KALAMAZOO, MI (INTELLIHUB) — Local police have said that this was the
“worst” thing they have ever seen. A society so detached that a man
laid dead for 5 minutes in a convenience store doorway before someone
called for help.
Jheryl White, 31, now deceased, was highly disrespected last Sept. after being shot and killed when shoppers at the store kept walking over his dead body, some even continued to shop.
White’s mother is very upset.

She tells us she wants to know who the people are who stepped over her son after he was shot, look them in the face, and ask them a few questions.
“When they told me people were still coming in that gas station, stepping over my child in the doorway, I couldn’t believe it; I couldn’t believe it,” she said. “I just can’t believe people in this world would do something like that. I can’t.”
Jackel Wright used words like disturbing, disgusting, and shameful to describe the actions portrayed on the surveillance video, which was shown during the trial of Clarence Ross, who was convicted a week ago in the murder.
“How can you step over someone laying in the doorway and not help; how would they feel if that was one of their loved ones sitting there,” she said. After her son was shot, the video shows customers at the store continuously stepping over him.
Two men leave, look down, and keep moving on. A minute later, the clerk comes to the counter to see what’s going on, but doesn’t appear to stop him. Another man enters the store, goes back out, and then comes back in to buy something.
Amazingly after about 5 minutes, someone with a heart called police
