Kim Dotcom’s Extradition Hearing Delayed Again

megaMegaupload founder Kim Dotcom may have to wait until April 2014 before his extradition hearing takes place.
By that time it will be more than two years since the case started.
Kim Dotcom’s extradition hearing was initially scheduled last August, but was delayed until March this year, and then August, because legal arguments on a number of issues complicated the case.
These complications haven’t been solved in recent months which means that the August 2013 date has been scrapped as well.
The extradition hearings are now scheduled to start on November 21, witch April 14 as a backup date in case it has to be delayed further.
