Making A Killing With Cancer: A $124.6 Billion Industry

If you had a business selling something that made you well over a hundred billion dollars per year, would you take steps to eradicate the need for your business? Or would you make every effort for that money continue rolling in?
Take cancer, for example. Don’t let all the media hype about “The Cure” fool you. No one who is in a position to do so wants to end cancer because they are all making a killing on the big business of treatment, while ordinary people go broke, suffer horribly, and die.
There will never be a “cure” brought to market because there just isn’t enough profit in eradicating the disease entirely. There will never be a governing body that protects consumers from being subjected to known carcinogens, because that, too, will stop the cash from rolling in. A great deal of research is covered up and many potential cures are ignored and discredited because there is far more money in perpetuating illness than in curing it. In 2012, the reported spending on cancer treatment was 124.6 billion dollars. Blood money.
The Grim Statistics
Just the word “cancer” sends a frisson of fear down the spine of the most stalwart optimist. Terrifyingly, almost one in two people will get the dreaded disease, and the numbers are only getting worse. Here are some quick stats for background:

• Nearly half of all Americans will develop cancer in their lifetime. (source) Quick math tells us that is an astonishing 157 million victims.
• Over half a million people in America died of cancer in 2012. (source)
• In 2011, cancer was the #1 cause of death in the Western world, and #2 in developing countries. (source)
• Cancer is the #1 cause of childhood death in the United States. (source)

This is a fairly recent increase. A hundred years ago, the number was far different. At that time, 1 in 33 people was stricken with the disease. And despite billions of dollars being spent to find “the cure”, the World Health Organization predicts that deaths from cancer will DOUBLE by the year 2030.
It’s being normalized. The news is full of photos of babies who are missing an eye, of beautiful bald children who have lost their hair to chemo, and of people who have had to have body parts removed in order to survive a few more years. But cancer is NOT normal. It isn’t something that “just happens.” Researchers know the things that cause cancer. Government protection agencies do, too, but they do nothing to limit these toxins in the marketplace.
Why?
Because, cancer is big business and those who are profiting have great financial interest in seeing the deadly trend continue to increase.
Poisoned for Profit
So what has changed? How did we go from a 3% chance of contracting cancer to a 41% chance?
It’s the advent of Big Pharma, Big Agri and Big Business. They are getting rich off of poisoning Americans through the manufacture of toxic elements that we are exposed to on a daily basis.
Unless you live in a bubble and have no contact with manufactured items, outside air, or the sun, you are exposed to a staggering number of known and suspected carcinogens every day. (Check out THIS LIST to see the known and suspected carcinogens that are readily available in the United States.)
The statistics support that the cumulative build up of all these different toxins in the human body eventually results in cancer in many people.
First, the manufacturers and the “food” producers profit when we buy their poisoned goods.
Then the medical system and pharmaceutical companies profit when we become ill and must fight cancer.
The drugs alone can cost over $100,000 per year, and that is on top of exorbitant costs for radiation, chemotherapy, and physicians’ bills. In the United States, cancer is the #1 most expensive “per person” illness to treat. (source)
Why would those who profit want to prevent cancer when 95.5 BILLION DOLLARS PER YEAR is spent on treating it? There is a vested interest in this increase in illness and the people benefiting from it have no intention of reducing the cases of cancer.
Don’t Count on Obamacare
Don’t look to Obamacare to be the saving grace of cancer victims, either. With this type of government-controlled medicine, budgets will be strictly adhered to and the decisions on how to proceed and what will be paid for will NOT be in the hands of the ill person. Treatments, medications, and funds will be strictly allocated through what many people are referring to as “death panels.”
Furthermore, Obamacare only covers 60% of your medical costs in most cases (after a hefty deductible) and none of your medication is covered. If you don’t have $50,000 or more kicking around for your co-pay, you will be out of luck, despite diligently paying your worthless monthly premiums.
Prevention: Your Only Defense
Avoiding carcinogens as diligently as possible is your best defense against becoming the “1 in 3″, but it isn’t easy. Furthermore, you’ll be considered an “extremist” or a “kook” by those around you who have buried their heads in the sand.

Basically, a spending day in the Western world is a like spending a day running a gauntlet of toxins and carcinogens. Big Pharma, Big Agri and Big Business are getting rich off of poisoning Americans.

There are steps you can take to limit your exposure but be prepared for many people to consider your actions extreme. Very few people are committed enough to their health and the health of their family to do the research required to identify the dangers around them and then go against the current to avoid those perils. Since most of us don’t live in a bubble, we will be subjected to some of these toxins – they’re impossible to avoid entirely. However, you can limit your exposure by taking the following steps to reduce your exposure to everyday poisons. (This list is expanded from the article, “The Great American Cancer Cluster” with permission from The Daily Sheeple.)

• Purchase organic foods as often as possible. GMOs and pesticides are proven carcinogens.
• Load your plate with colorful antioxidants. Opt for organic versions of foods like berries, colorful veggies, dark chocolate, and coffee, to name a few, are loaded with powerful, cancer-fighting antioxidants and will boost your immune system against other types of illness and disease as well.
• Avoid processed foods. Many of the additives and preservatives featured abundantly in North America are banned in other countries precisely because of the health risks they represent.
• Select non-toxic cookware. Nonstick cookware contains Teflon and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA), which emit at least toxic gases within 5 minutes of heating up that nonstick pan. Once the pans become scratched, toxic particles are leached directly into the food you’re preparing. Aluminum cookware is also potentially toxic. Cast iron, ceramic, glass, and clay are all better cookware options.
• Don’t smoke.
• Consume alcohol only in moderation.

• Limit the use of plastic in your home. BPA or Bisphenol-A are petrochemical plastics that are a major component of many water bottles, lines the inside of canned goods, and makes up the hard material of many reusable food containers, including some brands of baby bottles. They leach cancer causing endocrine disruptors into food, especially if the food is hot. Use glass containers whenever possible.
• Select personal care products that do not contain petrochemicals. Many cosmetics and other health and beauty aids contain petrochemicals. The danger of this is their byproduct, 1,4-dioxane, a proven carcinogen. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency classifies dioxane as a probable human carcinogen California state law has classified dioxane to cause cancer. Animal studies in rats suggest that the greatest health risk is associated with inhalation of vapors. Avoid the following ingredients:

• Paraffin Wax

• Mineral Oil

• Toluene

• Benzene

• Phenoxyethanol

• Anything with PEG (polyethylene glycol)

• Anything ending in ‘eth’ indicates that it required ethylene oxide (a petrochemical) to produce e.g. myreth, oleth, laureth, ceteareth

• Anything with DEA (diethanolamine) or MEA (ethanolamine)

• Butanol and any word with ‘butyl’ – butyl alcohol, butylparaben, butylene glycol

• Ethanol and word with ‘ethyl’ – ethyl alcohol, ethylene glycol, ethylene dichloride, EDTA (ethylene-diamine-tetracetatic acid), ethylhexylglycerin

• Any word with “propyl” – isopropyl alcohol, propylene glycol, propylalcohol, cocamidopropyl betaine

• Methanol and any word with ‘methyl’ – methyl alcohol, methylparaben, methylcellulose

• Parfum or fragrance – 95% of chemicals used in fragrance are from petroleum

• Opt for natural, biodegradable food grade cleaning products. According to the website Natural Pure Organics, the average household contains up to 25 gallons of toxic materials, most of which are in cleaning products. When you use these cleaners, they linger in the air and on the surfaces, increasing your exposure to carcinogens as you inhale the toxins into your lungs or absorb them through your skin.
• Avoid artificial sweeteners. Aspartame, for example, is a known carcinogen that breaks down into formaldehyde in the human body.
• Refuse vaccines. Many vaccines contain formaldehyde and mercury, both of which are known carcinogens. By the age of two, if a child has received all of the recommended vaccines, he or she has received 2,370 times the “allowable safe limit” for mercury (if there is such a thing as a safe level of poison). The HPV vaccine can actually increase the risk of reproductive cancer. The polio vaccine most recently came under fire for its cancer-causing ingredients. • Avoid tap water. If you have municipal water, drink it at the risk of ingesting loads of toxins. First, there is the willful addition of sodium fluoride, a pesticide which is labeled as “deadly to humans.” Not only has the consumption of fluoride been linked to cancer, but it also lowers IQs, causes infertility, and causes hardening of the arteries. Then there is the addition of chlorine, which is used to kill bacteria that could make us sick. Unfortunately, according to Dr. Michael J. Plewa, a genetic toxicology expert at the University of Illinois, chlorinated water is carcinogenic. “Individuals who consume chlorinated drinking water have an elevated risk of cancer of the bladder, stomach, pancreas, kidney and rectum as well as Hodgkin’s and non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma.”
• Maintain a healthy body weight. Obesity has been linked to increased risks of cancers of the esophagus, breast, endometrium, uterus, colon and rectum, kidney, pancreas, thyroid, and gallbladder.
• Exercise daily.

The mindboggling thing is that those who strictly avoiding carcinogens and toxins are labeled “crazy” or “hysterical”. I can’t tell you how many times I have watched people roll their eyes or scoff when I refuse to partake in things that are hazardous. Somehow, drinking water from my own BPA-free water bottle is considered to be “extreme”. Not taking my children to McDonald’s or feeding them hot-dogs and Doritos is “mean”. Making our body care products and cleaning products from wholesome, non-toxic ingredients is “silly”.
I believe that knowingly ingesting toxic ingredients is “crazy”. I believe that rubbing carcinogens on my body or spraying them around my house is “ridiculous”. I think that having poison injected into my defenseless children or feeding it to them on a colorful plate is “mean”.
Never forget that the bottom line is profit. Don’t expect the FDA or the EPA to step in. They’ve proven time and again that their purpose is to serve the interests of Big Business, not the consumers.
Cancer represents big money to the pharmaceutical companies and the health industry. They do NOT have a vested interest in prevention. So, maybe, just maybe, subjecting your body to the tender mercies of Big Pharma and the AMA and lining their already loaded pockets is just a little bit sillier than taking steps to avoid illness altogether.

There is a good chance you found this article via Facebook. Perhaps you are one of the 158,000+ who follow the Mysterious Universe page, or you are Facebook friends with one of those 158,000 Facebook users and saw the post because they liked or shared it. Whichever you might be, one thing is certain, you are making it way too easy for the government, and everyone else for that matter, to keep tabs on what you are doing, what you like, websites you visit online, your political leanings, and the friends you keep. In fact, you are using a program allegedly financed by government intelligence agencies and designed for the explicit purpose of gathering information about the public.
“So what? I’ve got nothing to hide,” you might be thinking to yourself right now, oh, but you most certainly do.
There is also a good chance if the government, practically any government, but particularly the United States Government, wants to find out any information about you, like for example where you work, or currently live, so it can find you to recoup those student loans you still owe, or the back taxes you’ve yet to pay, it can. The government might also want information for more nefarious reasons, like finding out your community’s collective position on environmentalism, so it can pick the best town for hosting an anti-environmentalist protest in an effort to restore the public reputation of an environmentally-destructive corporation who donated millions to political campaigns, by creating a social media buzz to combat persistent negative coverage by the media. A peek into the Facebook profiles of everyone in a geographic location can reap that kind of data.
The conspiracy theory claims the government actually bought Facebook back in 2005 via investments by James Breyer, a former board member for Raytheon BBN Technologies, an agency contracted with the US government, specifically DARPA — Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency— to assist with the development of defense and information-gathering technology. Breyer’s ties to the intelligence community run even deeper than that when one looks at his associations at BBN. Among the board members who served with Breyer at BBN, were other key figures in the defense technologies and intelligence-gathering world, such as Gilman Louie, the head of In-Q-Tel, and of course, Anita K. Jones, whose official responsibilities included oversight of DARPA at the time.
They are all just pieces of a government-spying puzzle that doesn’t require a MENSA chapter president to figure out. The framework of that puzzle was put together for us by documents brought to light by Edward Snowden, but filling in the details still takes a little bit of speculation.
To speculate, though, one has to take a look from the highest possible vantage point to get a good view of the entire picture. That’s when we see Facebook as an entity of greater value than just keeping tabs for military defense. Facebook also opened the door for economic growth by way of enhanced target marketing using information collected from our Facebook profiles, and other online activities, which is valuable information to the corporations whose money and lobbyists influence government decision making.
What better perk is there to give back as a, “Thank you, for your support,” than that?
While this element is often left out of the Facebook conspiracy theory, it is certainly part of the narrative that can’t be ignored. Quid pro quo is after all, what makes the wheels of government go round.

Hiding Information from The Man Harder Than Ever

Think about how much the corporate world of marketing already knows about you, and how they use it in an effort to manipulate your buying habits. It’s kind of scary when you think about it, and even scarier when you realize the government itself might have opened the door to allowing such practices to happen.
I recently spent an afternoon on Google researching web hosting and domain name registration options to get myself caught up on information I hadn’t looked into for several years. I spent several hours that day reading about rates, packages, limitations, service agreements, and all of that mess, and seemed benign while I was doing it. Now for the past week, I’ve been inundated with advertisements from hosting companies pitching their lowest rates and offering me special discount codes through advertisements in my social media accounts and just about every other website I visit.
Google is notorious for tracking your activity online, including your GMail conversations, and the company uses those results to provide its advertising clients a target marketing campaign based on specific search criteria. Google doesn’t hide this fact. It’s in their privacy policy.
Facebook, and many others, do the same thing. The practice is so widespread, it is becoming increasingly difficult to keep the watchful eyes of marketers away out of your life, as Princeton University Assistant Sociology Professor Janet Vertesi found out when she attempted to hide her pregnancy from the prying eyes of online marketers.
She instructed her friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers, to refrain from mentioning the pregnancy on Facebook or other online platforms. She also went to great lengths to stay off the grid with her own Internet searching and purchasing practices. To do this she made her purchases in cash from local businesses without the use of shopper-loyalty cards or other incentive programs retailers offer in exchange for the convenience of tracking your purchases at the register.
She searched the Internet for baby-related products using Tor, the allegedly secure, and untraceable, search engine famous for providing the Silk Road to the Dark Web and access to sellers of illegal substances who rely on cryptocurrencies for transactions. When she and her husband had to use a retailer like Amazon for a purchase, the did so with Amazon Gift Cards linked to a privately-hosted email account, and to the physical address of a postage locker. This unusual behavior prompted an unusual response while trying to buy $500 worth of Amazon Gift Cards in cash from a local retailer. When the cashier rang up the purchase, the cash register cued the employee to report excessive transactions to the authorities.
Ultimately, Vertesi did manage to avoid receiving target marketing about her pregnancy, but the effort to avoid it was so inconvenient it was hardly worth the bother. There are just too many ways for information to be collected and analyzed in the retail world to avoid them all without great discipline and added expense. It’s hard to beat intelligence gathering tactics essentially built directly to devices we carry in our pockets everywhere we go, as is customary with smartphones. No wonder stores like Target can figure out if a woman is pregnant, and even when she is due, before she ever registers for baby shower purchases in a Target store. They can tell simply by monitoring what you buy in their stores. They are so good at it, they often let the secret out before the woman is ready to reveal the information to family and friends.

If the government was involved in creating Facebook, it makes you wonder whether corporate lobbyists didn’t catch wind of the ongoing development of a powerful tool intended for use by the intelligence community to gather information about the public, and then begged for access by way of significant contributions to the right political palms in Washington D.C..

Was Facebook founded by the CIA just to be a data collection tool?

With the private sector spending millions to pry into our lives via electronic means for marketing purposes, and being shockingly successful at it, and given Edward Snowden’s revelations about the information gathering practices of entities like the National Security Agency and the Central Intelligence Agency, it’s not that great of a stretch to imagine there was a collective effort at some point make gathering information easier.
That’s when thunder clapped, lighting struck, and an electronically altered voice crackled from a speaker phone to a boardroom full of government information-gathering specialists, and said, “Let there be Facebook.”
And boy was there ever a tool called Facebook.
As of January 1, 2014, there were 1.3 billion active monthly users of Facebook. There were only 800 million users as recently as 2012. It just keeps growing.
In parts of the world where nearly everyone has Internet access, and where nearly everyone possesses the technology to access it, there is a good chance the folks living there who don’t have a Facebook account are in the minority.
So when information arises that connects government intelligence gathering organizations directly to Facebook on an investment-level at the company’s infancy, it immediately raises concern.
As mentioned earlier, conspiracy theorists often point to investments totaling nearly $14 million by James Breyer in 2005, through a personal investment and an investment by Breyer’s venture capital company, Accel Partners, as being a connection between the government and Facebook. Breyer’s BBN connections with Gilman Louie, who set up the CIA’s own investment capital and technology development agency In-Q-Tel in 1999, and Anita K. Jones of DARPA, also adds fuel to the conspiracy theory fire.
In-Q-Tel’s primary mission is to assist the CIA in finding technological solutions for its missions, and data collection is a big part of that mission.
InQtel is most likely behind the development of PRISM, a data collection effort by the NSA and GCHQ which collects/collected user information from the servers of Google, Facebook, Apple, YouTube, Skype, AOL, Yahoo, and PalTalk. The existence of PRISM was revealed in classified documents obtained and released by former CIA-employee Edward Snowden. As recently as last week, Snowden claims we are all still under surveillance at all times, and everything we do is being watched and collected. Snowden is being sought by the US in connection with the release of the classified information, but is currently hiding out in Russia where he was granted asylum last year.
The information-gathering claims associated with PRISM alleging a Facebook connection make connecting some dots easy, but if theorists are right, and Breyer’s investment group was used by the CIA to provide the capital needed to develop Facebook, there is still a lot more left to learn.
A quick look at Facebook’s history gives more credence to the claims made by conspiracy theorists.
Facebook wasn’t open to general public users until September 26, 2006, well after the investor with In-Q-tel, BBN, and DARPA connections became involved with the project in 2005. Prior to that, Facebook was only open to college students from February 4, 2004-September 3, 2005, when it was then opened up to users still in high school too.
This timeline is certainly right for conspiracy theories about government involvement from the company’s infancy to erupt and run rampant.
Thanks to Snowden, we know the NSA and others have collected data about Facebook users over the years, but the timeline of investment and development, and the dots that can be connected surrounding the entities involved, does make one wonder whether conspiracy theorists are right, and the NSA and CIA were behind the development of Facebook for that very purpose. If this is true, it could be the most successful information gathering device ever created by a government to spy on not only its people, but people around the world.
In 2006, the same year Facebook became open to everyone, Louie, of In-Q-Tel, received numerous accolades such as the Medallion of Outstanding Service and Support from the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency, and the CIA Director’s Award, all for his work with In-Q-Tel.
Were the accolades connected to the public launch of Facebook? We can’t say, but Louie was obviously doing something right, and in In-Q-Tel’s business, doing something right means finding new ways for intelligence agencies to use technology to gather the information needed to accomplish their missions.

Government Spying So Scary We Have To Laugh To Maintain Sanity

The conspiracy theory about the government creating Facebook is in the mainstream now, but it exists there primarily as a laughing matter. Surprisingly, laughing at it, or at least laughing about it, is among the most appropriate responses a person could choose.
Laughter has long been a mystery psychological researchers have been looking into for years, and they have found we laugh for a number of different reasons, but among them is nervousness, stress, and anxiety. It’s just our way of getting through mentally/emotionally challenging experiences, like knowing, without a doubt, conspiracy theorists were right about the government watching us and collecting our data for intelligence purposes.
With that in mind, here is the piece from standup comedian Pete Holmes, which inspired me to write this piece after hearing it for the first time several days ago. Holmes makes the claim Facebook was created by the government, and then he goes on to elaborate about how easy we make it for them to find out what we’re up to on a daily basis.  (You’ll have to go to the link to view it. The Onion, perhaps the greatest online source for pure satire, too a different approach that not only explored the idea Facebook was created by the government, but takes a stab at the talking heads on 24-hour cable news networks who spout off about issues they don’t know any more about than the average guy on the street who has read a few magazine articles or blog posts about a given issue.

CIA's "Facebook" Program Dramatically Cut Agency's Costs

So was Facebook a government project that grew into a cultural phenomenon, just as they anticipated it would by testing it on college and high school kids, or is it all just conspiracy theory and conjecture?
If the marketing world can legally obtain enough information to figure out if a woman is pregnant before she announces it to the world, and if our online activities dictate the ads we see while surfing the net, then believing the government, any government, but especially the one in the US, is already doing what marketers do, and then some, is quite easy to do. It’s even easier when the government in question throws a fit when classified documentation declaring as much get released to the public without its consent.
The idea the government knew Facebook would catch on and become a website used by more than 1.3 billion people within 10 years of its launch, way back in 2005 when it was still being developed, does seem far fetched. At the same time, it is conceivable that the investment was the was just the equivalent of a $14 million lottery ticket that paid off bigger than the intelligence gathering community ever dreamed.
And that is the beauty of a good conspiracy theory. It might sound crazy on the surface, but deep inside its bowels are enough puzzle pieces to put together a clear picture. That clear picture, however, isn’t the only one that can be made from those very same pieces.
In this particular situation, however, the puzzle pieces do come together to make a clear image portraying the government as being a driving force behind the development of a social phenomenon that gave it direct access to nearly every detail of our lives, and provided corporate constituents with improved marketing strategies to help their bottom line.
The bottom line for us, as consumers and citizens, is what little privacy we have left in the digital world, if there even truly ever was any, is on life support and might not make it through the night.

These are also interesting and worth examining. Some of these quotes comes from Ben Rich.

Rich was the second director of Lockheed Skunkwork’s from 1975-1991. He’s been called the Father of Stealth, having overseen the development of the stealth fighter, the F-117A nighthawk. Before his death, Rich made several shocking open statements about the reality of UFOs and extraterrestrials.

“We already have the means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked up in black projects, and it would take an act of God to ever get them out to benefit humanity. Anything you can imagine, we already know how to do it.” (1)

When Rich was asked how UFO propulsion worked, he said, “Let me ask you. How does ESP work?” The questioner responded with, “All points in time and space are connected?” Rich then said, “That’s how it works!”  (This seems to be related to Quantum entanglement, you can read more about that here.)

What Are The Sources For These Quotes?

One of the sources is aerospace journalist, James Goodall, who wrote for publications such as Jane’s Defense Weekly, Aviation Week and Space Technology, and Interavia.  He is an accomplished speaker specializing in the history, development, and operations of the world’s only Mach 3 capable, manned air breathing aircraft, the SR-71 family of aircraft. He is also an author, as well as the Associate Curator at the Pacific Aviation Meseum, HI. He was also the restoration manager at the Museum of Flight in Paine Field, Everett, WA.
Goodall interviewed many from the classified black budget world (read more about that world here.) He claimed that some of his contacts told him that “we have things out there that are literally out of this world, better than Star Trek or what you see in the movies.” (1)
From his work alone, James Goodall knew Ben Rich well. In a video interview, Goodall stated that he spoke to Rich approximately 10 days before he died:
“About ten days before he died, I was speaking to Ben on the telephone at the USC Medical Center in LA. And he said, ‘Jim, we have things out in the desert that are fifty years beyond what you can comprehend. They have about forty five hundred people at the Lockheed Skunk works. What have they been doing for the last eighteen or twenty years? They’re building something.'” (1)
Another source comes from John Andrews, who was a legendary Lockheed engineer. He had written to Rich, stating his own belief in UFOs, both manmade and extraterrestrial. Andrews has asked Rich if his own beliefs covered extraterrestrial as well as manmade UFOs. Rich’s reply was as follows:
“Yes, I’m a believer in both categories. I feel everything is possible. Many of our man-made UFOs are Un-Funded Opportunities. There are two types of UFOs, the ones we build, and the ones they build.” (1)
In Rich’s reply, he underlined the U, F, and O in “unfunded opportunities.”
Thirdly, Jan Harzan, a senior executive with IBM, along with Tom Keller, an aerospace engineer who has worked as a computer systems analyst for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory, discusses a talk Ben gave some time ago. On March 23rd, 1993 at a UCLA School of Engineering talk where he was presenting a general history of Sunk Works, he said this:
“We now know how to travel to the stars. There is an error in the equations, and we have figured it out, and now know how to travel to the stars and it won’t take a lifetime to do it. It is time to end all the secrecy on this, as it no longer poses a national security threat, and make the technology available for use in the private sector. There are many in the intelligence community who would like to see this stay in the black and not see the light of day. We now have the technology to take ET home.” (1)

] Another source was Bill McDonalds, a forensic illustrator for the aerospace industry, and a good friend of John Andrews (mentioned above).  He stated that:

“It was Ben Rich’s opinion that the public should not be told. He believed they could not handle the truth, ever. Only in the last months of his decline did he begin to feel that the international corporate Board of Directors’ dealing with the ‘Subject’ could represent a bigger problem to citizens’ personal freedoms under the United States Constitution than the presence of off world visitors themselves.” (1)

Last but not least, Mr. Don Phillips, a CIA contractor who worked with Lockheed Skunkworks and the USAF. He was one of hundreds of other people with verified credentials who made headlines several years ago at a conference which took place at the National Press Club in Washington, D.C.

The latest version of this type of major press conference was the Citizens Hearing on disclosure. It took place from April 29 to May 3, 2013 where researchers, activists, and military/agency/political witnesses representing ten countries gave testimony in Washington, DC to six former members of the United States Congress. Their testimony was about events and evidence which point to an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race and the planet. You can read more about that here.

When it comes to the aerospace industry, UFOs are of high interest. For example, Mike Gold – Director of Operations for Bigelow Aerospace – was recently asked about Bigelow’s involvement with UFO reports. He stated that it’s an issue that “deserves serious attention,” and that he is glad someone is taking these UFO reports. He did mention that he cannot comment on what they do with the reports. ONE FOR THE TRANSHUMANISM SCRAPBOOK? GLOBAL ANCIENT HUMAN DNA DATABASE TO BE CREATED

Most readers here are probaby aware that I've long suspected that there were aspects of the human Genome project that were deliberately designed with a covert agenda in mind, namely, to attempt to reconstruct an accurate genetic history of mankind and, if possible, to verify the connection of modern families to ancient "bloodlines" stemming from Mesopotamia and Egypt. Recently I blogged about the Sinclair clan doing precisely such studies, an indicator that at least one of those families is doing something like this. Now there's another bit of confirmation of this speculation, in an article shared by Ms. M.W., an article which contains an intriguing and tantalizing statement:
Data bank launched for global access to ancient DNA
The statements that leapt out at me were these:

The Online Ancient Genome Repository (OAGR) catalogues a significant collection of DNA data from ancient human skeletons and microbes found in their dental plaque. Both raw and analysed data, along with details about the individual humans such as where they were found and how the data was produced, will be freely accessible in a searchable format.
OAGR will enable researchers to investigate key genetic and microbial changes over human evolution and the potential relationships to modern health. It may also be of interest as an education tool for science teacherswho could direct a class in comparing ancient individuals with the genetic makeup of humans today.
"This unique and globally significant resource will be of great value for the medical research community in particular, and others doing research in the field of human evolution," says Dr Jimmy Breen, ACAD Senior Research Associate.
"It will allow users to track the evolution of particular genes that are important in human disease through time and geography─potentially opening the way for the design of new therapeutic treatments against these diseases.
"The microbiome data taken from the bacteria in calcified plaque also provides unique insights into human dietary changes and the pathogens that were in existence when these humans were living." (Italicized emphasis added)

Now I'm sure you see the potentials here: (1) in the first instance, those with access to their or their family's own sequenced genomes could easily determine the relationships of their family to the mitochondrial or y-chromosomal haplogroups within their family tree. For those who've been following my high octane speculations about ancient biometrically activated technologies, this would be a huge, and moreover necessary step in the ability to access any such potentially recovered technology. Now, if one entertains that extreme speculation for the sake of argument here, then this would mean that the story about "directing a class in comparing ancient individuals with the genetic makeup of humans today" would be a convenient cover story for some much different and more covert purpose.
(2) In the second instance, one has almost the mirror opposite of the potentialities of the first, for the ability to reconstruct an exact historical-genomic "tree" would be of inestimable value not only to genetically-based  therapeutic treatments, but even more so, to genetically-based "designer bioweapons."  In the literature of just a few decades ago, when the utility of genetics to the design of bioweapons first began to be discussed, it as in the terms of whole population or racial types, e.g., Orientals, blacks, whites, and so on. With the emerging technologies of genetic editing, coupled with those of specific "clan genetic history" mapping that is beginning to emerge, one can begin to contemplate genetic bioweapons targeting not whole populations or racial types, but smaller haplogroups or even clans, or perhaps something even smaller.
In both cases my high octane speculation here is, of course, horrific. But they are nevertheless what I suspect really lurk behind the bland headlines and reassurances that all of this will be used for "exciting lesson plans" for school teachers and genetic therapies by doctors.
In other words, if I, a hack from South Dakota, can think of it, rest assured "they" already have.
