The season nine episode shows Marge trying to coax a sick Bart to read a book called 'Curious George and the Ebola Virus'
An apocalyptic drawing by Bart shows the sun crying above dead bodies and blood

The
Simpsons has been at the cutting edge of popular culture for a quarter
of a century - but do Springfield's most famous residents have the
ability to predict the future?
According to Internet conspiracy theorists, the simple answer is yes.
They
claim the world famous TV series predicted the Ebola crisis back in a
1997 episode in which Marge tries to coax a sick Bart out of bed, as
proof.
She suggests he reads a book before producing one entitled 'Curious George and the Ebola Virus'.
Conspiracy
theorists have pointed to these clips in The Simpsons for its apparent
ability to foresee the Ebola crisis which now threatens to become a
pandemic as the US records its first victim.
According
to Internet conspiracy theorists, a 1997 episode from season nine of
the popular cartoon, features Marge trying to coax a sick Bart into
reading 'Curious George and the Ebola Virus'
The
book's cover shows a monkey lying in bed. The monket has long been
suspected of being a carrier of the virus which has now made its way to
America and claimed its first victim, Eric Thomas Duncan
Marge
then asks if Bart would like 'to color something', to which he replies:
'I already did', and points to an apocalyptic drawing of a dead Bart
surrounded by blood and bodies with the sun and clouds crying
Did The Simpsons predict Ebola outbreak back in 1997 ?
The
clip appeared on a YouTube channel called the Controversy7 where the
host discusses the Ebola virus among various other theories about the
power of the Hollywood film industry.
The presenter of the
site, Emmanuel Lokonga, wrote: 'Is there something we are not being
told? Is it by pure chance & coincidence that the Simpsons would do
predictive programming?'
The YouTube commentators were
split on Mr Lokonga's theory. VSR wrote: 'US Government has had ebola
vaccines for a couple of years now. Look it up.'

Truth added: Thank you so very much for this video! Very good
information. You have done an excellent job on this. Puppets on their
strings, they think. NOT! Our Father has His Children's Backs. The rest
of the story is being written and the fate of the evil is predetermined.
Read Psalms 73.'
However some skepticism came from Jayden
Morpeth, who commented: 'You realize the Ebola virus has been around
for a long time it just hasn't be as serious as it is now.'
Despite
the apparent chilling prediction from The Simpsons, Ebola was already
well-known as a havoc-wreaking deadly virus in the late Nineties.
Ebola
was discovered in 1976 following major outbreaks that year in the Sudan
and Zaire. In the 1990s, the disease saw a resurgence with an outbreak
in Gabon in 1994, followed by another in Zaire in 1995.
It
could be said that other than the current Ebola crisis, the worst in
recorded history, The Simpsons episode actually predicted the outbreak
which occurred three years after the show aired.
Between 2000-2004, close to 500 people died from Ebola in Uganda, Gabon, the Republic of Congo and Sudan.
The
current outbreak, which began last December, has so far killed more
than 3,800 people, according to the latest World Health Organization
figures.
The vast majority of those deaths have been in
Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone. On Wednesday a Liberian man, Eric
Thomas Duncan, became the first Ebola victim to die on US soil. On
Thursday a British man died from suspected Ebola in Macedonia.
The Simpsons episode called Lisa's Sax aired on October 19, 1997 - and appeared to hold a chilling prediction about the future
Look, see how the globe is become a pretty shiny ball of progress through innernetz!
But the “elite” TED speaker still can’t use the “C” word (not cunt)
By: Jay
First, watch the TEDtalk lecture at the bottom, “James Glattfelder:
Who Runs the World?” If you recall, this study mentioned in the below
lecture was going around the web, especially on “conspiracy” sites, a
year or so ago. What the study shows is the relationship between
the ownership of shareholders and corporate networks. Now, while you
think we live in a “free market” system under capitalism, the study
shows we absolutely do not. In fact, this interpretation of the data is
the siren song we fringe thinkers and researchers have been saying for
years. The speaker is right that perhaps the international data in
relations to systems analysis has not been analyzed before, but his
conclusions are old hat to us in the reality community.
The conclusion is that the transnationalist entities are linked and
basically run the world. The influence of the shareholders amounts to
running the planet through maintaining the controlling shares of the top
companies. 146 top players thus can control half the world’s wealth
and resources. To point this out is not “communism,” since I have shown
numerous times that “communism” and “socialism” are not real movements,
though the anti-establishment energy they channel is very real.
Communism and socialism are control mechanisms to divert
anti-establishment furor into movements controlled by the
transnationalist/globalist interests the TED talk speaker mentions at
the bottom. The speaker also fails to mention that all these top “TNCs”
are behind the speakers who frequently appear on TED talks, like Bill Gates and Al Gore.
But keep in mind, they are not capitalists. Capitalism always takes
the blame for the machinations of entities that want to stamp it out.
These entities are not, strictly speaking, socialist, either. Gore and
Gates, for example, are billionaire monopoly capitalists that openly
intend on imposing a Fabian technocratic socialism for the masses, while
ensuring privatization for those at the top. For the bottom 99%,
regulations, laws, rules and bureaucratic red tape are marshaled to shut
down any and all competition, while those at the top are above any and
all laws. In essence, we are under the worst system imaginable for 99%
of the globe. 99% of the populace still cannot figure out that their
whole spectrum of existence has been weaponized to rid them from the
face of the earth. Even the TED talk pseudo elites are unable to figure
out the British model of divide and conquer eugenics that still runs
the world. I have tried and tried and tried to hammer this home to
friends and readers, yet few have caught on and prefer the Matrix.
The corporations the speaker mentions are actually the source of the
modern Green Movement, originally an “anti-capitalist” strand of
communism that descends from Marx and Engels who were the first to
write about the supposed “alienation” of man from nature through
technology and private ownership of property. A connection can also be
made here to Darwin, since Marxism was based partly on partly Darwinism,
yet minus the Anglo racial superiority. The “alienation” of man from a
state of pure nature and equalitarianism was supposed to be reconciled
through the proletarian revolution, leading to the stage of universal
state communism prior to libertarian freedom through the withering away
of the state (in classical Marxism). However, in our day all of this
has morphed into the monstrosity we see today: corporate socialism, or
fascism. There are no longer any nation sates, only subsidiaries of the
Tyrell Corporation and the Umbrella Corporation.
Further bad news I must bear is that the global agenda has been
streamlined, as you can extrapolate from the speakers that frequent TED,
as well as the public goals of other “top players” he mentions. The
speaker even says it’s “not a conspiracy,” yet we know it is: we have
more credibility than he does, since we’ve been singing this tune for
years! The stated agenda of the corporate green elite is the plan to
kill 80-95% of the population over the next several decades. But there
is a crucial card they must play on that road: in order to get there,
the present “capitalist” system must implode. I have written elsewhere
how the system feeds off of its own contrived crises, and in order for a
global phoenix to rise from the ashes, the global economic order must
crash. “Psshha!” you say. ‘These corporations stand to make too much
money. They’d never collapse their own system.” Foolish sheeple, the
name of the game is not “money.” The “money” is all based on a
centralized fiat model of fractional reserve banking: it’s not real.
And before you brush aside my claim that imploding their own system to
create a new order out of the chaos as far-fetched, recall 9/11. And
after you recall 9/11, which was a sort of prelude to the coming era,
consider entities like Enron, or the BCCI,
which served the elite purposes, and then were imploded. If you create
the money, it’s no loss to your holdings to loot and plunder one of
your fronts.
The Green Movement, brought to you by Marxism, brought to you by International Corporations.
Newscasters Agree: The Easter Bunny's Springless Steps - CONAN on TBS
No, no, dear reader, the name of the game is death, not
dollars. Megadeath, and I don’t mean the metal band. Depopulation is
the name of the game, and that will be accomplished after the present
order has been demolished. When it is demolished, there will be
even further regimented depopulation, with the goal of eventually
achieving “sustainability,” which is the fraudulent “Green” term for
basically no one existing. The system tells you humans are a cancer.
The scientific socialist establishment that works for the “TNCs” will
(in their minds) wipe out the false social constructs of “nations,”
establishing their elite global republic without the masses. But that
is a good ways down the road: in the meantime, fraud and corruption must
run rampant, while all existing traditional orders (family, state,
classical education, religion, etc.) are to be demolished through that
corruption, social engineering, mass media, psy ops, infiltration and
internal factionalism.
The green movement has even made its way into all the mainline
religions–nevermind that its marching army is a bunch of former
communists and Soviets, all marching to the tune of their corporate
sponsors, with a horde of tree-huggers and hipsters at the bottom of the
pyramid that can’t figure out what gender they want to be. The
religions are now on board with saving “mother earth,” when the
corporate elite who run the green movement are actively engaged in bio
and geo-engineering that is literally poisoning the planet. Maybe the
SmartCity will even choose your gender for you, if you’re allowed to be
born and not determined to be guilty of pre-crime, as the loving CEO of IBM has planned for you.
Yet while you’re worried about your 401k and your petty football
game, Megadeath is fast approaching. Where will the cheerleaders be,
then? Will we still get our cappuccinos in green-friendly totes?
Dollars are old school, given that the implementation of the Internet
was all along designed to move the world to a cashless control grid.
And you thought Bitcoin would save you. I always ask hopeful innerwebz
capitalists if they think DARPA and the Pentagon “gave” the world the
Internet just because they’re nice guys. This question has not occurred
to a lot of people: why was the Internet suddenly “given” to the
world? Julian Assange was right when he explained that the Internet itself *is* a huge spying and surveillance grid.
It was given to the masses for a reason: entrapment in that web, like a
spider entraps its prey. I must bear even more bad news: Innerwebz was
given to track and trace and store everything. Everything. As a side
note, the lecture focuses on systems analysis, as did the IBM CEO’s
lecture I linked. This is relevant because knowing how complex systems
work means those at the top of the system can figure out how to trigger
systemic collapse through identifying the weak points in the system.
See also my talk on the philosophy of systems analysis here.
While you watch your Pentagon-run news for idiots, you are being soft-killed
So, the system is not your friend, and it will not protect you or fix
things, as society implodes. You’ll have plenty of pills to
numb you and screens to stare at, but no future and your progeny are the
real targets. And before you call me a Marxist or an anarchist or a
liberal, dear baby boomer reader, remind yourself of what Quigley says,
down under. Down under this sentence, that is. Carroll Quigley. You
see, all this is why Dr. Carroll Quigley wrote in his famous Tragedy and Hope decades ago that the world system actually works in a covert banking fashion, far predating this TED talk pseudo-elitist:
Glattfelder’s model actually matches up to the “conspiracy theorist’s” pyramid.
“The powers of financial capitalism had a far-reaching plan, nothing
less than to create a world system of financial control in private hands
able to dominate the political system of each country and the economy
of the world as a whole… Their secret is that they have annexed from
governments, monarchies, and republics the power to create the world’s
money…” -Ibid., pg. 324
And,
“It must not be felt that these heads of the world’s chief central
banks were themselves substantive powers in world finance. They were
not. Rather, they were the technicians and agents of the dominant
investment bankers of their own countries, who had raised them up and
were perfectly capable of throwing them down. The substantive financial
powers of the world were in the hands of these investment bankers (also
called “international” or “merchant” bankers) who remained largely
behind the scenes in their own unincorporated private banks. These
formed a system of international cooperation and national dominance
which was more private, more powerful, and more secret than that of
their agents in the central banks. This dominance of investment bankers
was based on their control over the flows of credit and investment funds
in their own countries and throughout the world. They could dominate
the financial and industrial systems of their own countries by their
influence over the flow of current funds through bank loans, the
discount rate, and the re-discounting of commercial debts; they could
dominate governments by their control over current government loans and
the play of the international exchanges. Almost all of this power was
exercised by the personal influence and prestige of men who had
demonstrated their ability in the past to bring off successful financial
coupe, to keep their word, to remain cool in a crisis, and to share
their winning opportunities with their associates. In this system the
Rothschilds had been preeminent during much of the nineteenth century,
but, at the end of that century, they were being replaced by J. P.
Morgan whose central office was in New York, although it was always
operated as if it were in London (where it had, indeed, originated as
George Peabody and Company in 1838).”
And,
“In effect, this creation of paper claims greater than the reserves
available means that bankers were creating money out of nothing. The
same thing could be done in another way, not by note-issuing banks but
by deposit banks. Deposit bankers discovered that orders and checks
drawn against deposits by depositors and given to third persons were
often not cashed by the latter but were deposited to their own accounts.
Thus there were no actual movements of funds, and payments were made
simply by bookkeeping transactions on the accounts. Accordingly, it was
necessary for the banker to keep on hand in actual money (gold,
certificates, and notes) no more than the fraction of deposits likely to
be drawn upon and cashed; the rest could be used for loans, and if
these loans were made by creating a deposit for the borrower, who in
turn would draw checks upon it rather than withdraw it in money, such
“created deposits” or loans could also be covered adequately by
retaining reserves to only a fraction of their value. Such created
deposits also were a creation of money out of nothing, although bankers
usually refused to express their actions, either note issuing or deposit
lending, in these terms. William Paterson, however, on obtaining the
charter of the Bank of England in 1694, to use the moneys he had won in
privateering, said, “The Bank hath benefit of interest on all moneys
which it creates out of nothing.” This was repeated by Sir Edward
Holden, founder of the Midland Bank, on December 18, 1907, and is, of
course, generally admitted today.” -Ibid, 48-9
Nestled in a cozy grey area between "pornography" and
"prostitution" is one of the Internet's strangest cottage industries:
selling dirty underpants online. It's the new media answer to a fetish
that's existed since the invention of panties -- some men enjoy sniffing
spoiled thongs, and the Internet has given them a way to indulge their
fetish without stealing any hampers.
It's also given a small, creative, and very open-minded cadre of
women an opportunity to make a decent living while significantly
reducing their laundry bill. This raised many, many questions in our
minds, so Cracked sat down with one of these women and asked her to walk
us through the business of selling one's underwear online.
I first decided to start selling when my heating bill shot up an
extra 150 bucks over the winter. I'm good with budgeting, but even split
with two other roommates, I knew that extra expense every month was
going to start cutting into my groceries. I work a minimum wage job with
as many hours as I can get, but you can't squeeze blood from a stone.
You can, apparently, squeeze money out of your dirty underpants.
Like most stories involving the exchange of used undergarments for
cash, it started on the Internet. I was browsing Reddit one day and came
across a subreddit called "/r/pantyselling." I figured that as long as I
could do it anonymously, what would it hurt to try? I took two or three
photos and made a $75 sale in one hour. That's more money than I'd make
working an entire shift at my day job. I suddenly found myself at a
crossroads, where my options were "eliminate what little remains of my
free time and double the stress in my life" or "mail my panties to
strangers on the Internet when I was done wearing them."
It was not a difficult decision.
Jupiterimages/Polka Dot/Getty Images "Can I list Victoria's Secret as a business expense?"
I found the whole process to be surprisingly straightforward -- I get
paid upfront by an interested party, usually via a Visa/Amazon gift
card, and once I receive the payment and the customer's address, I drop
my vacuum-packed underthings in the mail and send the buyer a tracking
number. After they receive their purchase, they can post onto the forum
with a review of my dirty laundry, and I can review the buyer. The whole
system is so smooth that it's easy to forget this trade revolves
entirely around people paying top dollar for crotch stains.
Hill Street Studios/Blend Images/Getty Images "A++, would buy again! Shipped in time for Grandpa's birthday."
Now, selling your dirty underwear to random people on the Internet
does have its risks (it's kinda-sorta sex work, if you're flexible with
the definition). There's always the chance of running into creepy
clients who get obsessed with you and try to take things a step too far.
I take as many precautions as I can -- I have specific Reddit and
PayPal accounts that I only use for selling panties, and I never put a
return address on the packages I send out. If I used Craigslist and met
my clients in person, who knows, maybe I'd be hidden inside several old
freezers by now.
Luckily, none of the buyers I've sold to have ever set off any
"terrifying stalker" alarms in my head. For most of these guys, the
anonymity is a big part of what's exciting. They want to get off on
random women's underwear, not get our phone numbers and friend us on
Facebook.
#4. It's an International, Underground Industry
KatarzynaBialasiewicz/iStock/Getty Images
Hawking your dirty booty-slings isn't limited to obscure corners of
Reddit. You've probably heard that Japan used to have vending machines
that sold pre-worn panties. Nowadays, the Japanese government makes
commercials to discourage that trade. Not because it's creepy, mind you,
but because a man might've worn those panties:
But an aspiring panty vendor can find unnervingly exhaustive guides online at the aptly-named "sellpantiesformoney.com":
sellpantiesformoney.com "Underwear Vs. Overshare: Keeping An Air Of Mystery For Your Buyers"
Additionally, you can hop on websites like "pantydeal.com" or "myusedpantystore.com":
pantydeal.com
myusedpantystore.com
So, yeah, it's kind of a used panty gold rush. I'm a student and work
a regular 9-5 job in the summer, and I work as much as I can during the
school year, but nothing compares to the money I've made auctioning off
my laundry pile. I can make between 35-75 bucks a pair, and I don't
even have to leave my apartment.
I'm not a Victoria's Secret model, either -- human sexuality is a
galaxy of different fetishes, and there's no age or body type that
doesn't have a thriving Internet community dedicated to worshiping it.
There's even a demand from women for dirty men's underpants, and you'd
be surprised how many fetishes there are within the underwear-selling
market. Whether your erotic poison is a pregnant woman's bloomers or the
tattered old high school boxer shorts of some musclebound Danish dude,
you can find it somewhere on the Internet.
But here's where things start to get kind of gross ...
#3. You Do More Than Just Wear Them
Jupiterimages/Stockbyte/Getty Images
The selling process works in a couple of different ways. When I first
started, I posted a few pictures of a certain pair of panties onto the
forum, and then got an influx of private messages from interested
buyers. While I sold that pair specifically as is, I started to develop
ongoing buyers who would make requests such as length of time worn,
activities done in them (going to the gym, having sex, peeing or leaving
skid marks, etc.), and the type and color of underwear. A few even buy
in bulk, because sometimes you need to treat your masturbation supply
shopping like a trip to Costco.
Notice how polite and, dare I say, professional that whole exchange
was? Selling muddy underpants is an honest business. Neither of us was
in a position to offer any judgment on the other, and I'm competing in a
service industry here. Friendliness pays.
I'm sure that there are a few ways a seller could cheat when putting
an order together (like spitting in your underwear to make them extra,
uh, crusty), but it isn't worth the risk of getting a bad review. If
word gets out on Reddit that your product is anything less than genuine,
you could get banned. If someone wants me to pay me to wear panties for
48 hours straight, I wear those sons of bitches for 48 hours straight.
Douglas Adams/iStock/Getty Images "I can assure you all my stock is free range. Nothing cruelly kept cooped up in a drawer."
It turned out that most of the guys out there buying used underpants
are quite sweet, and seem relatively normal (with the obvious quirk of
loving the smell of musty crotch). The messages I get are generally
short and professional.
Sure, there is the occasional guy who just wants to talk dirty to me
and doesn't really want to buy anything, but I do most of my business on
Reddit, so if a guy isn't following the rules or gains a bad reputation
with the sellers, we can talk to the moderators and have that person
banned for being scummy. I've only ever turned down two requests: one
guy asked to see my full face, which for the sake of privacy I will not
do, and another guy wanted a pair of panties that a man had ejaculated
in "at least ten times," with a picture documenting each, um, round. My
boyfriend doesn't mind my side business, but he had absolutely no
interest in helping me fill that order.
Stockbyte/Stockbyte/Getty Images "Whenever I've offered to give you a hand, I didn't mean this."
There's a certain amount of trust that goes into a transaction like
this. I usually take payment in the form of Visa/Amazon gift cards, so
my end is fairly safe, but I have the addresses of guys with undie
fetishes from here to Greece, and the men want to stay as anonymous as I
do. Just like the buyers, a seller has to be verified by the
moderators, and can be banned for misusing that information. But there's
still an enormous amount of good faith involved in giving a strange
woman your home address and the electronic equivalent of cash in
exchange for a used pair of her underwear. If you can't trust the girl
charging you $45 for a pair of striped pink panties she ran six miles
in, who can you trust?
IPGGutenbergUKLtd/iStock/Getty Images "Hanes Her Way? No, these Hanes are your way, sir!"
Yes, I'm basically letting anonymous fetishists pay my student loans.
I'm not exactly proud of it, but I'm certainly not ashamed. The way I
see it, it isn't any more exploitative than having to work at Taco Bell
until 4 a.m. every night to put myself through college. But being part
of this big market of panty-slingers means you've got to work extra hard
to find the customers who want to buy your particular "brand" of dirty
underwear. And that means ...
#1. You Have to Market Your Junk
bevangoldswain/iStock/Getty Images
It feels weird knowing that people want to own your panties, and want
the pictures to prove that they are yours, specifically, but that's the
thing -- you have to know what unique quality you possess that's going
to trigger someone's fetish, and then advertise the shit out of that.
Even if it involves literal shit.
You really do have to get good at knowing your own body, and what
types of lighting and angles are the most flattering. Many times, to
make a sale, I also have to include pictures that I didn't post to
Reddit. I keep my face out of the shot, of course, but it's still not
easy having to make amateur porn for strangers that they may or may not
keep forever on their computers as the necessary precursor to getting my
paycheck. But again, it's still better than Taco Bell.
Jonathan Leibson/Getty Images Entertainment/Getty Images
The nice thing about this, uh, business is that you build up a stable
of dedicated clients rather quickly. I've only actually posted nine or
ten pairs online -- the majority of my buyers now are people I've dealt
with before who message me privately when they want to place a new
order. It's weird to have that kind of "relationship," where you
maintain regular contact with a person just because they like to
masturbate with your used underwear, but in a way, it's less personal
than porn acting. Your face and name aren't necessary. Only your sweat
and other unmentionable personal stains matter.
After a while, you start to notice bizarre trends (beyond the obvious
"people will pay money for a pair of used panties"). For example,
there's a lucrative market for the middle-and-high-school underwear of
adult women. My first thong, which I bought in the 7th grade, went for
$100. There are a lot of terrifying implications in play here, not the
least of which is the fact that me selling my old middle school
underpants might have prevented a crime.
Leah-Anne Thompson/iStock/Getty Images, JoKMedia/E+/Getty Images You want to know what it takes to sell underwear? It takes brass ovaries to sell underwear.
By far, the most sales I've made have been to guys in Boston. I'm not
sure if that's merely a coincidence of my own experience or if there is
a panty fetish epidemic on the East Coast, but I probably get four or
five requests a week from eager Bostonians looking to score some female
understains.
Christmas-themed underwear with little bells on them sold pretty well
for me this past year. They were a little embarrassing to wear, though
-- I would jingle with every step I took, like Dick Van Dyke in Mary
Poppins. Fulfilling that sort of request feels weird at first, and then
one day someone asks, "Do you do pairs with skid marks?" and you find
yourself saying "Sure do :)" without feeling even a little bit weird.
"Heavy skid marks?" Of course, I'm a goddamn professional here. I get a
lot of requests for period and skid mark panties (I guess some men
really enjoy the idea of a girl with the personal hygiene of a shop
towel):
Boom. I just made a week's worth of groceries by wearing underwear
for two days and being a little slapdash with showers and wiping. A lot
of people do that for free.
When planning for emergencies, layering
is an ever-constant theme. I often emphasize when one begins to prepare
that you start simply by preparing for small-scale emergencies, and
then slowly begin adding onto those existing preps to create a longer
term preparedness supply. These emergency layers help you create a
reliable foundation, and the same layering approach can be used when
creating a food storage pantry.
There are some emergency food considerations to keep in mind:
The amount of people in the household.
Have a good amount of food varieties to reduce food fatigue.
The serving size of the food.
Vitamin content in the food.
The expiration date or “best if used by” labels on the food.
Special health conditions for family members.
Additionally, these essential food pantry rules can come in handy when you decide on which food to purchase.
Your Food Storage Layers
Layer 1 (0- 72-hours) – In the onset of an emergency and the days following a disaster, the first food to go should be from the refrigerator.
Keep in mind that refrigerated food will stay cold for four to six
hours, assuming the door is left closed as much as possible. In a fully
stocked freezer, foods remain safely frozen for approximately two days
if the door stays closed. You want to use up your perishable foods first
and then begin preparing your foods that are frozen. Plan meals to meet
a 1500-2000 calorie diet that are high in nutrients. Once the
perishable food has been consumed, it’s time to move onto your secondary
layer of your emergency preps. A word of advice – have an ample supply
of water on hand! Layer 2 (4-30 days) - These emergency foods should
consist of “just add water” meals or meals that do not require
substantial amounts of water, fuel or preparation time. Having some
canned, pre-packaged dinners, or meals that are “ready to eat” during
emergency scenarios will help you begin acclimating yourself to cooking
in a grid-down scenario as well as to help provide some comfort at the
same time.
Keep your family’s preferences, any existing health conditions and
food allergies in mind when preparing this food storage layer. Another
thought to keep in mind, is that a large amount of water will be needed
to rehydrate some of these meals. Have a large amount of water stored or
a means to filter water during an emergency. Layer 3 (31-99 days) - I have often said that our
preps are our life line. The items we choose should be able to carry us,
not only through difficult times, but perhaps through impossible times
as well. This layer of pantry foods should consist of multipurpose, everyday pantry items. These foods are relatively inexpensive and easy to acquire. Keep food storage shelf lives in
mind and regularly rotate these items in order to maintain a fresh food
source. Further, having a fresh source of vitamins will help your body
thrive during an emergency. Consider storing a supply of seeds for
sprouting – they are cheap, easy to store and require minimal amounts of
time for growth.
For those who are preparing for longer term or extended emergencies,
at a minimum you should have a 3 month supply of food and build it up to
a 6 month supply. This will be the beginning of your longer term food
source, and re-packaging these food sources into more durable containers
or packages will keep your food’s enemies away. Further it is a good idea to begin storing large quantities of foods that have extremely long shelf lives.
For a list of the 11 emergency foods items than can last a lifetime, click here.
Another method of bulking up on foods with long shelf lives is to
invest in freeze-dried foods. These preserved foods have a shelf life of
20+ years! All you need to do is add hot water and voila!
Some foods to consider for longer term storage are:
Carbohydrates: white rice, pasta, wheat, oats, dehydrated fruits and vegetables, sugars, honey, fruits, roots and tubers (cook these well) and cereals. For those with wheat allergies, click here.
Layer 4 (100-365 days+) – If you find yourself in
an emergency for over 100 days, it’s time to get real about the
situation you have found yourself in. You must assume this could be your
new reality. That said it is time to take steps toward long term
survival. Having an understanding of essential skills,
homesteading and gardening/farming concepts and learning ways to
sustain yourself for the long term is of the utmost importance.
Micro livestock is a group of hearty animals that will help you make
the most of smaller pieces of land. To read the pros and cons of this
livestock choice, click here. For those in suburban dwellings, consider chickens, rabbits and fish stored in aquaponic for a long-term food source.
As a prepper preparing for long term emergencies, you want to
continue storing up foods mentioned in the last layer and add
freeze-dried or dehydrated
foods to your stockpile. Given that you are preparing for an extended
or long term emergency means that you will also need to begin looking at
ways to prepare or preserve
food sources off the grid. Learning how to can, dehydrate and ferment
foods will help you maintain your food supply. Moreover, to prevent malnutrition,
you will want to concentrate on accruing essential food sources such as
carbohydrates, protein sources, fats and essential vitamins and
nutrients (see above list of food considerations). Having a vitamin
source such as sprouting seeds or
stockpiling multi-vitamins during this period will also ensure that you
are providing your body with regular doses of needed vitamins.
During an emergency, we are often left to fend for ourselves. Having
an ample supply of emergency foods can help your family thrive during
the most difficult of times. Take the time now to learn how to make the
most of your food supply, learn pertinent skills and the importance of
balanced diets and the lasting effects nutritious food has on our body
because when emergencies occur, we will need this knowledge the most.
Media Foci Irrelevant: Implantable Microchips and Directed Energy Weapons ~ folks Jay wrote THIS in 2012 .....did any of it come TRUE or is close ? ...Oops
By: Jay
Many of the modern debates we see in politics and on television
revolving around social issues are themselves irrelevant. What Obama is
doing is nothing but pure theater, and the absurd tales of bin Laden’s
“assassination” are scripted events that only serve to show the
guillibility of the masses. Zbigniew Brzinski’s Between Two Ages
was written in 1976 and mentions weather modification and the
technotronic era that would arise, at that time still largely a staple
of science fiction speculations. He writes:
“In addition, it may be possible–and tempting–to exploit for
strategic-political purposes the fruits of research on the brain and on
human behavior. Gordon J. F. MacDonald, a geophysicist specializing in
problems of warfare, has written that timed artificially excited
electronic strokes could lead to a pattern of oscillations that produce
relatively high power levels over certain regions of the earth…. In this
way, one could develop a system that would seriously impair the brain
performance of very large populations in selected regions over an
extended period…. No matter how deeply disturbing the thought of using
the environment to manipulate behavior for national advantages to some,
the technology permitting such use will very probably develop within the
next few decades.” -pg. 57
And in the footnote,
“As one specialist noted, ‘By the year 2018, technology will make
available to the leaders of the major nations, a variety of techniques
for conducting secret warfare, of which only a bare minimum of the
security forces need be appraised. One nation may attack a competitor
covertly by bacteriological means, thoroughly weakening the population
(though with a minimum of fatalities) before taking over with its own
armed forces. Alternatively, techniques of weather modification could
be employed to produce prolonged periods of drought or storm….(Gordon J.
F. MacDonald, “Space,” in Toward the year 2018, p.34). “
The Department of Defense has on its own website the former Secretary
of Defense, William Cohen, speaking candidly about these matters back
in 1997:
“But as we’ve learned in the intelligence community, we had something
called — and we have James Woolsey here to perhaps even address this
question about phantom moles. The mere fear that there is a mole within
an agency can set off a chain reaction and a hunt for that particular
mole which can paralyze the agency for weeks and months and years even,
in a search. The same thing is true about just the false scare of a
threat of using some kind of a chemical weapon or a biological one.
There are some reports, for example, that some countries have been
trying to construct something like an Ebola Virus, and that would be a
very dangerous phenomenon, to say the least. Alvin Toeffler has written
about this in terms of some scientists in their laboratories trying to
devise certain types of pathogens that would be ethnic specific so that
they could just eliminate certain ethnic groups and races; and others
are designing some sort of engineering, some sort of insects that can
destroy specific crops. Others are engaging even in an eco- type of
terrorism whereby they can alter the climate, set off earthquakes,
volcanoes remotely through the use of electromagnetic waves.” (Source)
The public is still unaware even of weather warfare, much less other
policy papers that have been written about microchipping the populace
and inserting them into an actual matrix, including a microchip and/or
brain implant. The document is public at FAS.org, and comes from the Air University of the Army War College.
This is a 2001 document, and even still the mainline public and
academia will mock and deride anyone who mentions the existence of such
things, while at the same time, other hands of the establishment
announce these trends, while simultaneously selling it as a good idea.
It reads: “Ethical and Public Relations Issues. Implanting “things” in people raises ethical and public relations issues.112
While these concerns may be founded on today’s thinking, in 2025 they
may not be as alarming. We already are evolving toward technology
implanting. For example, the military currently requires its members to
receive mandatory injections of biological organisms (i.e., the flu
shot). In the civilian world, people receive mechanical hearts and other
organs. Society has come to accept most of these implants as a fact of
life. By 2025 it is possible medical technology will have nerve chips
that allow amputees to control artificial limbs or eye chips that allow
the blind to see.113
The civilian populace will likely accept an implanted microscopic chips
that allow military members to defend vital national interests.
Further, the US military will continue to be a volunteer force that will
freely accept the chip because it is a tool to control technology and
not as a tool to control the human.”
Notice as well the 1995image includes Directed Energy Weapons,
which are said to not exist, though this has been in fiction as well,
for years, such as Ian Fleming’s Man with the Golden Gun, which is
developed by Scaramanga. Directed energy weapons extend back to Tesla’s
work, and are even admitted on the Department of Defense’s website,
back in 1997.
Directed Energy Weapons don't exist, unless your professor says they do.
Books like Brave New World and 1984 already
predicted a lot of what we are experiencing decades ago, yet academia
and its command and control structure inculcate the masses with constant
nonsense and distractions as a pyshcological warfare operation.
Formerly psyops were directed at enemy populations, while now, they have
been turned against the population itself. And since the mainline
media and politicians don’t even discuss this recolutionary information,
they are irrelevant, and function mainly as stage and theater
distractions. Not only are they distractions, they are decades old
distractions that aren’t even remotely relevant to the actual praxis of
the shadow government for any other reason.
U.S. is Responsible for the Ebola Outbreak in West Africa: Liberian Scientist
A History of Guatemala’s Syphilis Experiment: How a U.S. Led Team Performed Human Experimentations in Central America
Dr. Cyril Broderick, A Liberian scientist and a former professor of
Plant Pathology at the University of Liberia’s College of Agriculture
and Forestry says the West, particularly the U.S. is responsible for the
Ebola outbreak in West Africa. Dr. Broderick claims the following in an
exclusive article published in the Daily Observer based in Monrovia,
Liberia. He wrote the following:
The US Department of Defense (DoD) is funding Ebola
trials on humans, trials which started just weeks before the Ebola
outbreak in Guinea and Sierra Leone. The reports continue and state that
the DoD gave a contract worth $140 million dollars to Tekmira, a
Canadian pharmaceutical company, to conduct Ebola research. This
research work involved injecting and infusing healthy humans with the
deadly Ebola virus. Hence, the DoD is listed as a collaborator in a
“First in Human” Ebola clinical trial (NCT02041715, which started in
January 2014 shortly before an Ebola epidemic was declared in West
Africa in March.
Is it possible that the United States Department of Defense (DOD) and
other Western countries are directly responsible for infecting Africans
with the Ebola virus? Dr. Broderick claims that the U.S. government has
a research laboratory located in a town called Kenema in Sierra Leone
that studies what he calls “viral fever bioterrorism”, It is also the town where he acknowledges that is the “epicentre of the Ebola outbreak in West Africa.” Is it a fact? Is Dr. Broderick a conspiracy theorist? He says that “there
is urgent need for affirmative action in protecting the less affluent
of poorer countries, especially African citizens, whose countries are
not as scientifically and industrially endowed as the United States and
most Western countries, sources of most viral or bacterial GMOs that are
strategically designed as biological weapons.” He also asks an important question when he says “It
is most disturbing that the U. S. Government has been operating a viral
hemorrhagic fever bioterrorism research laboratory in Sierra Leone. Are
there others?”
Well, Mr. Broderick’s claims seem to be true. After all, the U.S.
government has been experimenting with deadly diseases on human beings
for a long time, history tells us so. One example is Guatemala. Between
1946 and 1948, the United States government under President Harry S.
Truman in collaboration with Guatemalan President Juan José Arévalo and
his health officials deliberately infected more than 1500 soldiers,
prostitutes, prisoners and even mental patients with syphilis and other
sexually transmitted diseases such as gonorrhea and chancroid (a
bacterial sexual infection) out of more than 5500 Guatemalan people who
participated in the experiments. The worst part of it is that none of
the test subjects infected with the diseases ever gave informed consent.
The Boston Globe published the discovery made by Medical historian and
professor at Wellesley College, Susan M. Reverby in 2010 called ‘Wellesley professor unearths a horror: Syphilis experiments in Guatemala.’ It stated how she came across her discovery:
Picking through musty files in a Pennsylvania archive, a
Wellesley College professor made a heart-stopping discovery: US
government scientists in the 1940s deliberately infected hundreds of
Guatemalans with syphilis and gonorrhea in experiments conducted without
the subjects’ permission. Medical historian Susan M. Reverby happened
upon the documents four or five years ago while researching the infamous
Tuskegee syphilis study and later shared her findings with US
government officials.
The unethical research was not publicly disclosed until yesterday,
when President Obama and two Cabinet secretaries apologized to
Guatemala’s government and people and pledged to never repeat the
mistakes of the past — an era when it was not uncommon for doctors to
experiment on patients without their consent.
After Reverby’s discovery, the Obama administration apparently gave
an apology to then-President Alvaro Colom according to the Boston Globe:
Yesterday, Obama called President Álvaro Colom Caballeros
of Guatemala to apologize, and Obama’s spokesman told reporters the
experiment was “tragic, and the United States by all means apologizes to
all those who were impacted by this.
Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton had called Colom Thursday
night to break the news to him. In her conversation with the Guatemalan
president, Clinton expressed “her personal outrage and deep regret that
such reprehensible research could occur,’’ said Arturo Valenzuela,
assistant secretary of state for Western Hemisphere affairs.
The
study in Guatemala was led by John Cutler, a US health service
physician who also took part in the controversial Tuskegee
Syphilis experiments which began in the 1930’s. Researchers wanted to
study the effects of a group of antibiotics called penicillin on
affected individuals. The prevention and treatment of syphilis and other
venereal diseases were also included in the experimentation. Although
they were treated with antibiotics, more than 83 people had died
according to BBC news in 2011 following a statement issued by Dr Amy
Gutmann, head of the Presidential Commission for the Study of Bioethical
Issues:
The Commission said some 5,500 Guatemalans were involved
in all the research that took place between 1946 and 1948. Of these,
some 1,300 were deliberately infected with syphilis, gonorrhoea or
another sexually transmitted disease, chancroid. And of that group only
about 700 received some sort of treatment. According to documents the
commission had studied, at least 83 of the 5,500 subjects had died by
the end of 1953.
Washington’s reaction to the report is a farce. The apology made to
Guatemala’s government was for the sake of public relations. Washington
knows about its human experimentations in the past with deadly diseases
conducted by government-funded laboratories that are known to be harmful
to the public. The U.S. government is guilty in conducting numerous
medical experiments on people not only in Guatemala but in other
countries and on its own territory. As the Boston Globe report
mentioned, the Tuskegee Syphilis Study occurred between 1932 and 1972 by
the U.S. Public Health Service to study the “natural progression” of
untreated syphilis in the African American population. The U.S. Public
Health Service and the Tuskegee Institute collaborated in 1932 and
enrolled 600 poor sharecroppers from Macon County, Alabama to study the
syphilis infection. However, it was documented that at least 400 of
those had the disease (they were never informed that they actually had
syphilis) while the remaining 200 did not. They received free medical
care, food and even free burial insurance for participating in the
study. Documents revealed that they were told that they had “bad blood” which
meant that they had various medical conditions besides syphilis. The
Tuskegee scientists continued to study the participants without treating
their illnesses and they also withheld much-needed information from the
participants about penicillin, which proved to be effective in treating
Syphilis and other venereal diseases. The test subjects were under the
impression that they were receiving free health care from the U.S.
government while they were deliberately being lied to by the same
administrators who were conducting the tests. Washington is fully aware
of its human experimentations with deadly diseases. The government of
Guatemala also knew about the Syphilis experiments according to the
Boston Globe:
A representative of the Guatemalan government said his
nation will investigate, too — looking in part at the culpability of
officials in that country. The records of the experiment suggest that
Guatemalan government officials were fully aware of the tests,
sanctioned them, and may have done so in exchange for stockpiles of
penicillin.
However, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services published the study ‘Fact Sheet on the 1946-1948 U.S. Public Health Service Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD) Inoculation Study’ and was forced to admit what happened in Guatemala during the syphilis experiments:
While conducting historical research on the Tuskegee
Study of Untreated Syphilis, Professor Susan Reverby of Wellesley
College recently discovered the archived papers of the late Dr. John
Cutler, a U.S. Public Health Service medical officer and a Tuskegee
investigator. The papers described another unethical study supported by
the U.S. government in which highly vulnerable populations in Guatemala
were intentionally infected with sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
The study, conducted between 1946 and 1948, was done with the knowledge
of Dr. Cutler’s superiors and was funded by a grant from the U.S.
National Institutes of Health to the Pan American Sanitary Bureau (which
became the Pan American Health Organization) to several Guatemalan
government ministries. The study had never been published.
The U.S. government admitted to its wrongdoing, 62 years too late.
What Dr. Broderick wrote is not conspiratorial in any sense. The U.S.
government has been involved in bioterrorism; Guatemala is a case in
point. Dr. Broderick summarized what average people can do to prevent
governments, especially those from the West from creating and exposing
populations from diseases they experiment with in laboratories:
The challenge is global, and we request assistance from
everywhere, including China, Japan, Australia, India, Germany, Italy,
and even kind-hearted people in the U.S., France, the U.K., Russia,
Korea, Saudi Arabia, and anywhere else whose desire is to help. The
situation is bleaker than we on the outside can imagine, and we must
provide assistance however we can. To ensure a future that has less of
this kind of drama, it is important that we now demand that our leaders
and governments be honest, transparent, fair, and productively engaged.
They must answer to the people. Please stand up to stop Ebola testing
and the spread of this dastardly disease.
After Guatemala’s ordeal with the U.S. government who deliberately
infected people with syphilis, West African nations should be extremely
skeptical about the U.S. government’s actions combating Ebola. Professor
Francis Boyle of the University of Illinois, College of Law questions
the Obama administration’s actions in West Africa. RIA Novosti recently
interviewed Boyle and he said the following:
US government agencies have a long history of carrying
out allegedly defensive biological warfare research at labs in Liberia
and Sierra Leone. This includes the Centers for Disease Control and
Prevention (CDC), which is now the point agency for managing the Ebola
spill-over into the US,” Prof. Francis Boyle said.
Why has the Obama administration dispatched troops to Liberia when
they have no training to provide medical treatment to dying Africans?
How did Zaire/Ebola get to West Africa from about 3,500km away from
where it was first identified in 1976?”
That’s a good question for Washington, but would the public get any
answers? Not anytime soon, since it took more than 62 years for the
Guatemala syphilis experiments to be exposed to the public, not by the
US government, by a medical historian.
