The Boeing 757 hit the Pentagon on September 11, 2001. The first video reports showed a two meter hole in the building. The big plane left no debris. The posts were deleted from Internet afterwards, the firemen made the wall go down. The US authorities still refuse to comment on the incident. They tried to post a video, which was shot from the neighboring gas station, showing a bolide hitting the Pentagon, but bloggers jeered it away. The bolide’s size was more of a soccer ball than of a plane. Has the vanished aircraft become a «flying Dutchman» and is still ploughing the airspace or was it hit by US Air Force fighters? The US officials are not in the know. The most amusing thing about it was the story telling that the passport of terrorists’ leader was found among the remnants of the twin-towers. According to investigation, the passport fell out of his pocket at the moment the tower was hit, it was gliding in the air for a long time coming down to land among the buildings ruins.  The US fiction offers captivating episodes to make one laugh, if it were not for the death toll of three thousand. The US authorities are not aware of many details related to the twelve year old tragedy. They never respond to the queries of many public organizations. But the whole world knows the Afghanistan adventure launched in response to the 9/11 events has become a profit maker for the Bush, Cheney and Rumsfeld families and the like.  The US citizens understand they were subject to monstrous deceit, but there is nothing they can do about it. But those, who don’t, welcome the operation Enduring Freedom, which results in watering the Afghan soil with oceans of blood shed by US soldiers. Now it’s clear the Boston marathon event is just another theatre play as the 9/11 provocation was. The way the events unfolded from the very start makes think there were invisible playwrights. In a masterly fashion the special services found the Tsarnaev brothers in the large crowd, though they wore no signs identifying then as terrorists. A number of explosions were prevented and the evil perpetrators were chased.  But a play is just a staged event. It always has evil doers playing their parts as well as they are taught to do it. Slip ups happen. The videos assessment done by bloggers testified to the fact. Fake traumas, fake blood, artificial wounds painted on the run, people behaving in a very unusual way while lethally injured – all these things are already being commented by Internet bloggers.  Tomorrow the US authorities will block the posts, but the bird is already out of the cage. Like in the case of 9/11, the pictures will spread around in Internet to show the world that Washington is ruled by a clique hidden behind the curtains. The lives of their own citizens, law and order mean nothing for these people; it is all just the things that cover their political interests. They are ruthless, inhuman, nothing will stop them on the way.  It’s no brainer that there is no way the exposing material will have any affect on the US powers that be. They will continue to go on with the intrigue. We don’t know as yet what consequences it will lead to.  Back then experts thought the conspirators involved in the 9/11 plot didn’t share their plans with then President Bush Jr. because of his intellectual faculties. In other words, he could let it out. Barack Obama is different. He is a man of common sense and it raises the question, if he was aware of the monstrous Boston adventure. If he was, the world is in for trouble. The scenario is obviously destined for the consumption outside the United States… The Tsarnaev brothers are a good material for any versions. Even if the younger brother would make it through, he is deprived of ability to speak, so there is nothing he can say to investigators. Now he can die.  There is something that gives food for thoughts. For instance, what was behind the recent visit of Chuck Hagel, the new Pentagon chief, to the Middle East, when he threated Iran with war? Russia did not confirm the theory of existing connection between the Tsarnaev brothers and Chechen terrorists. Then who is next? The Lebanese Pro-Iranian Hezbollah? Or anybody else?  The United States is leaving Afghanistan. It’s a dishonorable pull out, no victory achieved. These are the times the country’s military expenditure is down. Accustomed to get big profits, the financial and military-industrial circles are dissatisfied. They want more and they want it now. They have put all the needed ingredients into the US pressure cooker and are cooking up a new dish. Does it mean a new war tomorrow?

First I believed in Rand Paul when he ran for the Senate in Kentucky.  I supported his run and win.

Then during the 2012 Presidential election when he committed Treason against his father by endorsing Romney, I never listened to another word he said until his epic filibuster..

He redeemed himself in my eyes when he accomplished the epic 13 hour filibuster which I actually watched more than half of.  I was thrilled he was standing up for all of us and the country. I became a Rand Paul supporter once more.

NOW.... he has committed treason against the U.S. people and he has nullified his epic filibuster by going directly against it.

They are all owned by corporations and big business.   They are all puppets on a string that are controlled by their masters.  None of them are there for us, they are there for money and power.

We need REAL people in D.C.!  We need to somehow get all those asleep that are willing to vote for the same old tired and controlled D.C. official to see the light.  We need everyone of them out and vote someone who is not controlled and won't be bought in!

It is so frustrating that we don't have any real representation in D.C. and people we thought were on the side of the Constitution and Bill of Rights were/are just pandering for votes and selling the people down the river to the slave masters.

Chambliss: Law enforcement agency may have known about Boston bombing in advance

Chambliss talked to Channel 2 Action News about the information that wasn't shared. He wouldn't elaborate on the agency or what the information was.

WASHINGTON —

Georgia Sen. Saxby Chambliss told Channel 2 Action News late Tuesday afternoon that a law enforcement agency may have had information in advance of the Boston bombings that wasn't properly shared.
"There now appears that may have been some evidence that was obtained by one of the law enforcement agencies that did not get shared in a way that it could have been. If that turns out to be the case, then we have to determine whether or not that would have made a difference," Chambliss said.
Though Chambliss would not get into specifics on  the information or whether or not the bombing could have been prevented, he told Channel 2 Action News that they will find out if someone dropped the ball.
"Information sharing between agencies is critical. And we created the Department of Homeland Security to supervise that. We created the National Counter Terrorism Center to be the collection point for all of this information, and we're going to get to the bottom of whether or not somebody along the way dropped the ball on some information and did not share it in a way that it should have been shared."
The Senate Intelligence Committee  panel was briefed by federal law enforcement officials Tuesday as well. Members of the panel said there is "no question" that  Tamerlan Tsarnaev was "the dominant force" behind the Boston attacks, and that him and his brother had apparently been radicalized by material on the Internet rather than by contact with militant groups overseas.

Younger brother Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's condition was upgraded from serious to fair as investigators continued building their case against the 19-year-old college student. He could face the death penalty after being charged Monday with joining forces with his brother, now dead, in setting off the shrapnel-packed pressure-cooker bombs that killed three people.
Based on preliminary written interviews with Dzhokar in his hospital bed, U.S. officials believe the brothers were motivated by their religious views. It has not been clear, however, what those views were.

Martin Richard, a schoolboy from Boston's Dorchester neighborhood who was the youngest of those killed in the April 15 blasts at the marathon finish line, was laid to rest after a family-only funeral Mass.

"The outpouring of love and support over the last week has been tremendous," the family said in a statement. "This has been the most difficult week of our lives."

A funeral was also held for Massachusetts Institute of Technology police officer Sean Collier, 26, who authorities said was shot to death by the Tsarnaev brothers on April 18.

A memorial service for Collier was scheduled for Wednesday at MIT, with Vice President Joe Biden expected to attend.

More than 260 people were injured by the bomb blasts. About 50 were still hospitalized.

Americans love to be entertained, and we love watch other people’s lives unfold in chaos, scandal and violence. We love narratives about conquering evil with overwhelming firepower. We love scripts and adventures, and swashbuckling gun battles, underdogs, dead bad guys and heroic gunfighters. We love to suspend disbelief and open ourselves to fantasy.

Lately the mainline media narrative offered up by the big few media companies has given us a lot to take in. Just a couple of weeks ago, North Korea was targeting us with nukes, then on we went to the terrible Boston bombings and ensuing manhunt. The prevailing message is that Americans are increasingly being targeted for political reasons, we are insecure and vulnerable in a dangerous world… so get used to it.

By keeping ideas like these at the forefront of our consciousness, and constantly switching up the narrative to add more boogeymen, more intrigue, more detail, and more potential for disaster, our mainline media directs our collective conversation and steals our attention away from whatever it does not wish for us to discuss. It fills the role of 24-hour culture-creator and idea-nanny, forever plotting the course for our social anxieties, ensuring that we are never without big, big concerns.

 The real events and interests in our lives seem to have little connection with, or impact on, the events taking place in the mainline media narrative. Yet, this ongoing story certainly does have a real effect on our lives. The narrative instructs us, and speaks at us, while our interests and desires have zero effect on the direction the narrative takes.

It works this way to dispempower the individual, so that the collective can be more easily moulded by those with the intent to exploit us.

With all this high production media security theater how do we know what’s real and what is not? How do we know what genuinely affects our lives and what does not?

After last week’s tense drama over the Boston bombings, a few key truths about life in America have emerged so far.

Distrust Is Higher Than Ever

Distrust of the media and government is at an all time high, and rightfully so, since they continue to discredit themselves by arrogantly refusing to discuss details about the bombings that are questionable to even novice internet sleuths. Equally notable, however, is the distrust that Americans are showing for one another these days. Our society is deeply fractured, and for every movement big or small there is an equally motivated group of people working in direct opposition. For every belief out there, there is a corresponding and fanatical anti-belief. The proliferation of values in our world is so diverse that unity in any area is an enigma. Distrust, skepticism and paranoia carry the day.

The Media Narrative Works

The general public’s willingness to believe, identify with and internalize media events like these is also at an all time high. The ongoing story effectively induces people into a hypnotic state of shock and paralyzing fear. It occupies us completely by gripping our lowest levels of consciousness. This too, is understandable, as Americans are under an increasing amount of stress, while experiencing record poor mental and physical health. Record numbers of people are ‘snapping’ these days. Entertainment is our great escape from the madness in this world, and the unbeatable drama of being at the mercy of evil-doers while having an ever-watchful guardian protect us from all possible harm is too tantalizing to pass up.

What Is Truth?

Truth is more difficult than ever to identify. It looks different to everyone, and it changes from day to day. With so many perspectives on current events, and so many actors and agendas involved, it is impossible for a single truth to gain momentum. A stalemate. The fracturing of trust and truth means that the biggest, loudest and most repeated lies will fill the void and become truth for most.

Security Is an Illusion

There is no such thing as security. At the Boston marathon, security was the highest it had ever been at a marathon when the bombs went off. The temptation to keep increasing security, meaning the presence of armed agents and surveillance, won’t address the fundamental problems with the world that make people commit violence and stage terror. Furthermore, from the moment we take our first breath, we are cast into entropy and on our way to death, spit into a world of harm and hurt and pain. There is no level of armed security or guardianship that can prevent our discomfort, demise, and doom. In this revelation is true freedom from fear of death, doom and unfavorable outcomes.

Do we take the red pill, or the blue pill?

In light of these emerging truths, Americans are left to choose their own reality based on their personal media choices and however it is they interpret them. We get to choose our relationship with this ongoing script of crises.

Do we choose the view that encourages us to believe what we see, ignore what we don’t see, and do what we are told, when we are told? Or do we look at the outcome of events like these in the past and view this unfolding story with skepticism and as being part of another trojan horse usurpation of authority perpetrated against a mesmerized populous? Which pill do we swallow this time?

While we construct our own versions of reality, picking and choosing what we want to believe in and what we are skeptical of, some very concrete things are certain to happen, and are already taking place. Whether we buy into the reasoning behind this, or agree with any of it is entirely irrelevant. Whatever we personally believe, America is certain to soon see…

• An expansion of the police state. More officers, recruits and resources, more military grade equipment and training, further increases in cooperation between law enforcement, federal agencies and the military.
• More surveillance of the American public, more cameras, more data collection and internet surveillance. More questions, checkpoints and public safety emergencies.
• Increased public presence of agents of the Department of Homeland Security, and the TSA, including at sporting events, transit lines, malls and public events.
• An increase in he domestic use of drones and the justification for the use of war technologies in America.
• Military like forces in heavily fortified armored vehicles will be seen in our communities with increasing frequency.
• More public safety ‘lockdowns’ of American cities and towns, including suspensions of rights and due process.

Whichever view of the truth we personally pursue, or whichever narrative we choose to believe in, America is changing rapidly. It is more critical than ever to be honest about what is happening and where this narrative is leading us. Choosing to internalize these public scripts, taking the fear as our own, then allowing an authoritative armed force manage our anger, hate and revenge for us leads to greater dependence on authoritative institutions and less input into the kind of future we wil get.

Whether we like it or not, or vote against it or not, we will be provided with greater and greater levels of security, while becoming increasingly less safe from violent terror and abuse of power by authorities. So, pick your pill, they are both hard to swallow.

Public Domain Human Genome Project Generated More Research And More Commercial Activity Than Proprietary Competitor

Traditionally, there has been a blithe assumption that more innovation occurs when patents are granted than when they are not. But as Techdirt has reported, people are finally beginning to call that into question. A forthcoming paper from an economist at MIT, Heidi Williams, provides another example of where that is not the case: in the field of genomics (via @gsDetermination).
Williams has looked at the academic papers that flowed from two major competing projects: the global Human Genome Project (HGP), which placed all its result in the public domain, and Craig Venter's company Celera, which sought to patent as much as it could of the sequences that it obtained. Here's how National Journal's Brian Fung describes her results:

Using a standard measure of academic-knowledge production, she compared the number of papers published using HGP data and Celera data. By 2009, genes that had been sequenced in 2001 from HGP had produced an average of 2.1 academic papers a year, while genes sequenced that same year by Celera led to just 1.2 papers a year over the next eight years. Even though the annual pace of Celera-linked papers rose rapidly after its IP was lifted in 2003, it never caught up to the rate of publication tied to the always-open non-Celera data.

And if you're worried that this is just one, possibly imperfect measure of innovation, Williams also looked at the number of diagnostic tests developed for both sets of genes. The result was the same: that tests based on the public genome's sequences were twice as common as those based on Celera's patented genes. She concludes:

If Celera genes had counterfactually had the same rate of subsequent innovation as non-Celera genes, there would have been 1,400 additional publications between 2001 and 2009 and 40 additional diagnostic tests as of 2009

Remarkably, it's not only academically that the Human Genome Project has proved its worth. According to estimates found in a report published in 2011:

between 1988 and 2010, federal investment in genomic research generated an economic impact of $796 billion, which is impressive considering that Human Genome Project (HGP) spending between 1990-2003 amounted to $3.8 billion. This figure equates to a return on investment (ROI) of 141:1 (that is, every $1 invested by the U.S. government generated $141 in economic activity).

(But note that more recent calculations have put the ROI nearer to 60:1 -- lower, but still an impressive figure.) In other words, as well as growing the store of human knowledge more effectively, publicly-funded research that does not seek patents on its work can provide taxpayers with big economic paybacks, too -- something worth remembering at a time when researchers are under increasing pressure to patent everything they can.

Executive Action: Obama To Ban Importation of Ammo, Magazines and Gun Accessories Without Congressional Approval

Over the course of the last month, while Americans were distracted with the threat of nuclear war on the Korean peninsula and the devastation wrought by the Boston bombings, President Obama was quietly working behind the scenes to craft laws and regulations that will further erode the Second Amendment.
Congress, and thus We the People, may have unequivocally rejected federal legislation in March which aimed to outlaw most semi-automatic rifles, restrict magazine capacity, and force national registration, but that didn’t stop the President from ceding regulatory control over firearms importation to the United Nations just two weeks later. What the UN Arms Trade Treaty, passed without media fanfare by 154 counties, would do is to restrict the global trade of, among other things, small arms and light weapons. Opponents of the treaty argue that loopholes within the new international framework for global gun control may make it illegal for Americans to purchase and import firearms manufactured outside of the United States.
To further his gun-grabbing agenda, however, President Obama and his administration didn’t stop there.
Now they’re taking another significant step against Americans’ right to bear arms – and they’re doing it through Presidential Executive Action, a strategy that, once again, bypasses Congressional oversight and the legislative process.

…it appears that the BHO Administration is taking executive action on firearms importation. Take a few minutes to read this: After Senate setback, Obama quietly moving forward with gun regulation. Here is the key portion of the article:

“The Importation of Defense Articles and Defense Services — U.S. Munitions Import List references executive orders, amends ATF regulations and clarifies Attorney General authority “to designate defense articles and defense services as part of the statutory USML for purposes of permanent import controls,” among other clauses specified in heavy legalese requiring commensurate analysis to identify just what the administration’s intentions are. Among the speculations of what this could enable are concerns that importing and International Traffic in Arms Regulations [ITAR] may go forward to reflect key elements within the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty.”[Emphasis added.]

Depending on how it is implemented, the implications of this change could be huge. With the stroke a of a pen and without the consent of Congress, ATF bureaucrats could make ANY gun part or accessory (including magazines) or ammunition that were originally manufactured or perhaps even those designed for military use no longer legal for importation for civilian use. That might mean no more milsurp parts sets. No more milsurp magazines. No more milsurp ammo. No more milsurp optics. Perhaps not even spare firing pins. This could be ugly.
I strongly recommend that you stock up on magazines, ammunition and spare parts for any of your imported military pattern guns, as soon as possible! Once an import ban is implemented, prices will skyrocket.

Just five days ago the President vowed to push forward on gun control without Congress and Nancy Pelosi argued that no matter what Congress says, gun control is inevitable.
This latest round of Executive Actions is what they meant.
A direct on attack on the second amendment is difficult if not impossible, so they are trying to slither their way in through the backdoor by restricting international trade so we can’t import new firearms, by restricting access to accessories and gun parts, by heavily taxing ammunition and gun purchases, by mandating policies like forcing gun owners to have liability insurance, and of course, by identifying potentially dangerous gun owners and simply taking their firearms because of public safety concerns.
The President recently suggested that the American people have spoken, and that they want guns to be restricted, banned and heavily regulated.
If that’s so, then how is that a bipartisan Congress overwhelmingly rejected the President’s bid to restrict and outlaw private ownership of millions of weapons and gun accessories?
Going through the United Nations and now implementing Executive Actions to bypass America’s Constitutionally mandated system of checks and balances is an act of desperation.
Those who would take our rights have been left with no choice but to try and force their agenda upon us through dictatorial means.

FBI Fumbles As It Tries to Cover Up False Flag Asset Tamerlan Tsarnaev

The Boston bombing suspect allegedly killed by police last week, Tamerlan Tsarnaev, travelled to Russia where he underwent “some radicalization,” the chair of the House Intelligence Committee, Rep. Mike Rogers, told NBC’s Meet the Press on Sunday.

“It would lead one to believe that’s probably where he got that final radicalization to push him to commit acts of violence and where he may have received training on what we ultimately saw last Monday,” Rogers said.

Rogers said the FBI stopped tracking Tsarnaev after an unnamed foreign intelligence service failed to cooperate with the agency’s investigation.

Members of Congress have criticized the FBI for not placing Tsarnaev on a terror watch list after it was allegedly discovered that he had embraced radical Islam. South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham, an outspoken supporter of the war on terror, accused the FBI of failing to follow up on Tsarnaev.

“Once you’re brought to attention by a foreign government, I think you should have a red flag put then, to be taken off later,” Graham told CNN on Sunday. “The ball was dropped in one of two ways — the FBI missed a lot of things, [or] there’s one potential answer [that] our laws do not allow to follow up in a sound solid way. There was a lot to be learned from this guy. He was on websites talking about killing Americans. He went overseas… he was clearly talking about radical ideas. He was visiting radical areas.”

Graham later provided the FBI with an excuse for its supposed failure to track the alleged terrorist. On Monday, he said the FBI did not know Tsarnaev went on a six-month overseas trip in 2011 because of a clerical error – his name was supposedly misspelled.

The “radical areas” in question undoubtedly include Dagestan, the Russian republic located in the North Caucasus region. The impoverished country was invaded in 1999 by Muslims from Chechnya led by warlords Shamil Basayev and Ibn Al-Khattab. The two warlords were U.S. intelligence assets trained and indoctrinated in CIA sponsored camps in Afghanistan and Pakistan. The Chechnya jihad also has links to British intelligence. The FBI, Graham, and neocons in Congress are apparently bereft of all creativity. They have decided to fall back on the old “intelligence failure” canard to explain why the FBI allowed Tsarnaev to visit Chechen terrorists with documented links to the CIA and British intelligence.

Additionally, they have not addressed a report released by Channel Four news in Britain that states the mother of the suspected Boston bombers has claimed that FBI officials contacted her eldest son after the bombing had taken place and before the shootout that allegedly claimed his life.

TIME Magazine, however, argues that Tsarnaev did not visit a CIA sponsored terror camp in Dagestan. “So far there appears to be no evidence that links Tamerlan Tsarnaev to any of the Islamist militant groups that have long fought Russia in Dagestan and neighboring Chechnya, but his time there last year is coming under increasing scrutiny, as investigators try to piece together what motivated the brothers,” the magazine reports. TIME says Tsarnaev was in the country to help his father fix his home.

Graham and Rogers, of course, did not mention that the FBI is at the forefront of creating terrorist plots. Due to this, the agency’s role in events surrounding the terror attack should be rigorously examined.

Moreover, numerous past terror events have suspicious connections to intelligence services that are completely ignored by the establishment media.

For instance, a mountain of evidence, virtually ignored by the corporate media, revealed that the 2005 terror attack in London was a staged event like the Boston attack. The London bombing occurred at the same time a terrorist bombing drill was occurring. It was later discovered that the alleged terrorists were associated with a Muslim cleric who worked as an informer for British intelligence. The alleged mastermind of the attack, Haroon Rashid Aswat, also worked for British intelligence.

The 2004 Madrid, Spain train bombing that killed over 190 people was a government-run false flag event. Like the Tsarnaev brothers, the Madrid bombers were under surveillance. The explosives used in the attack were procured by government informants and one of the bombers had a link to the Spanish government bomb squad.

On the one hand, the Mockingbird corporate media is peddling the official government generated Boston bombing narrative – which is a work in progress – while on the other hand attempting to discredit all who offer an alternative explanation.
