PLAYING DARPA IN THE THEATER OF THE MIND: MURDER BY TELEPATHY?

September 2, 2013 By

When Ms. P.H., a frequent  contributor of articles here at this site, sent me this one, I had to do a double-take. It’s the sort of story one imagines as a component in an X Files or Fringe episode. One can imagine the set-up scene: Agent Dunham is informed of a story that made the newspaper wires, of a case in a foreign country being brought to trial, a murder trial. Only in this case, the attorneys are suggesting that suicides occurred, or were induced, by some form of telepathy, and Olivia, rounding up Peter Bishop and the ever-entertaining and highly eccentric Dr Walter Bishop are soon bound for Istanbul or Ankara on a government airplane.
Sounds like science fiction, right?
It isn’t:
Turkish ministry report suggests psychic assassins using telepathy could be responsible for ‘mysterious’ deaths of four young engineers
It was bound to happen sooner or later: the track record of the USA (and other countries), in pursuing the secret and covert development of mind manipulation and influencing technologies and techniques, from the soft techniques of neuro-lingistic programming to the hard technologies of microwaves, electro-encephalograms at distance, implants, and so on, was bound to appear in a court trial when no other plausible motivation appears to be in evidence. Of course, there is always the possibility that these unfortunate men were “suicided” by other means, but the real point here appears to be that these four engineers were involved in a project that could have conceivably involved delving into areas of neuroscience, including that long-sought goal of mind-manipulation projects, telepathy. The interesting thing here is that a Turkish neuropsychologist is now involved:
“According to ‘Today’s Zaman’ the investigation into the deaths of the men, Hüseyin Başbilen, Halim Ünsem Ünal, Evrim Yançeken and Burhaneddin Volkan, suggests that the victims could have been directed toward the suicides by way of telekinesis, citing the work done by neuropsychology expert Nevzat Tarhan.
….
“Hurriyet Daily News quotes Nevzat Tarhan saying that the headaches and distress in the men could have been sent using brainwaves from 1.5km (just under a mile) away.
“The report, which has been submitted to the Ankara Chief Prosecutor’s Office for further investigation, doesn’t come to any conclusion over whether or not the deaths were murder or suicide.
“Recently the news anchor and editor-in-chief of private Turkish broadcaster 24, Yiğit Bulut, claimed that ‘certain powers’ were attempting to kill controversial Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdoğan using telekinesis. Mr Bulut, although widely ridiculed for the comments, has since been named a chief consultant for Erdoğan.”(emphasis added)
Mr. Tarhan is correct, for the technologies both to read brainwaves from a distance (and hence, to have an idea of the “sender’s” emotional and mental state), and to send microwaves directly into the brain, have both been around for some time, and I have written about some of them (q.v. my books Babylon’s Banksters and Genes, Giants, Monsters, and Men).  Accused and alleged assassin of Senator Robert Kennedy, Sirhan Sirhan, and his attorneys, have been arguing for years that his role in that political murder – whatever it was – may have been brought about by some use of covert mind manipulation technology.
For the moment, one shouldn’t expect any Federal or Crown court to recognize the existence of such techniques and technologies, for they are still shrouded in secrecy. Nonetheless, they are there; they are quite real, and quite lethal. One need only remember a few episodes of famous British mentalist, Darren Brown, to understand this, and in particular, the episode where he literally programs someone, via skilful use of soft neurolinguistic technologies, to carry out an assassination.  The courts will do everything in their power to protect the oligarchy and elites that are the source of their power.
But eventually, technology and technique will come into the open – as Darren Brown’s television shows also demonstrate – and once in the open, sooner or later, prosecutions and defenses will be mounted… new rules of evidence will be developed, and new understandings of causation and conspiracy will be elaborated.
