On December 21, 2010 an incident was occurring in Lake Erie near the entrance to the Welland Canal. It was news,
but it wasn't BIG news. Sixteen crew members of the bulk carrier
Hermann Schoening were overcome by fumes and evacuated from their ship
which was kept anchored away from shore. It was just another day in the
life of a sailor or was it?
The sixteen crew
members were all ethnic Chinese. They can be used and kept silent. The
ship had an interesting itinerary before the phosphine gas which
is used to fumigate ships overcame them. The only thing was there were
few ever reported cases of such an event and none in a more modern
vessel at the time.
The
interesting thing was the vessel was in Australia in the summer at the
Port of Geelong. That, too, is of little interest unless you understand
weapons of mass destruction WMD as they were termed by a former
President. The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) and the The Australian Animal Health Laboratory (AAHL) are local facilities. CSIRO
developed Myxomatosis and Rabbit calicivirus which causes rabbit
haemorrhagic disease for the control of rabbit populations. Its other
great invention was: Relenza flu drug. That June 20th layover sure grabbed my attention.

After the hospitalization
of the crew in the Niagra Region, the ship traversed the Welland Canal
en route to Montreal. It was an uneventful journey. I'm sure the
publicity put any attempt at a covert operation on ice. The ship docked
at a more secluded part of the port.

The
funny thing about the area where the ship tied up was the mountain of
white powder nearby. However, at this point there was enough chatter to
send the rats scurrying before the poison took effect.
Admittedly
this was most likely an older photo, but the area looks like a toxic
nightmare at the best of times. Then the other curve ball was observed.
The ship Algobay outed as a base of operations of the intelligence
services in the Toronto false flag terror attack was en route to
Montreal as well. It looked like a recipe for disaster that fate stood
in the way of. By whatever miracle I was cruising the news Christmas
morning in 2010 and stumbled on the story. Conspiracy Cafe knows there
