A Miami man covered in fine white powder was arrested for disorderly conduct at an outdoor market this week.

However, the arresting officer makes no mention in his report as to why Travis Williams, 23, is coated in a fine white dust or what the powder might be.

The police report only makes mention of officers being called to Bayside Marketplace on Wednesday after Williams was reportedly causing a ruckus.

The Smoking Gun reported Williams already had a 94-page arrest record, which included several busts for possession of cocaine.

Williams, who is unemployed, have been arrested several dozens times for crimes ranging from burglary and grand theft to possession of marijuana and trespass.

Of course we recommend situational as the primary strategy in conflict. The best fight is the one you don't get into regardless of circumstances. However, if a deranged individual like some of the ones featured on Mugshot.com appears at your door or tries to open your bedroom window while your sleeping, it's nice to know your second amendment right is at hand.

Dude's name is Roger Dean Whitt. He's from Florida. Despite the robber make-up he was NOT arrested for robbing anyone. He was arrested after police found a drug pipe in his gold purse. Here's the weird thing (the other stuff's not weird enough?): Whitt told the cops he WANTED them to search his purse. He INSISTED that they search his purse. The purse with the pipe in it. That's taking honesty too far. I guess if a man goes around wearing a painted-on robber mask, it's asking too much for him to behave rationally. PANDA PANTS!

So you see what the police deal with from time to time. Just in case you're on your own it's good to know you have God given rights. The gun banning politicians have a plethora of armed guards at their disposal many sworn law enforcement officers. Even for them that's a temporary fix. They will leave office. Their children and grandchildren may never hold an office with a personal protection detail. The Constitution was forever. It wasn't for hunting or sport shooting. Look at the men above and think about how you would protect your family in a determined attack. Even if you're at the top of the priority list in response the next 5 to 10 minutes could determine if you live or die. You assailant will be on MUGSHOT.com. You'll be dead or in the hospital.
