Video of Western men abusing a Korean woman is even more than it seems

korean assault
For the past couple of weeks a certain video has been making rounds on the Internet and invoking deep rage and controversy in its wake. The one-minute clip depicts a pair of Western men shaming and abusing a woman at a Korean night club. The woman is talked about as if not even present and manipulated as though less than human. On its own, the video is enough to incite rage on behalf of women and any others falling victim to those of a Eurocentric mindset. However, it seems that there is an even greater truth that the clip does not reveal.

The video in question was seemingly taken at a Korean night club and shows a couple of Western, male tourists in the company of one local female. From the very beginning, the woman is objectified. The men talk lewdly about her physical assets, as though she is not there, perhaps acting under the assumption that she cannot understand them. Their ogling quickly turns to abuse as one of the men digs his finger up into her nose and forces her to eat her own booger by sticking his finger deep into her mouth.
Then the verbal harassment increases. They call the woman nothing but a slut and pull back her lips to show off her gums. When her dental hygiene fails their inspection, they tear into the woman about getting plastic surgery. The only saving grace of the clip is that the woman shows little patience for the men’s unseemly behavior. By her own will she pulls herself free from them and leaves in a flash of anger and confusion.
Earlier in July this video came to light and spread like wildfire across Korea’s various social networking platforms, but it did not stop there. Hate and controversy over the scene spread to countries across the world after America’s Washington Post picked up the story as well. Net users from all corners of the globe reacted violently to the scene.
But, amidst all of the furious outrage, one comment stood out. In response to the article on the Washington Post, one man claims involvement in the scene. According to his insight the entire event was staged. Apparently, the clip was actually directed by a Korean student at Seoul University in early 2011 as part of a short horror film. In other words, all of the people appearing in the clip, including the poor, victimized woman, are actors. In order to ascertain the truth of these claims, reporters are now seeking to interview the woman in question.
Now, while it is somewhat relieving to hear that the video which incited such rage and controversy was actually staged and that no one was physically or emotionally harmed during its filming, that does not change the fact that scenes such as these do happen in real life. Every day, women, especially those raised in patriarchal societies like Korea are shamed and abused for the amusement of their aggressors. Just because the validity of this particular act of racist sexism was called into question does not mean that the problem represented does not persist. Even if all of the men involved here are actors, innocent of any crime, the behavior demonstrated in the video remains inexcusable and worthy of certain outrage.

Woman gets trapped between train and platform, fellow commuters push to rescue her

tt1
It’s Monday, which is the worst way to start the week, isn’t it? So, how about some heart-warming news to get things going?
Let’s see, what have we got… oh, yes, a story about how, while deboarding a train in Saitama prefecture, a woman slipped and got pinned between the train and the platform.
Wait, that’s not the heart-warming part!

Around 9:15 on Monday morning at Minamiurawa Station in Saitama Prefecture, a woman in her 30s got the fright of a lifetime when she slipped and found herself trapped between the train and the platform, pinned at her hips.
Fortunately, the station staff were paying attention and caught the problem immediately, quickly announcing, “Someone is trapped!”
▼Not an actual photograph of events.pooh-stuck-in-rabbits-hole
According to one Twitter user who was there, the staff first asked everyone to move to the opposite side of the train, but after that failed, they called everyone off to help.
Fellow commuters then got out and pushed the train away from the platform, allowing the staff free the trapped woman!
Once she was pulled to safety, the woman was taken to the hospital, though fortunately she had no visible injuries.
slow clap
If you’re wondering how this could possibly happen, the East Japan Railway Company explained that the gap between the train and platform is about 20 centimeters (7.87 inches). Just enough for someone to get properly stuck, we imagine.
The company went on to explain that the train car weighed about 32 tonnes (about 35 US tons), including its base and wheels. However, thanks to the suspension, pushing on the car only moved the upper body, and didn’t affect the wheels’ placement.
Apparently, even with all this commotion, the train was only eight minutes late! We’re thinking the company should get a new logo, maybe something like: “East Japan Railways, Getting you to work and giving you a workout!”
▼Not gonna cry, not gonna cry, not gonna–darn it!

Japanese Internet users felt the cockles of their hearts warming:
This is such a great story!
This is really amazing.
I’m glad she wasn’t injured!
What a sense of unity. I wish I could have to been there. I wish I could have helped them push.
It’s a great story, but the photo is so surreal!
All that and only eight minutes late? Isn’t that amazing?
It looks like a festival!
Japan’s not finished after all!
Who the heck took this photo? If you have time to snap pictures, get in there and push!!
There’s always someone who’s got something to grumble about…
This isn’t the first time that someone’s fallen at a train station. Just last month, someone fell through the gap at Roppongi Station and ended up lying next to the train as it departed. Fortunately, that woman also survived unscathed.
Well, we hope you have a great Monday! If nothing else, you can at least be glad you’re not trapped between a train car and a platform!

U.S. military drone surveillance expanding to ‘hot spots’ globally: Report

Source: TruthDive
The U.S. military is shifting its huge fleet of unmanned aircraft to other hot spots around the world.
The move comes as the Obama administration is reducing the number of drone attacks in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Yemen.
This next phase of drone warfare is focused more on spying than killing and will extend the Pentagon’s surveillance networks far beyond traditional, declared combat zones.
According to the Washington Post, over the past decade, the Pentagon has collected more than 400 Predators, Reapers, Hunters, Gray Eagles and other high-altitude drones that have revolutionized counterterrorism operations.
The report said that some of the unmanned aircraft will return home with U.S. troops when they leave Afghanistan, but many of the drones will redeploy to fresh frontiers.
The drones in new frontiers will spy on a melange of armed groups, drug runners, pirates and other targets that worry U.S. officials.
Elsewhere in the Middle East, the U.S. Air Force has drone hubs in Qatar and the United Arab Emirates to conduct reconnaissance over the Persian Gulf, the report said.
According to the report, in Africa, the U.S. Air Force began flying unarmed drones over the Sahara five months ago to track al-Qaeda fighters and rebels in northern Mali.
The Pentagon has also set up drone bases in Ethiopia, Djibouti and Seychelles.
In an April speech, Deputy Defense Secretary Ashton B. Carter said the Pentagon is planning for the first time to send Reaper drones, a bigger, faster version of the Predator, to parts of Asia other than Afghanistan.
A Defense Department spokeswoman said the military is committed to increasing its surveillance in Asia and the Pacific, the report added. (ANI)

How France ‘Set the Standard’ for Crisis Intervention

Source: ISN
A very senior British general said of Operation Serval in Mali that France had “set the standard” for crisis military interventions. Praise indeed and not easily given. One can always tell when a crisis is being managed to effect as the press lose interest.
The challenge Paris faced when four thousand French troops arrived in Mali in February was complicated to say the least. Tuaregs had taken control of northern Mali and sought separation. They were supported by a particularly nasty bunch of Islamists (Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb and the Mujao) who had profited (literally) from the chaos in neighboring Libya. To make things worse the Malian Army, or what was left of it, was in meltdown and the country’s political system with it. Now, with the Tuaregs having signed a June peace deal, last year’s military coup leader having apologized and elections planned for 28 July, Mali has at least a chance of a future.
How did the French pull off this genuine military success?
Critically, Operation Serval was built on strategic unity of effort and purpose underpinned by speed, mass, precision, and sustained political and military momentum. French forces, operating alongside unexpectedly effective Chadian colleagues, drove back the Tuareg separatists and their Islamist partners. The very shock of the French intervention opened-up very deep divisions between the two insurgent groups.
French commanders proved particularly effective in coordinating both logistics and a range of allies and ad hoc partners under French command. Critically, France was unequivocally in the lead and for the first time US and other allied forces operated to effect under French operational command. This success is testament to the years of joint training and efforts to improve interoperability between French forces and those of its allies. Indeed, Operation Serval is now a model for the force generation and command of a complex coalition, something that far from being a one-off is likely to become the norm.
French forces were also willing to recognize where they needed support, particularly for strategic air-lift (Americans, British, and interestingly Russians), air-to-air refueling, and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (the Americans and others).
However, for all the undoubted military success two other factors proved critical.
First, speed of reaction. Within hours of President Hollande’s Go decision French aircraft took off from Saint Dizier air base and flew ten hours to strike key targets in Northern Mali. These strikes knocked the Islamist/Separatist coalition off-balance from which they never recovered. These strikes were followed rapidly by the deployment of particularly effective French Special Forces. Like the British in Sierra Leone in 2000 the shock of a front-line Western military force interceding was sufficient to influence events decisively.
Second, the application of political and military tools took place against the backdrop of deep French historical knowledge of the Malian people, the country and the wider Sahel region. Knowledge and contacts were vital factors in Serval’s success.
In other words, France’s strategic ‘brand’ allied to expert use of force proved decisive. It was not simply ‘what’ was intervening, but ‘who’ was intervening and how. This is something the British political leadership might wish to contemplate as they replace strategy with austerity as the key driver of Britain’s defense strategy. For the moment Britain’s armed forces still have a well-deserved reputation for excellence but any more cuts will render both them and their strategic brand broken.
However, perhaps the most decisive factor in Operation Serval was the joined-upness of a French government in crisis. From Hollande at the top of the power pyramid through the foreign and defense ministries and onto the service and intelligence chiefs and down to the force and operational commanders Serval was well-conceived, soundly planned, expertly generated, and effectively executed.
France was assisted by the strategic and tactical incompetence of their adversaries, as the British were back in the 1982 Falklands War against Argentina. And, in reality one rarely gets the chance to choose one’s crises. Mali was ‘doable,’ whereas Afghanistan and Iraq were at the very limits of ‘doability’ and Libya on the edge. It may be that future crises will not be so accommodating to either France or her allies.
Furthermore, with the conclusion of this first crisis phase the political battle for Mali is still to come. The 28 July elections will at best be flawed even if they go ahead. And of course Serval has not stabilized the Sahel as a whole, partly because the West thinks states while Islamists think peoples. Therefore, not too much strategic should be read in to Serval.
Equally, the French military success in Mali should not be under-estimated. Mali is a big and desolate place and as an example of both statecraft and military craft France has every right to be proud of Serval whatever happens next, wherever it happens.
Chapeau France!

List of Tour de France winners

The 1904 Tour de France was the second Tour de France, held from 2 to 24 July. With a route similar to its previous edition, 1903 Tour de France winner Maurice Garin seemed to have repeated his win by a small margin over Lucien Pothier, while Hippolyte Aucouturier won four of the six stages. But the race became a victim of its own success, plagued by scandals; cyclists were accused of having taken trains during the race.[2] Twelve cyclists, including the first four of the final classification and all stage winners, were disqualified by the Union Vélocipédique Française (UVF). Henri Cornet, originally the fifth-place finisher, was awarded the victory four months after the race.[3] The problems caused the Tour de France to be provisionally cancelled, the 1905 Tour de France was run with different rules from the 1903 and 1904 edition.                         ~ that's right you've had 100 yrs of cheats !!!  & NOW you 've got an 700 lb. Share This Chart With Anyone That Believes The U.S. Economy Is Not Going To Crash

Total Debt Growth vs. GDP GrowthAnyone that thinks that the U.S. economy can keep going along like this is absolutely crazy.  We are in the terminal phase of an unprecedented debt spiral which has allowed us to live far, far beyond our means for the last several decades.  Unfortunately, all debt spirals eventually end, and they usually do so in a very disorderly manner.  The chart that you are about to see is one of my favorite economic charts.  It compares the growth of U.S. GDP to the growth of total debt in the United States.  Yes, U.S. GDP has certainly grown at a decent pace over the years, but our total debt has absolutely exploded.  40 years ago, the total amount of debt in our system (government debt + corporate debt + consumer debt, etc.) was about 2 trillion dollars.  Today it has grown to more than 56 trillion dollars.  Our debt has grown at a much, much faster rate than our economy has, and there is no way in the world that we will be able to continue to do that for long.
Posted below is the chart that I was talking about.  The blue line is our total debt, and the red line is our GDP.  As you can see, this chart kind of speaks for itself...
Total Debt Growth vs. GDP Growth
So how did we get here?
Well, of course the federal government has been the biggest offender.  It would be a tremendous understatement to say that the politicians in Washington D.C. have been reckless.  Since the year 2000, the size of the U.S. national debt has grown by more than 11 trillion dollars.
Posted below is a chart that demonstrates the dramatic growth of the national debt as a percentage of GDP.  In particular, our debt has absolutely exploded as a percentage of GDP since the financial crisis of 2008...
National Debt As A Percentage Of GDP
Does that look sustainable to you?
Of course it isn't.
Right now, the mainstream media is very excited that the federal budget deficit for this year might be less than a trillion dollars, but they are really missing the point.  The debt of the U.S. government is still growing much, much faster than the economy is, and the United States already has more government debt per capita than Greece, Portugal, Italy, Ireland or Spain.
What we are doing to future generations is absolutely criminal.  We are piling up mountains of debt that will haunt them for the rest of their lives just so that we can make the present a little bit more pleasant for ourselves.
As I noted in another article, during Obama's first term the federal government accumulated more debt than it did under the first 42 U.S presidents combined.  And now we are entering a time period when demographic forces are going to put a tremendous amount of pressure on the finances of the federal government.
The Baby Boomers have started to retire, and they are going to want to start collecting on all of the financial promises that we have made to them.
As I have written about previously, the number of Americans on Medicare is projected to grow from a little bit more than 50 million today to 73.2 million in 2025.
The number of Americans collecting Social Security benefits is projected to grow from about 56 million today to 91 million in 2035.
Where are we going to get the money to pay for all of that?
Boston University economist Laurence Kotlikoff has calculated that the U.S. government is facing unfunded liabilities of 222 trillion dollars in the years ahead.
There is no simply no way that the U.S. government is going to be able to meet those obligations without wildly printing up money.
And of course the federal government is not the only one with massive debt problems.  We just saw the city of Detroit go bankrupt, and there are lots of other communities all over the nation that could soon follow.
Posted below is a chart that shows the growth of state and local government debt over the years.  In particular, please take note that the total amount of state and local government debt has grown from about 1.2 trillion dollars in the year 2000 to about 3 trillion dollars today...
State And Local Government Debt
But the chart posted above does not even take into account the massive unfunded pension obligations that state and local governments are facing.  According to the Detroit Free Press, state governments are facing unfunded pension obligations of nearly a trillion and a half dollars...
From Baltimore to Los Angeles, and many points in between, municipalities are increasingly confronted with how to pay for these massive promises. The Pew Center for the States, in Washington, estimated states’ public pension plans across the U.S. were underfunded by a whopping $1.4 trillion in 2010.
And many large cities are dealing with similar situations.  Detroit was the first to go down, but could Chicago or Los Angeles eventually be forced to declare bankruptcy too?...
Chicago recently saw its credit rating downgraded because of a $19-billion unfunded pension liability that the ratings service Moody’s puts closer to $36 billion. And Los Angeles could be facing a liability of more than $30 billion, by some estimates.
According to a report that was released earlier this year, the largest U.S. cities are facing hundreds of billions of dollars in unfunded pension liabilities at this point...
Early this year, the Pew Center released a survey showing that 61 of the nation’s largest cities — limiting the survey to the largest city in each state and all other cities with more than 500,000 people — had a gap of more than $217 billion in unfunded pension and health care liabilities. While cities had long promised health care, life insurance and other benefits to retirees, “few ... started saving to cover the long-term costs,” the report said.
So where will all of that money come from?
That is a good question, and nobody has an easy answer at this point.
Meanwhile, U.S. consumers have been racking up staggering amounts of debt over the past several decades.  Just consider the following numbers...
-Total home mortgage debt in the United States is now about 5 times larger than it was just 20 years ago.
-Car loans just keep getting longer and longer, and approximately 70 percent of all car purchases in the United States now involve an auto loan.
-The total amount of student loan debt in America recently surpassed the one trillion dollar mark.
-One study discovered that approximately 41 percent of all working age Americans either have medical bill problems or are currently paying off medical debt, and according to a report published in The American Journal of Medicine medical bills are a major factor in more than 60 percent of the personal bankruptcies in the United States.
-Consumer debt in the United States has risen by a whopping 1700% since 1971, and 46% of all Americans carry a credit card balance from month to month.
Sadly, most people don't realize how damaging credit card debt can be.  If you just carry an "average balance" on your credit cards each month, and those credit cards have just an "average" interest rate, you could end up paying millions of dollars to the credit card companies by the end of your life...
Let’s say you are an average American household, and you carry an average balance of $15,956 in credit card debt.
Also, as an average American household, let’s assume you pay an average current rate of 12.83%.
Finally, let’s assume you carry this average balance for 40 years, between ages 25 and 65.  How much did your credit card company make off of you and your extreme averageness?
Answer: $2,629,618.64
Incredibly, a large percentage of the population does not seem to understand these things.  An astounding 43 percent of all American families spend more than they earn each year.
Are you starting to understand why approximately half of all Americans die broke?
We are a nation that is completely and addicted to debt.
If you do not believe that it will ever catch up with us you are being delusional.
We have piled up the biggest mountain of debt in the history of the planet, and a day of reckoning is fast approaching.

Beyond a Reasonable Doubt, Hastings Was Murdered

The Drone Ranger can kill anyone and anywhere.
According the Attorney General Holder, “The Drone Ranger” can kill anyone, at any time and anywhere.
In March 2013, Attorney General, Eric Holder, answered a February 2013 inquiry from Senator Rand Paul as to whether Obama had any intentions of assassinating American citizens on American soil through the use of drones.Holder also stated that Obama “has no intention” of targeting American citizens with unmanned aerial vehicles, but would do so if facing “an extraordinary circumstance.”
I presume from the Attorney General’s characterization of Obama’s need to assassinate America citizens,  but only under “an extraordinary circumstance” applies to journalists attempting to the tell the truth about the morally bankrupt Obama administration and their criminal enterprise operations which constitute a clear and present danger to the United States.
This is the first of a two part story which examines the three following questions:
1. Was Michael Hastings murdered?
2. If so, why was he murdered?
3. How was the murder accomplished?
Part one of this series examines the evidence supporting a charge of murder in the death of investigative reporter Michael Hastings. Also, some the ground work is laid with regard to the second question on why Michael Hastings was murdered. Part two will fully develop the motives as to why Hastings was murdered as well as how the murder was accomplished. The cover story related to Hastings’ death will be examined as well as evidence which destroys the credibility of the “official account.” Also Part two will reveal how the lives of the investigators looking into this event are also in jeopardy.

Obama and Holder Are Cut From the Same Cloth As the Zeta’s

Mexican drug suspect Santiago Meza Lopez - known as the 'stew-maker' - confessed to dissolving the bodies of 300 rivals with acid in Tijuana.
Mexican drug suspect Santiago Meza Lopez – known as the ‘stew-maker’ – confessed to dissolving the bodies of 300 rivals with acid in Tijuana.
The Zeta’s Mexican drug cartel gang is known for abducting their opposition, torturing and murdering them and then dissolving their bodies in acid in order to destroy the evidence of the crime. As the news of these heinous crimes reached the US air waves, the media impact of these stories created a collective sense of horror among the public. However, most of the mainstream media’s reaction to these abhorrent acts seems to be selective at best. It seems acceptable to reveal these types of crimes when it involves Mexican national gangsters, but if the same acts are approved of by the highest ranking officials in our country, the coverage of the topic is out of bounds. However, an emerging story related to the murder of journalist Michael Hastings is casting Obama and Holder in the same light as the well-publicized Zeta Mexican drug cartel and their barbaric and murderous ways.
America's Stew Maker
America’s stew-maker

Today, the NSA/CIA and even the President can “legally” kill a whistleblower, force local officials to conduct a shoddy autopsy and then cremate the body of the victim against the wishes of the next of kin, and then send the ashes to the grieving relatives in an urn just as the coroner did with the body of Michael Hastings. Subsequently, the evidence is destroyed and Obama and Holder maintain plausible deniability. The murder of Michael Hastings is proof positive that we are indeed being ruled by the most virulent criminals on the planet and the evidence that follows supports this allegation.

The Official Version of Hastings Death

Michael Hastings Body Was Cremated Against Family Wishes
The official version of the Hastings death stated that he was traveling at an excessive speed, at least 80 mph, when he lost control of his car and he crashed into a tree causing his Mercedes to burst into a flames, which resulted in his death. According to the coroner, the Hastings body was burned beyond recognition. That claim is disputed by an eyewitness to the crime as reported on Infowars Nightly News who stated that the body was recognizable and intact..

The fact that Hastings’ family had requested that the body be sent to them for proper burial and this request was not honored, should be investigated. Unless there was a compelling legal reason to not comply with the family request to have the body sent to them, the coroner committed a criminal act for which he should be prosecuted.

The Cover Up Commences

All the signs point to a murder to prevent Hastings from releasing some very important and damning information which will be discussed in more detail in Part two.

Just a few hours before his death, Hastings sent an email to colleagues at Buzzfeed.com stating that he was onto a big story and that he would have to go off the radar for a bit. Hastings use of the word, “radar” is both ironic and compelling as the readers will soon learn why this is true in Part two. Interestingly, Hastings also told Buzzfeed.com that that they might be questioned about him by authorities. If you think this is starting to sound a lot like the Edwin Snowden affair, you are correct and that connection between Snowden and Hastings will be explored as well in Part Two.

A Picture Is Worth a Thousand Words: Hastings Was Murdered

Michael Hastings was the ultimate reporter and a consummate whistle-blower. For example, Michael Hastings brought down the command of General McChrystal the senior commander in Afghanistan in which his insubordination and lack of respect for Obama was reported in Rolling Stone Magazine by Hastings and resulted in the General’s firing.
Hastings has served as a one man wrecking crew regarding the exposing the governmental lies connected to the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. He is rumored to have had a behind-the-scenes hand in Snowden’s revelations about the NSA.

We know now, from Twitter, and various spokespeople from Wikileaks, that Hastings had contacted Wikileaks and said he was being investigated by the FBI. The following tweet is the first element in the notion that Hastings was murdered to cover up his potential release of volatile information which could result in the fall of the Obama empire.
________________________________________________________________________
Michael Hastings contacted WikiLeaks lawyer Jennifer Robinson just a few hours before he died, saying that the FBI was investigating him.
________________________________________________________________________
Yet, the FBI claims that they were not investigating Hastings death. That was a true statement by the FBI at the time it was made, because dead men tell no tales. Thus, an investigation would no longer be necessary.
The forensics of his death makes no sense. The crime scene evidence contradicts the official account which claimed that Hastings lost hastings car 2control of his speeding car which crashed into a tree and the car subsequently burst into flames. I have looked at the video and still pictures of the crime scene and I have a very hard time believing the official story as a result. My heartfelt thanks goes out to Jim Stone and LoudLabs for publishing these crash scene pictures. Look at Hastings car, as it is fully engulfed in flames from an alleged head-on, high speed crash into a tree. Please notice the silhouette of the burning car, that the front end of the care is fully intact. The significance of this will become apparent in the following paragraphs.

Notice the tree. It is not even bent after supposedly being impacted by Hastings car at 80mph.
Notice the tree. It is not even bent after supposedly being impacted by Hastings car at 80 miles per hour.
Now, look at the adjacent picture of the tree taken following the accident. Does this tree look like it was the target of a high speed crash in which some say that Hastings would have been going in excess of 80 mph at the time of impact? The tree isn’t even bent! This is an ill conceived crime scene explanation which riv als the unbelievable “magic bullet” theory which was brought forth in the JFK assassination to explain how one bullet could strike two men and create five different wounds.
Take note of the front end of the car, no impact damage is present. However, the rear of the car is a different story. This photo absolutely disprove the official account of what they say happened to Hastings.
Take note of the front end of the car, no impact damage is present. However, the rear of the car is a different story. If the front end of Hastings’ car had struck a tree, the hood would look like an accordion and would be pushed up into the front seat. This photo absolutely disproves the official account of what officials say happened to Hastings and his vehicle.
There there is the issue of the front end of the car. The above picture proves that the front end of the car struck nothing. However, the rear end of the car is damaged and appears to have been blown out. Unless Hastings was driving in reverse, it did not strike any tree. And since the tree was not struck by Hastings car, other outside explanations must be now be considered.
Even more telling in this murder mystery is the fact that even the officials cannot even keep their cover stories straight.
A Westside LA newspaper, The Park Labrea News/ Beverly Press reported that “LAPD investigators have stated foul play was involved. Yet when the newspaper attempted to question the lead investigator in the case, Detective Connie White from the LAPD’s West Traffic Division, regarding the investigators revelation of foul play, she did not return calls to the newspaper, thus, refusing comment on the status of the investigation.
This is a significant revelation because we have to remember that when whistleblower Andrew Breitbart was murdered, so was his coroner following the autopsy. The coroner who had investigated the Breitbart death was poisoned to death. Therefore, isn’t it logical to assume that the LA coroner and LAPD Detective White are aware of this fact and are subsequently afraid of their own shadow? The fix is in and official statements other than the “approved” version will not be forthcoming.
In a related story, it was revealed in May that the Justice Department secretly obtained phone records of journalists at the Associated Press. Did this Fourth Amendment violation of journalist records stop with the AP reporters? Were Hastings records subject to illegal scrutiny as well? It would be hard to imagine a scenario where this was not the case. Keep in mind, Hastings was dead less than 30 days following this revelation. This is where a future Grand Jury investigation needs to begin into the murder of Michael Hastings.
If this were a Grand Jury Inquest, the purveyors of this head on collision with a tree fantasy would have an impossible burden to overcome the evidence that has been presented here. Indictments would be issued and heads in Washington DC would begin to roll.
Michael Hastings was a talented and courageous journalist. He left behind friends and family that loved him. He deserves to have the motives and the method used to murder him exposed. These items will be the topic of Part Two.

Global Wealth Inequality – What you never knew you never knew
PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A NEW VERSION OF THE VIDEO WITH A MORE ACCURATE MAP HERE:http://youtu.be/DJtOhfpGlZ8.
Inequality Video Fact Sheet:
The figure we use for total global household wealth, $223 trillion, comes from the 2012 Credit Suisse Global Wealth Report.
The figures we use for how the world’s wealth is divided by population cohort also come from the 2012 Credit Suisse Global Wealth Report, as discussed here.
The video says that the richest 300 people on earth have more wealth than the poorest 3 billion.  We chose those numbers because it makes for a clear and memorable comparison, but in truth the situation is even worse: the richest 200 people have about $2.7 trillion, which is more than the poorest 3.5 billion people, who have only $2.2 trillion combined.
The claim that inequality between poor countries and rich countries has been increasing and now stands at about 1:80 comes from the United Nations Development Program’s 1999 Human Development Report.
The amount of aid that rich countries give to developing countries each year, about $130 billion, comes from the OECD Aid Statistics report.

Video: Giant Moon Tower Miles High, In Arizona State University Archives

Sunday, July 21, 2013 11:35

This tower structure was discovered on the moon and is in an Arizona State University archive and that’s why there is so little editing of the photo. UFO Sightings Daily author Scott C. Waring says, “NASA softens all the detail from 100% down to about 87% on purpose…but in this photo we can see high detail buildings, rocks, boulders, dirt, shadows.”
Photo above is from the video…the photo below is taken by Waring from the original source. He has confirmed  that this structure is in this photo.
Date of sighting: July 16, 2013
Location of sighting: Earths Moon
The structure is in the photo. It’s in the lower left hand side, then after you take a screenshot, you need to flip it upside-down and you can see it how its meant to be…a tower. Fantastic discovery and you can download the full photo, enlarge it by 3X, and view many structures in it.
But Waring suggests that flipping the whole photo upside down may allow you to find more structures more easily.
Full photo below shows location of tower, but go its too small size so instead click on link above.

America No Longer Has a Functioning Judicial System

The Separation of Powers Which Define Our Democracy Have Been Destroyed

The Department of Justice told a federal court this week that the NSA’s spying “cannot be challenged in a court of law”.
(This is especially dramatic given that numerous federal judges and legal scholars – including a former FISA judge – say that the FISA spying “court” is nothing but a kangaroo court.)
Also this week, the Department of Justice told a federal court that the courts cannot review the legality of the government’s assassination by drone of Americans abroad:
“‘Are you saying that a US citizen targeted by the United States in a foreign country has no constitutional rights?’ [the judge]  asked Brian Hauck, a deputy assistant attorney general. ‘How broadly are you asserting the right of the United States to target an American citizen? Where is the limit to this?’
“She provided her own answer: ‘The limit is the courthouse door’ . . . .
“‘Mr. Hauck acknowledged that Americans targeted overseas do have rights, but he said they could not be enforced in court either before or after the Americans were killed.’”
(Indeed, the Obama administration has previously claimed the power to be judge, jury and executioner in both drone and cyber-attacks.  This violates Anglo-Saxon laws which have been on the books in England and America for 800 years.)
The Executive Branch also presents “secret evidence” in many court cases … sometimes even hiding the evidence from the judge who is deciding the case.
Bush destroyed much of the separation of powers which made our country great.  But under Obama, it’s gotten worse.
For example, the agency which decides who should be killed by drone is the same agency which spies on all Americans.
Daniel Ellsberg notes that even the Founding Fathers didn’t have to deal with a government claiming that it could indefinitely detain Americanseven on American soil.
After Pulitzer Prize winning journalist Chris Hedges, journalist Naomi Wolf, Pentagon Papers whistleblower Daniel Ellsberg and others sued the government to enjoin the NDAA’s allowance of the indefinite detention of Americans – the judge asked the government attorneys 5 times whether journalists like Hedges could be indefinitely detained simply for interviewing and then writing about bad guys. The government refused to promise that journalists like Hedges won’t be thrown in a dungeon for the rest of their lives without any right to talk to a judge
The Department of Justice has also tapped Congressional phones, and a high-level NSA whistleblower says that including all 9 Supreme Court justices.
It’s not just the Executive Branch which has attacked the courts.  For example, Congress passed a bill stripping courts of the power to review issues related to genetically modified foods.
The Constitution is mortally mounded.  While the “war on terror” is commonly cited as the excuse, most of the attacks on our rights started before 9/11.  Indeed, the Founding Fathers warned 200 years ago that open-ended wars give the Executive an excuse to take away our liberties.
Two former U.S. Supreme Court Justices have warned that America is sliding into tyranny.   A former U.S. President, and many other high-level American officials agree.
In addition to attacks on the judiciary by the White House and Congress, judges are voluntarily gutting the justice system … and laying down in lapdog-obeisance to D.C.
For example, the Supreme Court ruled that if judges don’t like plaintiffs’ allegations of bad government actions, the judge can simply pre-judge and throw out the lawsuit before even allowing the party to conduct any discovery to prove their claims.   This guts 220 years of Constitutional law, and makes it extremely difficult to challenge harmful government action in court.
America has a “dual justice system … one for ordinary people and then one for people with money and enormous wealth and power”.
Indeed, most Americans have less access to justice than Botswanans … and are more abused by police than Kazakhstanis.
