RUSSIA’S SPUTNIK: NEW TYPES OF WEAPONS, AND ... ~ the "war" we got wit thum "nazi's / on terror"... we "made" a deal wit ...ya know after the "war /wwii" we sup ~pose~ly 'won' & NOW we's got a fucking ....mess ??? ...let me ask u's some~thin folks ...is it EVER 2 late ta tell the ...truth ! HuH ???
Now, however, there's reason to wonder that something like this may be going on with the so-called "war on terror", which, as most people now know, is a war on proxies, rather than the source. Consider this strange article from Russia's Sputnik shared by Mr. B:
Weapons That Could Change Geophysical Landscape, Human DNA to Appear Soon
What intrigues here are three widely separated paragraphs in the article:
Future weapons will be based on energy, electromagnetic, radiological, geophysical and genetic principles. There will also be special information weapons to change people's perception, completely changing their mind, the Ministry said.
...
Future weapons will disrupt the physical processes that occur on the Earth and change people's DNA, causing genetic mutations and diseases....Since biological weapons are easier to acquire than nuclear weapons, there is a chance that biological and other DNA-affecting weapons might soon fall into the hands of radical non-state actors and terrorists, such as al-Qaeda, said Professor Paul Cornish, the director of research group Defense, Security and Infrastructure at RAND think-tank.
"This is everybody's big fear," Cornish said, adding that it's only the question of "when does al-Qaeda get to have the money and labs."
The appearance of such an article, citing American sources no less,
at the same juncture in time as Mr. Putin's determined intervention in
Syria, and perhaps soon, Iraq, with the article closing as it does with
the suggestion that some of these weapons - DNA altering weapons,
mind-and-perception manipulation, genetic bio-weapons - might fall into
enough money and laboratory facilities raises certain high octane
speculations. Mind-changing weapons would be, of course, a boon,
especially if you're a country with nothing other than oil and Wahhabism
to offer the world, and, should such technologies and techniques fail, a
convenient DNA-targeting bioweapon would also be a handy thing to have.
This article, and Russian policy in the region in the last few
years, suggests that there is some consistency with respect to that
policy, and perhaps some hidden agendas and motivations - and information - that Russia may be acting upon. Recall only that during the first
attempt to ratchet up support for the American-led opposition to the
regime of Mr. Assad, the claim was made that he was using his chemical
weapon supply, and that he had to go for that reason. This, of
course, handed Mr. Putin his first opportunity on a silver platter, for
he then negotiated the surrender and dismantling of that stockpile. The
point here is that Russia intervened to dismantle some of those WMDs.
It is now engaged in open military degrading and destruction of various
anti-Assad forces. IN my most recent book, The Third Way, I
suggested that the "war on terror" might be a cover for something else, a
war against an international underground criminal and Fascist
organization, which has a large war chest, possible access to
l;aboratories and technical "expertise," and with clear and palpable
historic ties to the most radicalized elements within that region of the
world. Additionally, the Russian Foreign Minister himself has from time
to time made statements about the current struggle against Fascism.
When one looks at this context in this way, then this statement
from the article also suggests that Russia might be seeing something we
are not, and be seeing this as a life-or-death, do-or-die struggle
against something threatening its very existence as a nation:
There are over 4,500 objects considered as "critically important" across Russia. Most of them are located in densely populated areas near large cities and towns. If an enemy decides to attack Russia using these geophysical and genetic weapons then the country would face irreparable damages that would halt the country's entire livelihood.
This is, I suspect, a message about how Russia is viewing the
situation, and if so, then perhaps there is some intelligence behind
this assessment. And if all this high octane speculation be
true, then the timing and content of the article are not coincidental,
but rather, contain yet another messages: Stay tuned, more to come...
See you on the flip side...
