GENETICALLY MODIFIED FOODS AND HUMAN REPRODUCTION

I would like, at the outset, to thank a regular reader here, Ms. M.W., for sharing this with me and thus with the Giza Death Star readership, and this one is important folks, and in deed, vital. There is a study out that is referenced on the Science Direct website, linking pesticides found in genetically modified crops in various townships in Quebec, to the presence within the blood of pregnant and non-pregnant women in those areas, and this in turn suggests that there could be reproductive consequences to the ingestion of GMOs that have as yet not been adequately studied or comprehended. The link is here:
Maternal and fetal exposure to pesticides associated to genetically modified foods in Eastern Townships of Quebec, Canada
The scientific paper is summarized here:
Monsanto’s Bt-Toxins Found to Kill Human Embryo Cells
All this brings me back to something that researchers like F. William Engdahl and others have pointed out, namely, that under the principle of “substantial equivalence” which emerged during corporate-government discussions during the administration of President G.H.W. Bush, the agribusiness giants could have their cake and eat us too, for it was this principle that allowed them to maintain, on the on hand, that regular “heirloom” corn (or maize for my European friends) and GMO corn were “substantially equivalent” in a variation of the old “it looks the same, it tastes the same ergo it is the same” argument, and thus to avoid extenstive intergenerational testing of the GMOs over time and generations, and get it to market early, while on the other hand arguing – so far successfully – in the courts and with Chief Injustice Roberts and the Supremes, that their patent rights to their dubious products are so extreme that farmers whose fields are found to be growing the stuff are liable to pay said companies license fees and royalties even though they never intended to plant the crop!
Clearly, this is injustice, and it is now coming home to roost. I’ve been arguing for some time that the USA – precisely because of behavior like this, not only tolerated by the “government” but in fact encouraged, is costing the USA its economic and geopolitical good will. Consider the implications of such a study being done in Canada, our closest, oldest neighbor and friend. This is not a far off, “always cantankerous European country and ‘ally’” raising objections about GMOs, this is, so to speak, in our agribusiness back yard.
But recall, too, that the first lawsuits against the agribusiness giants like Mon(ster)santo and Duponzanto began in Canada.
Now the news, it seems, is even worse than we thought, for the “safe” insecticide and toxins in GMOs are found to have an adverse presence in human reproductive systems.
Not surprising, really, since the elites have long entertained(at least since the glory days of the Most Serene Republic of Venice, folks) the Malthusian notion that there are simply too many people(like the Rapture, however, the number keeps changing), and some of them go farther, and have advocated “active measures” to reduce it, measures which have included giving people infertility drugs in “vaccinations” unbeknownst to the receivers of said vaccines.
So much easier, though, if the elites can just do it in the food supply, by genetically modifying it, which also allows you to charge an arm and a leg for it, and gives you enough money to bribe, blackmail or otherwise threaten farmers, government agencies, or, yes, even corporate executives or scientists who may have moral misgivings about the whole enterprise.
