ARTIFICIAL MILITARY INTELLIGENCE
As we see in or present epoch there are things that are being presented that are rattling our consciousness.
In the catastrophic or accidental view of history we are led to believe that historical events, such as wars and revolutions were the direct result of some sudden or surprising event. While the catastrophic view is accurate for weather, volcanoes and earthquakes, it does not always provide a realistic view of humanity and events influenced by man.
Sadly, most of us have been taught the accidental view of history. This view is reinforced throughout our lives by the controlled mass media. As a result, when most discover the Conspiratorial View of History, the immediate reaction is shock, disbelief and a refusal to accept something other than they’ve been taught to believe

World events are not simply circumstantial, but the result of an organized campaign by an elite group of unseen and widely unknown world leaders. Their beliefs in ancient symbolism, secret societal occultism, and ritual magic affect us all regardless of religious beliefs or practices.
They are compelled to carry out custodial duties that do not even recognize any form of humanity or morality. They act in manner where order can only be achieved through chaos.
They sometimes approximate what they intend to carry out through the media. We also are to see memes being generated in social networks, in books, graphic novels, TV shows and movies.
The brave new world of science-fiction is becoming all too real and we are beginning to see that art imitates life in a frightening form of cinematic fiction that produces strong predictive programming. It is up to us to decide what the programming means for the future.
When reality imitates cinematic fiction, cinema no longer functions as the ‘prosthesis for memory’ but as an intact body for what is to come in the future. Rather than just preserving history, film instead furnishes a syntax and lens through which reality is being fore-structured.
Dennis Healey, former British Secretary of Defense once stated that, “World events do not occur by accident. They are made to happen, whether it is to do with national issues or commerce; and most of them are staged and managed by those who hold the purse strings.”
Franklin Delano Roosevelt shared the same thoughts when he stated that when America fails or even succeeds it is not done by pure luck or by some esoteric cycle, it is because it is planned that way.
There are many people who are of the opinion that government work with the media to generate an all powerful egregore.
One of brute force and vengeful attitude that now places us on the offensive instead of the defensive when it comes to the art and technique of war.
We are witnessing synchronistic events that mimic cinematic fiction. These turn into powerful thought forms that run the risk of existing independently from its creators. If the technocrats and warlords use media and propaganda bombardment and are successful of winning the minds of the people then they become a desensitizing force that steers public thought toward accepting death as a way of life.
All media executives and reporters can go home for the night and still return the next day to generate the same thoughts of acceptance with regard to your place in the new technological terror they have constructed. It is meant to leave an indelible imprint on every single American citizen.
Advertising, as well as movies, TV series, and Internet games and features are now more than likely being dominated by institutionalized occultism in order to create new realities for the consumer world to purchase and new ideas for the uninformed to absorb and agree upon as real and keen to the intellect.
Aleister Crowley, the great Satanic magus, known to many as the ‘Great Beast’, had much to say about magic and creating egregores. He merely stated true black magic is the ability cause change in conformity through will.
Aldous Huxley and H.G. Wells had warned us about how tyrannical power and the rise of the machines will place us in peril, and in the cross hairs of mechanized death or death of millions by remote control.
In 1936 a movie was released called “Things to Come” based on the H.G. Wells story “The Shape of Things to Come.” The movie was eerily prophetic as it gave the world a dose of predictive programming with a story dealing with new technologies, a world war predicted to start in 1940, and the world brought into a new order by a criminal dictator who fortifies the war machine.
Wells of course was an avid supporter of the One World State and was also aware of the new world agendas and what was in store for the future. He openly discussed the idea of an open conspiracy that was being implemented to bring together avant-garde science and new age philosophies to crush religious thought in favor of a New World Order.
We certainly don’t have the mind of Wells today, especially someone who provides a lot of predictive programming of future wars—however there has been a sort of prophetic science fiction warning being delivered regarding artificial intelligence. From provocative television shows like Mr. Robot and Humans, to films about A.I like Ex Machina and the future of cyber warfare in films like the Terminator series.
The rise of the machines has long terrified mankind. Artificial General Intelligence used in warfare is equally terrifying.
Whitsleblower Edward Snowden made us all painfully aware of the government’s sweeping surveillance programs and how we are all targets in the cyber surveillance state. But a new program, currently being developed at the NSA, suggests that surveillance may fuel the government’s cyber defense capabilities, too.
The NSA whistleblower says the agency is developing a cyber defense system that would instantly and autonomously neutralize foreign cyber-attacks against the US, and could be used to launch retaliatory strikes as well. The program, called MonsterMind, raises fresh concerns about privacy and the government’s policies around offensive digital attacks.
This program has been nicknamed Skynet the self-aware, artificial intelligence system that programmed itself to declare war on humanity in the Terminator movies.
Cryptographer Matt Blaze, an associate professor of computer science at the University of Pennsylvania, says if the NSA knows how a malicious algorithm generates certain attacks, this activity may produce patterns of metadata that can be spotted. A self aware system or a Monstermind could dispatch Artificial Intelligence drones that are auto-sufficient and capable of swiftly attacking an enemy.
Meanwhile the Joint Air Defense Training Simulation is on the ready to be used as an A.I. based holographic simulation. It is being utilizes during unusual warfare drills and in Urban warfare settings. The Joint Air Defense Training Simulation is better known by its acronym JADE.
“JADE” is an acronym for what appears to be a DARPA-developed A.I. quantum computing technology that produces holographic battlefield simulations and will be in charge of the drill in order to “master the human” domain and predict human response.
There are two distinct programs provided by Raytheon JADE I and JADE II.
Operational Analysis of “War Gaming” and the explanation of the JADE holographic simulations can be found in Raytheon Reference memos which state that The NATO Modeling and Simulation Group Technical Activity 48 (MSG-048) was chartered to evaluate a Command and Control (C2) Language, Coalition Battle Management Language, for Multinational and NATO C2 collaboration supported by modeling and simulation tools. To achieve this, MSG-048 is using an emerging open technical standard based on the US Joint Battle Management Language (JBML) prototype Web services.
This paper describes the Joint Air Defence Training Simulation (JADE) II, as an experimental synthetic exercise first performed in late October 2007. The exercise provided training for an Anti-Air Warfare (AAW) organization including two naval frigate AAW teams, an air surveillance and combat management team at a Control and Reporting Centre (CRC) and two combat aircraft pilots, training air-maritime cooperation and coordination procedures.
The synthetic exercise was enabled by interconnecting stand-alone training simulation systems and their voice and tactical data link systems, creating the JADE II Joint Tactical Training Capability Prototype (JJTTCP). The JADE II experiments evaluated the JJTTCP’s ability to provide relevant and cost-effective training.
Jade Helm 15 appears to be an implementation of Artificial General Intelligence on the battle field, literally “mastering the human domain” as reported in their cryptic slogan.
“JADE” is an A.I. quantum computing technology that produces holographic battlefield simulations and has the ability to use vast amounts of data being collected on the human domain to generate human terrain systems in geographic population centric locations to identify and eliminate targets, insurgents, rebels or whatever labels that can be flagged as targets in a Global Information Grid for Network Centric Warfare environments.
The JADE II battle field system is cognitive and intuitive. It can examine prior executed battle plans and devise ‘new and better’ strategies to increase the ‘kill chain’. The II generation of JADE has the capability for two way communication with drones through the OCCOM technology which is one of the next generation integrations to this system.
In short, JADE HELM will not be battles directed by Generals and Military Commanders, but by a computer. It is a cognitive software program based on a Network Centric Warfare Systems at the HELM.
These systems could very well see an evolutionary change as A.I. grows exponentially for what will be touted as proficient warfare systems.
It will also be able to command robotic systems as advanced technologies provided by the DEEPMIND project and the recently acquired Boston Dynamics from Google.
The New York Times has reported that Google purchased Boston Dynamics for an unknown sum and will honor their military contracts. Google has said they have no desire to become a military contractor, so there is a question as to why they want their hand in the military industrial complex.
Boston Dynamics is well known for their military robotics work, including many projects for the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA). Boston Dynamics has produced everything from remote controlled jumping cars to four-legged running robots (including the fastest one in the world) to humanoid robots and much more.
A.I. computers along with anthropomorphic and animal like “robots” are already being prepared for the new battlefield. Autonomous and self programming drones will also be used in future warfare.
It is all similar to the technological night mare seen in Terminator films and the Matrix.
The physicist Professor Steven Hawking has warned that conscious machines would develop at an ever-increasing rate once they began to redesign themselves.
The Robot Warrior that becomes self aware can program other robots to fight battles for humans.
Until they decide they are tired of fighting for us.
The slow progress of biological evolution has given way to the rapid progress of technological revolution.
Unbridled progress in computer technology may lead to the technological singularity, a global catastrophic risk in that it may result in synthetic intelligence that may bring about human extinction.
