WIKILEAKS AND THE ANTARCTIC UFO WAR: IMPLICATIONS
This is a fun one… well, maybe sorta kinda perhaps….
It seems that, according to Wikileaks, there’s some sort of “UFO war” taking place over Antarctica (eat your heart out Admiral Byrd-Nazi Antarctica Flying Saucer Research Base advocates!):
Wiki Leaks alleges secret war with UFOs in Antarctica
The problem here, as so often in reports of this nature, is that first of all the links in the article lead one on a wild goose chase, and ultimately, back to promises from Wikileaks that seem never to have been actually fulfilled. My suspicion meters about this story entered the red zone almost as soon as I started reading it, but really triggered the general quarters claxons with these offerings:

The problem here, as so often in reports of this nature, is that first of all the links in the article lead one on a wild goose chase, and ultimately, back to promises from Wikileaks that seem never to have been actually fulfilled. My suspicion meters about this story entered the red zone almost as soon as I started reading it, but really triggered the general quarters claxons with these offerings:
“It is said that Julian Assange has been falsely accused of sexual assault charges by authorities in Sweden which resulted in his arrest in Great Britain. That one of his accusers, Anna Ardin, has fled and is presently in hiding, among the Palestinians, is a strong indication that the charges, according to those familiar with government tactics, a ploy to silence Assange’s evidence.
“There is a very curious and questionable history of naval involvement and lost aircraft over the Antarctic continent that compels us to study further. I will pursue this controversy further in a soon to follow article.”
Now, I have to confess, I am one of those who was
suspicious of the whole Wikileaks thing almost as soon as it began. It
struck me then, and strikes me still, that one way to be sure you can
plant some really disinforming disinformation and have it readily
gobbled up is to do precisely what Assange did: start a website for
whistleblowers and classified documents dumps, put out enough good
information to get people hooked, and then, when that happens, plant the
disinformation, then conveniently disappear, or impeach the source.
That said, I am quite open to the possibility that
there is something going on up there, and perhaps even down there, and
that it may involve UFOs and a bit of shooting. Indeed, for those
familiar with Ufology, there is a great deal of evidence that the
shooting has been going on for a long time, and, if some Ufologists who
have researched the matter extensively are correct, there may have been
some shooting back. But that’s the point: these conclusions are
reached by researchers, not by promises of “documents to come.” It
seems to be the “story of a story” deliberately designed to provoke the
memory of Admiral Byrd’s warning in the El Mercurio newspaper
of Santiago, that the USA had to prepare against enemy fighters that
could fly “from pole to pole with tremendous speed.”
I’d be the first to welcome the release of
legitimate documents concerning UFOs and Antarctica. I’d even welcome
the full exposure of the legitimate documentation concerning Operation
High Jump, but I’m not holding my breath in either case.
