School PTA President Films Porno In Elementary School, Featuring An 8-Year-Old
The former president of the Parent-Teacher Association in North Mason County, Washington, was arrested for making child pornography in the actual elementary school.
The accused is 37-year-old David Navarro.
As reported by the Daily Mail:
The feds learned about the video from authorities in Australia and Denmark who found a video depicting an 8-year-old girl engaging in sexual acts.Navarro had the key’s to the school at the time of the incident, since he was PTA president.
Because the video was shot on an iPhone they were able to track the video’s origin to Belfair Elementary School.
The video was made in May and was in wide-circulation by June. The FBI were able to confirm that the videos were uploaded to the internet from Navarro’s email.
Navarro did have a shady criminal past; he was arrested in 2009 for exposing himself, and then he was arrested for sexually assaulting three children in San Diego.
However, all of those charges were been dropped — that is why he was able to get the PTA president job. The school only asked all PTA officials about crimes “for which you have been convicted.”
Superintendent David Peterson said, “While we cannot share a great deal of detail, nothing in the investigation indicates that the school should have been aware of or taken action in this case. The FBI informed us today that this is not something the school could reasonably have prevented.”
Other PTA members are surprised at the incident, and said they never thought Navarro would do something like this.
Police seized the iPhone that was used to make the video, and they also took 10 computers from his house. Some investigation revealed that Navarro posted 14 photos of two girls online. One of those girls was the 8-year-old in the elementary school porno video.
After further investigation, investigators believe the 8-year-old is Navarro’s step daughter.
Another red flag discovered by authorities: on Navarro’s Twitter, he posted a picture of a woman in the school library with her underwear showing. The text caption said, “School library is great.”
Disgusting.
What a sick man. Navarro is currently being held in jail and has a hearing soon.
