Raymond Loewy Google Doodle

Faster than a speeding bullet. As powerful as the locomotive, the future is steaming down the tracks. Just what sort of future remains to be scene. The Raymond Loewy Google doodle opens some very interesting and complex doors. He was the father of 20th century design of that you can be sure, but it is the nuances of his life and work that reflect the hidden twilight message.



There does seem to be a focal point in New York City which is a common theme. It also intersects a previous doodle on Ella Fitzgerald. Of course the byword is train and railway. Raymond designed many stations and locomotives for Pennsylvania Railroad. They were masterpieces of design. The stations centered on major eastern railway stations. In the Ella Fitzgerald doodle the Maple Leaf Train was the focal point issue. It links to the Penn Station in New York City. In the epoch of time, we must choose Time magazine's cover of Raymond. It impacts in the vortex of the twilight branches created from his life in several ways. A recipient of a grant from his foundation was Philippe Starck. He worked on the Royalton and the Paramount, but that may not be the reflection we are to observe. His work on the Delano in Miami may be the herald. There was a long forgotten assassination attempt on Franklin Delano Roosevelt in Miami. Considering Raymond did design work on Air Force One and other VIP aircraft that could be the most significant message revealed.



If there is another focal point from the shadows, it is Lucky Strike. Smoking was all the rage in those days. There were no laws of political correctness. Even though I'm not a smoker, I cherish the days when we were truly free. In proper slang Lucky Strike proffers a successful mission. It was an American military base in Le Harve in WWII. It was a theme in a TV series called Mad Men about a 1960's PR firm Sterling Cooper Draper Pryce. Sterling has been a common name in British military intelligence lore, and of course the show was set in the Time Life Building, 1271 Avenue of the Americas, New York. They occupy the 37th floor. He also designed the JFK stamp and the restaurant at the TWA Flight Center at JFK International. The reference to the successful assassination of a President cannot be ignored.

Raymond also did design work for NASA which opens the door to space war. He designed model airplanes which have been a focus of previous terror related events. He fought in the big one of his day, WWI, and was wounded in action. He worked for Macy's and Saks which still point to Manhattan. His work included the rich and powerful. His protege designed Francois Mitterand's private apartment and Steve Job's yacht Venus which was not completed until after Mr. Job's death. Raymond has the distinction of working on the Boeing 307 which crashed on its first flight in 1938 and its last in 2002 both in Seattle.

He worked for International Harvester in the design of light and medium trucks when America was the top industrial producer. It should not be forgotten that the white panel van is often observed in the vicinity of terror. On the dark side he worked on IBM's keypunch or data cards. They were the essence of the infamous tattoo in concentration camps in their day. It was an early form of the Mark of the Beast system. Of course today now that the system is digital, it has lost its ominous intent. Well perhaps not as long as we see the trap.



Raymond designed the logo for the United States Coast Guard. He worked for the Panama Line ships Ancon, Christobal and Panama. The inference to the Panama Canal which is under the control of many Chinese companies is clear. It is a lower jugular vein to the United States. Lastly from our examination, we see another railroad Northern Pacific Railroad adding the final flavour to the story. We hope we haven't bored you.
