New Russian Meteor Or Rocket? You Be The Judge

A new Russian meteor, or is it a rocket, has made its way onto the internet and YouTube as shown in the video below. Is this a meteor as some claim or is it some kind of a rocket as claimed by others? There sure have been an awful lot of meteors and fireballs in 2013 and to see this picture and video makes me wonder what is going on with the universe around us.
