The masses have been trained to call the Nephilim of Genesis chapter six by another new name, “aliens.” These so called “aliens” have been involved with mankind since day one. They are not from another planet, rather they are interdimensional beings and per the Bible, are the satanic offspring of Fallen Watcher Angels and humans.

“The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them.” Genesis 6:4

“And there we saw the Nephilim (the sons of Anak, who come from the Nephilim), and we seemed to ourselves like grasshoppers, and so we seemed to them.” Numbers 13:33

Considering the Nephilim are still alive and active today, this leads me to believe that many inhabit underground cities. Over time various whistleblowers have surfaced exposing not only these hidden underground cities, known as DUMBS, but also the “alien life-forms” that exist within—better known as Nephilim.

But before we go any further, lets first dive into the evidence of D.U.M.B.’s (Deep Underground Military Bases)

Eye witness testimonies reveal that DUMBS range from 10 – 30 miles across and some are as deep as four miles down. There is approximately 140 DUMBS and they have allegedly been under construction since the 1940s. Most of the tunneling activity is beneath military installations and all information is highly restricted; making it near impossible to verify, but some evidence has managed to surface over the years.

Whistleblowers like James Casbolt, Tim Weiner, Fletcher Prouty, and Philip Schneider, have talked publicly about substantial underground installations located under US Air force bases, Navy Bases, Army Bases, FEMA Military Training Camps, DHS control centers, Area 51, the Northrop facility in Antelope Valley, and the Lockheed installation near Edwards, California. Ex-employees have additionally claimed that these deep “underground cities” have tunnels that are connected by high-speed magnetic-levitation trains with speeds of up to 1500 MPH. (I question where they got that technology)

D U M B s Deep Underground Military Bases

Taking into account all the pictures and footage found in the video above, how could one doubt the existence of underground bases? Norway, Turkey, Russia, Israel, China, and Iran all have openly admitted to underground cities, why do we think it will be any different here in America? The only difference is our government keeps it under wraps, why? Now that is the question.

Philip Schneider, one of the most famous whistleblowers of DUMBS, gave a public lecture in 1995 on his discoveries. He was an ex-government structural engineer who was privy to building these underground military bases. He not only exposed the DUMBS themselves but he further claimed they were inhabited by UFO, better known as Nephilim. Because of his claims he was targeted by the elite and on January 17th, 1996 he was found murdered in his apartment with a piano wire wrapped around his neck. Someone didn’t want his testimony to go any further then it already had.

UFO Phil Schnieder Whistle blower of Secret tunnels Greys

Not only did Philip Schneider reveal information about the UFO/Nephilim in these underground DUMBS but a former Canadian military officer, who went by the name “Timothy” because he didn’t want to be discovered, also shared his experience. Timothy served as a junior officer in the Canadian Armed Forces in the aerospace engineering branch, and he worked at one of the top-secret deep underground military base at Cold Lake Canada.

He states:

“I am not about to use my name and risk incarceration since I would be in violation of our country’s State Secrets Act. More than 3,000 people have been killed for trying to talk about what goes on in these underground bases. It’s basically a death sentence…”

He further explained that the network of DUMBS housed ‘non-human life forms’ who openly shared their ‘alien technology’ with the US government (read more about his testimony here).

James Casbolt, a former MI6 agent who worked in ‘Black Ops’ in London between 1995-1999,  was another leaker who saw “living aliens” in these underground cities. He further explained that the size of these cities was about the size of a medium sized city (click here to hear his full story).

If we take into consideration the whistleblowers testimonies, the photo evidence of DUMBS, and the Biblical information on the Nephilim; then one can only assume that it is possible that the Nephilim are in these undergrounds DUMBS. Furthermore, the Bible is clear that the Nephilim would be alive and active today….

 “The Nephilim were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of man and they bore children to them.” Genesis 6:4

Notice the words, “and also afterwards.”  That means even after the flood of Noah, Nephilim invaded the earth. In these latter days, the Bible says it will be a time of mass hybridization and corruption of human DNA like never before. Which is why we see an uptick in UFO/Nephilim abduction and sightings. God told us that it would be like the days of Noah, ”But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” Matthew 24:37.  During Noah’s time there was an invasion of Nephilim and so it will be in our generation.

In Conclusion

What if these whistleblowers are telling the truth? What if a hidden, secret network of underground cities and tunnels really does exist? What if Nephilim are real?

If so then why are the elite hiding them and why did they murder the whistleblower?

Are they expecting a global disaster? An apocalypse? The rise of the Nephilim race or an  “alien” Antichrist? A nuclear war? Some other catastrophic “depopulating” event? Or all of the above?

Two weeks after the suicide of a JP Morgan banker who jumped to his death from the top of a building, another of the firm’s employees has died, with 37-year-old Ryan Henry Crane becoming the 5th banker fatality in just the last few weeks alone.
Crane was an Executive Director in JPM’s Global Program Trading desk based in New York and had been with the firm for 14 years.
Few details have been released concerning the nature of his death, with reports merely stating that Crane is survived by his wife and son.
“We can only hope this disturbing chain of deaths within the financial industry – one of which involved a nail-gun induced suicide – is purely accidental,” writes Zero Hedge.
Now things are getting weird.  The nail gun death was highly suspicious and now they just keep dying.  I’m not complaining but something is afoot!   Either these guys are killing themselves for 5 different reasons or they are all lined somehow and are either forced to kill themselves or are murdered.  If there is a 6th then I have no doubts.

Economic illiteracy is a hallmark of most political policies. The prime example of this principle is the idiocy out of the Obama administration that maintains that the Affordable Care Act is favorable to job seekers. The ranks of progressive euphoria reporting on the joys of Obamacare want to spin the latest Congressional Budget Office’s (CBO) analysis as favorable. As these imbeciles push out their demented dreams for a neo Great Society, the facts of trade and industry need to be buried in order to institute the total welfare state. In the face of ignoring that productive employment is a worthy and necessary goal for a healthy economy, avid Obama supporters cannot escape empirical reality. Even a flagship liberal publication like Atlantic is obliged to ask, Is Obamacare a Job-Killer After All?

"The reduction in CBO’s projections of hours worked represents a decline in the number of full-time-equivalent workers of about 2.0 million in 2017, rising to about 2.5 million in 2024. Although CBO projects that total employment (and compensation) will increase over the coming decade that increase will be smaller than it would have been in the absence of the ACA."

CBO: Obamacare is a Job Killer

Such words, often dismissed by those who reject conflicting statistics, need to view the video CBO: Obamacare is a Job Killer. If the revered NYT: It's Actually Great Obamacare Will Spur 2.5 Million to Leave their Job, can joke about the fate of the unemployed, maybe their writers better hit the streets and try to find a useful job.

The 2.5 million workers that will be driven out of the workforce due to Obamacare is actually "a liberating result of the law," according The New York Times (emphasis added):

"The Congressional Budget Office estimated on Tuesday that the Affordable Care Act will reduce the number of full-time workers by 2.5 million over the next decade. That is mostly a good thing, a liberating result of the law. Of course, Republicans immediately tried to brand the findings as "devastating" and stark evidence of President Obama’s health care reform as a failure and a job killer. It is no such thing.
The report estimated that — thanks to an increase in insurance coverage under the act and the availability of subsidies to help pay the premiums — many workers who felt obliged to stay in a job that provided health benefits would now be able to leave those jobs or choose to work fewer hours than they otherwise would have. In other words, the report is about the choices workers can make when they are no longer tethered to an employer because of health benefits. The cumulative effect on the labor supply is the equivalent of 2.5 million fewer full-time workers by 2024."

In the real world, large corporations strive to cut costs and such organizations aim to reduce or forestall adding new employees whenever possible. Therefore, when the establishment press comes to the defense of Obamacare, they are actually making the argument that their own importance in their corporate enterprise is expendable.
Well before the release of this CBO report, the example of Kroger Confronts Obamacare by Reducing Employee Hours illustrates that reduced income is the byproduct for many workers.

"Kroger is a large grocery store chain which employs nearly 350,000 people and had sales sales of $90 billion last year. Last week, employees found out that, starting in 2013, there will be some changes for employees. These scheduling changes will be made to account for increased costs due to Obamacare. Employees who are not already considered full time will have their hours limited whereas, now, they are allowed to work as many hours as needed in the store. For many employees, this means that they will need to find a second job or another job altogether."

Factor in The New Normal: Part-Time Employment and you have a perfect storm for years of diminished economic activity. Then lump in the prerequisite of joining an Obamacare exchange and those government subsidies seem like little compensation for effectively using those high deductable schemes.

It is a well-demonstrated fact that Small Businesses Once Again Create More Jobs Than Big Businesses. "Small businesses created almost double the new jobs in January 2014, compared with large businesses. And when you add growth among medium-sized businesses to the employment growth in small businesses, the numbers swamp the job growth of large corporations." Any entrepreneur with the experience of making a payroll understands that the added costs of employing labor discourages new hiring. If the economy was expanding and growing, such additional expenses might be able to be absorbed. Sorry to say, the main street economy is faltering on several levels.
Forbes warns in Obamacare Kills 2.5 Million Jobs? That Doesn't Count Independent Contractors.

"Many rules hinge on who are your employees—independent contractors aren’t covered. But that assumes that your independent contractor classification holds up. If it doesn’t and your independent contractors are recharacterized, you are back in the soup. The risk isn’t theoretical, as the IRS is active in independent contractor reclassification efforts. And more scrutiny is coming."

The implication should be clear. As people refuse to join the exchanges, the IRS will ramp up compliance by stripping the illusion that workers are legitimate independent contractors. The result is that fewer new hires will follow.

Finally, consider the impact of the ACA’s cuts to Medicare threaten home health care jobs. "Newly implemented administration policies, which slash home health care funding by 14 percent over the next four years, are already resulting in a downturn in job growth, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics."
As the quality of health care declines under Obamacare, the burden of financing the guaranteed profits of the major insurance companies will fall upon the few remaining full time employees. Many part timers will opt for the taxpayer supported Medicaid coverage. This situation is hardly a bright health care future, nor is it a positive incentive for a lasting recovery. An honest job will become as rare as the few remaining practicing physicians.

Contaminated Cuisine

The government is gearing up to exercise a calculated biological contamination of the food or water supply.  There are many contaminants, pathogens, and toxins that could herald the new age of synthetic foods with ultimate food control, but leading the pack are two historically successful candidates, anthrax and Clostridium botulism.  Both are soil- growing bacterium that have been weaponized in laboratories, allowing for plausible deniablity by those releasing the toxins into the food supply.

How Grave is the Situation?

On February 5th FEMA began reporting for the first time, Continental US (CONUS) Commodity Readiness reports.  Pay close attention to the first note at the bottom, “Catastrophic requirement based on supporting 1.75 million survivors for 3 days”.  That is not many people.  This figure does not include Hawaii or Guam.

The CDC has begun educating the public on contaminated food.  Unfortunately, most people have lost track of their agrarian roots making them prey for opportunistic agencies who would feed them dis-information all the while introducing contaminants and toxins to food causing disability and mass death.  Could the web address of an obscure CDC epidemiological journal web profiling anthrax hold the key to an imminent catastrophe?  The address contains the letters, eid.  Eid is a solemn Muslim ‘Festival of Sacrifice’.  Are we to be the sacrificial lambs?

Most people associate anthrax with livestock, and botulism with improperly cooked foods. Both anthrax and botulism are powerful toxins that can, according the Agriculture Research Service, make every day foods and beverages deadly. Anthrax is considered the number one choice for a bio-attack.

Anthrax can enter the body through the air or by way of contaminated food or drink.  Once the spores enter the body they can become ‘activated’ creating toxins that can cause severe illness and death.
On January 30^th, 2014, Department of Homeland Security and Health & Human Services provided first responders with instant access to a 10-50 day supply of antibiotics citing voluntary preventative and proactive anthrax prescriptions to be used if public health officials  determine that an “actual anthrax emergency occurs”.  The medication would allow first responders to continue their jobs with little interruption.  The medication expense is to be borne by the first responders.  The dispensing of preventative medication is similar to that surrounding the events of September 11, 2001 when first responders and emergency personnel were issued prophylactic antibiotics.
Meanwhile, on January 23, 2014 the CDC issued it’s revised recommendations and guidelines for treating adults and pregnant women especially if exposed to inhalation anthrax.  Anthrax was prominently featured in the February 2014 issue of Journal of Emerging and Zoonotic Diseases.

 When someone mentions botulism, most people probably associate this nerve-damaging disease with food that was not prepared or stored correctly.  These days botulism is the weapon of choice because the toxin is easily added to everyday foods and beverages. A new test developed by the Agricultural Research Service for Homeland Security promises first responders the ability to determine if a food sample has a known botulism toxin and if there is enough toxin in the food or drink to kill (LD50).

Molecular biologist Robert Hnasko and colleagues devised the field-ready, surveillance tool that can provide preliminary screening for botulism in as little as 20 minutes.
According to the developer, the test “is as easy as using a home pregnancy test,” making expensive labs equipment unnecessary.
This test may not guarantee accurate results as government and academia have been diligently working on developing more lethal strains of botulism.  Information on the new weaponized strains have been silenced.  Laboratory secrecy is endangering public health.  The botulism test can detect A and B serotypes botulism.  It is not know if it can detect new strains of botulism such as the H strain.  The new surveillance tool used to identify botulism was tested by contaminating milk, apple juice and orange juice with botulism.

 Complicating Matters

The situation that we have in-hand currently is: researchers are weaponizing pathogens and toxins behind an iron curtain of secrecy; a government who admits that it will be exercising contamination of the food or water supply within the next 50 days; new tools, regulations, and guidelines recently published and marketed; an up-tick in Clostridium toxin outbreaks in both human and animal populations; and first responders given instant access to prophylactic antibiotics “in case of an anthrax attack” so that they can do their job.
Outbreaks of Anthrax and Clostridium are considered reportable diseases under the Terrestrial Animal Health Code which require standardized treatment dictated by international governing bodies.  Slipping into the Federal Register on Monday, February 10, 2014 is a proposal by the FDA seeking scientific-evidence and methods assessing the public health and economic impact of acute or chronic exposures to pathogens and chemical contaminants in food.  The FDA is seeking to justify expansion of jurisdictional power legitimizing the intrusive Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA).  FSMA shifts the burden and cost of food safety regulations to farmers.  Under FSMA farmers will have to submit to internationally harmonized regulations that reduce barriers to global trade.  The proposed regulation will identify high risk foods that could become contaminated in the food supply chain and requires government tracking of large segments of the food supply.  Scorecards have been developed and algorithms are ready to scrutinize the population responses to pathogens, toxins, and contamination in each food product.  All that is needed is a high profile food contamination event to compare “background” contamination with “injected” introductions of various pathogens and contaminants into the food supply.

I have to admit, I am more often than not intrigued by all the articles that regular readers here send me, and there are times I wish I had a professional paid staff to sort through them all and blog about them, because so many good contributions “fall through the cracks” simply because I do not have time to blog about them all, plus maintain some sort of semblance of oversight and moderation of the comments sections, and do talk show appearances and research and write books. Sadly, so much is lost every two weeks when I go through the accumulated emails, and make selections of things to blog about.
This one, however, I have to talk about, for it invites and almost compels speculation about the real motivations swirling around the NSA/Ed Snowden affair. This article was sent to me by a regular reader and contributor of articles, and it’s so important that I have to bring it to your attention, not just because it’s important on its own merits, but also because of the type of speculations it compels in the context of the NSA/Snowden affair. First, the article, courtesy of Ms. P.H.:

Now, beyond the obvious implications that the Pentagram as hardly what one thinks of when one thinks of “Neighborhood family physician” or even a health insurance pool, what might be going on here?
Ostensibly, the report is about mining or trolling for medical data, and “assembling it all in one place”:

“Medical researchers have searched for years for a system that can find information located in various reports and combine it into one place. The philosophy behind the Big Mechanism is for researchers to be able to find new information found in the various scientific reports and papers published around the world and then absorb that information into their ongoing work.
“The program is an example of bioinformatics, which involves managing, mining and interpreting information included in biological reports and data.
“STORY: Pentagon on watch for disruptive technology worldwide
“Officials and researchers throughout the government have been targeting ways to examine more data to find treatments for various medial ailments or to track inventions that have the potential to disrupt U.S. military efforts. The Pentagon has launched a new project called Technology Watch/Horizon Scanning, which aims to track developing technologies around the world that could either aid U.S. military efforts or seriously disrupt existing military plans.
“The DARPA announcement seeks researchers from universities, government and private industry to propose how to build the mechanism and weave data mining into ongoing research. To be sure, an ability to track diseases via real time monitoring of their reports would allow specialists to have a real understanding of the vectors of infection, and this, in turn, could be a great boon to immunologists and other medical specialists in combating various diseases. Alternatively, such data mining could also provide new insights into the study of genetics and human history and origins.
But the involvement of well-known defense contractors like MITRE and of agencies such as the Diabolically Apocalyptic Research Projects Agency(aka Defense Advance Research Projects Agency, or DARPA) in the effort says something else.
Ever since the story of the Edward Snowden affair and the ramptant NSA electronic surveillance campaign began to break, I suspected, and stated publicly, that the real reasons for the spying was not about combatting terrorism, but about the ultimate in insider trading mechanisms and maintaining an advantage over competitors in a world were information processing and electronic financial transaction are the bedrocks of economic power. Economic power, in turn, is the basis of military power.
So the article above is in effect disingenuous to a certain extent, in that the ability to assemble all this data mining “in one place” is precisely what the Utah NSA facility is all about. But the article does give us a much better hint and clue into what kinds of surveilling is being done: every scientific paper in pdf form, every patent posted on a government site, every e-book, every blueprint, in short, virtually anything of a technological nature anywhere will be mined.
This is turn will be passed through various filters of an Echelon-like nature – intelligence, counter-intelligence, disciplinary and technical filters such as physics and all subdivisions thereof, aeronautics and space technologies – you name it, will then sort the data and collate it, flagging certain things for human review and evaluation, which will be passed along to various committees for recommendations and policy formation.
In other words, in addition to the economic nature of the surveillance program, one is also looking at another phenomenon. Years ago, Lt. Col. Tom Bearden, (U.S. Army, Ret.), speculated that the Soviet Union had established an analog version of this data-mining operation, a vast bureaucracy rooted in the Soviet Academy of Science to mine every western scientific journal, paper, and patent, and to flag articles and papers for further review and evaluation. Nazi Germany had a similar organization called the Forschung, Entwicklung, und Patente under the auspices of the SS and SS Obergruppenfuehrer Emil Mazuw.
DARPA’s involvement here suggests that we are looking at a similar tip of a very large national security iceberg, one that has all the hallmarks of being a part of a postwar Mega-Manhattan Project sized entity combing for anything of a technological and scientific nature to enable it to confront its most pressing long-term strategic problem: the UFO. And make no mistake, this data-mining operation will have(and probably already has) a UFO-reporting and data mining component. One is looking at another sure sign of what Mr. Richard Dolan has aptly described as a breakaway civilization. This implies, in turn, that the “war on terror” may have been the excuse to create and expand the data-mining activities of this group for purposes entirely unrelated to terrorism.

The Pentagon is planning to embark on a $45 million data mining program, which it calls a "Big Mechanism," to track research into the biology of cancer and signal pathways for cancer cells.
An announcement released recently by the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) shows the program hopes to comb through the growing trove of worldwide scientific research to find specific terms related to cancer and assemble them into a more coherent package that will allow researchers to better understand the latest developments.
Medical researchers have searched for years for a system that can find information located in various reports and combine it into one place. The philosophy behind the Big Mechanism is for researchers to be able to find new information found in the various scientific reports and papers published around the world and then absorb that information into their ongoing work.
The program is an example of bioinformatics, which involves managing, mining and interpreting information included in biological reports and data.

As reported by ECM on the Feb. 2nd, extreme weather has developed in both the north and south hemisphere. This includes several volcanic eruptions and earthquakes flattening buildings, causing mass evacuations, injuries and fatalities, blackouts of over a million homes and business, and several regions declaring 'State of Emergency'.

These most recent events occurred within 24-72 hours after a flurry of intense solar storms launched from the Sun as solar flares, CMEs (coronal mass ejections), coronal holes, and filament propelled charged particles hitting the Earth's magnetic field. As a result, geomagnetic storms caused instability in the upper and lower atmosphere. This produced shifts in the jet stream and ocean currents.

But it doesn't stop there. Charged particles are known to penetrate through the Earth's crust, down through the mantle and will have a convection effect with the Earth's core. Just a few days ago, the ESA (European Space Agency) released their findings of a new study published in the scientific journal Nature Geoscience. A space satellite named GOCE has provided striking visualizations of the Earth's deep interior. Its gravity data has enabled the effect of variations in the density of rock (magma) to be traced up to more than 1243 miles (2000 km) below the surface.

Maps were developed which help to show how super-heated viscous rock and minerals moves up and down producing a range of less understood geological phenomena. These include mantle plumes and subduction zones, where the great tectonic slabs covering the Earth's surface dive under one another. Also visible are ancient subduction zones running deep under Asia and along the Americas. What GOCE is probably seeing is the buried remnants of old plate material of Jurassic age (older than 150 million years ago) in the case of Asia, and of roughly Cretaceous age (older than about 60 million years ago) in the case of the Americas.

In addition, the satellite's data contains a residual signal of the former Tethys Ocean. Subducted material is seen in the maps stretching from the Mediterranean to the Himalayas. What happens when you add diversity to Iowa’s conventional corn-soybean cropping system? An Iowa State University agronomist has found that you can reduce herbicide inputs, maintain and even improve weed suppression, enhance soil quality by several measures, plus boost grain yields. The study also found that non-GMO crops performed better than genetically modified varieties.
The cropping system research began in 2002, conducted by ISU agronomy professor Matt Liebman at the ISU Marsden Farm in Boone County. This 22-acre field experiment assesses agrichemical input use, yields, weed dynamics, economic characteristics and soil functions of diversified and simpler (two-year) crop rotation systems. The diversified corn-soybean systems are three- and four-year rotations that include oats and organic matter amendments, such as manure. In 2008, the experiment added a comparison of genetically modified and non-GMO corn and soybeans.
Results of this study indicate that the diversified three- and four-year crop rotation systems produced high yields of corn and soybeans and suppressed weeds effectively, while receiving only a fraction of the synthetic nitrogen fertilizer and herbicides used for a conventionally managed corn-soybean rotation. Among the six rotation systems and technology package combinations evaluated during 2008-2012, the highest level of profitability was obtained from the 3-year corn-soybean-oat/red clover rotation that did not employ GM crops.
The study was funded as part of the Leopold Center for Sustainable Agriculture’s long-running competitive grants program.

Analysis: Defense Clandestine Service Is Here To Stay

WASHINGTON — Senior US officials and lawmakers are sending new signals that a fledgling cadre of military spies is a done deal, despite no real substantive public debate.
The Pentagon last year proposed creation of the Defense Clandestine Service (DCS), saying the military needed its own team of spies to gather human intelligence across the globe. The country already has a civilian clandestine service within the CIA, which is itching to ditch some of its post-9/11 roles and return full-time to the spying and analysis business.
Yet, despite unresolved questions about operational and budgetary redundancy, Congress rubber-stamped the Pentagon’s plans. And by approving the Defense Department plans as included in its last budget request, so did President Barack Obama, who seems enamored with the country’s myriad intelligence tools.
The conclusion apparently reached by Congress and the administration: Why not add another intel gadget to the toolbox — and slap a military insignia on it?
Ask just about any former Pentagon official or Capitol Hill defense aide what is the biggest hurdle for establishing an entity within the massive DoD bureaucracy, and they almost always will say getting included in the annual budget request, and then surviving the first congressional budget cycle.
DCS accomplished that feat. In recent weeks, including on Tuesday, senior intel officials and lawmakers gave more signals that the military spy cadre is here to stay.
Here are three reasons:
1. High-level support. Director of National Intelligence James Clapper, a former military intelligence official, gushed about DCS during testimony Tuesday before the Senate Armed Services Committee. So did Defense Intelligence Agency Director Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn.
“I am a big supporter of it,” Clapper said. “What this initiative [does], to me, is taking this to the next level. It represents professionalization, greater partnering with the [CIA’s] National Clandestine Service. So I’m a big proponent of it. I think it is a unique capability, particularly the uniform [operatives], and provides a unique service to the national intelligence community that no one else can do.”
Flynn described the military spy agency’s purpose as to “provide human intelligence collection capability for defense and national requirements.
“I would just say that in three areas we have seen significant improvement, and that is our field presence, which we … have expanded our footprint overseas. Primarily the second area is building stronger partnerships, not only with allies and other nations, but also with our services and with, especially, special operations command and, of course, our great partner in the CIA in this endeavor. … We have seen a modest increase in our productivity in terms of reporting and just production from these capabilities that we have put out there over the last year.”
In Washington, if the bigwigs want something — especially ones who run national security entities — they typically get it.
2. Buzzwords. No US defense initiative is real until it’s accompanied by a slew of mind-numbing slogans and government-speak terms. Officials often use them when answering serious, and not-so-serious, questions from lawmakers.
Clapper offered a few.
The new spy cadre, he said, “will help to promote more integrationbetween the two services.”
The DNI said the Pentagon clandestine organization should “actually serve to promote greater integration with the National Clandestine Service.”
SASC Ranking Member Sen. Jack Reed, R-R.I., also got into the buzzword act.
“Gen. Clapper, can you comment on the Defense Clandestine Service [and] its integration with other elements since you’re sitting at sort of the apex of collection activities and other activities.”
In Washington, when your program or initiative gets some buzzwords, it’s a real thing.
3. Congress erected low hurdles. When the leaders of the House and Senate Armed Services committees negotiated a 2014 Pentagon policy bill that was jammed through both chambers in late December, they erected no major hurdles for DCS.
True, the compromise bill includes House-approved language that would require the Defense Department to certify this or that. One such requirement withholds 50 percent of the spy service’s 2014 monies until the Pentagon certifies to congressional national security committees that “DCS is designed primarily to fulfill priorities of the DoD that are unique to the DoD or otherwise unmet; and provide unique capabilities to the intelligence community.”
Such certifications are not difficult tasks for the Defense Department.
The Pentagon policy measure contains other provisions that require “the secretary of defense to design metrics that will be used to ensure that the DCS is employed in the manner certified; provide annual assessments for [five] years based on the metrics established; submit prompt notifications of any significant changes; and provide quarterly briefings on deployments and collection activities.”
Because the department employs scores of workers to craft those kinds of things for Congress, those hurdles are relatively low ones.
Barring a scandal or operational debacle, all evidence suggests DCS is a done deal. ■

This algorithm can predict a revolution

For students of international conflict, 2013 provided plenty to examine. There was civil war in Syria, ethnic violence in China, and riots to the point of revolution in the Ukraine. For those working at Duke University’s Ward Lab, all specialists in predicting conflict, the year looks like a betting sheet, full of predictions that worked and others that didn’t pan out.
GUERRILLA CAMPAIGNS INTENSIFIED, PROVING OUT THE PREDICTION
When the lab put out their semiannual predictions in July, they gave Paraguay a 97 percent chance of insurgency, largely based on reports of Marxist rebels. The next month, guerrilla campaigns intensified, proving out the prediction. In the case of China’s armed clashes between Uighurs and Hans, the models showed a 33 percent chance of violence, even as the cause of each individual flare-up was concealed by the country’s state-run media. On the other hand, the unrest in the Ukraine didn’t start raising alarms until the action had already started, so the country was left off the report entirely.
According to Ward Lab’s staff, the purpose of the project isn’t to make predictions but to test theories. If a certain theory of geopolitics can predict an uprising in the Ukraine, then maybe that theory is onto something. And even if these specialists could predict every conflict, it would only be half the battle. “It’s a success only if it doesn’t come at the cost of predicting a lot of incidents that don’t occur,” says Michael D. Ward, the lab’s founder and chief investigator, who also runs the blog Predictive Heuristics. “But it suggests that we might be on the right track.”
IF A CERTAIN THEORY OF GEOPOLITICS CAN PREDICT AN UPRISING IN THE UKRAINE, MAYBE THAT THEORY IS ONTO SOMETHING
Forecasting the future of a country wasn’t always done this way. Traditionally, predicting revolution or war has been a secretive project, for the simple reason that any reliable prediction would be too valuable to share. But as predictions lean more on data, they’ve actually become harder to keep secret, ushering in a new generation of open-source prediction models that butt against the siloed status quo.
WILL THIS COUNTRY’S GOVERNMENT FACE AN ACUTE EXISTENTIAL THREAT IN THE NEXT SIX MONTHS?
The story of automated conflict prediction starts at the Defense Advance Research Projects Agency, known as the Pentagon’s R&D wing. In the 1990s, DARPA wanted to try out software-based approaches to anticipating which governments might collapse in the near future. The CIA was already on the case, with section chiefs from every region filing regular forecasts, but DARPA wanted to see if a computerized approach could do better. They looked at a simple question: will this country’s government face an acute existential threat in the next six months? When CIA analysts were put to the test, they averaged roughly 60 percent accuracy, so DARPA’s new system set the bar at 80 percent, looking at 29 different countries in Asia with populations over half a million. It was dubbed ICEWS, the Integrated Conflict Early Warning System, and it succeeded almost immediately, clearing 80 percent with algorithms built on simple regression analysis.
STATISTICS DON’T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT HURT FEELINGS
Why was it so easy to beat the CIA’s best analysts? To some extent, the answer has more to do with humans than machines. Imagine the agency’s Indonesia expert, for example. He wants to make accurate predictions, but he’s also subject to a range of biases that never show up in the data. He wants his work to be exciting and relevant, earning the attention of his superiors; he wants Indonesia to be important in the world. Predictions are also used to direct resources within the CIA, and he may want to attract more of the resources than the Indonesia bureau would otherwise receive. By the time all the biases are accounted for, he’s doing only slightly better than a coin flip. The statistics, on the other hand, don’t have to worry about internal politics or hurt feelings.
IT’S A MIRROR OF THE SAME OPEN-VS-CLOSED DEBATE IN SOFTWARE
It’s a lesson that conflict prediction has taken to heart, growing more transparent even as the tools become more powerful. ICEWS itself was reclassified and taken back into the secretive corners of the Pentagon, but the most exciting projects right now are fully open endeavors that publish their predictions for anyone to see. On the data side, researchers at Georgetown University are cataloging every significant political event of the past century into a single database called GDELT, and leaving the whole thing open for public research. Already, projects have used it to map the Syrian civil war and diplomatic gestures between Japan and South Korea, looking at dynamics that had never been mapped before. And then, of course, there’s Ward Lab, releasing a new sheet of predictions every six months and tweaking its algorithms with every development. It’s a mirror of the same open-vs.-closed debate in software — only now, instead of fighting over source code and security audits, it’s a fight over who can see the future the best.
Of course, the secretive predictors are still alive and well. Conflict prediction is a lucrative business for national security consultants, even if it’s harder to check their work. And it’s impossible to know what the Pentagon’s working on. They could be beating Ward’s predictions each month — but even if they were, it wouldn’t give them much of an edge over the publicly available information. And just like the CIA’s analysts, they’re handicapped by closed sources and institutional biases. As long as public predictions are getting more outside insight, more revisions, and more scrutiny, it’s easy to like their odds. “Look, it’s a messy and complicated world,” Ward says. “I don’t think we’ll ever get to a place where things are predicted perfectly.” In the meantime, the trick is to keep getting better.

In order to receive this information, you must temporarily suspend all other previous programming whether it be from CNN, FOX, CBS, ABC, NBC or any of the other 98% of media outlets controlled by only five corporations.

You have allowed your media to make you ignorant, passive, unable to engage in critical thinking and blind to the fact that you have been made a slave to the state, controlled by the mega banks, who have hijacked your government. Soon you will awaken to a life where every choice, every action and even every belief has been predetermined for you. Soon you will come to realize that that your neighbor was correct when he tried to tell you that if you let the illegitimate government come and take your guns, it would not be long until they would come and take you. We are witnessing the first stage of the total destruction of the United States.

The Russians Understand America Better Than Most Americans

Recently, a Russian blogger wrote the following about the history of his own country, with regard to the Red Revolution, in an attempt to get Americans to realize that we should never give up our guns under any circumstances.

“Moscow fell, for example, not from a lack of weapons to defend it, but from the lying guile of the Reds. Ten thousand Reds took Moscow and were opposed only by some few hundreds of officer cadets and their instructors. Even then the battle was fierce and losses high. However, in the city alone, at that time, lived over 30,000 military officers (both active and retired), all with their own issued weapons and ammunition, plus tens of thousands of other citizens who were armed. The Soviets promised to leave them all alone if they did not intervene. They did not and for that were asked afterwards to come register themselves and their weapons: where they were promptly shot.”

If we ever allow Obama and Feinstein to get any kind of a foothold on the elimination of private gun ownership, we won’t being going off of some imaginary fiscal cliff, we will be jumping headfirst into the abyss of “national suicide by gun control.”  History has spoken America, are you going to listen? Even the Russian communists are warning us not to give up our guns.

These criminals violate the Constitution every time they read one of your emails, illegally listen to your phone calls, financially bail out criminal organizations like Goldman Sachs or abduct American citizens under the NDAA.

I know that some of you find that difficult to believe, but ask yourself, how can Diane Feinstein accumulate $200 million in personal assets, while engaged in insider trading, while she has never held a job outside of government? The fact is, she cannot gather that much wealth without being bought off? Your entire Congress is bought off. Every four years, you receive a Judas kiss on the cheek while these “representatives” continue to aid and abet the bankers in separating you from your money and your civil liberties.

America, you are now living in an occupied country. As an American, you are now either a de facto prisoner of war or you are a resistance fighter, there is no longer any middle ground.

Americans were dragged into this fight in 1913 at the inception of the Federal Reserve. The last century of our history has largely been about people who know nothing of what’s going on, or think that CNN tells the truth or that your vote really matters, you are prisoners of war. You will be like the Jews who bowed and curtsied to their Nazi executors before taking a bullet in the back of the head. If you are one of those, I cannot help you. However, if you are willing to make a stand against this criminal government’s attempts to disarm the people, I will stand with you because resistance to tyranny is obedience to God.

If you give up your gun, you become a prisoner of war, and very soon, you will become a statistic in the growing number of people who will have fallen victim to their criminal governments after surrendering their guns.
