Former high-ranking Canadian official says aliens exist and have been visiting earth for thousands of years

(INTELLIHUB) — Surprisingly for the first time ever, a former high-ranking government official has come forth admitting that at least 4 species of alien life have been visiting earth for thousands of years.
Paul Hellyer, former Minister of Defense for Canada stated recently in an interview with RT’s Sophie Shevardnadze:
As a matter of fact, they’ve been visiting our planet for thousands of years and one of the cases that would interest you most if you give me two or three minutes to answer is that during the Cold War, 1961, there were about 50 UFOs in formation flying south from Russia across Europe, and Supreme Allied Command was very concerned and about ready to press the “Panic” button when they turned around and went back over the North Pole. They decided to do an investigation and they investigated for 3 years and they decided that, with absolute certainty, four species – at least – had been visiting this planet for thousands of years. We have a long history of UFOs and of course there has been a lot more activity in the last few decades, since we invented the atomic bomb and they are very concerned about that and the fact that we might use it again, and because the Cosmos is a unity and it affects not just us but other people in the Cosmos, they are very much afraid that we might be stupid enough to start using atomic weapons again, and this would be very bad for us and for them as well.
Hellyer went on to point out that he himself had seen a UFO about 120 miles north of Toronto last Thanksgiving, although the sighting was rather distant.
Hellyer talked about how the bible likely documented encounters as well. “I think that the star of Bethlehem is one of God’s flying saucers”, Hellyer said, referring to he bible.
At least 80 known species may lurk in the universe, some of which, like the Nordic blondes, you would not be able to tell they were alien if you saw them walking down the street as they look quite human-like, said Hellyer, going on to point out that two aliens dressed as “nuns” who were working with the U.S. Government were able to shop in Las Vegas undetected by humans.
About 8 out of 10 sighting reports are simply not real, while 15-20% maintain credence and can not be explained, Hellyer said.
According to the Hellyers claims, most species are thought to be friendly, although Hellyer pointed out at least 2 species may have malicious intent.
“I’m not afraid”, Hellyer stated, talking about how advanced the aliens actually are, “They could take us over if they really wanted to”.
Hellyer went on to explain how we should learn to work together with these aliens, to “row in the right direction”.
