Over the past few months our organization has begun to see a fusion of knowledge that is leading to the finding of some very complex and interesting patterns. Chief among these, with the exclusion of the 'global coastal event' now predicted by the web bot data trend analysis and Dr. Courtney Brown at farsight.org, is the so-called "Breakaway Civilization". For the P.I.A., the tie in with this particular conspiratorial view comes in the form of many 'alien abduction' accounts in which the victim has seen what clearly look to be humans or something very close to human conducting the experiments. In most of the accounts in which human or human like entities (at this stage there is some difficulty in determining the difference) appear, they also seem to be in charge of the operation. In other words, in alien abduction cases in which both the humans and the so-called 'greys' appear at the same time, the humans are seen giving the orders to the greys. This very bizarre re-occuring pattern which first caught our attention with the Travis Walton abduction in Snowflake, Az., is an unrecognized piece of the puzzle to most researchers who ascribe any importance at all to the evidence.
It was the UFO researcher and historian Richard Doland(www.keyholepublishing.com) that first coined the term "Breakaway Civilization" and his research into the matter is well beyond that of any other researcher out there. Mr. Dolan asks the most interesting of questions:
"Now ask yourself, given (a) great secrecy, (b) great amounts of money, (c) several decades, (d) enough genius-level scientists working for you, and (e) extraterrestrial or alien technology to study, is it possible for key breakthroughs to be made without the rest of the world ever learning of them? Breakthroughs so substantial that they create new areas of scientific study, new technologies, new capabilities, new interactions with these “others,” and as a result a radically new understanding of humanity itself and the cosmos within which we live?
Would such changes result in a clandestine world so different that it might qualify as a separate civilization? One that has broken away from our own?"
Mr. Dolan believes the answer to this question is "yes" and has collected an impressive amount of evidence to show that he's right. As bizarre as it may sound there is a lot of 'Twilight evidence' for this being the case. Twilight evidence is evidence collected in very esoteric ways and with the techniques of ancient wisdom aided with today's high technology. We have detected what appears to be a very complex and interesting meta pattern for the "Breakaway Civilization".
We began to notice a very strange parallel between Mr. Dolan's research and certain future predictions which were predicted by Clif High's now famous Web Bot data trend analysis technique using highly advanced linquistic algorithms to monitor the underlying speech structure occuring within 'humanity' all over the world. Within the Web Bot analysis they discovered certain 'structures' that all seem to insenuate that something very strange was going on. On page 50 of "The Shape of Things To Come" report volume 1 issue 1, we find that the web bot predicts that this "Breakaway Civilization" will become highly visible to even the most clueless individual over the next year! That is a huge prediciton. It also goes on to say that in at least 65 percent of all of the "memes" that mention 'ocean' the 'breakaway civilization' is also mentioned. It seems to indicate that this group of people have facilities on the ocean floor and also control unknown technologies in space that are far, far beyond anything now known to the average citizen. The fact that this 'group' of priveleged humans have successfully seperated themselves from the rest of the 'herd' so to speak, all the while, picking the taxpayers pockets to fund their 'breakaway' is predicted to become known to the world populace over the next year.
Next in line with the web bot and Mr. Dolan, comes the most documented alien abduction case in history. The Travis Walton case spawned the somewhat truthful movie "Fire in the Sky". This case is unusual in the shear number of witnesses who saw the incident and who were subjected by the Sheriff's dept. to eight different polygraph examinations, passing them each time. Those familiar with the story are no doubt at least respectful of just how solid all of the evidence is for this case having been real. Travis Walton clearly remembers that during the experiment he saw 'humans' on the craft and that they were apparently in charge. He also states that 'something' was different about their eyes. This being a detail not to forget. Although his abduction is by far the most credible, there have literally been thousand of reported cases in which the abductee has witnessed humans on board the craft. On his website Mr. Dolan makes this observation:
"One thing is for certain: some agency or group has been operating aerial vehicles that are well beyond the capabilities of any known aircraft. Military jets of the U.S. and other nations have chased them. They do not resemble known types of vehicles. They have sometimes invaded sensitive airspace.
Whether these UFOs are “ours” or “theirs,” it means that an advanced and secret infrastructure must exist in order to account for them, and advanced concepts in physics are being applied by someone."
Next in line to the web bot and Mr. Dolan and Travis Walton comes the British computer hacker Gary Mckinnon who is now world famous for his fight against extradition to the U.S. Recently Mr. Mckinnon won his battle and this story can be found in the following link:

Here is a very compelling interview in which Mr. Mckinnon tells of his discovery. He clearly states that he witnessed proof that there is indeed a secret 'space program' and even saw a list of officers that were serving in the program.
Added to all of this is what might be some very good evidence discovered this year by www.ufosightingsdaily.com in which they were able to blow up a photograph resting under the arm of a NASA scientist that cleary depicts a square structure on the moon. Could this be a very real photo of an actual structure of the "Breakaway Civilization". The following short video shows this evidence in detail.
We now believe that the culmination of these sources coming from totally unrelated people and events, constitutes a very compelling case for a newly developing meta pattern that seems to indicate that indeed the 'Breakaway Civilization' actually exists. We know from recent media reports that the U.S. military does have a secret space program. Could the "Breakaway Civilization" be made up of military officers from around the world and military industrialized complex as Richard Dolan contends?
