LET THEM EAT LIVER

6/10: LET THEM EAT LIVER

LET THEM EAT LIVER

Yesterday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit ruled 7 to 4 that the “there is no Second Amendment right for members of the general public to carry concealed firearms in public.”
To accomplish this, they had to ignore the text of the Second Amendment to the U.S. Bill of Rights. For those who have been paying attention this type of move is not surprising.
So this ruling effectively declares that citizens don’t have a constitutional right to carry. They completely place this right at the discretion of the state —this means this court legally treats the “right to bear arms” as a “privilege,” as opposed to a constitutionally protected right. They’ve legally placed this right on the same level as the right to obtain a driver’s license.
I wondered all night long how this happened and how it stealthily made it into the news without a blink or a wince.
The justices on the Ninth Circuit can’t overrule the U.S. Supreme Court; it is their job to follow Supreme Court precedents.
When I first posted the story on my Facebook page, I was surprised at those who supported such an infringement of Second Amendment rights to “bear” or “carry’ arms.

I’m no lawyer but it appears that while U.S. citizens clearly have the right to carry firearms in public. This ruling found they don’t have a constitutional right to carry concealed in public.
Either way, I really don’t like what this means and what the slippery slope might be.
Especially after I have been ranting against the violations or the attempted violations of the First Amendment with a bill to implement the United States’ very own de facto Ministry of Truth and how it has been quietly introduced in Congress.
It once again shows that legislation can dodge the public when people are looking the other way.
The Countering Foreign Propaganda and Disinformation Act of 2016 marks a further curtailment of press freedom and other avenues online to stultify avenues of accurate information.
Introduced by Congressmen Adam Kinzinger and Ted Lieu, H.R. 5181 seeks a “whole-government approach without the bureaucratic restrictions” to counter “foreign disinformation and manipulation,” which they believe threaten the world’s “security” and stability.”
Don’t be fooled; this legislation isn’t proposing some team of noble fact-finders, chiseling away to free the truth from the façades of various foreign governmental narratives for the betterment of American and allied populations.
If passed, this legislation will allow tedious pro-‘American’ propaganda to infiltrate cable, online, and mainstream news organizations wherever the government deems necessary.
It appears that our government doesn’t like other countries saying bad things about us and so they wish to block websites that they deem anti-American propaganda sites.
This legislation is proposing an Orwellian Ministry of Truth.
They think that doing this will help America feel better about itself and that websites and news sources that criticize what we do here is America have done irreparable damage to our morale.
The truth is these actions are doing the damage to our morale.
When there is trouble brewing in America and it is obvious that people feel targeted by their government. I often get e-mails from people telling me that I am a fear monger for merely reporting the abuse and demonstrating the brutality and the lack of transparency. I also find it quite interesting that when I say that both political parties are enabling the negation of the constitution, I always get diatribes emailed to me as to how their candidate is different.
When I was in high school, I dated a lot of girls and as many people know, there are times when the girl you are dating invites you to a family dinner. Well every once in a while I was told that “dinner” was going to be beef liver and every time I would say “I do not like liver” and they would counter me by saying “Well you have never had my mother’s liver.” So I would look into their eyes and say okay I will try it. Each time the liver grossed me out. There aren’t enough onions and spices or even sauces in the world that can mask the horrible taste of an internal organ of a cow that filters out all that is bad.
I guess you could say that while we love America, we can’t stomach the liver of America – the government.
Most Americans have a tendency to be in denial that what they are seeing is deep seeded trouble in their government. They seem to think that the undercurrent of oppression and social tension has a tendency to simmer down and go away.
It is not going away in fact the trouble is growing.
There is a very critical problem facing America. There is a large wound on our mass consciousness and everyone wants to blame someone for their pain. Arguments between the right and left have polarized the entire country from healing this wound. What the wounded fail to realize is that in their panic, as they feel the hemorrhaging from their souls, just who is responsible for pouring salt in the wound?

The blame game runs the gamut, from the Jews to the terrorists, from the gays to the immigrants and from the blacks to the staunch conservative to the politically correct white liberal. Everyone is screaming and wanting their victimhood acknowledged. They project their fears and their spiritual debt on everything and look to politics to father them into safety and to deliver them to some promised land.
When Republicans were in power, the uneducated masses took delight and cheered on all kinds of unconstitutional legislation and executive abuses signed into law by George W. Bush. Now the democrats are happy with the extended policies of the Bush Administration under the direction of Barack Obama. The Democrats have acclimated to the fascist policies of Bush under the direction of Obama and now Conservatives are blaming Obama for the injustices that the previous administration implemented.
Can anyone step forward and declare that the Orwellian double-think in this country is suffocating the very art of open forum? That a non-partisan stance on any issue, can keep the encroaching Empire, honest?
Once again, I declare that politically charged arguments which remain biased and dishonest are destroying the people’s will in favor of the political will. We must not surrender that kind of empowerment to anyone that is willfully destroying that which our forefathers have died and fought for. Freedom of speech is granted, information is given, but responsibility to make rational choices based on evidence and not propaganda is something we need to strive for.
If anyone wants to challenge what I am saying I am open for it – and I am no longer afraid to demonstrate that those who we want to vote for are not going to give us what we need or want – they will continue to eliminate our rights and the people who are programmed to continue the process will eventually learn when the country hits rock bottom.
The truth is so simple that it pains me to hear people defend their candidates only because of party loyalty. You see, those who are being served and selected as potential leaders are on the inside looking out.
On the other hand, we are on the outside looking in.
They are now calling us the precariat – a dangerous class of people. We are the potential monsters that they have created – we are the strike force to begin a haphazard revolution and a civil war that is of their making. The technocracy have dangerous dreams, but they still are dreams. The precariat have had their dreams decimated by those who are in power.

Many theorists argue that the old concept of proleteriat is outdated, in favor of the new global class of people who are continually searching for work, out of work, or underemployed. They call this new class the precariat, or precarious class.
As the precariat grows, we see that the old working class disappears. Now it consists of people who are being told they must put up with unstable, flexible jobs.
In spite of the obvious unrest spanning the globe, most of the mainstream political parties worldwide have failed to address future issues in any meaningful way. They’re still opting to try to appeal to the concept of the middle class and are failing to understand the precariat and how they will survive in a world of transhumanism.
People already are in disbelief as to how far the government has gone in using a heavy-handed tactics to rob people of their constitutional rights. We hear of rumors that many of the amendments in the Constitution are being ignored, but they are not just being ignored they are being revoked, thrown out, erased from the record and it appears that no one cares that this is happening because we have been brainwashed into thinking we deserve to be treated this way by the state.
There can be a loudspeaker blasting out the words “reject the state” and people will take offence. This is a sad irony because the state has rejected them and they stand in disbelief every time a law is passed that takes away their civil rights.
When they’ve overcome the disbelief, the shock and perhaps some fear, they are surely going to say “What do we do now?”
Well, I guess one of the solutions would be to understand that there is great strength in being an individual that want to admit that your enemy is anyone who wishes to destroy your freedom and keep you from growing.
You have to know what is holding you back, who is holding you back and why you allow yourself to be held back. No one has established an official anti-New World Order movement because like any other idealistic crusade today, there seems to be a tendency to create unfocused agendas within a movement. Movements can be infiltrated with counter agents – they can be bought off as most of the organized movements today are either financed by George Soros or the Koch Brothers.
It is the strength of individual will and the desire for ultimate sovereignty that works as a counter measure to any social order where the State decides to encroach upon freedoms and civil rights.
Do we really want to topple the New World Order? Or do we give lip service to a fight that we say will happen when all Americans will rise up. I am sorry to say that the majority of Americans will not rise up because they have not come to the conclusion that they don’t want the state as boss.
Most Americans feel safer living under the fist of the state – and have preferred to not live under the protection of the Constitution.
iron-fist
The decision has to be an independent one and when every individual prefers to live under the protection of the constitution they will make their own independent decision to thwart the New World Order.
Our only weakness is our strength as well—and that is how we communicate. There have been no real serious dialogues in the mainstream over issues of constitutional malfeasance. When these issues are brought up they are merely discussion points that are immediately tranquillized by talking heads that support the party line which one again empowers and enables the continued corruption.
The left wing and the right wing are two wings that are allowing the iron bird of fascism the ability to fly. To question the party line is revolutionary. To see criminality in both sides takes courage. To demand trials and accountability takes a conspiracy.
I have been speaking with a number of people lately who are completely bewildered about the world today. Many of them tell me that even though they have been fans of my shows for years they never really could imagine any of the topics I bring up becoming reality.
A long time ago it was fun to speculate, it was fun to predict that these things would happen, however now that they are happening it has become a bitter pill for many people to swallow.
I keep hearing that it all seems so unfair why these things are happening. I see many people on Twitter and on Facebook with so much anger.
Unfortunately, the anger is going in the wrong directions. If it were going in the right directions and if it were brought up in forums that are open to making things right rather than saying that a candidate will make things right, then perhaps we would see progress.
Political action in the form of new social movements protesting international meetings, socialized health care and over-taxation has gained media attention. Research suggests that the media marginalizes and delegitimizes protest activity. The media will take the side of the powerful and will malign the protest with reports of violence. The violence usually is created by agent provocateurs or sleeper agents that are paid sums of money by the FBI, CIA and NSA to create an air of criminality in order to give probable cause for mass arrests and harassment of the public.
With truth pretty well compromised, it is important to use caution with information coming from your government. It is important to understand that the controllers of information are trying to create false leads and are attempting to create turmoil within the United States.
The credibility of the United States Government is more suspect now than ever before. Many wonder why there are people out there that attempt to reveal cover-ups and conspiracies.
Those who look under the rocks are told they are paranoid. Those who feel that their logic and their apotheotic devotion are under scrutiny will fight back.
I have to state the obvious and that is America’s moral center has been compromised and that there is nothing more to rally around because we have somehow lost our way. We are now adrift on very turbulent waters. The question is whether or not we are going to accept the truth or are we going to detach from it and pretend that nothing is happening or that it will work itself out.
There are many people who have fallen for the emotional numbing that is happening now that it looks like things are bad. Images on the TV screen show cities in disarray, rioting, violence and the fear that we are on the brink of civil war.
When we are pegged as the enemy of the state, the people need to wake up.
We should know that it is time to take lawful action when we don’t know whether to submit, salute, or surrender.
