal to get involved. Krahling told Suter that he was going to report the activity to the FDA. Suter told him he would go to jail if he contacted the FDA and offered to set up a private meeting with Emini where Krahling could discuss his concerns.

Shortly thereafter, Emini agreed to meet with Krahling. Krahling brought to the meeting actual testing samples and plaque counting sheets to demonstrate to Emini the fraudulent testing that Krah waa directing. Emini agreed that Krah had misrepresented the data. Krahliug also complained about the use of rabbit antibodies to inflate the seroconversion rate. Emini responded that the rabbit antibodies were necessary for Merck to achieve the project's objective. Krahling proposed a scientific solution to lower the pre-positive rate and end the need to falsify data -- stop using rabbit antibodies. When Emini declined, Krahling asked him what scientific rationale justified using the rabbit antibodies. Rraini explained that Merck's choice to use these antibodies was a "business decision."

The next morning, Krah arrived early to the lab and packed up and destroyed evidence of the ongoing Protocol 007 efficacy testing. This included garbage bags full of the experimental plates that would have (and should have) been maintained for review until the testing was complete and final. Despite the threats he received from Suter and Emini, Krahling called the FDA to report this activity and Merck's ongoing fraud.

FDA overlooked the vaccine fraud

The FDA issued a one page deficiency report identifying a few relatively minor shortcomings in Merck's testing process. These principally related to flaws in Merck's record-keeping and in its validation/explanation of changes to the test data.

The report did not address nor censure Merck for any issues relating to Merck's improper use of rabbit antibodies or Merck's wide-scale falsification of pre-positive test data. The FDA did not discover this fraudulent activity in the course of their perfunctory visit because of Krah's and Shaw's misrepresentations to the FDA.

In order to comply with the deficiency report, Merck made minor adjustments to its testing procedure relating to its heretofore ad hoc procedure for counting plaques.

"Wide-scale falsification of [vaccine] test data"

Merck completed its Project 007 testing in late summer or early fall 2001. Unsurprisingly, the results Merck reported fell within the 95 percent seroconversion target Merck had from the outset. This is the result Merck provided the FDA and the public at large. What no one knew outside of Merck - not the FDA, the CDC or any other governmental agency -- was that this result was the product of Merck's improper use of rabbit antibodies and the wide-scale falsification of test data to conceal the inflated seroconversion numbers these antibodies generated.

BREAKING: CDC whistleblower confesses to MMR vaccine research fraud in historic public statement

(NaturalNews) BREAKING: CDC whistleblower William Thompson has now gone public with a statement posted on the website of the law firm representing him, Morgan Verkamp LLC. (See the full statement reprinted below.)

The statement opens with a blatant admission of scientific fraud at the CDC:

My name is William Thompson. I am a Senior Scientist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where I have worked since 1998. I regret that my coauthors and I omitted statistically significant information in our 2004 article published in the journal Pediatrics. The omitted data suggested that African American males who received the MMR vaccine before age 36 months were at increased risk for autism. Decisions were made regarding which findings to report after the data were collected, and I believe that the final study protocol was not followed.

The full letter is available at this link. In the letter, Dr. Thompson confirms the fact that he had multiple phone conversations with Brian Hooker and that the CDC has not been honest about the risks associated with MMR vaccines.

The letter then goes on to repeat the typical vaccine propaganda of our time: all vaccines are miracle medicine, the CDC is highly professional, there has been no retaliation against him and so on. Intelligent readers will of course take all these statements with a grain of salt, understanding just how much political and legal pressure has no doubt been exerted onto Dr. Thompson up to this point.

The relevant portion of Dr. Thompson's statement is contained in the first paragraph. It is an open admission of scientific fraud at the CDC, and the admission of this by William Thompson is an historic moment for our world.

Dr. Thompson's public statement follows the release of secret emails by Natural News

Dr. William Thompson chose to release his public statement less than one day after Natural News published the second in a series of once-secret emails between Dr. Thompson and his CDC colleagues.

The release of those emails may have been pivotal in Dr. Thompson's choice to go public with his own statement. The vaccine establishment, which immediately and predictably accused Natural News of fabricating the two emails, is now backpedaling as rapidly as possible with the full knowledge that Dr. Thompson's public statement affirms and supports the authenticity of those emails. Natural News, in other words, was instrumental in breaking this historical story about medical fraud at the highest levels of the CDC. (Credit is also due to many other independent media organizations and alternative journalists who pounded this story from day one.)

MMR vaccine fraud at the CDC now admitted by a key CDC scientist

There are four astonishing realizations that now come to mind from Dr. Thompson's public statement:

Firstly, this admission proves beyond any question that the reporting of this fraud by the alternative media has been factual and true. It also underscores the astonishing fact that the alternative media alone broke this story, pre-empting the New York Times, Washington Post and every Pulitzer-prize-winning journalist in the world. The tables have now turned. It is solely the alternative media which is now breaking most of the really important investigative stories of our time. Does this mean alternative media journalists will now be nominated for Pulitzer prizes? Don't hold your breath on that one...

Secondly, it also proves that CDC scientists did in fact conspire to alter the study data in order to bury significant results linking the MMR vaccine to heightened autism risk in African-American children. This is now openly admitted by a key author of the 2004 study cited by the CDC as "proof" that vaccines are absolutely safe.

Thirdly, it now demands that the 2004 study referenced in all this be immediately retracted. This is an open admission of scientific fraud. Any failure to retract the study will now only underline the depth of the fraud and the abandonment of scientific principles by the CDC and the science journal itself.

Fourthly, all this also reveals that the entire world owes a massive and immediate apology to Dr. Andrew Wakefield whose career and reputation have been destroyed by the very people who conspired to commit scientific fraud at the CDC. We must all now call upon the media to run headlines like, "Dr. Wakefield Vindicated: MMR Vaccine Fraud Confirmed."

Dr. Thompson condemns the CDC's secrecy regarding vaccine risks

What's also very interesting about this statement by William Thompson is his implication that the CDC knowingly hides the truth about vaccine risks from the public. He says:

There have always been recognized risks for vaccination and I believe it is the responsibility of the CDC to properly convey the risks associated with receipt of those vaccines.

There are three crucial points to understand here:

#1) Vaccines ALWAYS come with risks.

#2) The CDC has a moral obligation to communicate these risks to the public.

#3) (Implied) The CDC has FAILED to communicate these risks to the public.

I agree with all three of these points, by the way. That Dr. Thompson would feel these are so important to include in his one and only public statement on this matter underscores the importance of what he's trying to communicate. What Dr. Thompson is saying is that the CDC is hiding the truth about vaccine dangers from the public. And that's what I've also been saying all along.

See, the modern scientific delusion about vaccines has been predicated on the belief that vaccines only offer benefits while imposing zero risks. This is the anti-science quackery which is brazenly repeated by the CDC, vaccine manufacturers, doctors and health organizations.

A more honest analysis of vaccines would have to conclude that vaccines come with some level of inherent risk of harm and death. Scientists can argue all day about the size of such risks, but no rational person can ever honestly say such risks are zero.

And yet the position of the CDC has always been that vaccines are "magically safe" as if they possess magical powers that prohibit all harm. This position is ridiculous at every level, yet it is the official stance of the CDC.

This is why no one trusts the CDC: they lie as a matter of policy

It is this ridiculous, quack science position which discredits the CDC and the entire vaccine industry. For vaccine promoters to lie to the public and say vaccines have "zero risk of harm" is to admit they are all quacks and liars. It would be far more believable and ethical to say something like, "For every 100,000 children who receive these vaccines, 250 will become autistic and 15 will die in a coma." (Numbers invented here for illustration purposes only. These are not actual numbers from any particular study, in case you were wondering.)

If the CDC were honest with the public, then parents could make informed decisions about what level of risk they wish to undergo. Is it worth vaccinating a child against measles if the risk of that child becoming autistic is 1 in 100,000? How about 1 in 1,000? What if it's actually more like 1 in 250?

The public has never been allowed to know these numbers because people like Dr. William Thompson conspired to commit scientific fraud and bury these numbers. And that's the point in all this. That's the smoking gun which has now been revealed, thanks almost entirely to the independent (alternative) media and our relentless dedication to real investigative journalism.

There is no such thing as "absolute safety" in any medical procedure; not even in something as incredibly safe as therapeutic massage. But the sad fact that the CDC, the vaccine industry and the vaccine zealots have pushed the absurd delusion that vaccines are "absolutely safe" -- i.e. they present ZERO risk -- is an admission of scientific quackery (or scientific illiteracy).

This is why the vaccine industry has lost the public relations war on vaccines: because everybody knows the CDC is lying all the time. How do you know when the CDC is lying? When their lips are moving.

Professional criminals at the CDC: It's all business

The funny thing about all this is that here, as the editor of Natural News, I'm not even an opponent of the theory of immunization! If vaccines were honestly marketed with credible descriptions of their inherent risks, thereby allowing parents to make informed decisions about those risks, there would probably be very little resistance against them. (And if all the toxic preservatives and adjuvants were removed from vaccines, there might not be any resistance at all.)

The CDC, through precisely the kind of scientific fraud Dr. Thompson has admitted to, has become its own worst enemy by actively deciding to lie to the American public for decades through the deliberate commission of scientific fraud, pushing a quack science delusion which has now been shattered by one of its own scientists.

Now we know the CDC is a cabal of liars and criminals, even if they are "professional" criminals as Dr. Thompson laments in his public statement when he says, "My colleagues and supervisors at the CDC have been entirely professional since this matter became public." Bank robbers and kidnappers can also be "professional," because just like the vaccine industry, it's all business! Nothing personal!

Why Dr. Thompson should be granted immunity and called to testify before Congress

BOMBSHELL: CDC Email Reveals Vaccine Cover Up

Personally, I want to thank Dr. Thompson for breaking the conspiracy of silence and going public with his open admission of scientific fraud at the CDC. I believe Dr. Thompson operates with a far higher ethical and moral standard than most of his colleagues, and I believe he is now operating in crisis mode to protect his own life while under the threat of professional persecution or worse.

It is now a matter of public record that Dr. William Thompson and his colleagues at the CDC knowingly and willfully conspired to commit scientific fraud in order to hide from the public the truth about the dangers of MMR vaccines. This fact is now irrefutable and stands as a milestone in the history of corruption and criminality at the CDC.

The fact that Dr. Thompson is still a "fan" of vaccines only brings more weight to his admission that vaccine fraud was committed at the CDC. If anything, Dr. Thompson has every reason to disclaim any such fraud ever took place. In fact, I half expected Dr. Thompson to come out with a carefully-engineered statement claiming he never talked to Brian Hooker, never wrote the emails we released and never committed any fraud at all.

And yet, to his credit, he has honestly and openly admitted to the scientific fraud in which he participated. For that reason alone, I believe Dr. William Thompson should be commended for his honesty. At the same time, he should also be called before a congressional investigations committee and asked a long series of additional questions about what really went on at the CDC.

In preparation for that testimony, Dr. Thompson should, I believe, be granted legal immunity from government prosecution for his role in committing the vaccine fraud we now know took place.

I realize that some in the autism community might disagree with my view on this particular point. Some would say that Dr. Thompson should be charged with felony crimes and prosecuted by the government. Although I can very easily understand the anger and frustration that would lead many people to suggest such actions, I personally believe it is far more valuable for us all if Dr. Thompson is granted immunity and encouraged to testify under oath so that the true depth of the scientific fraud at the CDC can be made part of the official congressional record. If Dr. Thompson truly believes in CDC transparency as his letter suggests, he will be happy to testify before Congress.

After all, Dr. Thompson is merely a small fish in a very large crime ring. The real ring leaders are right now getting away scot-free. They are the ones who need to be brought to justice and prosecuted in a court of law.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE-AUGUST 27,2014

My name is William Thompson. I am a Senior Scientist with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, where I have worked since 1998.

I regret that my coauthors and I omitted statistically significant information in our 2004 article published in the journal Pediatrics. The omitted data suggested that African American males who received the MMR vaccine before age 36 months were at increased risk for autism. Decisions were made regarding which findings to report after the data were collected, and I believe that the final study protocol was not followed.

I want to be absolutely clear that I believe vaccines have saved and continue to save countless lives. I would never suggest that any parent avoid vaccinating children of any race. Vaccines prevent serious diseases, and the risks associated with their administration are vastly outweighed by their individual and societal benefits.

My concern has been the decision to omit relevant findings in a particular study for a particular sub­ group for a particular vaccine. There have always been recognized risks for vaccination and I believe it is the responsibility of the CDC to properly convey the risks associated with receipt of those vaccines.

I have had many discussions with Dr. Brian Hooker over the last 10 months regarding studies the CDC has carried out regarding vaccines and neurodevelopmental outcomes including autism spectrum disorders. I share his beliefthat CDC decision-making and analyses should be transparent. I was not, however, aware that he was recording any of our conversations, nor was I given any choice regarding whether my name would be made public or my voice would be put on the Internet.

I am grateful for the many supportive e-mails that I have received over the last several days.

I will not be answering further questions at this time. I am providing information to Congressman William Posey, and of course will continue to cooperate with Congress. I have also offered to assist with reanalysis of the study data or development of further studies. For the time being, however, I am focused on my job and my family.

Reasonable scientists can and do differ in their interpretation of information. I will do everything I can to assist any unbiased and objective scientists inside or outside the CDC to analyze data collected by the CDC or other public organizations for the purpose of understanding whether vaccines are associated with an increased risk of autism. There are still more questions than answers, and I appreciate that so many families are looking for answers from the scientific community.

My colleagues and supervisors at the CDC have been entirely professional since this matter became public. In fact, I received a performance-based award after this story came out. I have experienced no pressure or retaliation and certainly was not escorted from the building, as some have stated.

Scientific knowledge is expanding every day at an exponential rate, and the implications of new developments, particularly those that challenge the current framework regarding the true nature of reality, are far-reaching indeed. One area that continues to become a focal point of study for many physicians and neuroscientists is the relationship between mind, brain, and consciousness.

Is the brain a receiver of consciousness, or is consciousness a product of the brain? Although science has not yet shown with absolute certainty that consciousness exists separately from our physical organs, there is a lot of evidence (both anecdotal and scientific) which indicates that consciousness is something completely separate – that it continues on even after we have deceased, that it is and can be a separate “thing” from the brain. There seems to be a lot of consistency when it comes to studies that have examined this issue. New findings within this field are rapidly changing how we perceive and relate to the physical world.

Below is a video of Dr. Bruce Greyson speaking at a conference that was held by the United Nations. He is considered to be one of the “fathers” of near death studies. He is Professor Emeritus of Psychiatry and Neurobehavioral Science at the University of Virginia.

In the video he describes documented cases of individuals who were clinically dead (showing no brain activity), but observing everything that was happening to them on the medical table below at the same time. He describes how there have been many instances of this – where individuals are able to describe things that should have been impossible to describe. Another significant statement by Dr Greyson posits that this type of study has been discouraged due to our tendency to view science as completely materialistic. Seeing is believing, so to speak, in the scientific community. It’s unfortunate that just because we cannot explain something through materialistic means, it must be instantly discredited. The simple fact that “consciousness” itself is a non-physical “thing” is troubling for some scientists to comprehend, and as a result of it being non material, they believe it cannot be studied by science.

“Some materialistically inclined scientists and philosophers refuse to acknowledge these phenomena because they are not consistent with their exclusive conception of the world. Rejection of post-materialist investigation of nature or refusal to publish strong science findings supporting a post-materialist framework are antithetical to the true spirit of scientific inquiry, which is that empirical data must always be adequately dealt with. Data which do not fit favored theories and beliefs cannot be dismissed as priori. In 2001, international medical journal, The Lancet, published a 13 year study on Near Death Experiences (NDEs). (2)(3)

“Our results show that medical factors cannot account for the occurrence of NDE. All patients had a cardiac arrest, and were clinically dead with unconsciousness resulting from insufficient blood supply to the brain. In those circumstances, the EEG (a measure of brain electrical activity) becomes flat, and if CPR is not started within 5-10 minutes, irreparable damage is done to the brain and the patient will die”

A total of 344 patients were monitored by the team of researchers, and an astounding 18 percent of them had some sort of memory from when they were dead, or unconscious (no brain activity), and 12 percent (1 out of every 8) had a very strong and “deep” experience. Keep in mind that these experiences have occurred when there is no electrical activity in the brain following cardiac arrest.

Another study comes out of the University of Southampton, where scientists found evidence that awareness can continue for at least several minutes after death. In the scientific world this was thought to be impossible. The study is the world’s largest near death experiences study ever published, and it was published in the journal Resuscitation. (4)

“In 2008, a large-scale study involving 2060 patients from 15 hospitals in the United Kingdom, United States and Austria was launched. The AWARE (AWAreness during REsuscitation) study, sponsored by the University of Southampton in the UK, examined the broad range of mental experiences in relation to death. Researchers also tested the validity of conscious experiences using objective markers for the first time in a large study to determine whether claims of awareness compatible with out-of-body experiences correspond with real or hallucinatory events. ” (source)

This type of phenomenon has not only been recorded looking at Near Death Experience’s, but also with studies in the realm of parapsychology. One study in particular that related most to this topic, spanning more than two decades, was conducted by researchers at Stanford University in conjunction with the United States Department of Defense. It was called the “remote viewing program.”

A gentlemen by the name of Ingo Swann was able to successfully describe and view a ring around Jupiter, a ring that scientists had no idea existed. This took place precisely before the first ever flyby of Jupiter by NASA’s Pioneer 10 spacecraft, which confirmed that the ring did actually exist. These results were published in advance of the rings’ discovery. The successful viewing of the ring by Ingo came after scientists observed him identify physical objects in hidden envelopes that were placed a few hundred kilometers away.(5)(6)(7)

This type of thing lies within the realm of extended human capacities, and is one example out of many that have been documented and observed, yet lack a scientific (materialistic) framwork that provides some sort of theory.

Mystery Behind Dropping Oil Prices Solved: Concerted Market Manipulation

Who’s surprised? Various stories had been invented by media houses across the Western world in an attempt to explain why oil prices have conveniently fallen, just in time to pressure Russia, Venezuela and Iran, and all while covert political subversion, attempts to sell all-out-war and other measures have completely failed to assert US interests around the world. The obvious answer was market manipulation, an answer US and other Western news sources refused to admit … that is until now.

The New York Times in their article, “Saudi Oil Is Seen as Lever to Pry Russian Support From Syria’s Assad,” finally admits, “Saudi Arabia has been trying to pressure President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia to abandon his support for President Bashar al-Assad of Syria, using its dominance of the global oil markets at a time when the Russian government is reeling from the effects of plummeting oil prices. “
But of course, despite this grain of truth, Saudi Arabia didn’t do this on their own, since Saudi Arabia isn’t destabilizing Syria on its own, or for its own interests. Saudi Arabia, while playing a significant part in the manipulation of global oil prices, is solely blamed for the purpose of compartmentalizing public perception. The reality is that global oil prices are being manipulated at the behest of the US not only to overthrow the government of Syria or pressure Iran, but to strike at Russia itself.
The New York Times would have us believe that Saudi Arabia is rigging international oil prices to “bring peace in Syria,” making no mention of Saudi Arabia’s role in backing heavily armed militants streaming into the country turning it into a war zone to begin with. The NYT also makes no mention of the prospect of peace that might result should Saudi Arabia stop its immense state-sponsorship of international terrorism.
For the “cause of peace,” Saudi Arabia is already estimated to have lost $39 billion. For a regime that chops the heads off its political opponents in public demonstrations meant to inspire medieval fear among its people, the idea that it is willing to lose billions in oil revenue to “promote peace” in Syria is plainly absurd, and raises serious questions about the legitimacy of the NYT.
The New York Times would also mention Crimea’s return to Russia, but would stop short of linking oil market manipulation to the conflict in Ukraine. However, this is actually the key to understanding global geopolitics and how dropping oil prices fit in. Syria and Ukraine are linked, and Saudi Arabia’s role in putting pressure on Russia for one that matters a little to Riyadh (Syria), and another that matters not at all (Ukraine), shows how Riyadh’s foreign policy is driven not by national interests, but by obligations it apparently owes to Washington and London (significant obligations that if not met would end with the dissolution of the House of Saud).
Instead of focusing on Saudi Arabia and claims that it is solely responsible for global oil prices being cut in half despite no discernible changes in supply and demand, the global public should see a wider confrontation playing out. The US is using its vast influence over finance, energy, the media and many other economic and political sectors to wage full spectrum war on those resisting its hegemonic expansion globally.
Other news agencies who helped invent explanations regarding dropping oil prices, included the Washington Post which claimed in its article, “Falling oil prices put pressure on Russia, Iran and Venezuela,” that, “THE SILVER lining in the recent financial market turbulence has been the continued decline in the price of oil, which is down about 25 percent since June. In addition to creating a windfall for U.S. consumers — one analysis reckoned the savings could amount to $600 per household — the drop, if sustained, will place considerable pressure on three problematic petrostates: Russia, Iran and Venezuela. The aggressively anti-American foreign policies pursued by all three countries in recent years have been financed in large part by soaring oil revenue.”
Silver lining? Or concerted conspiracy? The NYT provides the light shining through the Washington Post’s cloudy analysis, confirming indeed it is a concerted conspiracy.
What does this say about global energy markets and their intertwining with various other sociopolitical issues including the debate over climate change, spikes in prices that strangulate development globally and wars waged for “humanitarian reasons” against nations that just so happen to export oil outside of markets controlled by Washington and London? It says a lot, and illustrates that many of the facades and social crusades well-meaning people have taken up leave them carrying water for one of the most perverse, destructive industries on Earth, in human history … big oil.
The Saudis wouldn’t last long without both internal and external security and support both military and political, provided by the US and others to prop up the otherwise politically and morally bankrupt petrostate. Despite exercising barbarism as a matter of national policy not seen in other countries since the dark ages, its head of state was given passionate eulogies by Western dignitaries as he passed away, with London going as far as flying its national flag at half-mast for the deceased monarch.
Showing general respect for others, good or evil, may not be so offensive, were it not for the fact that the US and UK regularly undermine and destroy the governments of others guilty of far less egregious crimes than those associated with the House of Saud. This illustrates that US foreign policy toward nations is not determined by moral or legal obligations, but rather the utility or opposition each state poses to the hegemonic designs driving US ambitions overseas.
Taking this to its logical conclusion, the US and its large collection of client states around the world, are undermining Syria, waging economic war against Russia, destabilizing China at home while chasing their investors out of any nation they’re found in, not based on some moral imperative, but specifically because of the absolute, utter lack of morality. Understanding this cuts through the various invented stories constantly emanating from the Western media, including myths about miraculously dropping oil prices and their “serendipitous” and “coincidental” impact they just so happen to have on all of America’s perceived enemies.
Even the Washington Post admits there really is no tie between Venezuela, Iran and Russia, except claims that each is “autocratic” and “anti-American.” The real common denominator is their respective resistance to US hegemony in their regions of the world. And while many reasons were invented to explain the convenient drop in oil prices, we can see once again that when events unfold the first question to be asked in identifying the perpetrators is “to whose benefit?” Had the Washington Post fulfilled their duty as journalists and asked this question, readers around the world would not have waited months to finally learn the truth behind dropping oil prices. The answer was simple but ridiculed as “Kremlin propaganda” at the time, but of course, is now fully admitted to to be machinations carried out by Russia’s enemies.

Lesson learned? Hopefully the next turn in economic fortune in the markets, or terrorist act carried out that “just so happens” to benefit the US and its partners around the world, people will hold those who stand to benefit the most with increased scrutiny and suspicion.

Von Braun revealed to Dr Rosin a plan to justify weapons in spaced based on hoaxing an extraterrestrial threat. CR: My name is Carol Rosin. I am an educator who became the first woman corporate manager of an Aerospace Company, Fairchild Industries. I am a Space and Missile Defense Consultant and have consulted to a number of companies, organizations, and government departments, even the intelligence community. I was a consultant to TRW working on the MX missile, so I was part of that strategy, which turned out to be a role model for how to sell space-based weapons to the public. At that time, Von Braun was dying of cancer but he assured me that he would live a few more years to tell me about the game that was being played- that game being the effort to weaponize space, to control the Earth from space and space itself. Von Braun had a history of working with weapons systems.

He escaped from Germany to come to this country and became a Vice President of Fairchild Industries when I had met him. Von Braun’s purpose during the last years of his life, his dying years, was to educate the public and decision-makers about why space-based weapons are dumb, dangerous, destabilizing, too costly, unnecessary, unworkable, and an undesirable idea, and about the alternatives that are available. As practically a deathbed speech, he educated me about those concepts and who the players were in this game. He gave me the responsibility, since he was dying, of continuing this effort to prevent the weaponization of outer space. When Wernher Von Braun was dying of cancer, he asked me to be his spokesperson, to appear on occasions when he was too ill to speak. I did this.

What was most interesting to me was a repetitive sentence that he said to me over and over again during the approximately four years that I had the opportunity to work with him. He said the strategy that was being used to educate the public and decision makers was to use scare tactics. That was how we identify an enemy. The strategy that Wernher Von Braun taught me was that first the Russians are going to be considered to be the enemy. In fact, in 1974, they were the enemy, the identified enemy. We were told that they had “killer satellites”. We were told that they were coming to get us and control us-that they were “Commies.”

Then terrorists would be identified, and that was soon to follow. We heard a lot about terrorism. Then we were going to identify third-world country “crazies.” We now call them Nations of Concern. But he said that would be the third enemy against whom we would build space-based weapons. The next enemy was asteroids. Now, at this point he kind of chuckled the first time he said it.

Asteroids- against asteroids we are going to build space-based weapons.   And the funniest one of all was what he called aliens, extraterrestrials. That would be the final scare. And over and over and over during the four years that I knew him and was giving speeches for him, he would bring up that last card. “And remember Carol, the last card is the alien card. We are going to have to build space-based weapons against aliens and all of it is a lie.”
 
I think I was too naïve at that time to know the seriousness of the nature of the spin that was being put on the system. And now, the pieces are starting to fall into place. We are building a space-based weapons system on a premise that is a lie, a spin. Wernher Von Braun was trying to hint that to me back in the early 70’s and right up until the moment when he died in 1977.

The amount of mainstream coverage extraterrestrials are getting is increasing, could the press and the government be prepping us for disclosure?

There was a time when the mainstream press would only cover aliens and UFO’s if it were a satirical piece, after all aliens were relegated to the realm of tin foil hats and science fiction. Recently however more and more publications are talking about the possibility of alien life like it is becoming science fact.
This open discussion of these topics in publications such as The Guardian, The Daily Mail, Metro, The Huffington Post and even Sky News to name a few. The headlines openly discuss the possibilities of alien life and the vastness of space and the likelihood we will find life.
NASA have been have made countless discoveries in recent years that indicate that planets in our own solar system were once alive and had water flowing on the surface. The Telegraph in 2011 would run headlines such as ‘Alien Life Deemed Impossible’. Professor Brian Cox who holds great sway over mainstream audiences when it comes to space ad the unknown also stated that alien life was impossible.

The total count of confirmed planets discovered by the Kepler Telescope is now at 1004, including two earthlike planets.

This combination of declassifying government documents and widespread media coverage of aliens and UFO’s seem to be gearing us up to accept they exist on mass. Even today (Jan 16) the mainstream press are publishing article about the search of life sustaining planets and how thousands more have been dicovered.

Now the critical thing here to note is that the commercialization of space launch capability is considerably cheaper than government-sponsored platforms (which should be good news to capitalists):

"SpaceX and Boeing said Monday that they are on track to carry out their first manned test flights to the space station in 2017. NASA chose the two private companies last September to transport American astronauts to and from the orbiting lab.
"U.S. manned launches ended with the retirement of the space shuttles in 2011. Until SpaceX and Boeing begin flying crews from Cape Canaveral, NASA astronauts must continue to hitch rocket rides with Russia.
"NASA's commercial crew program manager, Kathy Lueders, said the average price for a seat aboard the SpaceX Dragon and Boeing CST-100 capsules will be $58 million. That compares with $71 million a seat charged by Russia under its latest NASA contract."

The size of the contracts themselves are intriguing, for they are indicators of how rapidly the commercialization of of space is, as predicted, proceeding this year:

"Lueders said the plan is to have two "robust providers" for crew transport, in case one of them ends up grounded by technical problems. NASA awarded SpaceX $2.6 billion for crew transport, while Boeing got $4.2 billion. Each is to provide two to six missions."

The intriguing thing here is, however, the launch capability itself, for the new space capsules being developed are supposedly capable of carrying five astronauts, one more than NASA's minimum requirement of four:

"Unlike the Russian charge, the $58 million per-person cost estimate includes a fair amount of cargo to be flown aboard the SpaceX and Boeing spacecraft, along with four crew members. That price tag is based on a five-year period, Lueders said.
"The Russian Soyuz holds a maximum of three people, with at least one a Russian to pilot the craft.
"SpaceX President Gwynne Shotwell said the future enhanced Dragon capsule could carry five astronauts — one more than NASA's stipulated four — and still meet all the cargo requirements.

However, I hope you noticed something peculiar about this article, one that, when I saw it, immediately brought home to me the possibility that we are looking at some "news between the lines," i.e., we're being told things "without being told." In this instance, what caught my eye was not what was said in the article, but what was pictured, and I rather suspect that this may have been the main reason Ms. P.H. shared the article. Note that the picture at the top of the article carries a rather bland caption "NASA expects to save millions of dollars sending astronauts to the international space station," a rather bland caption for what is really pictured, namely, a picture of a mock-up Boeing space capsule, on which is boldly emblazoned the statement "7 person maximum capacity," a picture suggesting that the practical lift capabilities being developed are rather well-beyond what is being said publicly.
The real question is: why seven? Why such a large number in a capsule? Here comes my high octane speculation: I suggest what we are being given glimpses of is a quiet, but nevertheless very real, development of large transport capacity, not for any missions to the International Space Station, but rather, for something far more long distance, namely, Mars, which in the context of yesterday's blogs and tidbits, included, you'll recall, a rather thought-provoking Lockheed-Martin commercial about manned missions to Mars as a regular occurrence, and a story about investigations of fusion based propulsion systems. In other words, it would seem that the popular mainstream media is deliberately ratcheting up the disclosure of space objectives and capabilities.
In that light, Ms. P.H. also shared this about the developments in Russia:

What's intriguing in this article is the clear indication that Russia to some extent appears to be "commercializing" space as well, and more importantly - the sanctions regime notwithstanding - doing so with China and the other BRICSA bloc nations (as predicted) but also in conjunction with Germany.
Packaging all this together and what is one looking at? A real bona fide space race, one fundamentally different than that driving the space race of Cold War, version 1.0, for in this new version 2.0, the race is ultimately commercial... and that means ultimately that the race is also military. Once one admits this, one has admitted that the real race is in the development (and public disclosure) of at least some of those hidden technologies that many people, this author included, think exist off-the-books. Given the dates in the articles - 2024 - we are looking at a decade of development that will, I believe, be rather stunning.

The Pirate Bay Is an FBI Honeypot: a Disconcertingly Plausible Conspiracy Theory

After months of false starts and constant hype about its prospective return, The Pirate Bay finally came back this weekend. But the response hasn't been purely excitement from would-be pirates. Instead, it's been suspicion: Is the FBI running The Pirate Bay as a means to crack down on piracy?

The Pirate Bay truther movement doesn’t really have any hard facts or any suggestions as to who could actually be running the torrent site, but theorize that the FBI or other government agency (either in the US or Sweden) could have brought the site back online as a honeypot, or fake site meant to entrap criminals. In any case, something “feels off" to many Twitter users and some Reddit users.
An Anonymous sect called The Anonymous Message has also tweeted that it's "gotten reports that [TPB] has been seized indirectly by the FBI and is logging IPs."
It's worth noting that The Anonymous Message is quite controversial and that its Twitter account often serves mainly to promote itself with hacking and raiding campaigns that have been underwhelming. In the last few months alone, it has started campaigns against ISIS, GamerGate, the KKK, pedophiles, and police who have been accused of killing people. Few of those raids have turned up anything worthwhile. The Anonymous Message provided no proof of the FBI being involved in The Pirate Bay, but that hasn’t stopped its theory from gaining some steam online.
The main concern people seem to have is the site's use of CloudFlare, a content delivery tool company that can protect sites from DDoS attacks and help manage a large influx of traffic.
To do this, it grabs IP addresses (a number assigned to each internet-connected device by its internet service provider that can often be used to identify a person), which conspiracy-minded folks say would be a nice thing for the FBI to have. Theoretically, if CloudFlare is saving these IP addresses, the FBI could subpoena CloudFlare for that data. And if the government is actually running the site, then it would have those IP addresses by default. The FBI could also use CloudFlare to hide the address of its server to those who are suspicious of it.

"If done correctly, there is little to nothing that would give them away." 

In a blog post, The Pirate Bay's current administrator (we're not sure who it is) said the site is only temporarily using CloudFlare.
"We have seen that there has been some question to why we are using CloudFlare. This is only initially to handle the massive load upon the servers. It will be removed shortly," the admin wrote.
To add to the confusion, and to give some more fodder to conspiracy theorists, the admin also noted that he had fired all the moderators working for the site.
"Due to severe security issues regarding the old moderator team all moderation has temporarily been disabled. Before we sort everything out we have instead added a 'Report link' to all torrents which you can find in the details page," the admin wrote.

"I have talked to FBI agents hypothesizing about carrying out such replacements on sites."

Others have noted that there are no longer ads on the page, which normally went to sketchy porn sites. If a government agency was running the site, some argue, it wouldn't want to promote porn.  I don't believe that's an argument worth buying into, but the idea of a government agency setting up a torrent site honeypot isn't beyond the realm of possibility.
"There is a natural paranoia that kicks in on such matters, simply based on the logic of a single site lasting this long without being truly shut down," Brian Martin, CEO of Attrition, one of the world’s most famous and longest-lasting hacker and security information websites, told me. Martin also works with a firm called Risk Based Security. "If done correctly, there is little to nothing that would give them away. I have talked to FBI agents hypothesizing about carrying out such replacements on sites."
The fact that the site and seemingly all of its assets were seized by the Swedish government, only to return a couple months later with these changes is enough to make people skeptical.
Adrian Sanabria, a security researcher with 451 Research, said that there's no "one thing that could reveal any truth to a conspiracy."
Sanabria ran some basic investigation tactics for me, taking a look at who is hosting, who owns the site, and DNS records. He said nothing eyebrow-raising came up.
Meanwhile, people are already uploading torrents to the site, which, if the government were monitoring it, would be the point. The Pirate Bay doesn't actually host any torrent files, it's merely a repository of magnet links (which a torrent client can use to download the files). The idea would be that the government could have access to whoever is linking to these files and could use them to take down piracy rings.
The idea that piracy rings wouldn't take adequate anonymization tactics seems farfetched, but ​considering how careless cybercriminals have been in the past, it's not worth dismissing out-of-hand.
It's worth noting, however, that monitoring torrent traffic isn't all that difficult in the first place. Seeders, the people who host the files being downloaded, are regularly identified by their internet service providers if they don't take proper anonymization steps, and it's not difficult for government agents to get their hands on that data either. It would merely require an agent to download a torrent and run some analytical tools on where download traffic is coming from.
Chances are, the Pirate Bay has not been compromised. But, at this point, we can’t say for sure, which seems a bit unsettling.
“In a post-Snowden world,” Sanabria said, “nothing would surprise me.”
