Well... ye olde plandemick plotte thickeneth... and many thanks to those of you who provided links that led to today's blog and articles.

If you've been watching the latest developments, President Trump announced that his administration was "looking into" a grant of 3.7 million dollars to China's Wuhan lab by various government agencies connected to - you guessed it, Dr. Anthony Grouchy (rhymes with Fauci), Bill Gates of Microcrud software fame, and - yup - Hahvaahd's recently arrested Dr. Charles Lieber. But it's not just anyone talking about this development, it's a Congressman (Matt Gaetz, R-Florida) and Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. (really big D-Everywere):

Did China Just Admit the Obama Administration Funded $3.7 Mil for COVID-19 Development?

Mr. Kennedy does not mince words, noting that the Obama Administration had halted Dr. Grouchy's (rhymes with Fauci) corona virus experiments, after which the "good" doctor shifted the research to China to avoid the restrictions his boss (that would be President Obama) had taken action; here's what Mr. Kennedy stated:

Background; following the 2002-2003 SARS coronavirus outbreak, NIH a collaboration by Chinese scientists, US military virologists from the bioweapons lab at Ft. Detrick and NIH scientists from the NIAID to prevent future coronavirus outbreaks by studying the evolution of virulent strains from bats in human tissues.

Those efforts included “gain of function” research that used a process called “accelerated evolution” to create Covid Pandemic superbugs; enhanced bat born Covid mutants more lethal and more transmissable than wild COVID. Fauci’s studies alarmed scientists around the world who compalined, according to a Dec 2017 NY Times article that:

“these researchers risk creating a monster germ that could escape the lab and seed a pandemic”

Dr. Mark Lipsitch of the Harvard School of Public Health’s Communicable Disease Center told the Times that Dr. Fauci’s NIAID experiments “have given us some modest scientific knowledge and done almost nothing to improve our preparedness for pandemic, and yet risked creating an accidental pandemic”

In October 2014, following a series of Federal laboratory mishaps that narrowly missed releasing these deadly engineered viruses, President Obama ordered a halt to all federal funding for Dr. Fauci’s dangerous experiments.

It now appears that Fauci may have dodged the federal restrictions by shifting the research to the military lab in Wuhan. Congress needs to launch and investigation of NIAID’s mischief in China.

Now note what the second article by Haley Kennington states:

In addition to there being zero bats sold at the Chinese wet market, white papers show that in all the years of researching, studying, and yes – editing strains of the coronavirus – the virus has not had the capability of jumping from animal to human without interference by way of genome sequencing.

In other words, the virus did not have the ability of being passed from animal to human until those working in the bioweapons lab edited elements of the virus that would make that possible. Though the Chinese want to place all blame on the virus originating from bats (in a seafood market no less), the science speaks for itself and it’s telling a different story.

The novel coronavirus COVID-19 so closely resembles two different bat SARS-like coronaviruses that it appears COVID-19 was created through “copy and pasting” the exact amino acid similarity and cannot be a natural mutation within bats or any other mammal.

Ms. Kennington goes on:

n article published in The Scientist in 2015 mentions infectious-disease researcher Ralph Baric, along with the effort of his team at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s in their gain-of-function research to create a chimera, mixing the SHCO14 coronavirus spike protein from Chinese horseshoe bats with that of the SARS-CoV-1 virus.

Could this be the true reason behind NIH, under the direction of Dr. Anthony Fauci, and during the Obama administration in 2015, awarding $3.7 million in grants to the Chinese for further research?

Toward the end of her article, Ms. Kennington mentions what I personally regard may end up being a kind of Rosetta Stone to decipher this whole mess:

But, what if China is only partially lying and the weaponization of the virus? What if it’s weaponization wasn’t done at the P4 bioweapon lab in Wuhan, but by the recently indicted Harvard Professor Charles Lieber who ran his own facility in exchange for a monthly payment of $50,000 by Wuhan University of Technology as a “Strategic Scientist”? The Chinese government also paid Lieber $1.5 million to set up and run the nearby lab, according to a court affidavit.

“The Lieber Research Group’s website identifies its principal sponsors as NIH and DoD, including the Office of Naval Research (“ONR”) and the Air Force Office of Scientific Research (“AFOSR”). Based upon records maintained by NIH, DoD, and Harvard University, I know that the Lieber Research Group has received more than $15,000,000 in grant funding from NIH and DoD since 2008.”

Affadavit

Lieber was working on a transistor as early as 2011 that could penetrate cell membranes. Could this have been why his research and development was so important to China, Wuhan specifically?

Now, putting all this together, what do we have? Well, for one thing, it's beginning to look an awfully lot like certain power-hungry and rogue elements in the American deep state teamed up with certain power-hungry and rogue elements in the Chinese deep state, and that this whole plandemic is just that, for what caught my eye in this whole thing was that President Obama ceased funding of Dr. Grouchy's project when it became clear the virus had nearly "accidentally" been released when the research was being conducted in this country. Even though it's looking more and more likely that it was released in China, but the question is, by accident? or by incompetence? or by design? If the first two, then we're dealing with a crisis of opportunity being used by the aforementioned ne'er-do-wells and a kind of "mass manslaughter", and if the latter, intentional mass murder.

Either way, it's time for the state department to suspend the passports of said ne'er-do-wells, and for Dr. Grouchy to be made to answer some tough questions in President Trump's future press conferences...

... if there's anyone left in the propatainment media anymore that can put tough questions.

And more importantly, these men need to be investigated to the hilt, and I mean to the hilt, and made to face civil and justice at every level, federal, state, and local, for any incompetence, accident, or deliberate planning in this whole thing that may be uncovered.

Is Military Recruiting the Canary in the Mine Shaft? America: Dumb, Fat, Sick, Criminal and Girlie Boy

Only in Hollyweird cartoon world is the United States a potent military presence in terms of the quality of its personnel recruiting pool. The country would be well advised to abandon all neocon pretenses and foreign military adventures. The reality is in stark contrast and speaks to the truth about the American gutless wonder. According to 2017 Pentagon data, 71 percent of Americans between the ages of 17 and 24 are ineligible to serve in the military. That’s 24 million of the 34 million people of that age group.
“I would argue that the next existential threat we have,” Army Major Gen. Malcolm Frost, the commander of the Army’s Initial Military Training Command, said, “is the inability to man our military.”
The main causes of this situation are inadequate education, criminality, health and obesity.

Education

A legendary West Point “tank study” from the 1980s showed that smarter tank gunners are actually more-accurate tank gunners. In effect, smarter soldiers are better soldiers. It’s not simply that smarter recruits are more capable of operating sophisticated weapons systems (like the F-35). They’re better fighters, too, which is, after all, the whole point.
Marine Corps Recruiting Command Major Gen. Mark Brilakis, said, “There are 30-some million 17 to 24 year olds out there, but by the time you get all the way down to those that are qualified, you’re down to less than a million young Americans.” Of those, only one in eight actually want to join the military.
To join the armed forces, the military across all branches requires that an individual have a high school diploma or a General Equivalency Diploma (GED). This qualification ensures that recruits possess a minimum level of education, including a basic understanding of written and cognitive skills.
The National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) reported that in the 2014–2015 school year, “the adjusted cohort graduation rate (ACGR) for public high school students rose to 83 percent.”
However, dropout expert Julian Vasquez Heilig said that “the only people who believe it’s [over] 80 percent are probably the politicians who are telling us that.” In addition to other shortcomings, this statistic from the NCES does not account for lowered graduation standards.
Among those high school “graduates,” 30 percent failed to pass the Armed Forces Qualification Test (the AFQT).
In certain demographics there are virtually no proficient students.

Criminality

According to the 2009 Mission Readiness report, criminality prevents one of every 10 young adults from being able to join the armed forces. That means that 3.4 million people who would otherwise make the cut are unable to join. For many, these patterns of crime that disqualify them from the military begin early in their youth.
The U.S. Department of Justice reported in 2015 that nearly 1 million juveniles have been arrested [U.S. Department of Justice, “Statistical Briefing Book,” March 27, 2017; https://www.ojjdp.gov/ojstatbb/crime/qa05101.asp].
The National Institute of Justice, citing The Pittsburgh Youth Study, stated that “52 to 57 percent of juvenile delinquents continue to offend up to age 25.”
The opioid epidemic is a public health emergency — and it predominantly occurs among that same age group.

Fitness

“The obesity issue is the most troubling because the trend is going in the wrong direction,” Gen. Milley said in 2015. “By 2020, it could be as high as 50%, which means only two in 10 would qualify to join the Army.” The trend out to 2025 and 2030 is nearly parabolic.

Another 32 percent of the young-adult population cannot join the military for health concerns other than obesity. These issues include asthma, hearing and eyesight problems, autism and mental illness. Combined with weight issues, the number of 17 to 24 year olds who cannot join the military for health reasons exceeds half that age group. In numbers, that means more than 17 million young adults are disqualified from military service due to health issues.
The situation is bad even among current active military, according to a 2018 RAND report. It painted a grim picture of the military’s physical fitness and sleep standards. The study, featuring roughly 18,000 randomly selected participants across each of the service branches, showed that almost 66 percent of service members are considered to be either overweight or obese, based on the military’s use of body mass index as a measuring standard.
In terms of problematic sleeping patterns, 59 percent of soldiers reported getting less sleep than needed, and 33 percent answered that the lack of sleep contributed to being regularly bothered by an energy deficiency. What happens in actual war combat conditions?
Moreover, West Point noted in 2017 that the future of war will rely more on mental rather than physical fitness.

MODERN WAR INSTITUTE AT WEST POINT: There will always remain a central place for brute strength and superior physical fitness in warfare, of course. But future wars between nation-states are going to be decided by which side can best protect its infrastructure, command-and-control capabilities, cyberspace, and assets in outer space (e.g., satellites, etc.). Future battlefields will entail “less sweat, more sit.” Hence, the United States will need more personnel with the cognitive acumen to deal with electronic threats and other intangible problems that arise in different battlefield domains, which cannot be solved solely through excellent physical fitness.

Girlie Boys

If recent YouGov polls are any indication, the New Underworld Order’s feminization campaign for American men is bearing fruit.
Americans were asked to rate themselves on a scale of 0 to 6, where 0 is “completely masculine” and 6 is “completely feminine.” Interestingly, 65 percent of limping, crotchity, low-T old-timer men over the age of 65 said that they are “completely masculine,” whereas only 28 percent of men ages 30 to 44 and 30 percent of men ages 18 to 29 said the same.
Among those under 30, some 13 percent put themselves halfway between masculine and feminine, while 12 percent said that they are at least slightly feminine.
Only 4 percent of those over 65 said that they are all feminine.

We wonder how current-year girlie boys would fare against this now.
The Heritage Foundation reports and the Pentagon freely admits that the Army — more than any other service — has has been frittered away by years of boogeyman counterinsurgency (COIN) operations in Iraq and Afghanistan.
“For the past 17 years,” according to former Secretary of the Army Mark Esper, “the Army bore the brunt of the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan. For over a decade, we postponed modernization to procure equipment tailored to counter insurgency operations.”
One might suspect someone was deliberately wrecking the U.S. as a nation and its military. Brigade and division capabilities were reduced and realigned to facilitate COIN warfare. Combat Training Center rotations focused almost exclusively on COIN scenarios.
Is the U.S. prepared for asymmetrical warfare and small drones?

In March 2019, Gen. Milley assessed that only 28 of the Army’s 58 Total Army BCTs (48 percent) had reached the highest readiness levels.
Historical evidence shows that, on average, the Army needs 21 brigade combat teams to fight one major regional conflict. Given the poor emplacement pool, how would the Army replace combat losses in these units if seriously engaged? 
The Army is using equipment designed primarily in the 1970s, fielded in the 1980s and incrementally upgraded since then. For example, inferior artillery.

According to its 2019 aviation plan, the USMC currently fields 16 tactical fighter squadrons, compared to 19 in FY 2017 and around 28 during Desert Storm.
The Marines are fully ready for one major regional conflict. Only a third of the force — the deployed force — could be considered fully ready.

• Two-MRC Level: 36 battalions.
• Actual 2018 Level: 24 battalions.

The Air Force needs quite high standards. The service is 2,000 pilots short.

Winter Watch Takeaway

One can easily imagine that America’s foes are fully engaged in opening up at least a two major regional-conflict strategy. One conflict auto triggers a stretched thin second. If war opens up in Iran, look for Russia and/or China to become very aggressive in another theater. This probably is the real reason the U.S. is retreating in Syria. As the U.S. can spare few combat-ready soldiers and pilot losses, personnel attrition (the General Grant strategy) would also be deployed against the US to draw down ready combat units and quickly bring about qualitative impairments.

TRUMP: TIME TO MINE THE MOON WHILE OBSERVATORIES CLOSE

Now, before we get started this week, I need to let everyone know that there will be no blogs on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday this week, so I've doubled the number of blogs for Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. With that said, here's the first of today's offering:

While we're all sick of hearing about Covid19 and the daily propatainment ministry campaign to keep everyone indoors and cowered, there's been a strange reaction  going on "up there", in space. In the last few weeks, for example, we've seen stories about (1) the European Space Agency cancelling a probe to Mars because of the virus, (2) strange videos of a "something" near the Sun looking for all the world like Ezekiel's wheels-within-wheels, which Never A Straight Answer (NASA) once again reassured us was all a trick of light and shadow and an artifact of image processing, nothing to see here, move along, and (3) then, as if someone wanted to say "not so fast," we've seen strange videos of "some things" flying around the Moon. More tricks of light and shadow and processing artifacts, perhaps.

Meanwhile, to reassure everyone that life goes on as abnormally as possible, the USSA has launched some satellites on Mr. Musk's rockets, while astronomical observatories around the world are closing down for - you guessed it - the corona virus, according to this story shared by M.G.:

Ponder that one a moment. In all our previous "flu-demics" and medical emergencies  from the HIV scare of the 1980s to SARS, we've never shut down observatories.

Ever.

It's almost like Mr. Globaloney doesn't want any pesky science-and-nerd-types seeing something "out there" that Mr. Globaloney doesn't want them to see.

However, in the "you just can't make up this soap-space-and-virus-opera" department, as all this propatainment ministry nonsense from "I'm-connected-to-Bill-Gates-who-wants-to-vaccinate-everyone-and-chloroquine-produced-by-Bayer-in-1934-is-not-a-cure-because-I-want-a-vaccine-so-I-can-make-lots-of-money-with-Mr.-Gates" Dr. Fauci in his daily White House sponsored fear-and-trembling updates goes on, President Trump found enough time to sneak away and sign an executive order.

It makes me wonder, with some "things" flying around close to the Moon, and observatories shut down, just what the heck is going on. Now on the one hand, talk about Moon and asteroid mining has been going on for a while, and I've blogged about the topic repeatedly. Back in 2014 at the Secret Space Program conference in San Mateo, Nuttyfornia, I talked about some of those bearer bonds scandals, and how some of those "fake" bonds had space messages going on all over the place. On the front of some of these bonds, which the federal goobernment (which has given us some of the nuttiest explanations for things on record, from magic bullets to airplane fuel melting buildings which collapse in a pancake at freefall speed) assured  us were fakes, you had on the front of said bonds the picture of the president who fell victim to said magic bullet, while on the back of the "bond" you had pictures of the Moon, the Lunar Excursion Module from Apollo days, and the space shuttle. I began to think that space assets were the way that Mr. Globaloney would attempt to write off all that bad paper he had created in the financial system, when - lo and behold - we were told that all that bad paper amounted to a mere 14- to 17,000,000,000,000,000 dollars, several times the amount of the gross domestic product of the entire planet. But what a coincidence, articles then began to appear that some rocky asteroid X,Y,Z out there was worth (you guessed it) about 14- to 17,000,000,000,000,000 dollars in titanium, platinum, gold and all sorts of other stuff, all we had to do was go out and mine it. (Isn't that nice? We could actually have a gold standard and back all that bad paper with something other than Christine LaGarde's numerology.)

Now, if you've been following along during all this propatainment ministry narrative, you'll have noticed a raft of strange financial stories that somehow manage to evade mention by Dr. I-want-to-vaccinate-everyone-and-make-lots-of-money Fauci. Stories like the Fed taking reserve requirements to zero (yes, I said ZERO), and the German state-owned bank Kreditanstalt fur Wiederaufbau thumbing its nose at the EU, the European Central Bank and all the Brusselsprouts and telling German businesses and no one else's businesses that it was prepared to prop them up with virtually unlimited credit until the Fauci crisis... er... I mean, the corona crisis was over. (How does that song go? Deutschland uber alles?) Interestingly enough, while Kreditanstalt was promising lines of credit and liquidity as high as the Moon (patience, we're getting back to that), its headquarters was nonetheless located down here on Earth in Frankfurt in the German state of Hesse, which headquarters other financially sound institutions like the European Central Bank, and that pillar of financial responsibility, Deutsche Bank, which was caught red-handed shorting stocks before two buildings collapsed of airplane fuel fires and pancaked into lower Manhattan a few years ago. Then, lo and behold, in Yet Another Amazing Coincidence, the finance minister for the German state of Hesse decided to walk in front of a train and ended up smeared all over railroad tracks just a few days after Kreditanstalt made its generous announcement because (we were told, but not by Dr. Fauci!) that he was depressed over the corona virus.

Now, to put a fine point to all this Amazing Coincidence, it looks like Mr. Globaloney created the Fauci crisis as a crisis of opportunity to achieve several objectives, one of which is some sort of financial reset, and with that, we're back to Mr. Trump and the Moon mining executive order. It's one thing to talk about mining the Moon, but quite another to order it, by an executive order no less, and that during a Fauci crisis that looks like a financial reset.

To put it country simple: it looks like Mr. Globaloney is in a big hurry to get out there and mine those space assets... and to be extra sure no one keeps an independent eye on what he's actually doing (or not doing but claiming to do), best to shut down those observatories.

The Story of Otis T. Carr – The Man Who Supposedly Invented An ‘Anti-Gravity’ Vehicle In The 1950s

• The Facts:Anti-gravity technology has been around for decades, and there is much proof of that. One of the pioneers was Otis T. Carr, who was subjected to large amounts of ridicule and difficulty while pursuing his developments.
• Reflect On:If the release of this technology would completely wipe out the Oil Industry and collapse the monetary system, does that legitimize the suppressing of it? Is our collective consciousness ready for technologies that would change our entire society?

It’s astonishing to me how the topic of anti-gravity is still be placed in the “conspiracy theory” realm. This isn’t the stuff of conspiracy theories or “fringe” science, it’s a field full of reputable scientists and scholars, and real-world examples that have come not only from hard evidence but from extremely credible witness testimony as well.  One thing is for certain when talking about such topics: one must delve into the black budget world.

Take, for example, a recent investigation conducted by a Michigan State University professor and a former secretary from the Department of Housing and Development. Together, with a team of Ph.D students, they uncovered approximately $21 trillion that went missing and unaccounted for from the Department of Defense as well as the Department of Housing and Development. Why is this relevant? Because they discovered that the money was going to fund black budget, off the books programs that require no oversight from Congress.  This black budget world has been in operation for many years. You can read more about it here and here in two articles I’ve previously written on the subject.

Breakaway Civilization

The black budget world encompasses a separate civilization (Richard Dolan, “Breakaway Civilization”) that has used tremendous amounts of resources in all areas, from science to archaeology, to move itself far ahead of the mainstream world technologically. How many people does it employ? Who is operating it? Many of these questions remain unknown, but if you follow the money it will give you perhaps somewhat of an idea.

Any civilian who invents technology that rivals the black budget world has always been subjected to harassment, and has difficulty getting their innovations or inventions out to the public. That’s because these technologies have been ‘classified’, for if they were made public it would change everything, severely threatening the tremendous amount of power and control the global elite has over the human population.

The technology that’s been developed within these programs could change the world, but instead it’s used within the military-industrial complex for self-serving purposes, or so it seems. Efficient energy-generating devices that could eliminate the use of oil, or any other modern day fuel source for that matter, have been subjected to patent suppression.

Suppressed Technology List From 1971

For example, the previous list regarding technology suppressed was obtained by researcher Michael Ravnitzky in 1971. Most of the technology listed seems to be related to various military applications. You can view that list here. As Steven Aftergood from the Federation of American Scientists reports

“The 1971 list indicates that patents for solar photovoltaic generators were subject to review and possible restriction if the photovoltaics were more than 20% efficient. Energy conversion systems were likewise subject to review and possible restriction if they offered conversion efficiencies in “excess of 70-80%.” (source)

Why would higher energy efficiencies be a “national security threat?” If this is true, we are talking about solar technology that goes far beyond the best commercial panels available today, which usually can’t even generate 20 percent efficiency.

Anti-Gravity

Anti-Gravity technology most probably falls into this category. According to the very first director of the CIA, Roscoe Hiellenkoetter, we know that there was an “official campaign of secrecy and ridicule” with regards to UFOs while stating that Air Force officers were well aware of their existence. Today we have electro-optical data and even physical evidence, not to mention credible witness testimony of technologies performing and demonstrating this type of technology.

We have statements from previously retired Directors of Lockheed Martin Aerospace programs (including the most recently retired), like Steve Justice.  So, what did Mr. Justice have to say? Well, a lot of things. One of the first statements he made using the To The Stars platform is that, when it comes to the technologies he’s been around, worked with, and seen, it would be an understatement to call them revolutionary. He’s stated that the technologies that him and his team at To The Stars are working on now are the same technologies that are employed by Unidentified Flying Objects.

“In some cases, according to incident reports and interviews with military personnel, these vehicles descended from altitudes higher than 60,000 feet at supersonic speeds, only to suddenly stop and hover as low as 50 feet above the ocean.” – Christopher Mellon, Deputy Assistant Defense Secretary for Intelligence from 1997 to 2002 (source)

Justice has said that he has had “glimpses” of how this type of technology works, and that his current team needs to “harvest” these technologies from the Science Division to realize their capabilities.

Justice and his team have admitted to having access to materials from these UFOs, wherever they are from and whoever is making them.

Over the last three months, To The Stars Academy has collected seven pieces of material, from multiple sources, to study for The ADAM Research Project.  Each sample represents different elements of potential Unidentified Aerial Phenomena and how they operate.

The structure and composition of these materials are not from any known existing military or commercial application. On multiple occasions Justice has spoken of technologies that can alter the space-time metric. The mainstream has picked up on this multiple times, and here’s an example from The New York Times.

So, as you can see, this type of technology is no joke. Many of the UFOs we see may be made by humans, others, probably not. The point is, they are here, within the “science division.”

Anti-gravity technology has been around for a long time.

A paper entitled “Outside The Box” Space & Terrestrial Transportation & Energy Technologies For The 21st Century written by Professor Theodore Lodre of the University of New Hampshire reviews the development of anti-gravity research in the United States and emphasizes how “research activity seemed to disappear by the mid-1950s.” It then looks into recently reported scientific findings and witness testimonies “that show us that this research and technology is alive and well and very advanced. The revelations of findings in this area will alter dramatically our 20th-century view of physics and technology and must be considered in planning for both energy and transportation needs in the 21st century.”

Otis T. Carr is one of many examples throughout history where there are clues that highly advanced technologies like anti-gravity crafts are actually legit. Given everything we know now, as well as what happened to Carr, only strengthens this suspicion.

In the late 1950s, OTC Enterprises, Inc. of Baltimore, Maryland put out a statement that was published in the April 3rd edition of the Baltimore Enterprise. The statement came in the form of a claim that the company was ready to manufacture a flying saucer that was capable of travel outside of the Earth’s atmosphere. All that was needed was a massive amount of funding, approximately 20 million dollars. The equivalent to that today is probably several billion.

Now keep in mind that this is the 1950s. There was a big wave of UFO sightings at this time, especially after the Atom bomb was dropped. The topic was getting a lot of mainstream media attention. Rumors of “crashed craft, and bodies recovered,” that Apollo 14 astronaut Edgar Mitchell claimed were real were running rampant at this time. Did ‘the powers that be’ or ‘the military-industrial complex’ have saucer technology at this time? Based on my research, it certainly seems that way.  Take, for example, a document from the Central Intelligence Agency’s Electronic reading room:

“A German newspaper recently published an interview with George Klein, famous German engineer and aircraft expert, describing the experimental construction of ‘flying saucers’ carried out by him from 1941 to 1945.” (source)

The document goes on to describe how many people believed ‘flying saucers’ to be a postwar development. They were actually in the planning stages in German aircraft factories as early as 1941. The document then goes on to mention an experiment described by Klein:

 “The “flying saucer” reached an altitude of 12,400 meters within 3 minutes and a speed of 2,200 kilometers per hour. Klein emphasized that in accordance with German plans, the speed of these “saucers” would reach 4,000 kilometers per hour. One difficulty, according to Klein, was the problem of obtaining the materials to be used for the construction of the “saucers,” but even this had been solved by German engineers toward the end of 1945, and construction on the objects was scheduled to begin, Klein added.

Otis T. Carr, as mentioned above, had similar claims. He even put on numerous demonstrations for the public and amassed millions of dollars from extremely wealthy people to do so. If they did not believe him, and if he had not shown some promise, how did he receive all of this funding?

Think about it. We now know for a fact that global militaries have long had an interest in the UFO phenomenon. They’ve been asking who, what, where, when and how for a very long time, and of course it’s considered a national security matter. Any individual who has invented, or shows potential to invent craft that is capable of extreme, technologically advanced maneuvers, would not be allowed to develop it, and would be ridiculed like Carr was. This is why the invention secrecy act was made in the early 1950s. In my opinion, its true aimto protect the interest of the power under the guise of ‘national security.’

Carr’s Goal

His goal was to fly to the moon in his “circular foil spacecraft” on December 7th, 1959.

The “spacecraft” allegedly invented by Carr is much like the ideal spaceship imagined by Plantier and others. It is propelled by an artificial gravitic field (the “Carrotto gravity motor”) and if this were not miracle enough, it uses no fuel. It is powered by the “Utron electric accumulator”–a short of self-charging battery which “uses the Sun’s magnificent force of Electromagnetism by means of natural reproductive chemistry, to quote the interesting language of the Enterprise ad. Below is a picture of Wayne Aho, a military intelligence officer who was going to accompany Carr on his trip to the moon. He claimed it would only take a few hours. Carr is second from the left.

Otis T. Carr was actually a protege of Nikola Tesla, according to independent researcher Doug Yurchey: “Carr and his team constructed a number of fully functional flying saucers in the late 1950s. The flying disk worked and was demonstrated. Carr was serious about ‘taking his craft to the Moon. ‘However, two weeks after a dramatic test flight, their laboratory was forcibly closed, Federal agents confiscated equipment as well as all documentation. Authorities told them Carr’s project would ‘destroy the monetary system of the United States.’  (source)

Carr was heavily criticized, ridiculed, and made a fool of by the press. I could not verify whether his connection with Tesla is actually true or not, but rumors of Carr’s relationship with Tesla were rampant, even in the 50’s.

Classic Hit Job

This is a classic story of someone who received lots of public attention and had many failed demonstrations, and apparently, many successful ones as well. Like other great inventors, Carr’s work was seized by the government. This happened in January 1961, when Louis J. Lefkowitz, the Attorney General of New York at the time, stated that “Carr had swindled $50,000, and later that year True Magazine labelled him as a hoaxer.” By then, his laboratory had been raided and destroyed, and the group of engineers had been ordered to disband and cease contact with one another.

This is very fishy, and similar to the Stan Meyer water powered car story. Looking at it today, it was quite clear that this was a huge attempt to shut Carr down. These developments and curiosities were not for our world, but were reserved for the black budget world. He was denied an appeal on March 1st, 1961 for his ‘crime’. He could not pay the fine and served part of a 14-year jail term. After that little is known about what became either of Carr himself or the craft, but they never flew again. Carr is reported to have suffered from ill-health, a broken man. He passed away apparently in Gardnerville, Nevada, in 2005.

In 1952, Carr actually wrote a book, called “Dimensions of Mystery.” The book was mostly written in ‘code,’ according to him, it was the complete layout of his plan and how his machine worked, yet for a reader like me, or anyone for that matter, it’s impossible to understand. He did switch from user code and poetry, to actually writing some real statements regarding his intentions, as you can see here:

Hal Puthoff

As you can see, just like with most other stories of great technological advancements (there are too many examples to choose from), the global elite has always demonstrated their supremacy by ridiculing concepts that don’t really fit the frame. There are multiple technological developments that have been completely hushed up, for “national security purposes.”

Take this quote from Hal Puthoff, for example. It’s not with regards to UFOs but more so “free-energy,” which actually go hand in hand and relate directly to each other. Puthoff has published numerous papers on electron-beam devices, lasers and space propulsion and has patents issued in the laser, communications, and energy fields. Dr. Puthoff’s professional background spans more than five decades of research at General Electric, Sperry, the National Security Agency, Stanford University and SRI International. Dr. Puthoff regularly advises NASA, the Department of Defense and intelligence communities, corporations and foundations. Here’s what he’s had to say:

“I’ve been taken out on aircraft carriers by the Navy and shown what it is we have to replace if we have new energy sources to provide new fuel methods.”

Puthoff is now part of the ‘To The Stars’ academy, who have publicly disclosed that they are working on technology that mimics the flight patterns of observed UFOs.

US Gov Grants Patents For An Anti-Gravity Craft That Alters The Space-Time Around It

As far back as 2005, patent 6,960,975 was granted on 1 November to Boris Volfson of Huntington, Indiana. It describes a space vehicle propelled by a superconducting shield, which alters the curvature of space-time outside the craft in a way that counteracts gravity. The device builds on a claim by the Russian physicist Eugene Podkletnov that superconductors can shield the effects of gravity.
A patent filed by the United States Navy in 2016 describes a design for a craft as follows:

A craft using an inertial mass reduction device comprises of an inner resonant cavity wall, an outer resonant cavity, and microwave emitters. The electrically charged outer resonant cavity wall and the electrically insulated inner resonant cavity wall form a resonant cavity. The microwave emitters create high frequency electromagnetic waves throughout the resonant cavity causing the resonant cavity to vibrate in an accelerated mode and create a local polarized vacuum outside the outer resonant cavity wall.

Shortly after the patent for the hybrid craft was approved in 2018, the inventor, Salvatore Cezar Pais presented another related paper, “Room Temperature Superconducting System for Use on a Hybrid Aerospace Undersea Craft” at the 2019 American Institute of Aeronautics and Astronautics SciTech Forum in San Diego this past January. In the paper, Pais writes that “the achievement of room temperature superconductivity (RTSC) represents a highly disruptive technology, capable of a total paradigm change in Science and Technology,” and adds that its “military and commercial value is considerable.”

These types of technologies, or potential technologies, seem to be bringing up what’s known as warp drive, or the Alcubierre Drive. The concept involves basically placing a craft within a space that is moving faster than the speed of light. Therefore, the craft itself does not have to travel at the speed of light from its own type of propulsion system. It’s easier to understand if you think in terms of a flat escalator in an airport. The escalator moves faster than you are walking. In this case, the space around the ship would be moving faster than the ship could fly, keeping all the matter of the ship intact. Therefore, we can move faster than light in a massless cloud of space-time.
So, rather than exceed the speed of light alone in a craft, a spacecraft would leap long distances by contracting space in front of it and expanding space behind it. This would result in travel faster than light. (source) Physicist Miguel Alcubierre was the first (that we know of) to identify this possibility. He described it as remaining still on a flat piece of space-time inside a warp bubble that was made to move at “superluminal” (faster than light) velocity. We must not forget that space-time can be warped and distorted, it can be moved. But what about moving sections of space-time that are created by expanding space-time behind the ship, and by contracting space-time in front of the ship?

The key is developing technology that can alter-space time, but also detecting that space time, or as some like to call it “aether” or “dark matter” in some cases, so it can be engineered.

The Takeaway

Let’s keep an open mind, and not to brush off revolutionizing technologies just because they break the laws of physics as we know them; after all, such laws are made to be broken. It’s similar to when Lord Einstein published his paper on special relativity that completely shattered what we thought we knew back then. Today, we are more aware of how the giant national security apparatus intervenes, and given all of the information that’s emerged regarding the subject of exotic technologies like anti-gravity crafts, it’s easier to see 70 years after the fact what really happened to Otis T. Carr.

It wasn’t long ago when government agencies and scientists would simply reject even talking about inventions that defy our known laws of physics, but things are changing because science is progressing, and if there’s one thing that’s constant, it’s change. Change is even constant in physics–a great example I like to use is of the prominent physicist Lord Kelvin, who stated in the year 1900, “There is nothing new to be discovered in physics now. All that remains is a more and more precise measurement.” It wasn’t long after this statement when Einstein published his paper on special relativity. Einstein’s theories challenged the accepted framework of knowledge at the time and forced the scientific community to open up to an alternate view of reality.

The capabilities described in the paper should certainly sound familiar to anyone who’s been following the Navy UFO stories over the last several years:

It is possible to envision hybrid aerospace-undersea craft (HAUC), which can function as a submersible craft capable of extreme underwater speeds (lack of water-skin friction) and enhanced aerial/underwater stealth capabilities (non-linear scattering of RF and sonar signals). This hybrid craft would move with great ease through the air/space/water mediums, by being enclosed in a Vacuum/plasma bubble/sheath, due to the coupled effects of EM field-induced air/water particles repulsion and Vacuum energy polarization. But do these technologies actually exist?

The defense patent applications are quite intriguing, and it means that the Navy is actually taking the concept quite seriously, but is there any evidence at all of their existence?
That depends on what you consider to be evidence.

We have statements from previously retired Directors of Lockheed Martin Aerospace programs (including the most recently retired), like Steve Justice.  So, what did Mr. Justice have to say? Well, a lot of things. One of the first statements he made using the To The Stars platform is that, when it comes to the technologies he’s been around, worked with, and seen, it would be an understatement to call them revolutionary. He’s stated that the technologies that him and his team at To The Stars are working on now are the same technologies that are employed by Unidentified Flying Objects.

“In some cases, according to incident reports and interviews with military personnel, these vehicles descended from altitudes higher than 60,000 feet at supersonic speeds, only to suddenly stop and hover as low as 50 feet above the ocean.” – Christopher Mellon, Deputy Assistant Defense Secretary for Intelligence from 1997 to 2002 (source)

Justice has said that he has had “glimpses” of how this type of technology works, and that his current team needs to “harvest” these technologies from the Science Division to realize their capabilities.

Justice and his team have admitted to having access to materials from these UFOs, wherever they are from and whoever is making them.

Over the last three months, To The Stars Academy has collected seven pieces of material, from multiple sources, to study for The ADAM Research Project.  Each sample represents different elements of potential Unidentified Aerial Phenomena and how they operate.

According to the accompanying provenance documentation, there are two classes of samples:  material that was released as the UAP was hovering and material that makes up parts of the structure or systems.

Again, it’s unclear because there just isn’t any solid proof, although I have no doubt that these technologies exist within the black budget world. After all, the “Invention Secrecy Act” written up in 1951 states that patent applications on new inventions can be subject to secrecy orders. These days, national security seems to be used to protect elitist and corporate interests.

That being said, it seems that they do exist if we consider the technological capabilities that have been observed in thousands of cases of UFO sightings and incidents.

DID THE PLOT JUST THICKEN?

I'm usually amazed at the ability of the regular readers of this site to ferret out important details, especially when those details go missing from the "narrative" being pushed by the propatainment business, a.k.a. the "mainstream 'media'". Today is an especial case in point, for L.G.L.R. found this article, and it's a whopper doozie.

To set the stage a bit, at the end of January of this year, you might recall I did a News and Views from the Nefarium, outlining my problems with the emerging narrative of the corona virus. I found it highly suspicious then, and still do, that Dr. Charles Lieber of Harvard University's chemistry department had been arrested by federal authorities for allegedly not disclosing his relationship to the Chinese bio-laboratory in Wuhan China, with which he was associated. As it turned out, Dr. Lieber was supposedly involved in nanotechnology development, a curious pursuit given the association of the Wuhan facility with respiratory diseases like corona virus.

Well, now there's a new twist to the story, and it's a very twisted twist:

And again, if this whole article and filing are the genuine article, then this whole thing has been a bit of tragic theater, tragic, for the people suffering and dying from this thing, and tragic because it's also overly hyped.
