THE SECOND SPECIES

THE SECOND SPECIES

THE SECOND SPECIES

Quantum physics is a weird world. It studies subatomic particles, which are the essential building blocks of reality. All matter, including ourselves is made up of them. But, the laws governing the tiny microscopic world seem to be different to those dictating how larger objects behave in our own macroscopic reality.
Quantum laws tend to contradict common sense. At that level, one thing can be two different things simultaneously and be at two different places at the same time. Two particles can be entangled and, when one changes its state, the other will also do so immediately, even if they are at opposite ends of the universe – seemingly acting faster than the speed of light.
Particles can also tunnel through solid objects, which should normally be impenetrable barriers, like a ghost passing through a wall. And now scientists have proven that, what is happening to a particle now isn’t governed by what has happened to it in the past, but by what state it is in the future – effectively meaning that, at a subatomic level, time can go backwards.
This could indicate that future events or future time does have an effect on past and present and that perhaps we cannot guarantee that all things that exist in our normal bias can be counted on.
This is called reverse causality and while I have spoken of the possibility that future events effect that present, I am often reminded that it is junk science or pseudo science to even speak such heretical nonsense.
That is until now.
An experiment by Australian scientists at CERN’s Large Hadron collider has proven that what happens to particles in the past is only decided when they are observed and measured in the future. Until such time, reality is just an abstraction.
This once again opens the dialogue for a holographic universe and that for as long as the illusion of this abstract world plays out, there has to be a future otherwise we would not be here toiling through the present trying to avoid some awful paradox.
We are integrating so quickly into a technological hyper-reality that the simulation is far more real than the mediocrity of the real. Everything is so intensified that our stimulation sensors need upgrades in order to sustain the kind of stimulation we are seeing today. In order to do this we may have to face voluntary human extinction with the promise that a better life awaits through technological advancement.
Or perhaps we should leave well enough alone and allow ourselves to evolve with natural methods, including natural supplements and even perhaps drugs to chemically allow the body to remain as youthful as possible.
We have sped up our evolution with the use of drugs, bodily enhancements and technology. The human we will see in the not too distant future, will be an advanced human, maybe even something that has a semblance to humanity without being human.
We are now entering a new phase, of what Stephen Hawking has called “self designed evolution,” in which we will be able to change and improve our DNA. At first these changes will be confined to the repair of genetic defects, like cystic fibrosis, and muscular dystrophy.
These are controlled by single genes, and so are fairly easy to identify, and correct. Other qualities, such as intelligence, are probably controlled by a large number of genes. It will be much more difficult to find them, and work out the relations between them. Nevertheless, Hawking is sure that during the next century, people will discover how to modify both intelligence and instincts like aggression.
Transmogrification will also become less of a rarity and so gone will be the days of transgender athletes appearing on magazine covers.
Technology is heading towards a suspension of disbelief; definitions of life and even gender are now blurring and perhaps are in need of upgrades. However, there will be a lot of obstacles along the way as prejudice and insensitivity always seem to find their way into the mix.
We are always defining and redefining the sexual nature of humans. Technology and biological changes will do it again. It is not at all unbelievable to understand that people define themselves in ways that are considered peculiar. However, we need to now ask ourselves what is a peculiar and normal definition of gender and mental makeup in a human being with real feelings that they can’t define or put into a box.
This may change in time with preventative measures and possibly even laws that will have to govern just what it means to be human, a chimera, or even multi-gendered.
All of these future shocks are affecting us now in the present. We are seeing firsthand what appears to be science fiction being changed into science fact at a rapid pace. Science and mankind will have a tough time keeping up with the new data about how time is not linear, and that future events are actually transitory and that we could be seeing a fore echo, with regard to breakthroughs that sound too good to be true, or sound like they are indistinguishable from magic.
By 2050, a completely new type of human will evolve as a result of radical new technology, behavior, and natural selection. This is according to Cadell Last, a researcher at the Global Brain Institute, who claims mankind is undergoing a major ‘evolutionary transition’.
In less than four decades, Mr. Last claims we will live longer, have children in old age and rely on artificial intelligence to do mundane tasks.
It is agreed by most scientists that by 2050 the average human will be more than likely to live until they are 120 years old.

However the fast paced evolutionary process, if it persists more than 50- 100 years will eventually find itself facing some strange changes in the human species.
According to evolutionary theorist Oliver Curry from the London School of Economics human beings are evolving rapidly. The human race will one day split into two separate species, an attractive, intelligent ruling elite and an underclass of dim-witted, ugly goblin-like creatures, with black eyes.
100,000 years into the future, sexual selection could mean that two distinct breeds of human will have developed.
Dr Curry said: “The report suggests that the future of man will be a story of the good, the bad and the ugly.
While science and technology have the potential to create an ideal habitat for humanity over the next millennium, there is the possibility of a monumental genetic hangover over the subsequent millennia due to an over-reliance on technology reducing our natural capacity to resist disease, or our evolved ability to get along with each other.
“After that, things could get ugly, with the possible emergence of genetic ‘haves’ and ‘have-nots’.”
I got to thinking about Curry’s hypothesis about the genetic Ghouls that will appear in the future. Curry claims they would be 3 feet to 5 feet in height with white or gray skin with big black eyes.
Could he be describing the modern alien gray? Is this where our future clashes with the present and that these so called aliens are our future selves trying to somehow breed up the food chain in order to return to their future with another evolutionary hybrid?
There are also tales of what are known as the black eyed human or the black eyed children. Sightings of these human beings have been seen as well and could also be an accidental glimpse into our future selves.
Not bruised eyes, but eyes that are cold and dark belonging to children who seem to be lost, asking for direction.
This strange trend was first reported by journalist Brian Bethel on January 16, 1998. According to Bethel, two boys approached him while he was sitting in his parked car. Bethel described the kids as olive skinned boys wearing typical teen aged clothing.
The boys asked for a ride home explaining that they were on their way to the movies, but had forgotten their money.

Bethel claimed that he felt uneasy about talking to them and started to feel his stomach churn in a sort of “fight-or-flight” response, but was nevertheless tempted to allow the boys entrance into the vehicle. He gathered enough courage to tell the boys no. The boys became agitated and were more adamant about getting into the car.
It was then that Bethel finally noticed their “coal black” eyes, whereupon he was momentarily paralyzed with fear. The eyes were not bruised, but had no sclera, as if pupils were enlarged filling the iris of the eye.
The black-eyed beings seemed to realize that their window of opportunity was closing and their demands reached a fever pitch, at which point Bethel collected himself and promptly exited the scene.
They are creepy unnerving, threatening, sinister even inhuman. These are words that people have used to describe these adolescent children. There have also been encounters reported of adults that have been seen weeping looking for something.
They are pale or olive skinned with Black eyes.

Most accounts of encounters follow a lot of the same patterns, though slight changes in each scenario only make the mystery of the Black Eyed People that much greater.
In most cases, a human-looking being with pure black eye, (meaning no whites of the eyes are seen) will approach a person at their home or car, asking to be let in. They usually have a very dry personality, almost no personality at all; unless they are told that they can’t come in, to which they get very agitated. Most people describe a feeling of intense dread and fear when in the presence of these Black Eyed Beings, but they can’t say exactly why.
Usually, the Black Eyed Being has very pale or sickly-looking skin, and very dark hair. They are usually men, but not always, and often wear all black or very dark clothes.
Of course there are many who will say that the black eyed beings are demons taking the form of humans in order to steal someone’s soul. Others think they are vampires, looking to take someone’s blood or energy. Another explanation is that they are alien life forms, trying to fit into society, and possibly find a place to live.
At any rate the new Findings at CERN and the continued theorists of our future evolution are trying to tell us that while the future can still be saved, it will be met with many obstacles, monsters and evolutionary accidents that will provide for us many frightening obstacles.
Genetics, mutation, quantum tinkering and the bending of time have produced all sorts of interesting stories for science fiction writers. Now science is trying out all of the theories and are glimpsing into the abyss to find that the present is influenced by future events that have not happened yet.
Perhaps it is now sound theory to think that we may be able to occupy the same dimensional line in order to get a glimpse at the momentous change that will tell us that time is illusory and so is our existence in a lot of respects.
