PACTUM DE SINGULARUS CAELUM

In an article published in Paranoia Magazine called “The Magian Threat” by Jack Horner, the author admonishes us to understand that all the events that change our lives are formed or planned in the esoteric realms and are aided by extra-dimensional powers that have been used since the times of the secret schools and the ancient wizards and magi that have been part of legends.
He contends that a hidden order of priests and priestesses who perfected the use of mesmerism and mind control thousands of years before the CIA brought us MK-ULTRA and other forms of mental manipulation.
This hidden order gave us the concepts shared in the mystery religions, codified the rites of sacrifice, centralized access to extra-dimensional entities and were responsible in creating the concepts that are given to us in the Bible and other so-called sacred texts.
They are believed to exist today to provide guidance and control to the Princes of the powers of the earth.
As I reported earlier about the great secrets, it is believed that an order of nine secret chiefs are indeed the extra-dimensional beings that have been controlling the events of the earth.
It is known that a few years after the original Star Trek was cancelled by the networks, producer Gene Roddenberry was approached by a clandestine organization called “Lab 9.” lab 9 was a group of individuals that were sent to contact certain people under the direction of an intelligence that was hovering out in space.
They hired him to write a movie script based on their channeled communications from pan-dimensional entities known only as “The Nine.”
According to Roddenberry, the 9 were a real world galactic brotherhood. Lab 9 was like a group of investigators that are similar to what is seen on “The X-Files”. Lab-9 was in communication with an extraterrestrial intelligence and was very interested in speaking with Roddenberry. He wrote screenplay about the 9 — and the council did not like it Roddenberry spent a considerable amount of time with the Lab 9 group as they conducted psychic experiments and contacted the Nine through their remote viewer Phyllis Schlemmer.
Years later, the script was revised and became what we know today as “Deep Space Nine“. One of the central themes in the show about a space station orbiting a distant planet, is the impact a race of being called The Prophets – who are capable of time-travel and beaming information directly into human minds – has on the lead character.
Roddenberry had mentioned that the nine would return to earth on a special date in the future and that they would attempt to make contact prior to their arrival.
In the meantime, the nine ‘secret chiefs’ were able to transmit their wishes to the elite, use cataclysmic cycles as a means to push evolutionary growth and to establish an empire using the intelligence community that act without any notions of morality. The crusade for a global structure is necessary in order to eliminate any or all competing systems. If the promise of the secret chiefs is to be revealed, the covenant sealed in blood is at hand for the crusade of New World Order.
The crusade for the New World Order in a lot of ways resembles the crusades of the early Roman Empire or the establishment of the Third Reich.
There was no true definition of sin or personal holiness in those times, and the leaders of both epochs were quoting God in one breath and committing grievous acts while no one was looking.
The Roman religion was nothing more than obedience to the state. Nazism became a religious nation state as the nationalism and the alleged restored and redemptive Aryan Christianity appealed the many Germans.
The state was using religion and prophecy as a tool to control the minds of the flock. One government, one religion and one order as predicted.
The state’s choices were the people’s choices. Many people had no choice but to comply or die. The people were somehow transfixed because of what could only be indistinguishable magic performed by the powerful.
Once again, all of the so-called magic of the medieval secret brotherhoods still has the power to mesmerize and control the human mind. There have been many self-help gurus that have benefited a few for a large amount of money. However, the destructive group dynamic is used to develop a cult-like mentality among the consensus. The consensus reality is being programmed with all sorts of mixed messages that are obviously the main ingredient for bondage.
With religion in the mix, the control of your mind is not enough. It is the soul that is the most important. If the veil between church and state is clouded, then you are doomed for takeover.
There are many who are convinced that the crossover of religion into government is a non issue. However, I am seeing where the so-called ‘Christian’ ethic is sneaking into speeches and policies but don’t be fooled, this is not the Christianity that is attributed to Jesus. It is really the ideals of a new state religion that will be put into place before the government changes into the fabled New World Order.
As early as 1917, the vision was clear to John D. Rockefeller. He spoke to the Baptist Social Union He spoke of the future and that all that would remain on the earth would be one strong Church. A new global church, in his speech he said, “I see all denominational emphasis set aside. I see cooperation, not competition. In large cities I see great religious centers, instead of a half a dozen dying churches competing with one another.”
Earlier this year I had stated that the hierarchy in the age of reason will adopt the Pactum De Singularis Caelum. This is known as the “covenant under one heaven”. It is the attempt to solidify a nationalist dictum providing a solid ecumenical backdrop for a religion that is all encompassing and strong. Their agenda is to bring about a “global spirituality,” one that appears to be Christian, but mingles Luciferian concepts. The new spiritual model of unity and diversity holds that Jesus is only one of many religious ways. The themes of the new global spirituality include “All Things Are One” and “As Above, So Below“ – terms that are associated with Hermeticism or ritual Magik. Basically meaning there is no external God. God is man, God is earth, God is nature. All is God.
There are so many things that are in place right now that indicate that the next phase of our religious beliefs will be the inclusion of politics and science. The stage is being set for the greatest politico-religious revolution that has ever been seen in history.
There has to be an event in history so bold that the newly formed ecumenical faith can mandate its power over civil governments. At this moment in time many people would say that this would be impossible. However, if some great event took place that would scare the flock into clinging to the new faith—then this ecumenical religious government could rise up and rule through intimidation and fear.
Of course this newly formed theocracy would have infallibility claiming that the leaders appointed are divinely inspired or of the divine bloodline or perhaps even gods themselves. This would give them the power to suppress any and all dissent.
If you do not believe that this theocracy has any power or hold over people take a look at the Catholic Church and its continued reports of malicious priests and the abuses they have carried out. Governments have been known to hunt down religious extremists. They have dispatched swat teams to compounds where it is believed that Children are being harmed. When was the last time you have heard of a militarized police raid on the Vatican? Or a shooting of a priest who has been having sexual relations with a boy? Why hasn’t the Vatican been burned to the ground like the compound in Waco, Texas?
You haven’t because of the ecumenical agreement with governments and religion that endorses the theocratic foundation of the papacy and the New Religious Order. The new theocracy goes against everything Christianity stands for and yet it still exists as a shadow government waiting in the wings, gradually being introduced and forced on to people. It is beginning in Europe and it is spreading like a Cancer to other parts of the world. The United States has already been duped into accepting a messianic president and turning its monetary control over to European and Chinese interests. Its path to state socialism is part of the plan to create a Counterfeit Judeo-Christian socialist state ran from Europe, and foreign interests. It is The New Roman Super state.
The European Union is to be the next Holy Roman Empire led by a man appointed as the “World King / Rex Mundi” and he will establish a knighthood of the world elect to enforce what will be called the new Christian socialism or ZION. Who will be this man? Is there more evidence that this is going to happen? Where can it be found?
The “great whore” rides a beast with “seven heads and ten horns” and bearing the name “MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH”. Today this prophecy is being fulfilled before our very eyes. The European Union has fully embraced imagery that fits the antichrist Whore of Babylon prophecy. On the Euro coin is a woman riding a great horned beast.
This is a blatant example of how the elite flaunt apocalypse imagery giving the signal for their intent. The Parliament building that houses the European Union is designed to look like the unfinished tower of Babel. In fact, they call it the Tower after the great Tower Nimrod built to find God.
The tower’s garden is adorned with statues of the woman of Babylon riding the great beast. There’s also a tapestry of the same apocalyptic imagery in the building and it was also the subject of controversial postage stamp.
There are 679 seats in an auditorium where the fifth Parliament meets in the Tower building. While these seats are allocated to “members;” one seat remains unallocated and unoccupied. The number of that seat is 666. Now who do you think that seat is set aside for? You may not believe that an anti-Christ exists, but they do and they are very much aware of how badly they need a deliverer, a charismatic leader that can establish a covenant with the entire world.
The first president of the United Nations General Assembly, Paul-Henri Spaak, who was also a prime minister of Belgium and one of the early planners of the European Union , as well as a secretary-general of NATO, affirmed, “We do not want another committee, we have too many already. What we want is a man of sufficient stature to hold the allegiance of all the people of the world and to lift us up out of the economic morass into which we are sinking. Send us such a man, and whether he be God or devil, we will receive him.”
The question is how do we get the world to accept the new leader be he god or devil and who are the players in this chess game of the eschaton.
In the 21st century we see books, television specials and movies that have cashed in on the end-of-the-world hysteria and we see a great surge of interest in apocalyptic topics in Western culture. Thanks to technology we are able to use special effects to create a more visceral approach to the apocalypse. Computer-generated disasters and cataclysms create the desired trigger for mental instability with regard to what awaits us in our possible future.
In medieval times, the words of the priests and pontiffs were enough to convince the people. Many still rely on their religious texts as oracles for the future even though the words can be interpreted in several different ways. With the computer and its ability to simulate anything, we can watch all kinds of horrible disasters on our high definition digital entertainment center.
We are being shown the future by design. The apocalypse is being produced and directed by the so called “secret chiefs” that were crucial in bringing about the Nazi nationalism and religious zeal that encouraged a culling of those who the consensus deemed unworthy to exist in the world.
It is unfortunate that all the natural disasters and horrible events in real life have to look like the movie or else no one will pay attention. Today, movies about apocalyptic events, or public entertainment that shows us apocalyptic imagery, can act as a kind of “drill” or test, using focus groups to determine whether the public is ready for each bleeding, burning, or rotting shot.
Programmable scenarios and simulacra in film and television are showing us a future that is buried in each of us. It taps into the meme that has been generated from medieval attitudes and mythologies, in which cataclysms have occurred, and programs us to anticipate the moment when all life ends and the final chime on the clock ceases to vibrate.
Nearly every culture has turned to sacred writings that conclude that a worldly cataclysm occurred in our past, and that a new “Genesis” or rebirth occurred. It resulted in the creation of a terrestrial paradise.
The story of the beginning, a paradise and a father and mother of creation, is academic and simplified. But the story of the end of the world is held in cryptic prophecy that is now interpreted with the computer and designed to be a grossly inflated ghost in the machine. It is a contradiction of an image that is not tangible but feels very real to those who are exposed to it.
Thanks to technology we are already living out several Armageddon scenarios and we are being exposed to all sorts of technological illusions that come to us in vivid colors and booming THX stereo.
The uses of all of these new tools are effective in moving the world towards a global state religious movement.
Konstantin Sivkov, the Russian Vice President of the Academy for Geopolitical Issues believes that World War III will be evident in 2014, however he believes that it has already begun in a spiritual sense.
He claims that at the moment the war is at a “relatively peaceful stage” between the two coalitions. But Sivkov believes that “aggressors will not be stopped even with the possibility of death of hundreds of millions people”:

“History shows that the elite of ‘selfish’ civilizations do not get stopped by human sacrifices if there is a guarantee they, themselves, will survive in bunkers. The analysis shows that if a new world war is waged, it will touch the majority of the world population. Total demographic losses may exceed several hundred millions of people worldwide. Therefore, all honest people on Earth, including those who form the ‘selfish’ coalition, must do everything they can not to allow it to happen. To do this, we have to mitigate with the force of law and other methods, the greed of transnational and national tycoons of the financial sector. We have to stop their ambitious, greedy, shameless and sometime stupid politicians. This can only be done based on broad international collaboration efforts.”

He also states that a spiritual influence has its hold on the leaders of all faiths and political views and war will be waged to define the spiritual basis of the new world order. It will be either based on individualism, selfishness and suppression or based on community, domination of mutual interests to survive and develop and support each other.
According to Sivkov, the two coalitions already exist. The first one is the alliance of industrially developed countries represented by Western civilization. The spiritual foundations of this coalition are based on individualism and material possessions generated by the power of money. This coalition military and political core is represented by NATO.
The second coalition involves countries of “Orthodox, Islamic and other civilizations based on the domination of spirituality on materiality”. This coalition is interested in a multi-polar world order, but these countries have not realized yet that they have mutual geopolitical interests. Sivkov thinks that the “multi-polar coalition” could have, ultimately, the upper hand.
The messianic expectations of all the major world religions are unwittingly paving the way for a assured Armageddon and Antichrist. The reality is that all of the major world religions on earth are awaiting a “Messianic figure” that will bring dramatic changes to the earth.
With the anticipation, and the world view that all are facing an apocalypse, wouldn’t it be a logical leap to consider that those with Satanic aspirations or even those who may be possessed by some alien or Luciferian philosophy could use these apocalyptic expectations to establish a fear doctrine or Luciferian blue print in order to establish a powerful government that has the appearance of being a theocracy or imperial cult?
The state religion would form in the ruins of the established Churches that have desecrated by an invasion from within. It would be a plan where the wolves would “out” the wolves and the sheep would still be led by wolves with greater hunger to mislead and destroy.
The imperial cult forges on, quietly pushing its agenda of world dominion by establishing the one world system of control. Attempts have been made to establish a collective of governments and religions for the alleged cause of “peace.” The imperial cult idea never dies in history it just changes its names.
And with the efforts of peace being touted as virtuous within the cult the covert agendas are far from bringing peace. The movements bring with them death, suffering and mental possession.
As mankind becomes more and more used to a “global consciousness” and the “dream” of world unity, as well as the ecumenical movement breaching doctrinal barriers for the sake of religious unity, it becomes entirely likely that the coming Avatar, Beast, Anti-Christ or False Prophet will assume power in this way.
The world is already being primed for it. It also follows that in the event of a major worldwide crisis, such a person could rise with calm assurance and strong charismatic leadership to lead the world into the new age , new dawn or new order.
We are being programmed with numeric time tables and dates that have people preoccupied about a darker future. The world no longer trusts God– because we are being programmed to believe in his absence.
This is not by any means an insult to religion or God. This is evidence of a lack of faith and that a possible demonic force has gripped the consciousness of every religion and government. The devilish messiah speaks… And people do not question.
It is a vicious circle that will lead to enslavement.
