Another Giant Swastika Spotted, This Time Near Roswell
Google Earth and the people who scour it like kids looking for
Cheerios on the floor of their mom’s van have done it again. What looks
like a giant swastika has been spotted
on the ground near Roswell, New Mexico – everyone’s favorite alleged
UFO crash site. Is the swastika real or also alleged? Should it be added
to the many other mysterious swastikas seen from airplanes and
satellites?

The giant swastika – a symbol in many religions and made infamous by
Nazi Germany – is located at Google Earth coordinates 33°12’22.6″N
103°35’05.3″W. That’s about 70 miles east of Roswell. Wait a minute!
That’ pretty far from Roswell and even farther from Corona, which is
over 100 miles north of Roswell and only 30 miles from the purported
1947 UFO crash site. That’s about 140 miles from the location of the
giant swastika. Did the people who discovered it say it was close to
Roswell just for the publicity?
It’s possible. One theory is that the giant swastika is actually a
ground marker left over from World War II when pilots from Roswell’s
Walker Air Force Base used the area for bombing practice. On the other
hand, the Nazis were allegedly trying to build flying saucers – could it
have been a marker for the one linked to Roswell?

This is not the only swastika visible from the air and not the only
one with a link to the U.S. government. Building 650 at the Naval
Amphibious Base Coronado (NAB Coronado) located across the bay from San
Diego, California, was built in 2007 and almost immediately recognized
from the air as a swastika. While officials claimed it was
unintentional, efforts to hide it from the air have been minimal at best
and the controversy over how something like this could have happened
continues.

There have long been rumors that the runways at the Denver
International Airport are built in the shape of a swastika, one of many
conspiracy theories (secret tunnels, underground bunker) that are
associated with this airport.

Then there’s the Antarctica swastika (the only one that rhymes) which
appears to be yet another swastika-shaped building, this time buried
under the ice, in a Google image that is now allegedly blocked. Remnants
of a secret Nazi base?

This swastika-shaped geoglyph in Kazakhstan has been around for a
while – it’s 8,000-year-old – and there’s no indication any government
was involved in its construction. Well, no “Earth” government.
Which takes us back to the swastika nearish to Roswell. Is it a
marker for bombers? Possibly. Is is a marker for Nazis or aliens? Well,
it’s an ancient and mysterious religious and political symbol only seen
from space and near a famous alleged UFO crash site. Make that a
possibly too.
