There is a major drive on for hegemony of the planet Earth. To some that is a farfetched 'conspiracy' theory. To others that is the state of the world in each and every epoch of time. To deny it the greatest lunacy a human mind can be attributed too. The whole substance to Napoleon and the great crusade across Europe was the subjugation of states to the forces of powerful financial interests. The citizens of those states reduced to a form of serfdom to serve those interests. It is the great game - The Grand Chessboard.

It is no different today save and except since the introduction of nuclear weapons the great powers no longer fight head to head. It's not that they don't want to, it's just that they stand to lose more than they could gain with the principle of Mutually Assured Destruction. That doesn't prevent the major powers from killing. They do. They fight proxy wars getting the lesser powers to do their bidding as marionettes. The great manipulation is garnering understanding. The people of the great powers are becoming disgruntled at the game because they are being stuck with the bill - debt, taxation, reduced employment and depleted wealth. You see it was O.K. to be Rome when there was profit. It was easy to explain away evil while enjoying wealth. With that little promise broken cold, hard reality enters the equation.

The proxy countries, too, are reaching their saturation point. They have grown tired of the destruction and loss of life. They have entered a stage of there's no longer anything to lose because even victory is defeat to another new world order. There are limits as well to the expansion of one side or the other. Tyranny is not satisfied with any sort of equilibrium. It must be all or nothing. As the proxy states fall, they expose the walls of the nearest major power. The presence of nuclear weapons notwithstanding, in the latest machination we have breached Syria the last proxy before Russia. What will it take to breach the boundary? The cracks are formed. This forum has harped on the matter for years. The power brokers are deaf to all sounds save their own mantras. They even enjoy the screams of the victims of their march to their version of the New World Order.

President Putin observes a series of war games the largest Russia has conducted in many long years. Of note is the thousand yard stare of combat veterans where the limits of the human psyche are breached. They could be described as cold, killer eyes. Our leaders laugh and joke at murder or perhaps benefit from sexual arousal. This will be a monolithic future. Scripture speaks of a King of the North entering a great battle. Will that king be Vladimir Putin?

In this latest version 160,000 troops, 5,000 tanks, and 130 aircraft took part in a scenario whereby Russia defended itself from a U.S. Japanese invasion. China was also shown the big stick in the exercise. Where the tranquilized masses have little understanding of the strategic issues facing the world, Japan is working on changing their constitution to remove the defence only provision for their armed forces. Then this week the Russians conducted a snap drill with two missile divisions in the Urals Region. The Tagil missile division in the Sverdlovsk region and the Yasnenskaya Missile Division in the Orenburg region were activated. Unlike the proxy nations they have real intercontinental ballistic missiles that can lay waste to the United States and Canada. They include the Topol SS-25 and the RS-20V Voyevoda (SS-18 Satan) missiles.

God must have understood propaganda very well. He said the coming of the Lord would be like a thief in the night. We wouldn't see it coming. We are so inured to the chaff of this world that the greatest destructive forces ever known in human history have massed and continue to mass and we still concentrate on the pop culture of the mundane. When these forces unleash in the apocalyptic nothing will ever be the same. Those who survive will beg for an easy way out when it was available all along. All one had to do was change the channel.

There will come a day when everyone's world view will change. We will all be on the same page. No one will be mocked about the 'conspiracy.' There will be no TV. There will only be the basest means of survival. The proxy war will cease to exist. It will be real war among the superpowers. All the trivial pieces of bullshit that were planted in your minds will no longer be important. You will have arrived at ground zero. You will rebuild everything from scratch unless there is a second or third exchange. Everything you knew will be gone. Most everyone you knew will be rising in the air in a radioactive dust cloud because it was just too difficult to think about all these complex issues. By refusing to think about them you condemned yourself to live through them. That is not a game. That is real life. Welcome to the world you made. Pray God you make the right one.
